Frequency Specific Microcurrent: Miracles in Healing and Dynamic Protocols In this episode, hosts delve into the fascinating world of Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM), sharing breakthrough stories of recovery and healing. They discuss climatic quirks in Northern California and Portland, the extraordinary improvements in a patient post-COVID, and the holistic approach of FSM in treating diverse conditions. From tendon repair to vestibular injuries, they cover how FSM addresses underlying causes rather than symptoms. The episode also highlights upcoming symposiums and conferences, and the importance of understanding the integration of different medical systems for effective treatment. Tune in for insights, case studies, and the latest FSM protocols to revolutionize your approach to healing. 00:17 Seasonal Changes and Personal Anecdotes 01:11 Christy Hughes' Miraculous Recovery 04:16 Understanding COVID's Impact on the Body 06:07 Upcoming Symposium and Presentations 07:32 FSM Core Training and Diverse Participants 08:56 Case Study: Treating Dural Adhesions 11:58 Integrating Multiple Healing Systems 17:44 Addressing Vestibular Injuries 22:41 FSM Protocols for Long COVID 28:08 Advanced Dura Treatments and Research 30:04 Cranial Sacral Therapy and FSM 31:12 Advanced Techniques and Word Formation 32:46 Understanding Muscle and Tendon Mechanics 34:11 Aging, Balance, and Fast Twitch Muscles 35:53 Small Fiber Neuropathy and Vagus Nerve Stimulation 41:24 Treating Vomiting in Children 47:33 Increased Pain with FSM Protocols 51:40 Case Reports and Frequency Therapy History As autumn settles in Northern California, the contrast between chilly mornings and warm afternoons epitomizes the transitional phase between seasons. It's not only nature that finds itself in a transition—we do too. Amidst the complex interplay of life's various aspects, frequency-specific microcurrent (FSM) offers a method to harmonize our body's physiological systems, especially during critical recovery periods. The Journey of Healing with FSM Recent sessions have unveiled remarkable transformations in individuals battling long-term effects post-COVID vaccination. For instance, Christy Hughes's journey is a testament to the healing potential of FSM. Overburdened by lingering symptoms due to COVID, she found relief after implementing customized FSM protocols focusing on vascular support. Her story speaks volumes about the intricacies and potential of FSM in aiding recovery from seemingly insurmountable health challenges. Unveiling the Science Behind FSM The physiological ramifications of COVID are profound, affecting everything from blood vessel linings to cellular signaling. It's hypothesized that the persistent issues individuals face could stem from disruptions in blood flow regulation—a process deeply tied to our body's cellular communication network. By using FSM to recalibrate these signals, practitioners have witnessed significant improvements in patient outcomes, offering new hope amid seemingly dire circumstances. Advanced Protocols for Comprehensive Care At its core, FSM embodies a holistic approach, addressing physical, neurological, acupuncture, and energetic systems concurrently. This multi-layered treatment is reshaping how practitioners like acupuncturists, MDs, and even massage therapists approach care. With a comprehensive protocol in place—from treating fascial adhesions using FSM to balancing energy centers—practitioners are equipped to deliver expansive, integrative treatments within a condensed timeframe. Integrating FSM Across Disciplines The beauty of FSM lies in its adaptability across various medical disciplines, inviting practitioners to view symptoms through a broader lens. Whether it's enhancing vagal tone in kids encountering sleep disturbances or helping patients redefine their movement post-trauma, FSM paves the way for cohesive, multi-system rehabilitation. This integrative approach not only addresses problems but delves into the etiological roots, allowing for lasting healing. Building Bridges Through Understanding Essential to this process is building a deep understanding of each patient's unique history, integrating aspects often overlooked. As practitioners, unraveling these stories helps to construct a narrative that aligns with therapeutic interventions. This reconstructive approach is becoming central to FSM practices, avidly pursuing not just symptom mitigation but unwavering health optimization. Embracing Comprehensive Healing In an era rife with complex health dynamics, FSM stands out as a beacon of hope for many. Its adaptability and comprehensive nature underscore its capability to harmonize health at both a micro and macro level. As we progress, learning to incorporate such advanced yet holistic treatment methods could redefine the landscape of healing, fostering greater well-being for all who embark on this transformative journey.
In this episode, we dive into the fascinating world of cranial sacral therapy with a specialist in the field. Michelle Jarest is a licensed massage therapist for 28 years and owns her own business in Denver. In the early stages of her career, Michelle realized that traditional approaches to massage gave clients temporary relief, but seldom completely resolved the issue at hand. What she realized was that massage school had taught her how to identify a tight muscle, but never taught her to ask why the muscle was tight. Applied kinesiology provided the answer that she was looking for and gave the assessment skills to identify exactly why the muscles were responding in a certain way and how to correct the imbalances to create lasting change. Michelle's passion for learning has led her to study functional medicine, medical acupuncture, craniosacral therapy, functional movement assessment, methylation and epigenetics. Her mission is to provide cutting edge treatments that will eliminate your pain and restore function. She believes that we all can enjoy staying active, free from pain and dysfunction, no matter our age or current physical state of health. In this episode, you will learn about CST and how this gentle, non-invasive technique taps into the body's natural rhythms to relieve tension, support emotional release, and improve overall well-being. Whether you're dealing with chronic pain, stress, or just curious about holistic healing, this conversation uncovers the profound impact CST can have on both body and mind. About 20 years ago, Karen Partisch was in a craniosacral therapy class and had one of those magical moments. After a quick conversation with the instructor, she learned that this modality was used with horses too, and her career treating people and horses was born. Since then, Karen has been developing her skills as a bodyworker focusing on the body's ability to self-correct. This path has shown her that when you allow the nervous system to deeply relax, allow softness to replace tension and restrictions, and mobilize fluids and fascia, the body will self-correct. Karen is licensed as a massage therapist in Florida and is a certified health coach. Her practice is based in Sarasota, FL where she treats people and horses and is doing remote energy sessions throughout the US and internationally.

“Everybody is the master of their own body...Our physical reality is endless wisdom, to create a mind, a brain, a body, that functions so incredibly. In it, we don't interfere in the function of our body. It keeps on every night, millions and millions, billions of cells are being replaced by new cells. Now, that alone is genial — Etienne PeirsmanOne of the most extraordinary machines in the world is the human body. How a single cell to its trillion works inside our body is beyond imagination. From our mind to our body's function is undeniably incredible! But more wonders are unleashed with CranioSacral Therapy!Etienne Peirsman is one of the most respected CranioSacral teachers worldwide and founder of Peirsman CranioSacral. Happy Satiated Saturday! There were two tracks at my graduate school in Somatic Psychotherapy. One was the Body Psychotherapy track, which is what I took, and the other was Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). The classes that I was able to take in DMT sometimes made me wish I had chosen that track of studies. The fitness culture has warped our beliefs around the purpose of movement. I've had clients say to me what's the point of moving their bodies if they're not trying to change their bodies. I get it. Physical movement has become synonymous with sculpting and shaping the body to look a certain way and that's it. The importance of physical movement though is so much more. The word emotion comes from the Latin word emovere: to be moved. Many body oriented practitioners state that the issues get lodged in our tissues. It is through movement that you can digest, assimilate, and move emotion through your body.In this week's episode, we're going to explore the movement modalities that have impacted the field of somatics. You will learn how these movement practices might support you in your well-being and in your relationship with food. You can also read the transcript to this week's episode here: https://www.stephaniemara.com/blog/the-history-of-somatics-a-movement-in-movementNext week, we will continue this mini-series exploring the bodywork influences on the field of somatics such as Rolfing, Cranial Sacral Therapy, Biodynamic Massage, Rubenfeld Synergy and much more. With Compassion and Empathy, Stephanie Mara FoxSupport the showKeep in touch with Stephanie Mara here:Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/_stephaniemara/Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/stephaniemarafoxWebsite: https://www.stephaniemara.com/https://www.somaticeating.com/Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/stephmara/TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@stephaniemarafoxContact: support@stephaniemara.comSupport the show:Become a supporter of the show here: https://www.buzzsprout.com/809987/supportCheck out my favorite water filter: https://www.pureeffectfilters.com/#a_aid=somaticeatingCheck out my favorite protein powder and receive 15% off when you use the code STEPHANIEMARA at checkout here: https://www.equipfoods.com/discount/STEPHANIEMARA?rfsn=7433250.c99684Use my Amazon Affiliate link when shopping on Amazon: https://amzn.to/448IyPl Special thanks to Bendsoun...

#250 Etienne Peirsman shared his journey studying cranial sacral therapy and his spiritual awakening, a near-death experience. He had a staph infection in his late 30's, which served as a wake-up call for him to make drastic changes in his life. He expressed gratitude for the bacteria for helping him realize this and has since invited it into his body to help him grow. Etienne was asked what he was doing before the staph infection and what it is. Staph infection is a bacterial infection that can be caused by skin contact, cuts, or wounds. It can cause symptoms such as rashes, swelling, and pus-filled blisters. Etienne discussed his journey with a staph infection which was self-inflicted through dirty water. He was a junkie and was using drugs as an escape from his upbringing in a strict school environment. The staph infection was a gradual decline in health, with the person noticing a sudden lack of energy and then the infection invading the heart, kidneys, and other parts of the body. The bacteria were simply looking for food and the person eventually had to be hospitalized due to the severity of the infection. He reflected on his journey towards a healthier lifestyle and the importance of taking care of one's health. Etienne described his experience with kidney failure due to drug use. He was in a state of panic, not recognizing his own body or face. He was taken to a rehab center and asked what they could do. In a moment of desperation, he requested a room to meditate. After 30 minutes, he experienced a click, a clarity that he had lived the life he wanted to and that it was okay. This clarity lasted for over a year, and the mind slowly started to come back. About Etienne: Etienne Peirsman came to Cranio in a non-traditional fashion. After a staph infection left him with nearly 20% kidney function, he found that preparing to die brought him the clarity of total silence. In a remarkable turn of events, he was able to heal his own body, which led him to travel to the Osho International Meditation Center, where he was first introduced to Cranio during an immersive meditation and bodywork training. From this time Cranio became his life's passion. Etienne is the founder of Peirsman Cranio as well as the CranioSacral Therapie Academy in Holland, where he originated the CranioSacral Professional Organization and is an honorary member of The Dutch CranioSacral Practitioner Society. He produced the first ever online Cranio class, which emphasizes Stem Cells and their superstar capabilities, the Midline as a source of Clarity, and easy ways to reach a No-Mind State. Etienne's first book "Craniosacral Therapy for Babies and Small Children" was published by Penguin Random House and he is about to publish his second book "Tantric Aspects of CranioSacral.” Key Points Discussed: (00:00) - Exploring Cranial Sacral Therapy with Etienne Pearsman: An Incredible Spiritual Awakening (02:14) - The Impact of a Staph Infection on Life's Journey (04:33) - Conversation on Self-Inflicted Staph Infection and Escaping Programming (07:14) - Overcoming Addiction Through Meditation (09:53) - Healing Through Nature (12:15) - Experiencing Respect from Animals in a Pine Forest Clearing (14:40) - Healing Through Meditation (17:38) - Disconnection from Family and the Hospital Experience of a 40-Year-Old Patient (19:44) - Near-Death Experience: A First-Hand Account of a Roomful of People Dying Simultaneously (22:34) - The Transformative Power of Meditation (24:51) - Finding Peace Through Meditation and Nature (31:29) - The Power of Intuition and Trust in Healing (33:31) - Craniosacral Therapy: Exploring the Benefits of Conscious Touch and No-Mind Space (43:37) - The Creation of Life: Aligning with Cosmic Forces (47:29) - The Power of the Midline Field in Healing (50:03) - The Benefits of CranioSacral Therapy How to Contact Etienne Peirsman:www.peirsmancraniosacral.com www.peirsmancranio.com/course/basics About me:My Instagram: www.instagram.com/guyhlawrence/?hl=en Guy's websites:www.guylawrence.com.au www.liveinflow.co
Etienne Peirsman shares his story of how he got into Cranial Sacral Therapy, which included his own experience of self-healing and a miraculous healing of a friend. He also discussed the importance of intuitive healing and the power of Cranial Sacral Therapy to diagnose and heal. Etienne Peirsman discussed how stem cells are connected to the universal intelligence and don't think, but know what to do. He shares a story of a student and friend who were both paralyzed and were able to walk and talk again after a few craniosacral sessions. He also shares a story of a seven year old dyslexic boy who was able to read again after a few minutes of connecting to the life force. Etienne Peirsman teaches people with no knowledge of the body how to access their intuition and use conscious touch to bring instant mindfulness. He also teaches an intensive program where students go through nine courses to learn cranial therapy and deal with their own issues. He guides them through the process and helps them access the life force and release emotions. He also has online courses available, which I definitely want to attend! Check out his courses here: www.peirsmancranio.com/course/basics Etienne's Bio: Highly inspirational and respected teacher in the field of CranioSacral, Etienne Peirsman came to Cranio in a non-traditional fashion. After a a staph infection left him with nearly 20% kidney function, he found that preparing to die brought him the clarity of total silence. In a remarkable turn of events, he was able to heal his own body, which led him to travel to the Osho International Meditation Center, where he was first introduced to Cranio, during an immersive meditation and bodywork training. Etienne describes Cranio as the the closest thing to that wonderful silence he found during his near death experience, and from that time, 31 years ago, it became his life's passion. His journey led him first to apprentice at the Upledger Institute in Florida, then teach at Bastyr University in Washington and the New Mexico Academy of Healing Arts. He is the founder of Peirsman Cranio as well as the CranioSacraal Therapie Academy in Holland, where he originated the CranioSacral Professional Organization and is an honorary member of The Dutch CranioSacral Practitioner Society. Author of the pioneering book, "Craniosacral Therapy for Babies and Small Children" published by Penguin Random House, Etienne is about to publish his second book "Tantric Aspects of CranioSacral". It is truly a unique experience to learn Cranio from such a passionate, talented teacher who infuses his classes with good humor and a deep dive into stillness. He strives to use simple language that engages our spontaneity. His methods are the middle ground between biomechanics Upledger style and biodynamic Sutherland style. In his classes, students learn to start from a no-mind space, a place where the mind can take a vacation, allowing their practice to unfold in non-duality, or what he calls the Midline. He emphasizes the power of touch to stimulate the secretion of oxytocin, a hormone that brings a feeling of oneness and values clarity as the result of being in touch with that Midline that connects us with our life-force, our true and infinite potential. Etienne travels the world with his life partner Toshiko, teaching where he is invited to share this opportunity of radical self transformation. He is also launching his first ever online class, that will have fascinating lectures and detailed instruction on all the hand placements, as a resource for students to learn and enjoy Cranio.

Mindy Totten is a Massage Therapist, Cranial Sacral Therapist and Business Coach for Massage and Bodywork Therapists in the USA. This wasn't always the case. In fact her background is as an English Teacher and it was in a "previous life" when she was teaching in Singapore and became very sick that her career and life path started to change. The time her body wasn't responding to the typical Western medicines and protocols and whilst she is the first to admit she wanted to go to a Dr, be given a pill and then everything would be "fixed", her body and life had other ideas, so off on a more holistic journey she went. Throughout this journey Mindy was open to and experienced a lot. What we focus on during today's episode is how she came across Cranial Sacral Therapy and the profound impact it had on her life and still does today.

Episode Description:Somatic Practices for Healing Trauma Part II: Practices You Can Do With a Professional is Part II of a two-part series on somatic therapies for healing trauma. This series covers practices you can do on your own or with a professional. Somatic therapy is based on more recent research and generally more effective than talk therapy for healing trauma. It's basically another name for body work, or connecting with the body's sensations and resources to heal trauma stuck in the body so it can release through your neural network. This may include therapies with a specialist who does body work with you to release trauma or heal the effects of trauma. Part II discusses co-regulation with a therapist, body therapies you can do with a specialist, and breakthrough treatments in trauma recovery that are still in their experimental phases like micro dosing under a special doctor's care, and utilizing new devices for healing trauma. *****THE STORE IS OPEN: https://app.podia.com/products/a-c-o-r-n-meditation-bundleBreakdown of Episode1:45 Introduction and Disclaimer 5:02 The Store is Open!5:54 Intro to the Therapies11:37 Co-Regulation With a Therapist21:19 Chiropractic (Atlas Orthogonal)33:25 Cranial Somatic and Cranial Sacral Therapy37:39 Massage45:18 Acupuncture48:24 Disclaimer on Chemical Substances and Ketamine30:41 Micro-dosing Using Psychedelics103:18 TMS--Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation107:45 VNS--Vagal Nerve StimulationBulleted List of ResourcesConnection and Co-Regulation in Psychotherapy by Arielle Schwartz in Center for Resilience Informed Therapy is the resource used to discuss co-regulation with a therapist.Improvement in Depression Following Reduction of Upper Cervical Subluxation Using Osteospinology Technique by Glenndon Genther, Harris Friedman, and Charles Studley and Chiropractic Adjustment by by the Mayo Clinic are the resources used to discuss the benefits of chiropractic treatment in healing depression and PTSD.-PTSD Could be Treated with Cranialsacral Therapy According to a Research Study in News Medical Life Sciences and Cranial Sacral Therapy in Healthline by Anna Gotter are the sources used to discuss how cranial sacral therapy can help release trauma from the body. My guest in this episode is Belgian, Suzanne Vanden Schrieck. I met Suzanne the summer of 2015 at a social gathering of international women in Lisbon and I was curious to learn that she'd trained as an osteopath in Belgium, ultimately practicing cranial sacral therapy. Around the time of her 30th birthday, she relocated to Portugal from Kathmandu in Nepal, where she'd been volunteering as a cranial sacral therapist, working with traumatized exploited women, orphaned street children, and young performers with Circus Kathmandu. Prior to Nepal, Suzanne and her Dutch boyfriend were living in the Czech Republic, very close to the Polish border. However, there she had trouble attracting clients because Suzanne was practicing an unfamiliar therapy that people were not open to receiving from a foreigner. Now, after eight years living in Portugal, she has a thriving private practice treating both internationals and Portuguese, and for Suzanne, the logistics of setting up her business was a relatively bureaucratic-free and simple exercise.

-How can codependency show up in our physical bodies? -What about bodywork can help you stop neglecting your body and start to tend to your physical needs? -Why should you start to integrate body work into your self-care routine to help promote your healing from codependency? In this episode, we hear from the amazing Randi Kofsky, LMFT, all about codependency in the body and how bodywork can promote our healing. Not only does Randi share her expertise as a licensed psychotherapist about her perspective on codependency, she also explains the negative physical consequences she's observed as a body worker. You'll hear Randi share about cranial sacral therapy and she walks us through a specific exercise you can use to help slow down and tune into your body! We codependummies are like a “chicken with her body cut off,” so tuning into this episode to learn how to tune in to our bodies is A MUST! Thanks for your support! She provides Cranial Sacral Therapy in Los Angeles and specializes in Somatic Psychotherapy for Individuals and work with Couples to Rewire Communication habits for enhanced Intimacy & Connection. www.innerwavebodywork.com www.innerrichestherapy.com More deets on the episode: We start with hearing from Randi about how she conceptualizes codependency and some codependent experiences she's had in her own life. We then shift to the topic of the body-ody-ody! That thing attached to our heads that we tend to neglect to our detriment thanks to being overfocused on others and their needs. Randi answers how codependency shows up in the body, how bodywork can help us heal from our codependency, and what bodywork looks like in our self-care practices. Randi emphasizes how and why it is so important for codependents to connect with their bodies. Rathern than simply processing our thoughts, feelings, and actions in our head, bodywork can help us integrate our experiences in a more holistic manner through our body. Imagine going to talk therapy one time per week to “talk it out” and then going to a bodywork session to “roll it out.” It's a win-win given how cut off we are from our bodies. We end with Randi walking us through an exercise that we can take with us to practice connecting with our bodies. It's a must-listen! Thanks for coming on Randi! Questions for you: What came up as you heard Randi's definition of codependency? How do you relate to Randil's examples of her codependency? What aspects of your codependency were you reminded of? How do you sense your codependency shows up in your body? What are the physical symptoms of your codependency? Where would you rate your level of connectedness with your physical body from 1-10? Why did you pick that number and what do you need to bring it closer to a 10? What did you notice while following Randi's steps to connect with our bodies via a cranial sacral method? How can you pay more attention to you body this hour? This day? And this week? It's a must to start to pay attention to our bodies! Thank you for listening! Robert Harris is the founder of the Cranial Therapy Centre in Toronto and he joins Vanessa to discuss Cranial Sacral Therapy and how it can lead to healing and supporting you to feel more aligned, comfortable and at peace within your body. Cranial Sacral Therapy is a bodywork practice, similar to osteopathy but is a very gentle non-invasive hands on technique that allows the body to respond to treatment in a very effective way. It works with the cerebrospinal fluid, the fascial network of the body, the nervous system, and of course the entire structural system of the body with a focus on the cranial bones. In this episode you'll learn all about how the fascial system works, and how cranial sacral therapy is done in a therapeutic setting to bring your body back into balance. You'll also learn a simple technique you can do to quiet your nervous system and bring your body into a parasympathetic state in less than 5 minutes. Robert Harris is the creator of the Becalm Balls and the Becalm Back Balls, to support your self-care practice and bring the effects of cranial sacral therapy to you at home. In this episode of The Healers Café, Dr. Manon Bolliger ND, talks with Nawale Ayar, a Cranio-Sacral Therapist & Vagus Nerve Certified and was uniquely trained in Biodynamic CST and Fascial unwinding, a Biomechanical form of CST. For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/nawale-ayar Highlights from today's episode include: Nawale Ayar 05:11 I love that you asked about this, because it's not a condition that a lot of people talk about, and or are aware of, and you know, you can just faint in the morning or once in your life, and you get on with your life without even paying attention to it. But to some people, it can happen too many times in their lifetime, the reasons aren't really perfectly documented. In my case, because I had to become the investigator of my own crime scene. So, I discovered that things like gluten and dairy would precipitate an episode. And so, since I quit, that, it became a little less frequent. And then cranial sacral therapy with the vagus nerve work, sort of put a stop to that. Nawale Ayar 09:08 What happened is sort of a little bit of a complex in between the sympathetic, the fight or flight system that usually people know it this way, and the parasympathetic, the rest and digest, and it feels like an alarm is set on inside the body. And then to respond to that the parasympathetic wants to calm down things really, really quickly. But both of them they clash, because it's like, trying to go really fast with your car and pressing the brakes at the same time. So, the only solution for the body is, you know, to collapse and to lay down on the floor. It's too extreme. It's too much and it happens in the blink of an eye. Nawale Ayar 10:18 I'm really surprised that not everybody is somehow certified, you know, in the health field, in this nerve, because it's so important. What fascinates me is the mood change how somebody could think that they are depressed for the rest of their life and some vagus nerve manipulation, could change their mood to happiness, and everything would be lifted off, lifted off really quickly. This is shockingly impressive to me. These are the things that the vagus nerve can do. And on a physical, more physical and psychological level, I've experienced it myself from feeling sluggish, and you know, lacking energy to feeling like you can conquer the world then want to run a marathon the next day. It is this powerful. BIO: Nawale Ayar Nawale is a Cranio-Sacral Therapist & Vagus Nerve Certified. She received a 1 year comprehensive, extensive training at the first, largest & most established College of Cranio-Sacral Therapy in London, UK while completing her Anatomy-Physiology-Pathology Certification at Minerve in France. Nawale was uniquely trained in Biodynamic CST and Fascial unwinding, a Biomechanical form of CST. Nawale is also one of the rare Certified Osteodouce Practitioners in North America; Osteodouce is an energetic osteopathy modality. After a deeply transformative CST treatment Nawale registered to become a CST practitioner. And so, you can be assured that the therapy approach that she offers, she has received and benefited from herself. Nawale is French bilingual and can treat from simple to severe aches & pains, complex and persistent health issues like: headache, back pain, brain fog, sciatica, endometriosis, physical & emotional blocks, shock & trauma, injuries, depression, anxiety, concussion, fibromyalgia, post-Covid symptoms, TMJ, fatigue, allergies, skin diseases, PMS, stress, IBS, birth trauma & more. CST is safe for newborns, pregnant & laboring women. Core purpose/passion: When I graduated in London, UK my teacher told us “Go heal the world” that deeply resonated with me. What is more satisfying that hearing someone who wasn't well got better?? or is completely cured! Things like that bring tears to your eyes! What else is this life about? If you don't have your health you have nothing. The growing tensions and precautions surrounding the Covid-19 pandemic have led to an inevitable lack of focus on our breathing. At this moment, observe how you are breathing. Is it shallow? Is it from the belly? Is it intentional? Most of us have become accustomed to shallow breathing, as a result of our innate flight-or-fight response that becomes triggered amidst dangerous situations. Join us on this week's episode as we speak to Francisco Kaiut about the restorative benefits of chronic pain and injuries, general aches and stiffness, as well as the aging body. He shares his method The Kaiut Method which he coined and discovered after conducting thorough research on health and wellness modalities. The Kaiut Method was born from Francisco's experience managing chronic pain from a shooting accident that occurred at the age of five. The experience changed his entire life trajectory, leading him to conduct a rigorous search for a treatment that could encourage individuals to move their joints whilst stimulating the mind-body connection. He is now a certified chiropractor and yoga master and has studied Cranial Sacral Therapy, Deep Tissue Massage Therapy as well as Polarity Theory in the UK. Join us on this week's episode as we harness our breath, learn how to decompress after a stressful day, and employ Francisco's unique yoga method!Listen to the episode on Simplecast, Apple Podcasts, Spotify, Google Podcasts, PlayerFM, or on your favorite podcast platform.Topics Covered:Stimulating the mind-body connectionLearning how to use The Kaiut MethodStrategies for relaxation and decompressionLearning how to harness the breath along with other parts of the bodyRe-discovering our inner balance centerResources Mentioned:The Kaiut MethodGuest Info:WebsiteInstagramSpecial Offer: For the first three months, one podcast reviewer will be selected each month to win a sleeve of Lifewave X39 Stem Cell Patches. She suspected her baby would be born tongue tied since she was and her partner was. She had her team ready and in place: an IBCLC picked out and a release provider. Even being in the field and hearing other mom's stories, it was a hard emotional journey. Difficulty latching, painful nursing, inefficient suck, nipple chomping, and reflux. All the classic red flags. Megan got firsthand experience to know in your "Mom gut" there was something off and likely a tie and being told by the nurse, and pediatrician there wasn't. She followed all the recommended steps: IBCLC, CST before the release (Cranial Sacral Therapy, see our podcast about CST), and a CO2 laser with Health Latch Dr JT in Washington. Breastfeeding was still a struggle and the milk supply was too low and she had to grieve not being able to breastfeed after all that. Megan's story is an encouraging reminder that we can do everything right, and be prepared, and it may still be hard post release. You are doing great mom's, do your best, and if all else fails we will work with your kids for Myofunctional Therapy when they are about 5. Shout out to baby whisperers we love. @Health.Latch For JT who is a pediatric dentist who only releases ties now, and his Naturalpath and CST Dr Ghormley. Also she explains what bodywork is, specifically cranial sacral therapy vrs osteopathy. When there is tension, tortilcollis, flat head, sympathetic nervous tone, fussy babies we think: check them for ties. Then if tied, get them started on bodywork before and after a release. The same is ideal for any age. We want to body to be aligned, relaxed calm nervous system, free of fascial tensions, and in the parasympathetic mode "rest and digest". Dr. Sam Berne has been a holistic eye care practitioner in Santa Fe, New Mexico for over 30 years. Dr. Berne treats the body as one integrated system using a diverse variety of disciplines. Some of the disciplines are vision therapy, child development, nutrition, traumatic brain injury, somatic continum movement, essentials oils, cranial sacral therapy and dolphin assisted therapy. Dr. Berne is an internationally known author, researcher and teacher. William Shakespeare once said that "the eyes are the windows to your soul." Can the eyes speak to us in their own mysterious way? Do we sometimes take our eyes for granted until an impairment occurs? And when that occurs, do we visit a traditional optometrist or a holistic eye care practitioner? How does dolphin assisted therapy play into the healing process? How do dolphins heal brain injured patients or trauma patients? What is the difference between a captive dolphin and a wild dolphin? What is sonar sound? How does dolphin assisted therapy help many types of ailments? Can it help spinal cord injury? Can dolphins help with emotions such as anxiety or fear? Can dolphins balance our whole being, our energy field or our vibration? Did you know that dolphins are heart centered? What is a dolphin pod ? How can they help with our emotional baggage and our level of consciousness? What happens to the human body when it submerges in the water with a dolphin pod? Can a dolphin be aggressive with a human being submerged in the water? What does it mean to ask for an invitation to a dolphin? Dr. Berne discusses with Carol Olivia the receptive element of the dolphin and the telepathic form of communication. Dr. Berne talks about the spiral movement as well as the cause of disease relating to less fluid in ones body. He tells us many healing stories from his patients and their interaction with a pod of dolphins. Did you know that dolphins are a bridge to another world and that they are capable of being connected to cosmic beings, UFO's and orbs? How does Kirlian photography help with the healing process? Can dolphins balance our body, mind and spirit? Where are the dolphin retreats? Did you know that a dolphin can scan your physical body for any type of physical ailment? Did you know that dolphins prefer intimacy? There is so much wisdom to the human qualities of dolphins, the spirit, the spirituality and their connection to many vibrations and frequencies. It's The Matter of the Heart with guest Dr. Sam Berne and host Carol Olivia Adams
