Gaslit Nation
Epstein and Trump: Follow the Money, Follow the Monsters - TEASER

Gaslit Nation

Play Episode Listen Later Nov 14, 2025 18:50

Two weeks ago, Gaslit Nation pointed out that Vance is grooming the Christian nationalist movement to accept him as Trump's replacement. Turns out Vance knew–they all knew–that the Epstein paper trail was radioactive. The House released explosive Epstein documents that confirm what Gaslit Nation listeners already knew: the real story is not what's been revealed, but what's still being buried. We will continue to unpack this story as it develops, including the Kremlin connection as Epstein tried to advise Russia when it came to Trump.  For now, the Big Takeaways:  The emails released came from the Epstein estate. So what might Trump's DOJ and FBI be sitting on?: Photos, videos, and unredacted FBI and CIA files. Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown, whose investigations helped bring down Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell, and the resignation of Trump labor secretary Alex Acosta who gave Epstein a "sweetheart deal" and was rewarded with a White House cabinet position, confirmed that thousands of records remain hidden, including: Epstein's original 2008 sex-trafficking indictment draft Search warrants from 2005 and 2019 raids Full lists of possible suspects and accomplices Witness statements and FBI and CIA files Autopsy and investigatory interviews into Epstein's death in prison The new release contains an April 2011 email from Epstein to Maxwell indicating that she misled the DOJ: she knew Trump had spent hours at Epstein's mansion with one of his victims. Epstein himself confirmed Trump's guilt, writing: "I have met some very bad people, none as bad as Trump." Epstein confirms that Trump knew about his pedophile ring. Of course he knew: That's why they were friends. The Epstein/Trump dump exposes Larry Summers, Clinton's Treasury Secretary and an economic adviser to Obama, decrying the MeToo movement in a private email to Epstein and making a sexist joke about women being stupid. Summers was the former president of Harvard University. Michael Wolff, media gossip profiteer and Trump whisperer, provided Epstein and sometimes Trump via Epstein with media consulting–in exchange for access to write his bestselling books. He was even Epstein's behind-the-scenes PR fixer during the Miami Herald investigations. Given that Epstein's victims have successfully sued banks for managing Epstein's human trafficking money, expect to see cases brought against Wolff. MAGA world is imploding. Trump huddled in the Situation Room with Pam Bondi, Kash Patel, and Lauren Boebert to stop the House vote. Boebert reportedly refused–likely because she faces a tough re-election campaign in a blue wave year. A new Democratic majority that finally includes Rep. Adelita Grijalva of Arizona will get their House vote to force the release of the full Epstein files. Once it passes the House, it still needs to clear 60 votes in the Senate. Trump is expected to veto it–after he and the MAGA disinformation machine ran on releasing the Epstein files, even accusing Biden of molesting his own daughter. For our bonus episode this week, we include the launch of Follow the Money, a new Gaslit Nation spinoff with Russian mafia expert Olga Lautman. In our first episode, we trace the Epstein-Trump financial nexus and expose the global corruption machine funding fascism. In this week's episode of God Talk, Pastor Greg dives into the “3 P's” shaping our culture today: Politics, Prophets, and Perversion. He reflects on the current political climate in the U.S., growing ideological shifts, and fractures within both major parties. Then he turns to Jeremiah 23, warning against false prophets who offer “false hopes” by either distorting or avoiding God's truth. Finally, he shares a striking real-life story illustrating the brokenness of human nature. Through each topic, Pastor Greg points us back to our ultimate hope, Jesus Christ, the One who offers forgiveness and eternal life in the midst of a sinful world.

Prince Andrew's decision to host a party for Ghislaine Maxwell at Sandringham—where sex drugs like poppers were reportedly found—reads less like royal history and more like a bad dark comedy. The idea of a Queen's residence being turned into something resembling a low-rent Sopranos episode is almost surreal. The whole scene feels like parody: the Duke of York, standing beneath portraits of British monarchs, presiding over a soirée that sounds like Downton Abbey crashing headfirst into Trainspotting. It's especially grotesque given Epstein's reputation for avoiding drugs himself—he didn't need them, he used them on others. The thought of those same tools of control and exploitation making their way into a royal estate is equal parts absurd and revolting. What makes it worse is the total lack of accountability. The Palace still tries to frame these scandals as “private matters,” as though international sex trafficking and narcotics at royal residences can be brushed under the Windsor rug. Every new revelation cements Andrew as a man incapable of understanding—or even pretending to care about—the damage he's done to the Crown's image. Once considered a symbol of British decorum, Sandringham now sits as a monument to how far the monarchy has fallen, its history tainted by the stench of scandal and the arrogance of a prince who believed himself untouchable. In the end, Prince Andrew didn't just disgrace himself—he made royal scandal feel like a recurring sketch in a show that refuses to end.to contact me:source:Sex drugs 'found at party' disgraced Andrew hosted for Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell in Sandringham, new Royal book claims | Daily Mail Online

Wild says the book wrongly described her as having had intercourse with Epstein and being raped, allegations she denies. Robson, meanwhile, claims Brown portrayed her as complicit in Epstein's operations after she refused to be interviewed for the book.According to the lawsuit, Brown's reporting left both women branded in ways that distorted their roles in the Epstein saga, causing reputational damage and emotional distress. The case underscores the tensions between journalistic storytelling and survivor testimony in high-profile abuse investigations.Courtney Wild and Haley Robson, both survivors of Jeffrey Epstein's abuse, wrote powerful letters to top executives at JPMorgan—among them CEO Jamie Dimon—accusing the bank of enabling Epstein's conduct by keeping him as a client for many years, despite knowing or having reason to know that there were serious abuse allegations. They ask JPMorgan to acknowledge that it benefited from the relationship (through transactions, accounts, etc.), to admit wrongdoing or mistakes, and to take steps to make amends—both to them and to other survivors. Wild and Robson frame their demand not just in moral terms but in legal and institutional accountability: that the bank should own up, not hide behind fine print or internal policies. They also stress that JPMorgan's public statements and depositions (including Jamie Dimon's) have downplayed or denied knowledge of Epstein's abuse or minimized the bank's role. In their letters, they challenge that narrative: they maintain that JPMorgan had ample warning of red flags and thus cannot claim complete ignorance. They call for transparency—release of internal documents, full cooperation, and concrete reforms—to ensure what happened with Epstein doesn't happen again under the bank's watch.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comBecome a supporter of this podcast: https://www.spreaker.com/podcast/the-epstein-chronicles--5003294/support.

Ken Starr—a former independent counsel famed for the Clinton–Lewinsky investigation—was one of the high-powered attorneys who joined Epstein's defense team during the 2006–2008 case in Florida. Starr's influence proved pivotal; according to Miami Herald reporter Julie K. Brown's book Perversion of Justice, he orchestrated a “scorched‑earth” campaign that leveraged his political connections in the Bush administration to pressure the Justice Department into approving a highly favorable plea deal for Epstein. Starr even wrote an aggressive eight‑page letter to Deputy Attorney General Mark Filip arguing that prosecutors were acting improperly—an approach reminiscent of Starr's own high-profile “Starr Report” while investigating President ClintonThough Starr's aggressive defense helped secure Epstein's notorious 2008 non‑prosecution agreement—which shielded Epstein from broader federal trafficking charges and limited his punishment to just over a year in county jail under lenient conditions—there's no record of any serious repercussions for Starr himself. His legal tactics may be viewed as emblematic of how elite influence and aggressive lobbying can skew justice in favor of the powerful, but Starr faced no formal sanctions or professional fallout from his involvementTo contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.comSource:https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2021/jul/13/ken-starr-jeffrey-epstein-book

It's Tuesday, September 2nd, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Kevin Swanson Pakistani Muslim kidnapped 16-year-old Christian girl Pakistan is in the persecution news again. This time for a 16-year-old Christian girl kidnapped and forced into sex slavery by a Muslim in the Punjab district. She was rescued by court order on August 14th. This is just one of thousands of these cases occurring each year, where girls and women are kidnapped and forced into conversions, marriages, and prostitution. Pakistan is the seventh worst nation in the world on The Worldview's International Morality Index, and the eighth worst on Open Doors' World Watch List. Finnish politician tried third time for condemning perversion A Finnish Member of Parliament, Päivi Räsänen, is back in court this month, after already being acquitted twice for the so-called hate crime of calling homosexual relationships “sinful.” Räsänen has been charged with “agitation against a minority group” under the Finnish criminal code addressing “war crimes and crimes against humanity.” She's been under attack for seven years. This time the prosecutor is taking the case to Finland's Supreme Court. Afghanistan earthquake claims 800 lives In God's providence, Afghanistan has been hit by a third major earthquake since the Taliban took over, reports Reuters. This has claimed 800 lives and wounded 2,800 more, mostly in the Kunar Province. The 2022 quake killed over 1,000 people and the 2023 quake killed over 2,000 people. Russia's Putin, India's Modi and China's Jinping met in summit The new Axis power base was further solidified yesterday in a meeting which took place in Tianjin, China, with the presidents of China, India, and Russia — Presidents Xi Jinping, Narendra Modi, and Vladimir Putin. This was Modi's first visit to China in seven years. Modi expressed his desire to Putin that the two nations deepen cooperation “in all sectors.”  The meeting of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization boasts “the world's largest regional organization” including nations with a combined economic output of nearly $30 trillion. That's just over the United States' annual Gross Domestic Product. Russia's Putin called the alliance the beginnings of a “new system” of security in Eurasia.  The Shanghai Cooperation Organization consists of the communist, Hindu, and Islamic states of Russia, Belarus, China, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Pakistan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Chinese Navy boasts more warships than America The BBC reports that the Chinese Navy has exceeded America's Navy in number of warships -- 234 to 219. However, the Chinese are still behind the United States in overall tonnage and aircraft carriers.  Importantly, the Chinese shipyards have upwards of 200 times the ship-building capacity of America at this point. Brazilian socialists want to lock up Jair Bolsonaro Socialist elements in the Brazilian government are looking at locking up the nation's previous president Jair Bolsonaro for 30 years. Bolsonaro is accused of staging a coup after disagreeing with the election results in January of 2023.   The Associated Press reports that the evidence includes “an unsigned document that sought to invalidate the election and his alleged push for supporters to destroy government buildings in Brasilia on January 8, 2023.”  Low Scottish birth rate Scotland's birth rate is the lowest on record — hitting 1.23 children per woman. The nation's abortion rate is 17.9 per 1,000 women. Out of 50 countries, that's the fifth lowest birth rate in Europe. Only Malta, Spain, Lithuania, and Italy have lower birth rates.  Deuteronomy 7:12 and 14a makes a promise to a nation. “Because you listen to these judgments, and keep and do them. …You shall be blessed above all peoples; there shall not be a male or female barren among you or among your livestock.” Not so much for Scotland. Vice President JD Vance defends prayer U.S. Vice President J.D. Vance defended prayer as a proper response to the recent massacre at the Minneapolis, Minnesota Catholic School. His X post explained that, “We pray because our hearts are broken. We pray because we know God listens. We pray because we know that God works in mysterious ways, and can inspire us to further action.” Vance was responding to Jen Psaki, Joe Biden's previous press secretary, who skeptically asserted that “Prayer is not freaking enough. Prayers does [sic] not end school shootings. Prayers do not make parents feel safe sending their kids to school. Prayer does not bring these kids back.” In addition to Vice President Vance, CNN's conservative commentator Scott Jennings defended prayer as well. Listen. JENNINGS: “I think it's wrong, frankly, to vilify or attack people of faith. I think ‘thoughts and prayers' are the most solid on days of tragedy for people who live their faith every day. And I think on a day like today, particularly in a church community, there are probably people praying harder for comfort today than they have ever prayed in their life. “And I heard others on the Left today go down this line of attack against people of faith, sort of denigrating the idea that they might want to pray today.” Proverbs 28:9 reminds us that “If one turns away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer is an abomination.” And Proverbs 15:29 says, “The LORD is far from the wicked, but He hears the prayer of the righteous.” Chip and Joanna Gaines roll out “LGBTQ roller skating show” The reality show pop-star couple and known-to- be professing Christians, Chip Gaines and his wife, Joanna, are under fire again. This time, they are producing a program on their Magnolia Network featuring what has been termed “an LGBTQ+ roller skating reality show” called “Roller Jam.” Joanna Gaines called it “a show the whole family can watch together,” according to Protestia and FaithWire.  Office mortgages hit record 11.7% delinquency rate In economic news, delinquency rates on office mortgages in the United States have hit a record 11.7%, exceeding the last record set during the 2008 recession. That delinquency rate was only 1.6% just two years ago. Silver and gold keep climbing According to TradingView.com, silver surged to $40.76 per ounce and gold hit $3,475 per ounce on Monday — record highs for the metals. Married mothers happier than childless single women And finally, no surprise here. The Institute for Family Studies surveyed 3,000 women and found that married mothers were more likely to enjoy life.   The report documented that 47% of married mothers say their lives are enjoyable most or all the time, compared to 34% of unmarried, childless women who say the same thing. Psalm 127:3 says, “Children are a heritage from the Lord, offspring a reward from Him.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Tuesday, September 2nd, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus (Adam@TheWorldview.com). It's Thursday, August 28th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark and Adam McManus International plea to release 7 pastors in Eritrea, Africa A consortium of charities is calling for the release of seven pastors in Eritrea who have been imprisoned for over 20 years. Since 2002, the East African nation outlawed many religious practices. Thousands of people have subsequently faced imprisonment, including Protestants. A country expert told Open Doors, “Anything done by any churches or its members [which is] seen as a threat to the absolute control currently in place will be subjected to punishment.” Eritrea is known as the “North Korea of Africa.” The government infamously holds some prisoners in shipping containers. Eritrea is ranked sixth on the Open Doors' World Watch List of the most difficult places to be a Christian.   Evangelical churches in Spain on the rise Evangelical Focus reports that Evangelical churches are the most numerous of “minority” religions in Spain. Evangelical churches now account for 56% of non-Catholic places of worship in the Catholic-majority country. The second most numerous minority religion is Islam. Muslims have the most places of worship in smaller municipalities with less than 5,000 inhabitants. Meanwhile, Evangelical churches are more numerous in municipalities with 5,000 to 100,000 people.  Twisted trans killed 2 Catholic school students, injures 17 Tragically, a twisted transgendered psychotic, 23-year-old Robert Westman, who pretended to be female, shot and killed two children yesterday morning at 8:30am at Annunciation Catholic School in Minneapolis, Minnesota, reports The Blaze. The dead kids were 8 and 10 years old. Another 17 people were injured, including 14 children between the ages of 6 and 14, and three adults who ere all parishioners in their 80s. 10-year-old Weston Halsne, a fifth grader, described the deadly school shooting he witnessed at the beginning of the Catholic mass. HALSNE: “Yeah, it was like, maybe, like three minutes in, the first shot fired. … They shot through the stained glass windows, I think. And it was really scary. It was, like, right beside me. I was, like, two seats away from the stained glass windows. The shots were, like, right next to me. I think I got, like, gunpowder on my neck.” REPORTER: “When you heard the shots, what went through your head?” HALSNE: “The first one, I was, like, ‘What is that?' And when I heard it again, I just ran under the pew, and then I covered my head. My friend Victor, like, saved me, though, because he laid on top of me. My friend got hit in the back. He went to the hospital.” REPORTER:  “What went through your mind when you saw that?” HALSNE: “I was super scared for him, but I think now he's okay.” REPORTER:  “What do you want to say to your friend who helped protect you?” HALSNE: “He's really brave, and I hope he's good in the hospital. I'm praying for you.” The man, who legally changed his name from Robert to “Robin” in 2020, then killed himself. President Donald Trump responded immediately on Truth Social. He wrote, “I have been fully briefed on the tragic shooting in Minneapolis, Minnesota. The FBI quickly responded and they are on the scene. The White House will continue to monitor this terrible situation. Please join me in praying for everyone involved!” Earlier yesterday morning, Robert Westman allegedly released a deeply disturbing 11-minute-long YouTube video which I watched in its entirety. Amidst the profanity, he featured a picture of Jesus in the middle of a shooting target and a crudely drawn map of the church where the mass would take place. Westman revealed a massive amount of ammunition and long guns displayed on the bed, which were covered in his own white sharpie graffiti. As he narrated the video in a series of almost demonically-driven voices, he panned guns with the words “Where is your God?” and “For the children” and “No remorse” and “Rip and tear” scrawled across the guns.  Other egregious messages include “6 million wasn't enough” and “Kill Trump now.”  The shirt which he planned to wear during his forthcoming shooting rampage said, “Let's do this before the anxiety kicks in.” Isaiah 59:7 says, “Their feet rush into sin; they are swift to shed innocent blood. They pursue evil schemes; acts of violence mark their ways.” West Virginian parents allowed to opt kids out of vaccines West Virginia's Republican Governor Patrick Morrisey signed an executive order earlier this year to protect religious freedom and parental rights.  The order allows parents to opt out of schools' vaccination requirements on religious grounds. Not surprisingly, the leftist American Civil Liberties Union issued a legal challenge. Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. announced his support for the order on Monday. He wrote on X, “I urge state legislators to support the Governor's leadership and protect these fundamental rights. At @HHSgov, we will enforce conscience protections and defend every family's right to make informed health decisions.” Texas public schools will display Ten Commandments On Monday, Texas Republican Attorney General Ken Paxton ordered public schools in the state to display the Ten Commandments. A recent court order blocked some school districts from displaying the Ten Commandments. But Paxton has ordered all districts not affected by the litigation to have the displays up by next week. Paxton wrote, “From the beginning, the Ten Commandments have been irrevocably intertwined with America's legal, moral, and historical heritage. … The woke radicals seeking to erase our nation's history will be defeated. I will not back down from defending the virtues and values that built this country.” In Deuteronomy 6:6-9, God said, “And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. … You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.” Cracker Barrel keeps logo but pushes sexual perversion And finally, Cracker Barrel announced Tuesday it will keep its classic logo after significant backlash. The restaurant chain planned to sanitize its logo by removing the famous “old timer” figure leaning against a barrel. The drawing is based on Uncle Herschel McCartney, the real uncle of Cracker Barrel founder Dan Evins.   The company's stock dropped nearly $100 million last week in response to the rebranding.   President Donald Trump praised the decision to keep the classic logo. So did U.S. GOP Congressman Byron Donalds, a Republican representative for Florida.  He wrote on X, “In college, I worked at @CrackerBarrel in Tallahassee. I even gave my life to Christ in their parking lot. Their logo was iconic and their unique restaurants were a fixture of American culture. No one asked for this woke rebrand. It's time to Make Cracker Barrel Great Again.” D.C. Draino tweeted, “Oh, and keep the original interiors. We want to eat in Grandma's home, not Grandma's nursing home.” And Brandon Wilinkson, who featured screenshots of Cracker Barrel's LGBTQ+ Alliance logo, tweeted, “You want us to come back?  Scrap the woke DEI-pandering policies and fire the CEO. Until that happens, my family won't be coming back. You forget who your customers are. They aren't woke liberals in the cities. It's regular, working-class Americans that still hold traditional American values!” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, August 28th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus (Adam@TheWorldview.com). (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Muslims in Congo kill three, set cars ablaze, & abduct others There were two separate attacks attributed to the Allied Democratic Forces, a Muslim terrorist group operating in the eastern area of the Democratic Republic of Congo, reports International Christian Concern. The first ambush occurred on the evening of Saturday, August 9 in North Kivu Province.  The Muslims targeted a specific vehicle and abducted its passengers. The second, more deadly attack occurred during the night of Sunday, August 10 in the Ituri Province.  They killed three people, set ablaze several vehicles and houses, and abducted many residents who remain missing. Nearly 10,000 sign petition demanding Toronto mayor end taxpayer funding to homosexual ‘pride' events A petition signed by 10,000 people has been submitted to Toronto Mayor Olivia Chow demanding an end to taxpayer funding of homosexual/ transgender “pride” events, reports LifeSiteNews.com. Earlier this month, Gregory Tomchyshyn, the Canadian campaign director for Citizen Go, dropped off a petition to Mayor Chow calling for her government to end its lavish spending of taxpayer dollars on the promotion of sexual perversion, including the “Toronto Pride” parade. For years now, LifeSiteNews has documented the event's crude floats, public nudity, and public displays of sexual exhibitionism. The petition said, “Mayor Olivia Chow and Toronto City Council just handed $350,000 in taxpayer money to Pride Toronto, despite the event's history of public nudity and indecent displays in full view of families and children.” According to Canadian Broadasting Corporation News, “Pride Toronto” will see its taxpayer funding hiked by 26 percent since fewer corporations want to promote sexual immorality. Toronto Mayor Chow condemned corporations that pulled funding from the group and suggested not shopping at Home Depot because the corporation is no longer funding the sexually perverted “Pride Toronto.” You can write Mayor Chow a polite 2-sentence email of objection: mayor_chow@toronto.ca. Or send a letter to: Mayor Olivia Chow, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 100 Queen St. W., Toronto, ON M5H 2N2 Canada. Previously, Adidas and Nissan Canada were considered “gold-level” sponsors, a designation given for those who donate at least $150,000 in cash or in-kind contributions. Venezuelan Evangelical Christians march for Jesus Thousands of Evangelical Christians mobilized across Venezuela during the March for Jesus, reports The Christian Post.  The event featured preaching, public worship, biblical reflection, and prayers for Venezuela. According to the Latin Evangelical Alliance, this year's theme was: “Jesus, the nations belong to You.” Social media was filled with images of the march, which was held not only in cities but also in rural towns. Pastor José Piñero, executive director of the Evangelical Council of Venezuela, addressed the crowd in Cumaná with a message in Spanish focused on grace.  I'll translate this 9-sentence clip in a moment. (Piñero speaks in Spanish) Pastor  Piñero said, “We are here because this land cries out for hope. And that hope has a name. And His name is Jesus Christ! (cheers) “Today, we march with purpose, with conviction, with firm love.  We don't march for ideologies. We don't march for human agendas. We don't march for political agendas. We don't march for sectarian agendas.  We come with the eternal Word of God, the Bible.” Proverbs 30:5 says, “Every W ord of God is flawless; He is a shield to those who take refuge in Him.” Seventeen percent of Venezuela's population is comprised of Protestants and 71% is Catholic. Trump-Putin meeting in Anchorage today about ending Russo-Ukrainian War Anchorage, Alaska Mayor Suzanne LaFrance, an Independent, has announced that the city is “prepared and ready” for President Donald Trump's high-stakes meeting today with Russian President Vladimir Putin about ending the Russo-Ukrainian War. The meeting is set to be held at the Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson. Trump seeks to extend federal D.C. takeover as ‘sanctuary city' policies put on ice In an effort to eradicate violent crime in our nation's capital, President Donald Trump is preparing to ask Congress to extend the 30-day limit on his federal takeover of Washington, D.C. When asked by a reporter Thursday if he intends to seek congressional approval to prolong his federalization of D.C.'s Metropolitan Police Department, the president said this in reply. TRUMP: “Well, if it's a national emergency, we can do it without Congress, but we expect to be before Congress very quickly. We think the Democrats will not do anything to stop crime, but we think the Republicans will do it almost unanimously.” The president began moving federal law enforcement agents into D.C. late last week, following the vicious beating of a Department of Government Efficiency staffer, 19-year-old Edward Cristine, who intervened in a carjacking to protect the female victim. On August 11th, President Trump officially took federal control of the D.C. police department and quickly mobilized the D.C. National Guard. Between August 7 and the morning of August 13, the federal crackdown yielded 103 arrests on charges ranging from suspected homicide and narcotics to firearm offenses and even illegal immigration. Woman sues Marine who allegedly poisoned her drink with 10 abortion pills And finally, Liana Davis, a Texas woman, has become the latest victim of a disturbing case of the abortion kill pill being used against her, and she's taking her pain to court, reports The Washington Stand. Her lawsuit alleges that Christopher Cooprider, a 34-year-old U.S. Marine, impregnated her and repeatedly pressured her to “get rid” of the baby, despite her firm refusals. According to the federal lawsuit, Davis has accused Cooprider of dissolving at least 10 misoprostol pills into her drink, without her knowledge, at her Corpus Christi home while she was eight weeks pregnant with his child. It only took 30 minutes after drinking the spiked beverage for Davis to start “hemorrhaging and cramping.” She asked for his help, but Cooprider fled the scene and was unreachable.  In a text at 12:30a.m., she wrote, “I am gushing blood. Please hurry.” But he never responded.  Tragically, their baby died. The first half of Proverbs 28:13 describes Christopher Cooprider well. “He who covers his sins will not prosper, but whoever confesses and forsakes them will have mercy.” The wrongful death lawsuit seeks unspecified damages from Cooprider and Aid Access, the company which sold the abortion kill pill to the randy Marine. According to NBC News, “The Corpus Christi Police Department said there are no active investigations involving Cooprider.”  The Marine declined to comment as well. According to a new study from the Journal of the American Medical Association, Aid Access shipped 118,000 chemical abortion pill packs into the U.S. between July 2023 and September 2024. On X, Family Research Council President Tony Perkins wrote, “The Trump administration must take action now. 1 in 10 women suffer severe complications from the abortion pill. Traffickers and others use easy drug access to control women and kill unborn children. State laws are being trampled.” If you or a loved one has ingested the Abortion Kill Pill with regret, the baby can be saved during the first couple of days  through a special progesterone protocol.  Visit AbortionPillReversal.com. It's Monday, August 4th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Adam McManus Cuban pastor harassed Cuban pastor Maikel Velázquez vanished about 14 hours after delivering epilepsy medication to a friend's granddaughter on July 9th in the island country, reports International Christian Concern. Velázquez delivered the medicine to the granddaughter of Marta Benites, whose sons were imprisoned for participating in a peaceful protest in July 2021 in San José de las Lajas, Mayabeque. Immediately after the delivery, Velázquez was abruptly barred from entering the Benites home. Moments after completing a phone call with another pastor, he disappeared. His phone was instantly switched off, severing all contact. Pastors from the Alliance of Christians of Cuba launched a search for Velázquez, combing hospitals, detention centers, and police stations — yet their efforts yielded no clue to his whereabouts. At around 2:00 a.m. on July 10th, Velázquez was discovered outside his home, clearly shaken after enduring a traumatic interrogation and serious threats. When questioned, he would not disclose details of the incident and behaved erratically, sometimes yelling and at other times falling eerily silent. Pastor Velázquez's abduction is only the most recent in a string of alarming cases of pastoral harassment in Cuba. In John 15:18, Jesus said, “If the world hates you, keep in mind that it hated Me first.” According to Open Doors, Cuba is the 26th most dangerous country worldwide for Christians. Corporation for Public Broadcasting is shutting down The Corporation for Public Broadcasting announced it is shutting down, reports American Family Radio. Congress created it in 1967 with the Public Broadcasting Act in order to promote educational and cultural programming that was not being done by the three broadcast networks.  With a current half-billion dollar annual budget, the Corporation for Public Broadcasting is now most known for overseeing liberal news outlet National Public Radio and the liberal network PBS. Back in May, President Trump signed an executive order to stop taxpayer funded biased media. Republican-hating NPR sued to challenge that order and told the court any decision to cut off funding must come from Congress.  With that challenge in the courts, the White House sent a rescissions package to Congress in late May. The GOP-led House passed the measure 214-212. In the U.S. Senate, Vice President J.D. Vance cast the tie vote for passage.  Heritage Foundation senior fellow Mike Gonzalez said a nation that is $36 trillion in debt should not be paying for news coverage that tells half the country to "get lost" because of its political beliefs.  HR15 enables perversion and abortion for public school minors Liberty Counsel took a case to the U.S. Supreme Court to ensure that parents  are allowed to opt their children out of homosexual and transgender indoctrination in public schools. However, if House Resolution 15 passes, it will open the floodgates and will force parents, counselors, and teachers to celebrate this destructive behavior. This bill has been introduced in both the current U.S. House and Senate. HR 15 — the misnamed “Equality Act” — will be a nightmare for everyone, warns Liberty Counsel Action. Every Democrat has signed on to the bill. And some Republicans voted for a prior version of HR 15. The margins are slim, and we could lose this battle if we remain silent. The battle in Congress will be fierce, but we must stop this bill for four reasons. First, if the child becomes confused by the propaganda at public schools — mandated by HR 15 — to think a person can choose their sex like they choose clothes, there will be no one to help them learn the truth. The child can demand hormone-blocking drugs (stopping puberty), opposite-sex hormones, and even surgery to remove healthy body parts. Parents will have no say, nor will the hospitals, health care providers, or pharmacists. Insurance and taxpayer funds will cover the expense. If the parents object, this will be considered child abuse, and the child could be removed from the home. Second, if someone pressures a young girl to get an abortion, she will have no one to protect her from this life-and-death decision. The so-called Equality Act will make abortion a federal right through all nine months. It will pre-empt every state law — including parental notification or consent and informed consent. The parents will have no say, nor will the hospitals, health care workers, or pharmacists.  Insurance companies cannot refuse coverage, and our taxes will fund the killing of innocent life. If parents, health care providers, or pharmacists resist the abortion, they can be sued by the U.S. Department of Justice, private individuals, and organizations — including Planned Parenthood. Third, if the child asks the parents for help to overcome unwanted homosexual attractions, behaviors, or gender confusion, there will be no one to help. The so-called Equality Act will make it illegal to provide any such counsel to help overcome these unwanted attractions, behaviors, or confusion. In fact, this bill makes such counsel illegal for all ages and for any counsel — licensed and unlicensed — and this includes pastoral counseling. Fourth, this dangerous bill will require Christian adoption and foster care ministries to place children in homosexual and transgender homes. And remember, the “Q” in LGBTQ encompasses nearly 550 paraphilias — which includes pedophilia! There will be no one to help these innocent children! In Matthew 18:6, Jesus said, “If anyone causes one of these little ones—those who believe in Me—to stumble, it would be better for them to have a large millstone hung around their neck and to be drowned in the depths of the sea.” Send faxes to Congress to stop the so-called Equality Act from endangering public school kids.  We have the special link for you in the transcript today at www.TheWorldview.com. Remember, some Republicans voted for a prior version of HR 15. The margins are slim, and we could lose this battle if we remain silent. White House Ballroom to add 90,000 square feet and cost $200 million And finally, the White House is about to get a major physical upgrade – a new ballroom. Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt made the announcement. LEAVITT:  “We are proud to announce that the construction of the new White House ballroom will begin. For 150 years, presidents, administrations and White House staff have longed for a large event space on the White House complex that can hold substantially more guests than currently allowed. President Trump has expressed his commitment to solving this problem on behalf of future administrations and the American people. “The White House is currently unable to host major functions, honoring world leaders and other countries, without having to install a large and unsightly tent approximately 100 yards away from the main building's entrance. “The White House State ballroom will be a much needed and exquisite addition of approximately 90,000 total square feet of carefully crafted space, with a seated capacity of 650 people, which is a significant increase from the 200-person seated capacity in the East Room of the White House.” Leavitt revealed the price tag and that it would not be paid for with tax dollars. LEAVITT: “President Trump and other donors have generously committed to donating the funds necessary to build this approximately $200 million structure.” White House Chief of Staff Susie Wiles said, “President Trump is a builder at heart and has an extraordinary eye for detail.” … He is “fully committed to working with the appropriate organizations to preserving the special history of the White House.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Monday, August 4th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. Fourth Circuit upholds WV ban on abortion kill pill, Christian non-profit victorious over ChatGPT, Church of England affirms sexual perversion for clergy … again

It's Thursday, July 17th, A.D. 2025. This is The Worldview in 5 Minutes heard on 140 radio stations and at www.TheWorldview.com.  I'm Adam McManus. (Adam@TheWorldview.com) By Jonathan Clark West Bank Christian communities attacked by Israeli settlers Christian communities in the West Bank are experiencing increasing attacks from Israeli settlers. Last Monday, Jewish extremists targeted the Palestinian Christian town of Taybeh. They attacked houses and started fires near the community's historic church building. The Council of Patriarchs and Heads of Churches of Jerusalem released a statement, saying, “The attacks by the hands of settlers against our community, which is living in peace, must stop, both here in Taybeh and elsewhere throughout the West Bank. This is clearly part of the systematic attacks against Christians that we see unfolding throughout the region.” Church of England affirms sexual perversion for clergy … again The Church of England voted Tuesday to remove a 1991 teaching document on sexuality from its ordination process. The document, entitled Issues in Human Sexuality, said that clergy should not live in homosexual relationships.  However, church leaders said the document now appears “prejudicial and offensive.”  The Church of England has allowed clergy to enter homosexual civil partnerships since 2005. Last year, it approved services of blessing for homosexual couples. Isaiah 5:20 says, “Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness.” Christian non-profit victorious in case against ChatGPT In the United States, a Christian non-profit won a religious freedom lawsuit against one of the biggest artificial intelligence organizations around. OpenAI offers a 20% non-profit discount for a ChatGPT subscription unless an organization is religious. A Christian non-profit named Holy Sexuality challenged this policy with the help of Alliance Defending Freedom. In response, OpenAI reversed course and offered the discount. It also removed religious discrimination language from its policy.   Dr. Christopher Yuan, the founder of Holy Sexuality, said, “Some corporations—especially tech companies—emboldened by intersectional ideology and anti-Christian sentiment, choose to unlawfully discriminate based solely on religion. We are grateful for this victory.” Fourth Circuit upholds West Virginia ban on abortion kill pill On Tuesday, the U.S. Fourth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld West Virginia's ban on the Abortion Kill Pill called mifepristone. The challenge to the ban came from GenBioPro, a company that produces the killing drug.  The case marks the first time a federal appeals court has allowed states to restrict access to mifepristone.  West Virginia Republican Governor Patrick Morrisey responded to the ruling, “West Virginia can continue to enforce our pro-life laws and lead the nation in our efforts to protect life. We will always be a pro-life state!” Senate Republicans pass $9 billion budget cut U.S. Senate Republicans advanced a $9 billion rescission bill on Tuesday with the tie-breaking vote of Vice President J.D. Vance. The measure follows President Donald Trump's agenda to cut spending on foreign aid and public broadcasting. Republicans must have the bill ready to be signed by Friday for the rescissions to be enacted.  Listen to comments from Republican Senate Majority Leader John Thune. THUNE: “Later today, the Senate will begin consideration of the Trump administration's rescissions package reining in waste, fraud and abuse in the federal government is a priority shared by President Trump and by Senate Republicans. “I appreciate all the work the administration has done in identifying wasteful spending. And now it's time for the Senate to do its part to cut some of that waste out of the budget. It's a small but important step toward fiscal sanity that we all should be able to agree is long overdue.” Christian and Gospel music seeing a resurgence Christian and Gospel music is seeing a resurgence, according to a report on music streaming trends by Luminate.  The Christian/Gospel genre moved up to seventh place in the top 10 U.S. music genres this year. And Christian music ranked fourth among the highest-growth genres. The report found Christian music listeners are mostly female, and the top generation listening to Christian music is Millennials. Deacon given free truck after protecting church from gunman And finally, WXYZ reports a church deacon in Michigan received a new truck recently after preventing a mass shooting at his church last month.  On Sunday, June 22, a shooter opened fire outside CrossPointe Community Church in Wayne, Michigan. In God's providence, Deacon Richard Pryor was running late. He saw the gunman heading to the church's front door, dressed in camouflage and bearing an AR-15 style rifle as well as  more than a dozen fully-loaded magazines. That's when Pryor ran the shooter over. However, his truck was totaled in the process as the shooter shot up the truck.  Fortunately, Pryor was not injured.  Another person, acting as a volunteer security guard, shot the gunman dead. In response, a local Ford dealership gifted the hero a brand new truck on a two-year free lease. Pryor said he was “thankful for everybody's support. The Lord was definitely involved in the events of that Sunday.” Psalm 121:4 and 7 says, “Behold, He who keeps Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. … The LORD shall preserve you from all evil; He shall preserve your soul.” Close And that's The Worldview on this Thursday, July 17th, in the year of our Lord 2025. Follow us on X or subscribe for free by Spotify, Amazon Music, or by iTunes or email to our unique Christian newscast at www.TheWorldview.com.  Plus, you can get the Generations app through Google Play or The App Store. Russia using 3,450 drones against Ukraine per month Russia has stepped up its drone attacks on Ukraine since the beginning of the year, now averaging 3,450 drones per month. That's up from about 1,000 drones per month in 2024.   A total of 136 drones were counted Sunday night over Ukraine. President Donald Trump announced yesterday, the United States would be providing more Patriot missiles to Ukraine, for shooting down Russian missiles. Judge blocks defunding of Planned Parenthood in new law A federal district judge has arbitrarily blocked the defunding of Planned Parenthood, the nation's largest abortion provider.   Judge Indira Talwani's order purports to force the Trump administration to defy a federal law passed by the U.S. Congress and signed by the President. Supreme Court gives Trump green light to dismantle Dept of Education Yesterday, the US Supreme Court issued a decision allowing for the Trump administration's plan to dismantle the U.S. Department of Education, reports NBC News.   In a 6-3 vote, the high court allows for Secretary of Education Linda McMahon to fire 1,400 employees — amounting to about half of the department workforce. Trump's 2026 budget funds 2,179 employees compared to 4,099 working during the 2024 fiscal year. More young adults lean Republican Young people are moving Republican. A new Yale Youth Poll finds 18 to 21-year-olds leaning Republican by 12 points, while the older group of 22 to 29-year-olds still favor Democrats by 6.4 points.  Trump reflects on assassination attempt anniversary Yesterday, President Donald Trump reminisced on how his life was saved from the assassin's bullet a year ago in this exchange with a reporter. REPORTER: “On this one year anniversary of Butler, what was going through your mind this morning when you woke up. I know that you're praising God you're alive, but a lot of people want to know how you've taken this day on this one year anniversary.” TRUMP: “God was protecting me, maybe because God wanted to see our country do better, or do really well, make America great again. But God was protecting me, Brian, I'll tell you. I have a job to do, so I don't like to think about it much. It's a little bit of a dangerous profession, being President.” Proverbs 19:21 reminds us of God's sovereign hand over all of our doings: “Many are the plans in a man's heart, but it is the Lord's purpose that prevails.” What are the most and least rewarding college disciplines? What's the best bang for the college enrollment buck? A recent study found that for best starting pay and employment numbers, Civil engineering, Construction Services, Aerospace Engineering, and Nursing are the best majors. By contrast, Anthropology, Sociology, and Fine Arts are the worst for starting pay. Pastor John MacArthur died And finally, this just in. Pastor John MacArthur has passed on to glory, reports The Christian Post. Recognized worldwide, as a definitive leader among conservative Evangelicals and reformed Christianity, Pastor John led Grace Community Church in Sun Valley, California for 56 years. Remarkably, he authored nearly 400 book titles. He preached the authority of Scripture and was defiant in the face of ongoing COVID-19 lockdowns. The MacArthur Study Bible sold two million copies, and his commentary series sold another one million copies. Master's Seminary, over which John MacArthur presided, enrolls 700 men, and his sermons are still heard over 1,000 radio stations across America through the Grace to You ministry. Listen as he eloquently explains the spiritual significance of the death of Jesus Christ on the cross. MacARTHUR: “Second Corinthians 5:21 – ‘He made Him who knew no sin, sin for us, that we might be made the righteousness of God in Him.'  Let me unpack those 15 Greek words. He, God, made Jesus sin. What do you mean He made Jesus sin? Only in one sense. He treated him as if He had committed every sin ever committed by every person who would ever believe, though, in fact, he committed none of them. “Hanging on the cross, He was holy, harmless, undefiled. Hanging on the cross, he was a spotless lamb. He was never, for a split second, a sinner. He is holy God on the cross, but God is treating him -- I'll put it more practically -- as if He lived my life. God punished Jesus for my sin, turns right around and treats me as if I lived His life. “That's the great doctrine of substitution. And on that doctrine turned the whole reformation of the church. That is the heart of the Gospel. “And what you get is complete forgiveness, covered by the righteousness of Jesus Christ. When He looks at the cross, He sees you. When He looks at you, He sees Christ.” On the Grace to You ministry's X account, they posted, "Our hearts are heavy, yet rejoicing, as we share the news that our beloved pastor and teacher John MacArthur has entered into the presence of the Savior. This evening, his faith became sight." Pastor John is survived by his wife, Patricia Smith MacArthur; children Matt, Mark, Marcy, and Melinda; 15 grandchildren, and nine great-grandchildren. He was 86 years old at his death.  And we may add, Pastor John MacArthur was a big encouragement to the Generations Ministry and our publications ministry over the last few years.
