Forest tested the waters with an opening bid in the region of £38 million, but Spurs have swiftly rejected the offer as they hold out for a figure much closer to their £50 million valuation. Despite Roberto De Zerbi wanting to keep the 20-year-old Sweden international in North London, Bergvall has reportedly made it clear he wants out this summer in search of guaranteed first-team football, especially after Spurs brought in big-money signings Mateus Fernandes and Sandro Tonali. But the story doesn't end there, as Wolfie explains why Forest are not backing down and are already preparing to go back in with an improved second bid. The Tricky Trees are reportedly ready to test Tottenham's resolve once again with a structured package worth around £45 million to get their man. While they are close to wrapping up a deal for free agent Xaver Schlager, Glasner Santo wants further quality in the engine room, and Bergvall fits the profile perfectly. Malin and Lucas Morrison are the mother-and-son ownership team behind Red Rose Thunder, a professional basketball organization based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
