Alex Esser is a DJ, producer  and the founder of House Music With Love, a record label and online music platform that has become a go-to destination for house music lovers around the world.

Alex fell in love with electronic music and started to DJ in London in his early 20,  slowly building a reputation as a versatile and innovative DJ. He has played at some of the principal clubs and festivals in Europe including the Culture Box, Klunkerkranich, Fusion Festival, Secret Island Nation, Borderland, Plan B & Club der Visionäre.  
House Music With Love is a Swedish record label that was founded Alex Esser & friends in 2014. The label has quickly established itself as a key player in the house music scene, with a focus on releasing high-quality, cutting-edge tracks from both established and up-and-coming artists. The HMWL platform also hosts a popular podcast series, which features interviews and guest mixes from some of the most exciting artists in the scene. Wer kennt das denn nicht? Wir freuen uns auf unser "neues Familienmitglied" und wir fangen an, Bücher zu lesen, im Internet zu recherchieren, YouTube-Videos zu schauen. Wir wollen schließlich alles richtig machen, damit es dem Hund auch wirklich, wirklich gut geht. Nun - leider ist die Realität, dass wir es unmöglich "richtig" machen können. Sicherlich ist es wichtig, dass wir eine grundsätzliche Ahnung davon haben, was unser Hund braucht. Selbst als Trainer:in, also als Experte, werde ich nicht alles "richtig" machen. Denn wir müssen uns eben immer auf jede Hundepersönlichkeit neu einstellen. Was bei Dolli funktioniert hat, ging bei Zazou gar nicht. Mogli war wieder anders und brauchte eine leicht modifizierte Herangehensweise. Eines blieb allerdings bei allen Hunden und funktioniert auch bei allen Hunden meiner Kunden oder bei Fremden Hunden. Wenn ich etwas als unerwünschtes Verhalten deklariere, dann gebe ich dem Hund ein klares, einschränkendes Signal, welches er instinktiv verstehen kann. Meine Intuition ist der maßgebliche Faktor für ein gute Aktion zwischen meinem Hund und mir. Ich habe eine klare Vorstellung und das wird der Hund verstehen! Mein Online-Kurs "Ein Hund kommt ins Haus" gibt euch viele Impulse, was für einen Hund wichtig ist. Released in 2002, Staros was the first full-length album from Nina Hynes. Staros celebrates its 20th anniversary this year and it's the youngest album I've featured on the podcast to date. In this episode Nina joins me to chat about the album and more: her earliest memories of music; writing her first song at the age of 8; taking up piano and later the guitar; busking on Grafton St; being introduced to the French composer and producer Hector Zazou; recording with Zazou and touring throughout Europe with him and Harold Budd; writing and recording Staros; touring America; her creative life in Berlin and her most recent album ZAP! Ernährst du dich vegan? Denn eine Umfrage auf meinem Instagram Kanal zeigte mir: Aus meiner Community machen das "nur" 30-40%. Ich war etwas schockiert, wenn ich ehrlich bin. Denn wenn ich bei Zauberhaut über eine gesunde Haut, einen gesunden Darm und und hautfreundliche Ernährung spreche, gehe ich anscheinend ganz selbstverständlich von einer natürlichen Ernährung aus. During the German Occupation from 1940 to 1944, Resistance fighters, Parisian youth, and French prisoners of war mined a vast repertoire from a long national musical tradition and a burgeoning international entertainment industry, embracing music as a rhetorical resource with which to destabilize Nazi ideology and contest collaborationist Vichy propaganda. After the Liberation of 1944, popular music continued to mediate French political life, helping citizens to challenge American hegemony and recuperate their nation's lost international standing.Ultimately, through song, French dissidents rejected Nazi subordination, the politics of collaboration, and American intervention and insisted upon a return to that trinity of traditional French values, liberté, egalité, fraternité. Strains of Dissent recovers the significance of music as a rhetorical means of survival, subversion, and national identity construction and illuminates the creative and cunning ways that individual citizens defied the Occupation outside of formal resistance networks and movements.  Kelly Jakes is Assistant Professor in the department of communication at the College of Charleston. Her research focuses on rhetoric and culture, with special attention to social movements, resistance, and music. Du warst bestimmt schon einmal in einer für Dich sehr, sehr unangenehmen Situation mit Deinem Hund, oder? Mir ist es bei der Wanderung mit meinen Hunden passiert, dass ich mich einer für mich sehr großen Herausforderung stellen musste: Ich mußte die Süderelbe über eine Brücke überqueren und der Fußweg befand sich DIREKT neben der Autobahn! Ich hasse Brücken, Zazou haßt diese durchsichtigen Brückengeländer, er ist auf Grund einer Fehlkonditionierung an schnell fahrenden Autos sehr "interessiert". Schon bei einer großen Kreuzung versucht er immer wieder die schnell vorbeifahrenden Autos zu stellen.... Selbst in der ländlicheren Umgebung bedarf es meiner klaren Führung, damit er folgsam bleibt. Und nun DAS! Mit dem emotional Guidance ist es mir allerdings gelungen, beiden Hunden zu vermitteln, dass es eine Selbstverständlichkeit ist, über diese Brücke leinenführig und entspannt zu gehen. Die Atmosphäre mit den vorbeirauschenden Autos war extrem und dennoch haben mir meine Hunde 100% vertraut und sind mir ganz artig gefolgt. Québec a remporté beaucoup de prix concernant sa destination. - 2019 : 23e plus belles villes du monde selon FlightNetword - 2019 : La meilleure destination du Canada et de la Nouvelle-Angleterre selon le Porthole Cruise Magazine - 2019 : 3e plus belles petites villes au monde selon Nast Traveler et 8e meilleures villes du monde et j'en passe. Régulièrement, la ville est citée comme une destination touristique majeure. « L'accent d'Amérique », slogan de la ville représente bien son caractère unique avec Montréal ou les autres grandes villes du Canada et de l'Amérique. Cette distinction attire des milliers de touristes chaque année. Du côté gay friendly, la Ville de Québec est tout autre! Montréal vole la vedette depuis longtemps avec ses bars, son quartier gay, ses restaurants et les autres établissements spécialisés. Petit à petit, Québec offre de moins en moins d'établissements pour les homosexuels. Pensons à la boutique de sous-vêtements Un Style de Vie, ou encore à un restaurant dont je ne me souviens plus du nom, le bar gay Le Ballon Rouge puis le Zazou ont tour à tour fermé leurs portes. Aujourd'hui, on compte un seul bar gay à Québec : le bar le Drague. Ouvert depuis « toujours », c'est le rendez-vous pour les touristes homosexuels et les locaux qui souhaitent danser et se rencontrer. Toutefois, Québec vit une véritable crise en matière de discothèque. C'est une véritable denrée rare et le bar le Drague n'échappe pas à ce phénomène qui fait que les gens désertent les lieux de rassemblement de type nightclub tel que l'on a pu le connaître dans les années 90 et 2000. Il faut dire que les applications de rencontres et internet ont changé le visage même de la scène gay de Québec. Je me souviens à une certaine époque qu'on parlait du quartier St-Jean-Baptiste comme étant le quartier gay de Québec. Je ne crois plus qu'on peut dire que ce quartier est celui des homosexuels comme il y a à Paris avec le Marais, à Montréal avec son Village gai ou encore Barcelone avec son Eixample. C'est vrai! C'est dans ce quartier que l'on retrouve notamment le bar Le Drague et potentiellement plus d'homosexuels qui y vivent, toutefois, le quartier St-Jean-Baptiste a grandement changé depuis. La Fête Arc-en-ciel qui se tient durant le long week-end de la fête du Travail (fin août ou début septembre), est l'événement le plus gay friendly de la Ville de Québec. J'aime marcher dans les rues de Québec pour parler aux gens qui s'y retrouvent. La rue Saint-Augustin où se trouve le bar Le Drague se transforme et il est fort intéressant d'y passer un moment entre amis s'il fait beau. Du côté des saunas, Québec se démarque. Est-ce la capitale du sauna du Canada par son nombre d'habitants? Je n'ai pas fait la statistique! La ville compte un bar et trois saunas. Étrange non? Je ne connais peu ce milieu et je ne me suis jamais vraiment intéressé. Si le quartier gay de Québec n'a pas survécu à l'arriver des applications de rencontre, les saunas si. Bättre sent än aldrig, eller hur är det en säger? Vecka 24 sammanfattas rejält i detta avsnitt, där vi får höra när Zazou och Dawwa ringer upp Natta No Like-Natta och spekulerar kring varför Zazous systerson skäms för sin moster. I "Djungelvrålet" hör vi en arg och bitter Thobias Thorwid som är trött på oärliga kändisar. Elli brings the good sh*t i "Virala Låtar". Vi får även ta del av finalernas final i "Skrattaru Krattaru" - VEM TAR HEM HELA KITTET? Det hela avrundas med "Superfredag" där Elli ställer Hugo, Zazou och Dawwa i ett VM-låts-quiz. Vilken dundervecka! Hugo drar igång med en lek med Zazou och Dawwa under namnet "Ost, bilmodell eller ortsnamn" - varpå duon ska lista ut vad det kan vara. I "Djungelvrålet" ringer Sarah, Thobbe och Dawwa upp Alexander som är en doftexpert som ger lite tips på presenter. I "Would You Rather" spårar det ur fullständigt när Sarah ställer Hugo och Dawwa mot väggen. Det blir även "Zazous Bikt & Bekännelser" med sociala medier-tema. Självklart blir det "Skrattaru Krattaru", och en episk "Superfredag" då det är Sarahs sista hon medverkar på, där hon även får ta emot en fin hyllning av redaktionen! Detta vill du inte missa!

Vecka 20 är veckan som sammanfattas, och oj, vilken varm och solig vecka vi har haft! Hela kontoret har haft solsting - och vi får ta del av när Sarah och Dawwa pratar om björnar och livslängder i Sunrise. I "Djungelvrålet" ringer Dawwa, Thobias och Zazou upp Elaine och pratar om flörtande på jobbet. I "Attituesday" bjuds det på mysiga låtar with a touch of GEMS! Avsnittet får en läskig turn när Dawwa berättar om en skräcknatt han hade i veckan då han drabbades av en så kallad "sömnparalys/sömnförlamning" vilket gör Sarah livrädd. Vi lättar senare upp stämningen med "Skrattaru Krattaru" och ett "Fill in the blanks"-quiz i "Superfredag". LET'S GO!

Dawwa går återigen in i sitt alter-ego och läser upp 3 nyheter, varav 1 är fejkad. Sarah spanar efter en svensk kändis i just, "Sarah Spanar" som Hugo och Zazou ska försöka lista ut. Elli tar oss till spännande länder i "Virala Låtar". I Sunrise pratas det om militär tjänstgöring, och "Skrattaru Krattaru"-finalen får en Star Wars-twist då "May The Fourth" inföll på fredagen.
