In 2018, Erick Sanchez had less than $500 to his name — and decided to sink $200 of that into a ticket to a Mastermind entrepreneurial event. “My financials were not really at their best,” he says. “But I made the decision that I was going to change my life. And I wanted to surround myself with people that are up there and to elevate my life, my mind, and energy.” Three years later, and Erick, at the age of 27, is a six-figure earner and the owner of the solar energy business. He's “in the process right now,” he adds, of becoming a multi-millionaire: “I know that by the age of 30 if God allows me, I'll be a multi-millionaire multiple times.” Jumping from flat broke to successful CEO in such a short window may seem unlikely, but it isn't Erick's first time overcoming significant adversity. At the age of 15, he was brought to the U.S. by his mother from their native El Salvador to help him escape a life that was headed in the wrong direction, fast. “My life at the time was completely lost,” he says. “I was lost in the streets, doing things I wasn't supposed to be doing. That's when my mom decided to bring me to the United States because she was afraid I would get killed.” Making the journey by bus and foot — the latter portion of which involved being chased by helicopters — Erick entered the U.S. without documentation and understanding English. Since then, he's been manifesting one dream after the other, from obtaining a driver's license and a green card to owning his own company. But it hasn't happened without hurdles. In this episode of the Working For a Dream Podcast, Patrick and Erick talk about the choice to change your fortune and how he's now helping others do the same. What You'll Learn: Why being a little selfish can help foster selflessness, and why Erick believes in filling your own cup first How Erick taught himself financial literacy and learned to set boundaries that helped him grow his net income (and not just spend it) How he's turned himself into an opportunity for others outside the U.S. who are growing up similarly to the way he did And much more! Favorite Quote: “I'm a firm believer in the Five Year Rule. If you stick with something for at least five years, no matter what, once you get to that fifth year, you're going to start to see results.” — Erick Sanchez How to Get Involved: Connect with Erick: Instagram LinkedIn Connect with Patrick: How to Get Involved: Patrick Bolanos is a serial entrepreneur, business owner, and CEO of Trailer King Builders in Houston, Texas. He was raised in Nicaragua, exposed to extreme poverty, and also had the fortune of being exposed to life in the United States traveling back and forth to both countries. After college, Patrick's career took him into the corporate world of banking where he learned the important lessons of understanding what you're selling and why it's important to believe in it. Back in December of 2017, Patrick was fired from his job as a CFO for a Restaurant Group. With only $500 to his name, rent due, his wife, 3 children at home, and one on the way, he was forced to figure out how to pull his family out of this financial abyss that was strangling his life. With no knowledge of how to build a trailer, Patrick simply figured all of it out and has now built it into the thriving empire of what's now become Trailer King Builders. LinkedIn Facebook Instagram
Read along to practice your English and to learn the English phrases FLAT OUT and FLAT BROKEIn this English lesson, I wanted to help you learn the English phrase “flat out”. When you go flat out, it means you're going as fast as you can possibly go. When Usain Bolt runs the hundred meter, he runs flat out. He can't go any faster. We also use this phrase to talk about things like work. For the last few days, I've been working flat out. I've been working really, really hard. Jen and I have both been working flat out. There is no way I could have worked any faster. School's starting soon, so I have a lot of work to get done, so I'm definitely working flat out so that when I go back to school, I don't have to worry too much about some of the YouTube things I want to get done.WANT FREE ENGLISH LESSONS? GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARCH, "BOB THE CANADIAN"If you enjoy these lessons please consider supporting me at: http://www.patreon.com/bobthecanadianThe other phrase I wanted to teach you today is the phrase “flat broke”. I think I may have taught you this phrase before. It means that you have no money. When I was a university student, there were a few times when I was flat broke. There was even a time where I ate oatmeal for a few days because I didn't have enough money to buy other food. But I had a big bag of oatmeal. So I was flat broke, but I still had at least some food to eat. I think I ate bananas too at the time. I think even when I'm flat broke, I find a little bit of money to buy bananas. So to review, when you go flat out, it means you're going as fast as you can possibly go, even in a car. If you were to drive your car 160 kilometers an hour, you would probably be going flat out. And then if you say that you are flat broke, it means that you don't have any money. It's not a nice situation to be in.But, hey, let's look at a comment from a previous video. This comment is from let's see here.I'll just say KS. I had to look up the word gimbal in the dictionary and encyclopedia. Thanks for teaching some technology not only phrases Teacher Bob. And my response. It certainly is an interesting device. I find that the world of technology is very fascinating. So thank you KS for that comment. And yes, I'm not actually using that right now because I have it right here because I wanted to be able to show you guys a little bit about how this works. It's it's kind of wild. Like, I don't remember what all the buttons do, but I can spin it so that the camera's sideways and what it does... here... let's let's actually turn this on and then maybe I'll show you the footage from this when it's ah... let's see here. I have to go here. I shouldn't be using technology while I'm trying to make an English lesson. I might run overtime here, but let's see if we go to there and then it connects. There's a it's a little more complicated than you might expect. Let's see here. So we're going to flip the camera and we are going to flip it this way How do I do this now... there we go.Are you enjoying watching Bob struggle with technology? So now you'll see, no matter how I tilt this, the phone is always pointing at me. It's pretty wild. I will see if I can get this clip and I'll mix it in or edit it in with this video. But yeah, it's been fun. I'm not sure 100% yet how I'm going to use this. I mentioned that in my last video, but I just have my phone on it. And which way does this go? There we go. Let me put this back. So there you go. A little bit of new technology. I don't think I actually hit the record button while I was doing that. So you won't see that footage. But hey, I'm forgetting to walk around. I'm over here at the local what we call a strip mall because it's all in one long row. I'm back in town because I need to stop by at schoSupport the show

He got into a manufacturing company where he worked as a maintenance man and worked his way up to becoming the plant manager at the age of 28. Read along to practice your English and to learn the English phrases FLAT AS A PANCAKE and FLAT BROKEIn this English lesson, I wanted to help you learn the English phrase, flat as a pancake. Do you know what a pancake is? A pancake is something that we fry in a frying pan. It's made out of flour, and water, and butter, and I'm sure there's sugar in it too. And it's very, very flat. In North America, we eat them with butter and syrup on top. They're really, really yummy, but because a pancake is flat, we also have this phrase, flat as a pancake. If you look behind me, there is a soccer field, and the soccer field is flat as a pancake. We like to have our soccer fields really, really flat. The other day, I drove over a pop can in my driveway, a soda can, and I crushed it. And after I drove over it, it was flat as a pancake. It no longer looked like a can. It was flat, it looked a lot more like a pancake. Of course, there's no way I would mistake it for a pancake, but it certainly was flat as a pancake.WANT FREE ENGLISH LESSONS? GO TO YOUTUBE AND SEARCH, "BOB THE CANADIAN"If you enjoy these lessons please consider supporting me at: http://www.patreon.com/bobthecanadianThe other phrase I wanted to teach you today is the phrase flat broke. This is actually a repeat phrase, but you know how I like to match the phrases, right? When you are flat broke, it means you have no money in your wallet. You have no money in the bank. You do not have any money at all. Sometimes when people get paid on Fridays, by Thursday, they are flat broke. On Thursday, they've spent all their money, and they have nothing left, and they are flat broke. That's probably not a very nice feeling. I do remember when I was younger, at one time I was flat broke, and I remember putting $5 into the bank machine. No, I put $2 into the bank machine, so I could take out $5. 'Cause I had a little over $3 in the bank, and I thought that would be a good way to have a little bit of money for the evening.Anyways, to review, when you say something is flat as a pancake, it means that it is really flat, okay? And when you are flat broke, it means that you have no money in your wallet. You have no money in the bank, you have no money at all, but hey, let's look at a comment from a previous video. This comment is from Aleksey. It would be more acceptable to lose an hour in the spring, if time change happened at like 4:00 PM on Friday. And my response was that is the best idea I've ever heard. So Aleksey is referring to time change from the previous lesson. The idea that in the fall, we put the clocks back an hour, in the spring, we put 'em ahead, and I would 100% agree, Aleksey. If we could, in the spring, move the clock ahead while we're all still at work, we would all get to go home an hour early. Could you imagine if in the spring, I'll have to watch it here, it's a little wet, if in the spring, your boss came in at four o'clock, and you normally work 'til five, and your boss said, hey, we are going to move the clocks ahead. It's now five o'clock, you can all go home. That would be very, very, very cool.Sorry, there's kind of a weird light on, not sure what this means. Oh, I know what that means. It means my SD card is almost full. Hopefully I get this whole video done before it is full.Support the show (https://www.patreon.com/bobthecanadian)
Those memories of my younger self, the person who felt the hardships and struggled to get to work by bus, are so vivid that they are as fresh as yesterday. I remember sitting on the bus reading a book or listening to an audiobook. That makes me swear to myself that I'll be a successful entrepreneur, have a great life, be debt-free, and have money in the bank one day. Although it seems impossible back then, I have always experienced a sense of blind faith and confidence that all those dreams will come true. While life seems impossible and so hard at this moment, these things will eventually come to pass. And I stand here right now, and my life is beautiful. This whole episode is just for real talk. I hope you spend your time with me. “I remember stretching on that bus and putting my legs back and just leaning into stretches, not caring what anybody thought. Seven o'clock in the morning just in pain, whole body and pain. Because after cutting grass, operating a weed weapon running behind a walk-behind mower for 9 to 10 hours, I would literally ride my bike 10 miles to get home. By the time I got home from work, it'd be 10 p.m. And at the age of you know, 22, 23, 24, I wake up and do it all over again every single day. And I remember I lost my driver's license, and it was so depressing. God, I remember thinking these deep thoughts of this feels so impossible to get out of. I feel so incredibly trapped.” - Keith Kalfas Why do you have to listen to today's episode? 00:37 - Knowing the struggles of my younger self motivated me to work hard to overcome the hardship. 4:43 - I want to encourage you now. As long as you're patient and shift your perspective into a positive one, good things will come your way. 8:06 - Look for mentors and coaching. Find people who have already made it through the minefield, join mastermind groups, attend live events, and call somebody to work with you to speed up your evolution. 11:30 - Make sure you have a positive cash flow no matter what. A refrigerator filled with food is an absolute necessity. Key Takeaways “The one common denominator among successful people. They've found, the most important thing that makes the difference is the speed of implementation. That's from the time you learned about a great idea to the time you implement it really determines how fast to become successful, right? speed of implementation.” "Find people who have already gone through the minefield and get around mastermind groups, webinars, live events. In this episode of By Any Means Necessary, hosts Sean Blackmon and Jacquie Luqman discuss the legacy of Fannie Lou Hamer and the fundamentally racist institution of the Democratic Party, the value of political education in movements, and the need for confidence in the poor and working class to build and lead its own movements. In the second segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Arnold August, a Montreal-based writer, journalist, lecturer, and author of several books including "Cuba U.S. Relations: Obama and Beyond," to discuss planned protests in Cuba and potential US involvement in planning them, the historical significance of the dates of the proposed national strike and protests, and the clues that hint at this being another attempt at a color revolution. In the third segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Dr. Taminisha John, professor at Clark Atlanta University and Caribbean regional analyst to discuss the unveiling of sculptures meant to honor the Windrush generation in the UK in the context of recent violent deportations of the people in this generation, the racist and xenophobic immigration policies that migrants from Caribbean and African countries face in the UK, and the exploitation of migrant workers in the UK.Later in the show, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Jon Jeter, award-winning journalist and foreign correspondent, radio and television producer, Bluesologist and Decolonizer, and author of the book “Flat Broke in the Free Market: How Globalization Fleeced Working People” to discuss the Drug Enforcement Administration's surveillance of protests against the killing of George Floyd in the summer of 2020 and the lack of confidence in the state, the conversation around reparations and how they should be paid, and how historical and contemporary trauma contributes to cynicism about system change and Black liberation.
2 years ago I was FLAT BROKE and had ZERO idea of what I wanted to do with myself… After I graduated college, I actually had no money (as you can see in the third picture) And more importantly, zero clue of what I wanted to do with my life I moved back home with my parents and started the typical “job hunt” At that point in my time, (23 years old, fresh out of school) I felt so insecure, lost, and uncomfortable Searching for purpose, money, fulfillment all at the same time, is EXTREMELY difficult and in some cases just not possible for people So how did I fix this? Honestly I continued to work the jobs I didn't like, until March of this year to be exact (to pay my bills) While using my spare time (after 5pm during the week and sometimes weekends) to learn and work on the things I did want (freedom and a standout physique) And I relentlessly pursued that shit until it became a reality for me I had to sacrifice a lot, it definitely was NOT easy, I don't think I'm special in anyway, and I still have a lot to learn BUT it's amazing to see how capable we are when we put our minds to something and work diligently Now looking back a couple years later, it's surreal to see how far I've come And honestly it excites the FUCK out of me because I'm not even scratching the surface I posted this to show how ALL of us are just trying to figure this shit out I'm no different And if this can help just ONE person, and encourage them to change something about themselves… Then this post did it's job To anyone struggling, don't give in, just keep trying different things I still don't have it all figured out, not even close actually There is no specific roadmap to success or fulfillment in life, it's really whatever you choose to believe it is and that's the point Make your life what you think it should be, follow what you feel is right and don't think you have to live to appease others, it's just not a good place to be in my opinion I truly hope that inspires someone Sending good vibes ALWAYS --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/sal-vittorio-jr/message

If you stick with something for at least five years, no matter what, once you get to that fifth year, you're going to start to see results.” — Erick Sanchez How to Get Involved: Connect with Erick: Instagram LinkedIn Connect with Patrick: LinkedIn Facebook Instagram

In this episode of By Any Means Necessary, hosts Sean Blackmon and Jacquie Luqman Dr. Vijay Prashad, Executive Director of Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research and co-author of the new book, “Viviremos: Venezuela vs. Hybrid War,” to discuss the domestic charges filed against 25 of the Trump supporters who overran the US capitol last week, the dubious media narratives which seemingly seek to present more forceful policing and surveillance as the solution to fascist violence, and why he believes referring to the mayhem in Washington as a “coup” downplays the real political violence implemented by the US government abroad. In the second segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Ariel Gold, national co-director of CODEPINK, to discuss the glowing media coverage of Israel's COVID-19 vaccine program, why the Israeli refusal to distribute the dosages to Palestinians constitutes “medical apartheid,” and where the latest development fits into efforts to ensure a Jewish majority in historic Palestine.Later in the show, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Jon Jeter, award-winning journalist and foreign correspondent, radio and television producer, Bluesologist and Decolonizer, and author of the book “Flat Broke in the Free Market: How Globalization Fleeced Working People,” to discuss the appointment of the first Black Capitol Police chief in the wake of last week's Trump-led fascist insurrection, the connections between Czarist Russia as a “prison house of nations” and the emerging “Black Vichy class” composed of politicians like Barack Obama and Kamala Harris, and why he thinks the country is unprepared for what he sees an an inevitable escalation in racial violence.
In this episode of By Any Means Necessary, hosts Sean Blackmon and Jacquie Luqman are joined by Dr. Seyed Mohammad Marandi, Professor of English Literature and Orientalism at the University of Tehran, to discuss the recent assassination of top Iranian scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, where the latest attack fits into the broader campaign of aggression against Iran by Israel and the US Government, and the international response to the apparent execution of the influential Iranian researcher. In the second segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Dr. Vijay Prashad, Executive Director of Tricontinental: Institute for Social Research and co-author of the new book, "Viviremos: Venezuela vs. Hybrid War," to discuss the massive worker's strike in India, Dr. Prashad's recent interview with Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza, and the enduring importance of the theoretical contributions of Friedrich Engels 200 years after his birth.Later in the show, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Jon Jeter, award-winning journalist and foreign correspondent, radio and television producer, Bluesologist and Decolonizer, and author of the book “Flat Broke in the Free Market: How Globalization Fleeced Working People,” to discuss the alarming promise by president-elect Joe Biden to appoint Neera Tanden as head of the Office of Management and Budget, how figures like Washington, DC Mayor Muriel Bowser and former President Barack Obama exploit the relative lack of class consciousness among workers in the US, and how enduring skepticism of the US healthcare system complicates the public health response to the coronavirus crisis.
In this episode of By Any Means Necessary, hosts Sean Blackmon and Jacquie Luqman are joined by Stacey Hopkins, Activist, Organizer, and political strategist, to discuss the GOP's request for a hand recount in Georgia, the significance of the upcoming special elections there, and how Georgia emerged as the 'ground zero' of voter suppression. In the second segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by David Swanson, activist, journalist, radio host, Executive Director of World Beyond War and author of the new book “Leaving World War II Behind,” to discuss what the future may hold for a Joe Biden presidency should the Democrats succeed in taking office, the future of the anti-war movement in the US, and the need to understand the current limits of popular political consciousness to advance it.In the third segment, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Vicki Cervantes, North America Coordinator of the Honduras Solidarity Network, to discuss the devastating impacts of Hurricane Eta in Honduras, why the poorest Hondurans suffered such disproportionate destruction compared to their country's neighbors, and the adversarial relationship between the grassroots groups coordinating much of the recovery effort and the corrupt Hernandez regime which appears to be taking advantage of the situation.Later in the show, Sean and Jacquie are joined by Jon Jeter, award-winning journalist and foreign correspondent, radio and television producer, Bluesologist and Decolonizer, and author of the book “Flat Broke in the Free Market: How Globalization Fleeced Working People,” to discuss how white identity motivates much of the popular support for Trump, why the ruling class prefers 'race war' to class war, and the lessons organizers and working people can learn from Venezuela's ongoing Bolivarian revolution.

US President Donald Trump and North Korean Chairman Kim Jong-un, have completed their second denuclearization summit. At a news conference immediately following that first summit, Trump told reporters that denuclearization “will go pretty quickly.” His National Security Advisor John Bolton said on July 1 last year that the North could dismantle its weapons of mass destruction and ballistic-missile programs “in a year.” The headline in today's Washington Post is: "Trump and Kim Abruptly Cut Short Summit After Failing to Reach Nuclear Deal." The headline in the Asia Times is: "North Korea-US Summit Collapses Without Agreement." Despite good vibes between Kim and Trump, the two sides may have attempted to do too much. Was it a collapse, as described in the AT, or more of a natural end without the anticipated signing? Did they try to do too much? Israeli Attorney-General Avichai Mandelblit announced today his intent to indict Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for bribery in a blockbuster decision that could decisively impact the April 9 election. Mandelblit said that Netanyahu will be indicted for bribery, fraud and breach of trust in three cases. In Case 4,000, Netanyahu is alleged to have fired a Communications Ministry director-general and hired his loyalist and ex-campaign manager to ensure a government policy that improperly favored one of Netanyahu's friends. In Case 1,000, Netanyahu is accused of, and admits to, receiving a range of expensive cigars, champagne and other items. In Case 2,000, Netanyahu is accused of trying to make a deal with the publisher of Yedioth Ahronoth - a national daily newspaper in Tel Aviv - which would see the paper offer him favorable coverage in exchange for the prime minister using his influence to damage Israel Hayom, an Israeli national Hebrew-language free daily newspaper and competitor of Yedioth Ahronoth. Netanyahu's Likud party claims that this is a “witch hunt.” What does this mean for the upcoming elections in Israel and the politics of the region going forward?Journalist Jon Jeter's recent Truthout piece, "Flat Broke, Black Voters Want More Than Just Another Black President," he writes, "Cory Booker's announcement on February 1 that he is entering the 2020 presidential race brings the number of African-American Democrats seeking their party's nomination to two, making the crowded primary field the 'most diverse in history,' according to The New York Times. But while The New York Times, cable news and other liberal pundits exult in the White House bids of Booker and California's junior US Sen. Kamala Harris, African Americans, ironically enough, have not uniformly mustered nearly as much enthusiasm for either candidate." He adds, "Not since a severe financial downturn shuttered the Freedman's Bank in 1874 have African Americans lost as much of our wealth as we did during Barack Obama's eight years in office ... As African Americans reflect on their losses over the last decade, many have begun to question the loyalty of Black political leadership that is increasingly seen as complicit in covering up the crime of the century. Booker has been criticized as being a champion of charter schools, a foe of lowering prescription drug prices and a sock puppet for the same moneyed interests responsible for the subprime debacle." What's really at stake in the 2020 election, and who will and won't be the best candidate for African-Americans?GUESTS:Brian Becker — Co-host of Loud & Clear on Sputnik News. Armed with only $3,000, gut-wrenching fear, and absolutely no real estate experience, Mark Podolsky bought his first few parcels of raw land in 2001. Today Mark is the owner of Frontier Properties, a very reputable and successful land investing company, and has been buying and selling land full time since 2001. By focusing on working smart, not hard, he has completed over 5,000 land deals with an average ROI of over 300% on cash flips, and over 1,000% on the deals he sells with financing terms. Prior to his land investing success, Mark had a high-stress, soulless corporate job, and felt trapped in a state of solo-economic-dependency (i.e. his income stopped as soon as he stopped working). Escaping solo-economic dependency changed Mark’s life in so many positive ways that he decided to teach, coach and mentor others to help them achieve their financial goals. Even though Mark invests a lot of his time helping others, he stays actively involved in running his land investing business, and is dedicated to teaching the most current and relevant “real world” land investing methods to his students. 3 value bombs: Step back and focus on what makes you money The Entrepreneur builds something bigger than themselves Focus on the 20% that produces 80% of the results You can connect with Mark at thelandgeek.com and support@thelandgeek.com This podcast made possible by our friends at HomeInvest.com. When Jennifer McGaha () discovered that she and her husband owed back taxes―a lot of back taxes―her world changed. Desperate to save money, they foreclosed on their beloved suburban home and moved their family to a one-hundred-year-old cabin in a North Carolina holler. Soon enough, Jennifer's life began to more closely resemble her Appalachian ancestors than her comfortable upbringing. But what started as a last-ditch effort to settle debts became a journey that revealed both the challenges of living close to the land. McGaha never expected to own a goat named Merle. She didn't expect to be buying organic yogurt for her chickens. She never thought she would be pulling camouflage carpet off her ceiling or rescuing opossums from her barn and calling it "date night." Most importantly, Jennifer never thought she would only have $4.57 in her bank account.

Ozark Highlands Radio is a weekly radio program that features live music and interviews recorded at Ozark Folk Center State Park’s beautiful 1,000-seat auditorium in Mountain View, Arkansas. In addition to the music, our “Feature Host” segments take listeners through the Ozark hills with historians, authors and personalities who explore the people, stories, and history of the Ozark region. This week, political folk music provocateur and Ozark original Tom Parker performs live at the Ozark Folk Center State Park with his friends, songwriter Mark Crabtree and bass player Jeff Sowards. Also, interviews with Tom. Featured also is talented singer/songwriter and traditional music educator Kathy Jensen. Mark Jones offers an archival recording of traditional Ozark dance fiddler Charley Richardson, playing the fiddle tune “Gold Rush.” Writer, professor, and historian Dr. Brooks Blevins profiles the first in a series of three Ozark song catchers, Mary Parler. Tom Parker was a bit of an enigma to us, in a good way. Here is the short story on how we found out about him. Virgil Brawley, Mountain View musician and member of Flat Broke, came to us one day after a trip to Springfield, Missouri and told us of a unique banjo player he saw at an old time jam. Not one to mince words “you should get this guy” he said, referring to this week’s feature artist, Tom Parker. Virgil went on about Tom and to paraphrase, noted that his banjo style was neither old time, nor modern, nor even bluegrass. Tom is just something different. Well, you can judge for yourself as we feature Tom on this weeks’ show. Another one of Stone County’s fine multi instrumentalists (piano and guitar) and vocalists, Kathy Jensen is more than a working musician. She’s also a blueberry farmer and one of the key organizers and instructors for Stone County’s “Music Roots” program. Like so many in the Ozarks, she excels in multiple fields, and has a deep passion and understanding of what makes old time and traditional musics special. In this week’s “From the Vault” segment, musician, educator, and country music legacy Mark Jones offers an archival recording of traditional Ozark dance fiddler Charley Richardson, playing the fiddle tune “Gold Rush.” from the Ozark Folk Center State Park archives. From his series entitled “Back in the Hills,” writer, professor and historian Dr. Brooks Blevins profiles the first of three Ozark song catchers, Mary Parler Randolph. This episode features a recording of Jim Means performing the traditional banjo tune “Cripple Creek” at Goshen, Arkansas on November 9th, 1949. The recording was made by collectors Mary Parler Randolph and Merlin Mitchell, and is preserved by the University of Arkansas Mullins Library in its Ozark Folk Collection. http://digitalcollections.uark.edu/cdm/singleitem/collection/OzarkFolkSong/id/3626/rec/7
