I am confident that Brett has the expertise to QUICKLY fix the long history of issues at the BLS on behalf of the American People. Brett Matsumoto is a Brilliant, Reputable, and Trusted Economist who will restore GREATNESS to the Bureau of Labor Statistics. Congratulations Brett! https://twitter.com/USTradeRep/status/2017747044350280104?s=20      extensive research in the field of Economics and Finance. Kevin issued an Independent Report to the Bank of England proposing reforms in the conduct of Monetary Policy in the United Kingdom. Parliament adopted the Report’s recommendations. Kevin Warsh became the youngest Fed Governor, ever, at 35, and served as a Member of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System from 2006 until 2011, as the Federal Reserve’s Representative to the Group of Twenty (G-20), and as the Board’s Emissary to the Emerging and Advanced Economies in Asia. In addition, he was Administrative Governor, managing and overseeing the Board’s operations, personnel, and financial performance. Prior to his appointment to the Board, from 2002 until 2006, Kevin served as Special Assistant to the President for Economic Policy, and Executive Secretary of the White House National Economic Council. Previously, Kevin was a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Department at Morgan Stanley & Co., in New York, serving as Vice President and Executive Director. I have known Kevin for a long period of time, and have no doubt that he will go down as one of the GREAT Fed Chairmen, maybe the best. On top of everything else, he is “central casting,” and he will never let you down. Congratulations Kevin! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP Warsh has compared Bitcoin favorably to gold as a “sustainable store of value,” indicating a positive view of gold’s role in the financial system.  However, his nomination led to sharp declines in gold and silver prices (e.g., silver fell up to 26% in one day), as markets interpreted him as an inflation hawk who might pursue tighter monetary policy, reducing the appeal of precious metals as inflation hedges.  This reaction stemmed from fears of less dovish Fed actions, which had previously driven gold’s rally amid uncertainty over Fed independence.  Warsh’s broader hawkish stance on inflation aligns with “hard money” principles that could indirectly support gold, but his emphasis on shrinking the Fed’s balance sheet and normalizing policy suggests he prioritizes institutional reform over promoting gold as a standard. Is Kevin Warsh Pro-Sound Money?Yes, Warsh is a strong advocate for sound money principles, emphasizing disciplined, anti-inflationary monetary policy. He views inflation as a “monetary phenomenon” and “a choice” driven by excessive government printing and spending.  As a former Fed Governor, he was often the most hawkish voice, opposing aggressive rate cuts during crises due to inflation risks.  He criticizes the Fed’s “mission creep,” oversized balance sheet, and reliance on quantitative easing (QE), arguing these enable fiscal irresponsibility and distort markets. Warsh calls for “regime change” at the Fed, shifting away from Keynesian models toward rules-based policy that incorporates money supply considerations and reduces interventionism. He stresses credibility, clear rules, and accountability to maintain sound money.   In a 2025 Hoover Institution paper, he advocated scrutinizing monetary policy under a framework that could include constitutional measures for prosperity and idea diffusion. Warsh has been vocal against Powell’s leadership, echoing Trump’s frustrations with high interest rates and calling for “regime change” at the Fed. He has moderated his hawkish stance to support lower rates, arguing AI-driven productivity allows growth without inflation. Credibility and Market Reassurance: Warsh is seen as a “traditional” pick with Fed experience, reassuring investors amid fears of a loyalist appointment that could undermine independence. Trump highlighted Warsh’s ability to deliver lower rates and growth, though some economists note Warsh’s independence could lead to tensions if he prioritizes data over demands. Analysts suggest the pick balances Trump’s desire for cuts with a credible figure. The administration has filed suit against an illegal migrant living in Virginia, and is seeking $941,114 plus interest, alleging that Marta Alicia Ramirez Veliz has remained in the country despite being told her request for admittance was rejected by a Justice Department appeals panel in 2022, Politico reported. The filing notes that Veliz has refused to pay a $998 per-day fine for the 943 days since she was told to return to her home country, and reveals that Immigration and Customs Enforcement sent her an official notice of her total fine in April. The lawsuit describes Veliz as “an individual and noncitizen residing in Chesterfield County, Virginia,” and does not identify her nationality. source: breitbart.com https://twitter.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/2017404446230323358?s=20 BREAKING: Disturbing photos in the Epstein files appear to show Prince Andrew on all fours over a woman lying on the ground. https://twitter.com/HansMahncke/status/2017792445979791448?s=20   for everyone, or is connected through some opaque web of professional and personal ties. A supposedly random figure from the squalor of Uganda rises all the way to mayor of New York, only for it to later emerge that his mother is deeply embedded in elite circles. The same pattern shows up again and again. James Comey's daughter just happened to be a lead federal prosecutor on the Epstein case. The judge who presided over the trial of Hillary Clinton's lawyer, the one who helped seed the Russiagate hoax, is married to Lisa Page's lawyer. Page, of course, was involved with Peter Strzok, who is one of the central figures in that same hoax. And to complete the circle, Merrick Garland officiated their wedding. None of this requires conspiracy theories. It requires only acknowledging how small, closed, and self-protecting these elite worlds are. Fix elite incestuousness, and a lot of other problems will disappear on their own. https://twitter.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/2017734119334232544?s=20 https://twitter.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/2017474860700877105?s=20   https://twitter.com/CynicalPublius/status/2017762585878069630?s=20 https://twitter.com/KanekoaTheGreat/status/2017694490614763591?s=20   written from Nikolic's perspective. At the time, Nikolic was Gates's top scientific investment advisor. The emails suggest Gates was firing Nikolic in response to marital problems with Melinda. In June 2013, Nikolic emailed Gates and asked if he wanted to go to the “legendary Crazy Horse in Paris” an erotic show, while they were in France. Gates declined, saying he would be too tired and didn't want to take the risk, adding that he might have done it when he was younger. On July 1, 2013, Gates emailed Nikolic: “We should meet on Wednesday to discuss your job. There is going to have to be a transition. I feel very bad about it but I don’t see a way around it.” Nikolic shared these emails with Epstein. Epstein later commented on the Paris erotic show email, writing: “This is pretty bad and might have been the cause of her bad mail in paris.”—apparently referring to Melinda. Nikolic appeared unhappy about being fired while potentially being used as a scapegoat, and he sought greater financial compensation as he prepared to leave and launch his own investment fund. In these emails, Epstein—writing as Nikolic—references alleged knowledge of Gates's extramarital affairs, STDs allegedly contracted from Russian women, and drug use as justification for why Nikolic deserved more money. Taken together, it appears Jeffrey Epstein was drafting or shaping a message for Boris Nikolic that effectively functioned as blackmail, pressuring Bill Gates for financial compensation. It remains unclear whether Nikolic ultimately sent these messages to Gates. However, later emails suggest Gates helped Nikolic launch his next investment fund and maintained a working relationship with him afterward. Epstein later listed Nikolic as a backup executor of his will, indicating the two were close confidants. https://twitter.com/Breaking911/status/2017769194159210784?s=20 Billionaire Reid Hoffman, Who Bankrolled the E. Jean Carroll Lawsuit Against Trump, Is Featured Extensively in the New Epstein Files, Visiting Zorro Ranch and Pedophile Island  Hoffman went to the Island. A man who used his fortune to bankroll a lawsuit against President Donald J. Trump is now featured extensively in the new DOJ-released Jeffrey Epstein documents. The three and a half million documents from the latest – and apparently last – have been released by the DOJ following the approval of the House Resolution 4405, the Epstein Files Transparency Act. Documents from this massive release show the close ties between LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman and the late pedophile. The pair ‘discusses visits to Epstein's infamous private island, his New Mexico ranch, and his New York apartment'. The New York Post reported: “'Reid will spend the night at 71st', according to one email from Hoffman's team included in the latest Justice Department dump of Epstein files, in reference to his Upper East Side townhouse.”   A 2014 memo states that Epstein hosted will have (venture capitalist) Joi Ito and Reid Hoffman on the infamous Zorro Ranch for a weekend. “An email Epstein penned to his assistant Saida Sapieva under the heading ‘Trip to the Island' states: ‘Reid will take a Virgin America Flight from SFO to Fort Lauderdale, departing at 8:20 am, landing at 4:40 pm'. In 2023, Hoffman visited to Epstein's former Caribbean private island, Little St. James, also known as ‘pedophile island', The Post previously reported.” Source: thegatewaypundit.com https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/2017106848311366064?s=20 https://twitter.com/MikeBenzCyber/status/2017789344103145647?s=20   https://twitter.com/MikeBenzCyber/status/2017772724093849926?s=20     https://twitter.com/elonmusk/status/2017930408650772495?s=20 https://twitter.com/Cernovich/status/2017329765863039432?s=20       Israel had Trump by the balls so much that… Epstein was arrested? To muddy the waters is an idiom that means to make a situation, issue, or discussion more confusing, unclear, or complicated—often deliberately. For example: “The politician’s vague statements only muddied the waters during the debate.” It originates from the idea of stirring up mud in water, making it murky and hard to see through. DOGE Geopolitical War/Peace Iran Hits Back At EU: Designates European Armies As ‘Terrorist Entities’ Iran is saying two can play at the West’s game: on Friday the secretary of Iran’s Supreme National Security Council blasted the EU’s decision to designate the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) as a “terrorist organization,” warning that Europe’s own militaries would now be viewed through the same lens. “The European Union certainly knows that… the armies of countries that have participated in the European Union’s recent resolution against the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps are considered terrorist entities,” Ali Larijani wrote in a post on X. He added bluntly: “Therefore, the consequences of that shall be borne by the European countries that undertook such an action.” However, there’s probably nothing in the way of European military assets for the Islamic Republic to sanction, so this ‘action’ by Tehran will remain largely symbolic. Iran does have assets held in various places of Europe though. EU foreign ministers agreed on Thursday to formally classify the IRGC as a “terrorist organization” and urged member states to implement the designation without delay – after a few longtime holdouts flipped. source: zerohedge.com [DS] Agenda https://twitter.com/rhodeislander/status/2017361344018739231?s=20 https://twitter.com/nicksortor/status/2017331445195211254?s=20   at Place of Worship COUNT 2: 18 U.S.C. § 248(a) (b), § §2(a) – FACE Act: Injure, Intimidate, and Interfere with Exercise of Right of Religious Freedom at a Place of Worship. After pepper spray was deployed, Waters returned to the front of the riot with a mask and continued leading the insurrection. They are using this aggressive protest SCAM to obfuscate, camouflage, and hide their CRIMINAL ACTS of theft and insurrection. They should all be in jail. I was elected on Strong Borders, and Law and Order, among many other things. Thank you to Secretary Kristi Noem. Remember, ELECTIONS HAVE CONSEQUENCES!!! PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP     Federal Government Property. There will be no spitting in the faces of our Officers, there will be no punching or kicking the headlights of our cars, and there will be no rock or brick throwing at our vehicles, or at our Patriot Warriors. If there is, those people will suffer an equal, or more, consequence. In the meantime, by copy of this Statement, I am informing Local Governments, as I did in Los Angeles when they were rioting at the end of the Biden Term, that you must protect your own State and Local Property. In addition, it is your obligation to also protect our Federal Property, Buildings, Parks, and everything else. We are there to protect Federal Property, only as a back up, in that it is Local and State Responsibility to do so. Last night in Eugene, Oregon, these criminals broke into a Federal Building, and did great damage, also scaring and harassing the hardworking employees. Local Police did nothing in order to stop it. We will not let that happen anymore! If Local Governments are unable to handle the Insurrectionists, Agitators, and Anarchists, we will immediately go to the location where such help is requested, and take care of the situation very easily and methodically, just as we did the Los Angeles Riots one year ago, where the Police Chief said that, “We couldn't have done it without the help of the Federal Government.” Therefore, to all complaining Local Governments, Governors, and Mayors, let us know when you are ready, and we will be there — But, before we do so, you must use the word, “PLEASE.” Remember that I stated, in the strongest of language, to BEWARE — ICE, Border Patrol or, if necessary, our Military, will be extremely powerful and tough in the protection of our Federal Property. We will not allow our Courthouses, Federal Buildings, or anything else under our protection, to be damaged in any way, shape, or form. I was elected on a Policy of Border Control (which has now been perfected!), National Security, and LAW AND ORDER — That's what America wants, and that's what America is getting! Thank you for your attention to this matter.   PRESIDENT DONALD J. TRUMP he will use DHS/ICE and, if necessary, the US MIL to protect federal property. It sounds like Trump knows something is coming. It sounds like the Dems want DHS/ICE to get caught up in policing these riots, hoping more of their deranged followers take it too far and get shot. Trump is instead going to hold and force local Democrat politicians to police their own riots, or agree to work with him. And if the Dems choose to not police these riots, they will force Trump to use the US MIL to suppress the chaos. https://twitter.com/unseen1_unseen/status/2017334056292143173?s=20 https://twitter.com/StephenM/status/2017585812599087241?s=20   EXCLUSIVE: Atlanta Field Office Special Agent in Charge Allegedly Removed For Slow-Walking Election Fraud Investigation  Reports are emerging on social media that Paul Brown, the FBI Special Agent in Charge at the Atlanta Field Office, was “forced out of that job earlier this month,” according to MSNOW's Ken Dilanian. They discuss the transformation of the Department of Justice (DOJ) under the Trump administration, highlighting how it shifted focus to serve Trump's political and personal agendas. The conversation covers significant actions taken by the DOJ, such as targeting political adversaries, unprecedented raids on journalists, and the controversial handling of the FBI's investigation into Trump's classified documents. They also delve into how the Biden administration's DOJ, led by Merrick Garland, hesitated in taking swift action against Trump after January 6th and their overall cautious approach to investigating Trump, which may have impacted public trust. The discussion explores the lasting damage to the DOJ's credibility and the challenges of restoring public confidence in the face of a divided nation. In 1861, abolitionist Wendell Phillips said, “I think the first duty of society is justice.” What, then, would he think about the current state of America's Department of Justice?  Pulitzer-Prize-winning reporters Carol Leonnig and Aaron C. Davis say that throughout his first administration, President Donald Trump did more than any other president to politicize the nation's top law enforcement agency, pressuring his appointees to shield him, to go after his enemies, and even to help him remain in office after his 2020 election defeat. They say the Justice Department has never fully recovered.  Decisions and actions by the Justice Department during the Trump and Biden presidencies demonstrate how much has changed. Leonnig and Davis explore what has happened in their new book Injustice: How Politics and Fear Vanquished America's Justice Department. They say the subversion of the Justice Department over the last decade threatens rule of law in the United States as we have long known it.  They put blame not only on Trump administration efforts to undermine the department but also the delays in investigating Trump's effort to overturn the 2020 election under Biden's attorney general, Merrick Garland. Leonnig and Davis say a daily war was secretly waged for the soul of the department.  Join us for a special online-only discussion that will take you inside the rooms where fateful decisions were made—with fateful results. SEASON 4 EPISODE 46: COUNTDOWN WITH KEITH OLBERMANN A-Block (2:30) SPECIAL COMMENT: Well, that's it in sum, isn't it? He's "El Presidente" now, isn't he? Military Dictator. Succeeding Maduro. Until he finds somebody else to “run” it. Not the elected Vice President. Not the actual winner of the last election. Not the U-N. Maybe somebody he, in his dysfunctional haze, somebody he can trust. Maybe an oil executive. Or Elon Musk. Or Catturd. The invasion was illegal there, and illegal here. The kidnapping was illegal. Declaring we would run it is illegal. Naming a proxy dictator is illegal. As was his threat yesterday to the acting president that quote “if she doesn’t do what’s right, she is going to pay a very big price, probably bigger than Maduro” and calling for her belief that her country shouldn’t be invaded by another country breaking its own laws is quote “defiant rejection.” THAT’S illegal. It’s all illegal. That’s a lot of illegal – even for Trump. And I say this, hating Maduro completely. So he needs to be impeached, if not now then a year from now. Rubio can be impeached now for deceiving Congress about its approval. And both of them turned over to the World Court. And the ramifications are almost uncountable, including emboldening them to consider this in Cuba, Greenland, Iran. The poll numbers are terrible, and the risk to Americans of terrorism and violence are just as terrible. And maybe worst of all the evidence of linkage between Putin's strange silence about his ally Maduro, and Trump's dithering about Ukraine, is terrible too. But at least it produced a pretty good Olivia Nuzzi joke. ALSO: WHY DID THEY CHANGE THE TRUMP HEALTH COVER-UP STORY AGAIN? Five significant changes, about his MRI/CT, his cardiovascular health, and now the total of Cognitive tests he's gotten in just the last nine months. Three? Not two? He's really needed three tests in nine months? To repeat the insightful question from his niece Mary Trump: Why do they have to keep giving him cognitive tests? B-Block (40:00) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: There's begging the new boss to let you keep your current job, then there's what CBS Legal Analyst Jan Crawford is doing for Bari Weiss to try to keep hers. Chuck Schumer comes out firing on Venezuela: with one-millionth of one barrel blazing. And just when you think Cheryl Hines can't get any dumber, Tucker Carlson tries to talk to her about vaccines. C-Block (50:00) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: Will Ferrell did a great comedy bit at the L.A. Kings hockey game on New Year's Day and he did it for the pure joy of it. Which reminded me of the difference between amateurs and pros, and of the days when "Anchorman" was new and Will and I ad libbed a pretty good comedy bit that he said he really loved doing. In this Best Of episode, we revisit our 2023 conversation with Rhode Island Senator Sheldon Whitehouse. We talked to Sen. Whitehouse about his book, “The Scheme,” which examines how dark money and radical right wing activists worked tirelessly to gain control of the Supreme Court. Sen. Whitehouse lays out all the key players in this effort, including The Federalist Society and Leonard Leo, the main architect of this mission. By filtering dark money through dozens of agencies and blocking Obama's nomination of Merrick Garland, the right wing has a chokehold on the SCOTUS majority. As a result, we've seen rulings that are horrible for abortion rights, climate change, voting rights, and so much more. Sen. Whitehouse also explains some of the ways that the extremist takeover of the judicial system can be reigned in, but it's going to be a fight.  READ Sen. Join Pulitzer Prize–winning Washington Post reporters Carol Leonnig and Aaron Davis for a riveting conversation about their explosive new book, Injustice. With unparalleled access to sources inside both the Trump and Biden administrations, they pull back the curtain on the Department of Justice — an institution meant to be above politics, yet shaken to its core by fear, dysfunction, and partisan warfare. Leonnig and Davis take us inside the DOJ during and after Trump's presidency: how it was weaponized against political enemies, how long-serving employees were driven out, and how the department faltered in responding to the January 6 insurrection. They'll also examine the cautious approach of Attorney General Merrick Garland, whose reluctance to act decisively allowed critical investigations to languish — missteps with lasting consequences for the rule of law. This is a rare chance to hear two of the country's most respected investigative journalists discuss what they uncovered, what it means for American democracy today, and why the stakes in 2025 could not be higher.

On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the best of Mark Levin. We need to become interested in the founding of America because there are those who are telling us how awful America is. We need to trigger a deeper interest in our history. It's good to learn some of the men who signed your Constitution aren't very well know, such as Rufus King, John Langdon and Jonathan Dayton. Also, it was only a matter of time before Stephen A Smith came under attack for being an independent thinker. Smith will not be intimidated by anyone, especially Stephen Jackson. Afterward, President Trump has never flinched in his support for the state of Israel, and he's very concerned about the antisemitism taking place in the U.S. and around the world. But there are some Tucker Carlson and Nick Fuentes types who say they're done with Trump because he's Israel first. These people are trying to destroy MAGA, the Republican party and the Trump presidency. We won't let that happen. In addition , you're not hearing any condemnation from the Palestinian world on the Australia terror attack because it's considered an accomplishment. This kind of slaughter is encouraged there and it's not just against Jews; they are targeting the entire West. Finally, documents reveal that the FBI's Washington Field Office doubted probable cause for the Mar-A-Lago search warrant and preferred negotiating with Trump's lawyer to resolve the issue amicably, noting Trump's potentially strong legal arguments on the documents. However, Merrick Garland and his Department of Justice overruled these concerns, insisting on the raid despite the FBI's reservations about its necessity and professionalism. The Author Events Series presents Carol Leonnig and Aaron C. Davis | Injustice: How Politics and Fear Vanquished America's Justice Department In Conversation with Ankush Khardori Throughout his first administration, Trump did more than any other president to politicize the nation's top law enforcement agency, pressuring appointees to shield him, to target his enemies, and even to help him cling to power after his 2020 election defeat. The department, pressed into a defensive crouch, has never fully recovered. Injustice exposes not only the Trump administration's efforts to undermine the department at every turn but also how delays in investigating Trump's effort to overturn the will of voters under Attorney General Merrick Garland helped prevent the country from holding Trump accountable and enabled his return to power. With never-before-told accounts, Carol Leonnig and Aaron C. Davis take readers inside as prosecutors convulsed over Trump's disdain for the rule of law, and FBI agents, the department's storied investigators, at times retreated in fear. They take you to the rooms where Special Counsel Jack Smith's team set off on an all-but-impossible race to investigate Trump for absconding with classified documents and waging an assault on democracy-and inside his prosecution's heroic and fateful choices that ultimately backfired. With a plethora of sources deeply embedded in the ranks of three presidencies, Leonnig and Davis reveal the daily war secretly waged for the soul of the department, how it has been shredded by propaganda and partisanship, and how-if the United States hopes to live on with its same form of government-Trump's war with the Justice Department will mark a turning point from which it will be hard to recover. Injustice is the jaw-dropping account of partisans and enablers undoing democracy, heroes still battling to preserve a nation governed by laws, and a call to action for those who believe in liberty and justice for all. Carol Leonnig, a five-time winner of the Pulitzer Prize, is the author of three bestselling books and an investigative reporter who has worked at The Washington Post for the last twenty-five years. She won the 2015 Pulitzer Prize for her reporting on security failures by the Secret Service. She also was part of Post teams awarded Pulitzers in 2024, 2022, 2018, and 2014. Leonnig, a contributor to MSNBC, is the author of Zero Fail and coauthor of A Very Stable Genius and I Alone Can Fix It. Aaron C. Davis is an investigative reporter for The Washington Post who has won the Pulitzer Prize twice and has been a finalist three times. He was a lead writer and reporter on the Post's investigative series into the January 6 attack, which won the George Polk Award, the Toner Prize, and, with other Post coverage, the 2022 Pulitzer Prize for Public Service. In 2018, he was part of a Post team that won the Pulitzer for Investigative Reporting. Davis has reported from fourteen countries. He began at The Washington Post in 2008, after reporting for the Associated Press, The Mercury News, and Florida Today. Ankush Khardori is based in Washington, D.C. and a senior writer for Politico Magazine, where he writes a column and features about national legal issues. 1. Ninth Circuit Court Ruling on National Guard Deployment in Portland The podcast discusses a legal victory for former President Donald Trump, where the Ninth Circuit Court allowed him to deploy the National Guard to Portland. It criticizes left-leaning media, particularly MSNBC, for their reaction to the ruling. The court's decision is framed as a validation of Trump's authority under 10 U.S.C. § 12406, which allows the President to federalize the National Guard when necessary to enforce U.S. laws. The commentary emphasizes that this ruling supports Trump's efforts to restore law and order in cities like Portland, Washington D.C., Memphis, and Chicago. 2. Senator Chuck Grassley and the “Arctic Frost” Investigation The second half of the podcast focuses on revelations by Senator Chuck Grassley regarding an FBI and DOJ investigation codenamed “Arctic Frost.” This investigation, launched in April 2022, allegedly targeted Republican lawmakers and conservative organizations under the pretext of probing efforts to overturn the 2020 election. Grassley claims that high-ranking officials—including then-Attorney General Merrick Garland, Deputy AG Lisa Monaco, and FBI Director Christopher Wray—personally approved the investigation. The document portrays the investigation as a politically motivated effort to surveil and suppress Trump allies and conservative groups, comparing it to a scandal “worse than Watergate.” It also mentions the disbanding of the FBI’s CR-15 squad, which was allegedly used to target conservatives under the guise of investigating public corruption. After a few sponsor shoutouts to Badlands favorites, Jon dives into Steve Bannon's viral “Trump 2028” clip and breaks down how the 22nd Amendment, election fraud, and George Washington's precedent all tie into the debate over presidential term limits. He then explores Merrick Garland and Christopher Wray's signatures on the “Arctic Frost” investigation, exposing how the DOJ's actions prove political persecution against Trump. From Trump's upcoming meeting with Xi Jinping to Canada's Reagan ad controversy and the 62,000 CDL licenses issued to illegal immigrants in California, Jon connects it all to government corruption, hypocrisy, and broken systems. Despite calling it a “slow news day,” this episode proves that when it comes to political double standards, there's never a dull moment in the Badlands.

The host presents a comprehensive theory alleging a deep, interconnected conspiracy across multiple facets of American and global society. He claims that "bombshell" declassified documents—found in a secret room and meant for a "burn bag"—prove that a "Russia collusion hoax" was a fabrication by Hillary Clinton's campaign to cover up her own crimes. The host accuses top Democrats like Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell, along with former FBI Director James Comey, of committing felonies by leaking classified information, with an investigation allegedly being shut down by Merrick Garland. He repeatedly points to this as evidence of a "dual justice system" and a "deep state" that uses federal agencies to target political opponents, as seen in the Mar-a-Lago raid. This alleged corruption is not confined to the U.S., as the host also discusses global censorship efforts, claiming that figures like John Brennan are working to implement a Chinese-style social credit system in Europe to silence Americans. In a separate but related narrative, the host praises a new administration's policies as a return to "normalcy" that is exposing the "fake reality" of the past. He points to record blue-collar wage increases, a rise in voluntary deportations, and foreign policy successes like Mexico's extradition of high-ranking cartel members as evidence of effectiveness and a stark contrast to previous administrations, whom he accuses of having contempt for Americans and allowing cartels to flourish as "agents of integration." The host concludes with an impassioned warning to parents about the pervasive threat of child predators, using recent criminal cases of people in trusted positions to underscore the danger and advise vigilance. Throughout, he frames these events as a crucial "war" for the future of the nation, insisting that those responsible for the alleged crimes must be held accountable and sent to prison to prevent a recurrence.

The host combines a series of claims to argue that a "fake reality" has been unmasked, revealing a deep conspiracy. He asserts that a whistleblower led to the declassification of documents from a secret room inside the FBI, which he says prove that high-ranking Democrats, including Adam Schiff, Eric Swalwell, and Hillary Clinton's campaign, fabricated the "Russia hoax" to damage and indict Donald Trump. The host claims these documents show a plot where Democrats openly planned to leak classified information, with a staffer calling it "treason." He further alleges that the FBI and DOJ, under James Comey and Merrick Garland, covered up these crimes by shutting down an investigation called "Arctic Haze" and manipulating evidence against Trump in another case, thus demonstrating a "dual justice system." The host also contrasts this with positive economic data, which he says proves that the "fake reality" is collapsing, and calls for prison time for all those involved to ensure accountability. He also claims that Democrats are paying for protests in D.C. to oppose Trump's policies.

The host claims that a series of "bombshell" declassified documents, found in a burn bag, prove that former FBI Director James Comey and Democrats Adam Schiff and Eric Swalwell committed felonies by illegally leaking classified data. He alleges that a DOJ investigation into these crimes was shut down by Merrick Garland in 2023. The host contrasts this alleged cover-up with the Mar-a-Lago raid, arguing it demonstrates a "dual justice system" targeting opponents. The transcript then shifts to a different topic, with the host praising President Trump's foreign policy. He claims that Trump's tough stance has led Mexico to hand over high-ranking cartel figures, something previous administrations failed to do despite providing significant funding to Mexico. The host argues that previous globalist leaders had contempt for Americans and viewed cartels as "agents of integration" to bring in new voters and suppress wages. He connects this to a recent surge in illegal immigrants voluntarily leaving the country, which he presents as further evidence of Trump's effectiveness and the ease with which these issues could have been solved all along.

The host discusses the president's crime crackdown in Washington, D.C., where he has declared a public safety emergency and appointed Attorney General Pam Bondi to take command of the Metropolitan Police Department, and Terry Cole as the interim federal commissioner. The host links the city's high crime rates, which he claims are higher than those in Bogota and Mexico City, to "Marxist" policies allegedly pushed by Democrats. The episode features an NBC News report revealing that a D.C. police commander is under investigation for manipulating crime statistics to make it appear as though violent crime has fallen. The chairman of the police union confirms this, alleging that officers are being instructed by supervisors to reclassify felonies as lesser offenses to create a misleading picture of public safety. The show then pivots to the erosion of parental rights, focusing on a new Illinois law that mandates annual mental health screenings for students from third to twelfth grade. The host expresses concern that this policy is a deliberate attempt to drive a wedge between parents and children, promoting a specific ideology and potentially leading to children being removed from their homes. He also claims that the push for these mental health screenings is financially motivated, with a connection to a company whose CEO is the son-in-law of former Attorney General Merrick Garland.

On "The Tara Show," the host discusses the president's federal takeover of law enforcement in Washington, D.C., and his declaration of a public safety emergency. The host asserts that the city's high crime rates are a direct result of "Marxist" policies and that the D.C. government has actively engaged in lying to cover up the consequences. He presents an NBC News report that confirms a police commander is under investigation for manipulating crime statistics to give the false impression that crime is decreasing. The show then shifts to what the host sees as a growing threat to parental rights, using a new Illinois law as a key example. The law mandates annual mental health screenings for students from third to twelfth grade. The host warns that this is a "brilliant" ploy by Democrats to get between parents and children, promoting a specific agenda and creating a pathway for the state to intervene in family matters. The segment connects the policy to former Attorney General Merrick Garland through his son-in-law, who is the CEO of a mental health screening company. The host concludes by arguing that these policies are part of a national effort by the Democratic party to gain control over families and children.

On Friday's Mark Levin Show, Stephen Colbert's show was cancelled because they were losing millions of dollars a year, it had nothing to do with President Trump. Colbert and his late-night pals destroyed late night comedy by making it overly political and monotonous, rather than focusing on laughter as people seek escape from politics. Past great comedians like Jay Leno, Johnny Carson, and Steve Allen built this genre professionally and these hosts have exploited and ruined it. Also, America First Legal revealed emails showing Biden DOJ and White House coordination on Merrick Garland's 2021 memo directing FBI to address “threats” from parents protesting school policies on COVID, CRT, and transgender issues. The DOJ sought a federal hook despite internal warnings of First Amendment protections and no federal jurisdiction. Emails undermine Garland's independence claims. They coordinated, lied about it and nobody will be held to account. In addition, declassified documents from DNI Tulsi Gabbard reveal the Obama administration politicized intelligence to fabricate a Russian interference narrative in the 2016 election, despite IC reports showing no cyber impact on outcomes, only minor psychological efforts. This laid groundwork for the Trump-Russia probe, involving officials like Clapper, Brennan, Rice, Kerry, Lynch, and McCabe, culminating in a Dec 9 White House meeting and new IC assessment per Obama. We always knew this was corrupt. Later, Alexander Hamilton's views on liberty and government differed with those of Jefferson and Madison. Hamilton's modern appeal among centralized power advocates, as seen in the Broadway musical's popularity with elites and academics. Hamilton proposed lifetime terms for the executive and one legislative branch at the Convention, an idea rejected. Raoul Berger's book critiques implied powers as abusive, emphasizing the Constitution's intent to restrict federal authority and protect state residuary powers. Hamilton in Federalist No. 33 reassured states on the "necessary and proper" clause as means to execute delegated powers only, per Madison and ratification understandings. Understanding Totalitarian Propaganda in Today's Media

On Monday's Mark Levin Show, we bring you the Best Of Mark Levin on Memorial Day. Language is critical in shaping societal discourse, it's divided into positive and negative categories. Positive language uplifts, promoting free societies, free speech, and healthy dialogue, rooted in Judeo-Christian values and individual liberty. Negative language, prevalent in media like the Sunday news shows, involves sloganeering, name-calling, and propaganda to suppress dissent and control thought, often tied to coercive power in Marxist, Islamist, or totalitarian regimes. The media and the Democratic Party today push organized propaganda, aiming to control culture and society. Democrats and the media have been lying about President Biden's mental and physical capabilities to maintain power, using totalitarian propaganda techniques like manipulation, deception, and repetition. Democrats praised Biden's sharpness and focus, which contradicts observable reality, as part of a strategy to bully the public into accepting their narrative.  Later, President Biden's health cover-up goes to the heart of our republic. If a single person, family, or political party can act against Americans as they have, they will stop at nothing. Biden's family, staff, and the media knew about his dementia but hid it. The 25th Amendment should have been invoked by Kamala Harris and the Cabinet. AG Merrick Garland withheld the 2023 Robert Hur/Biden audio from Congress and the Cabinet because he didn't want the 25th Amendment triggered. He played a major role in this cover-up and efforts against Trump and should be held accountable. They were using the power of government to try to get Biden through another election, and at the same time, try to take out President Trump. This was a massive cover-up and scandal, the likes of which the nation has never experienced. Finally, a terrorist executed two Israeli Embassy employees, Sarah Milgrim and Yaron Lischinsky, outside the Capital Jewish Museum in Washington, D.C last week. Rodriguez said he acted for Palestine and for Gaza and was arrested on scene after discarding a 9mm handgun. He is a member of the Party for Socialism and Liberation. We have this fusion of Marxist and Islamist ideologies threatening the West and antisemitic incidents globally. Weak Western policies, foreign funding from Qatar and China, open borders, and ineffective legal systems are enabling this internal threat. This Marxist-Islamist alliance aims to undermine Western civilization from within, exploiting universities where ideological conformity stifles academic freedom, funded by taxpayers and parents. The ongoing internal war, evident in cities like London, Paris, and Washington, threatens national survival, with some political defenses and isolationist views exacerbating the crisis.
