The 1996 Sundance hit indie "Girls Town" has gotten the 4K restoration treatment thanks to Indie Collect (a company run by former Filmwax guest Sandra Schulberg). The film is the directing debut of guest Jim McKay, and stars Lili Taylor, Bruklin Harris, Aunjanue Ellis and other guest Anna Grace. The plot follows a group of girl friends and their coming-of-age during their senior year of high school in urban America. The screenplay for the film was mostly developed through improvisations among the four lead actresses. GIRLS TOWN is currently enjoying a theatrical release at the IFC Center in NYC and is expected to have a nationwide expansion in the coming months. It will be available in its newly restored version later this year or early 2026. Jim and Anna are my guests.

With Geoff out after a bizarre curling incident (long story), Keith flies solo this week as he welcomes Paul Heck into Thunderlove Studio for a chat. Paul Heck created the AIDS Music Project to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS and normalize discussing safe sex. In this endeavor, Heck pursued the idea of an AIDS-benefit alternative rock compilation. He partnered with fellow Brown alumni Chris Mundy (a Rolling Stone senior writer) and Jessica Kowal (a freelance writer for Newsday) to produce the album No Alternative, the third album in the Red Hot Organization's (RHO) AIDS Benefit Music series. No Alternative, released on Arista Records in October 1993. The album received an A+ review in Entertainment Weekly and was described by Rolling Stone as "a jaw-dropping compilation of musical gems." A No Alternative MTV special featured a mix of live performances by Smashing Pumpkins and Goo Goo Dolls, music videos, short films by directors Hal Hartley, Tamra Davis, Michael Stipe, Jim McKay, and Matt Mahurin. No Alternative raised over $1.5 million, and the proceeds were donated to AIDS relief organizations across the US. Following No Alternative's commercial and critical success, Heck has produced other HIV/AIDS awareness-raising albums and a series of concerts at the Brooklyn Academy of Music. Heck's subsequent productions include: Red Hot + Bothered Offbeat Red Hot + RIO Red Hot + Rhapsody Red Hot + Indigo Red Hot + RIOT Red Hot + RIO2 Red Hot + FELA Master Mix: Red Hot + Arthur Russell In 2004, Heck was honored by Brown University as the recipient of the John Hope Award for Career Public Service. Paul co-produced Dark Was The Night (2009), an AIDS benefit album that raised over $1 million and featured artists like The National, Sharon Jones & the Dap-Kings, My Morning Jacket, and Jose Gonzalez. In 2013 Heck produced a 20th Anniversary reissue of No Alternative on vinyl (Sony Legacy) for Record Store Day. In 2019 Heck produced Love is the Drug, a campaign in N. Carolina featuring live music pop-up events with video storytelling focused on raising awareness around Harm Reduction and Opioid Addiction.  In 2020 Heck invited another Brown alum, fine artist Keith Mayerson, to create a portrait of Dr. Anthony Fauci as a part of a limited art edition fundraiser for Treatment Action Group (TAG). Heck worked as an A&R for Arista Records and Warner Bros. Records in the mid-1990s. Paul has produced the compilation albums: Shuggie Otis Inspiration Information (Luaka Bop, 2002) Fela Kuti The Underground Spiritual Game Mix (with Chief Xcel of Blackalicous - Quannum Projects, 2004) Tim Maia Nobody Can Live Forever: The Existential soul of Tim Maia (Luaka Bop, 2011) In The Name of Love: Africa Celebrates U2 a project featuring African artists reinterpreting the songs of U2 (Shout!  Yes that's what just about happened.  Those who were living and we're of age certainly remember that time 60 years ago. It was 60 years ago right now.  But for most it is simply a story in the history books that is mentioned from time to time.  And with the present Ukraine Russian war it is remembered because of how dangerous a time it was. But for a man who was right in the middle of it it was more than just a worrisome time, he knew what was happening because he was involved in getting ready for what was possible to be a nuclear war and with a Russian invasion of the Florida Peninsula.   And being right in the middle of it and knowing what was happening and label to happen next he can tell you the story of how we came so very close to where it could've been a humanity ending conflict. So join me as my friend Jim McKay shares with you his personal story of his involvement in the crisis that almost brought an end to humanity as we know it.   Stan Hustad

While Richard Nixon served as President at the height of the Cold War. He was also President when terrorism exploded on to the World stage as a tool of the extreme Islamic World.  In this special edition we look back at one of the most horrifying events of the early 1970's, by tuning into the voices of the people who covered it for ABC Sports. It features interviews with a Hall of Fame Quarterback turned sports commentator, Frank Gifford, and his counterpart T.V. Host Jim Mckay, a man best known for hosting a Saturday afternoon show which covered obscure sporting events like the National Lumberjack Championship in Hayward, Wisconsin or the Little League World Series in Williamsport, Pennsylvania.  But with little to no notice, ABC Sports President Roone Arledge, moved Jim Mckay in from his role at ABC's Wide World of Sports duties to cover a hostage situation at the Olympic Games in Munich, Germany.  McKay would bring the humanity of the moment to the small screen as he covered the tragic circumstances of an Israeli Olympic team being held hostage by a Palestinian terrorist group known as Black September. It would be a tragic and grim moment for all involved and it would be the precursor for the challenges the free world still faces today, long after the fall of communism,  by religious fanaticism hell bent on staying in the late 11th century.   ***** Ranked number 17 as one of the 60 best American History podcasts of 2022 by Feedspot.comhttps://blog.feedspot.com/american_history_podcasts/

Jim has also been the attack coach for the Wallabies and Head Coach of many clubs in the UK and Japan. Like some of my other guests Jim stands out for his passion to learn and further his knowledge – he has a Masters of Education in Sports Coaching and has published two research papers in the International Sport Coaching Journal. Jim is excited about constraints based learning, dynamic systems and ecological dynamics and is a great believer in the use of analogies to deliver his messages. He talks about attack in team sport being like water- building up and eventually always finding a way through a weakness. The key messages I got from this chat was: - The importance of the coach to create an environment where athletes can learn. If the garden is not growing you may need more water, more sunlight or some fertiliser – in other words improve the environment. - Design practice sessions that best represent the games. Have key principles, but outside of those, let players explore, discover cues, utilise cooperation and be creative. - Do the work, be patient, keep learning and build as a coach. - Have a release from coaching – find a hobby or an outlet so that the job doesn't consume you and always staying connected with your family and the people you care about the most.If you would like to learn more about Jim's research you can look up his journal articles listed below: McKay, Jim, Davids, Keith, Robertson, Sam, & Woods. 138: Mark Allen: 6x Ironman Triathlon World Champion, and Author of The Art of Competition, Fit Soul, Fit Body, and Total Triathlete talks about never giving up on the rough road to greatness.  Mark Allen The Ironman World Championship is a 2.4 mile swim, 112 mile cycle, to be followed by 26+ miles to run after that. How did Mark Allen begin his journey into becoming this world-class athlete that succeeded multiple times in their rigorous competition? “Two years after college I saw the Ironman on Wide World of Sports, you know, back in the day when everybody would stop on Saturday to see what Jim McKay had to say about something incredible. They were showing the Ironman Triathlon, something that I had never heard of before. I didn’t know what a triathlon was. I didn’t know what the Ironman was. He runs through what the distances were that they were going to be covering that day and I was like, ‘Are you serious?’” On this episode of Finding Your Summit Podcast, we talk with Mark Allen, 6x Ironman Triathlon World Champion, and Author of The Art of Competition, Fit Soul, Fit Body, and Total Triathlete. Two weeks after Mark Allen first saw the Ironman on television the idea grew in his mind to see if he could become an Ironman. “About 9-10 months after I saw that Ironman on TV, 1982 as a 24-year-old, I was on the starting line of the Ironman. My journey to becoming an Ironman champion was certainly not automatic. The first six years that I raced in Kailua-Kona I had decent races. I was third once. I was fifth twice. I was second twice. I could be in the lead, halfway through the bike ride at the end of the bike ride, halfway through the marathon, with just a mile to go on the marathon. But I always kept falling apart at the end.” What You Will Learn:   Mark Allen doesn’t shy away from discussing his losses and the wisdom he was rewarded from them. “My wins, they are great stories, you know. But I think, for me anyway, the most empowering part of that journey that I had is that I didn’t give up. Six years I went there. Six years I didn’t achieve what I ultimately wanted to do, which was to become the Ironman champion when I saw that I had some talent in the sport. After each year after devoting an entire season to this one singular goal and falling short. I had to come back home, you know? Tail between my legs. Somehow just pick up the pieces and ask myself, ok, am I going to go back again next year? If I am, what am I going to do different so that the result is not the same?”   Mark Allen discusses NBA superstar Kobe Bryant’s death and why he believes that tragedy had such a strong impact on so many people. “Because it was such a shock, you know? And I think it just, for me personally, it really just brought home the fact that you just don’t know how much time you are going to have here. One moment to the next, something can happen. We all have our life plan. We have our vision, our goals, our strategy, the things that we want to do between now and whenever then is for us. But it really brought it home, like, don’t waste a moment, because I don’t know about tomorrow.”     What is it about challenging himself that motivates Mark Allen, and pushes his limitations to their fullest potential? “I love things that are challenging and not predictable, and certainly the Ironman is one of those. All of us line up on the starting line. There are all these guys from all over the world who have put every bit of effort that they have. They are getting ready because they want to be the champion. We all have the same singular goal. But none of us know how it is going to evolve, how it is going to unfold through the day because there are so many unpredictable things. The wind, the heat, the humidity how one guy’s move disrupts the entire pack of cyclists.”    How does Mark view the DNA of a champion? “For me what defines a champion’s mindset is when somebody is truly just there to give the absolute best that they can and they are not exactly concerned about what the outcome of the day is going to be like. But more, making each and every moment in that game, in that match, in that race count. When you do that you are just chipping away at possibility and you are putting little bits and pieces into this thing that at the end of the day might be this incredible success.”    Mark Allen talked about one of the biggest Ironman setbacks that he experienced during his career, during his 6th Ironman win, and how he overcame the initial issues. “Silence. That is a champion’s mindset because when you are quiet you are tuned in to everything going on. You stop judging what is happening. You stop looking at things as impossible and you re-engage. I realised, wait a minute, maybe I can’t win this. But I’m just going to give everything I have. I’m going to cross the finish line. I knew this was going to be my final Ironman and I thought, I at least have to cross that line with my head held high, knowing that I gave everything that I could. It just slowly evolved. Slowly I made up time. Actually I did catch Thomas Hellriegel at mile 23 of the marathon”    The 3 Principles of Ironman Success   Mark Allen defines the three principles of Ironman success, or any success for that matter, as being: clarify, adjust, and complete. He defines all three, and with clarify he says, “Clarifying the work that your goals are asking you to do to achieve the success that you are after. That will change you from being busy to effective, and certainly in the world of business being effective is very key. If you want to double your production you aren’t going to work twice as many hours. You have to  become more potent at what you are doing each and every moment.”    Athletes that Inspire     During this episode of Finding Your Summit Podcast, Mark Allen also talks about what was the most amazing example he saw of someone who broke barriers. “It was at this past year’s Ironman where I saw what was the most inspiring human being story ever at the race and it was an athlete named Rodrick. He was born with legs that eventually they cut the legs off above the knees. So, he is a double above the knee amputee.” Links to Additional Resources: Mark Allen’s Website: markallencoaching.com Fit Soul Fit Body: FitSoulFitBody.com Mark Allen’s Email: mark@markallencoaching.com Mark Pattison: markpattisonnfl.com Books by Mark Pattison: markallencoaching.com/resources

Book Club Claire is back! We discuss our latest pick, Munich 1972: Tragedy, Terror, and Triumph at the Olympic Games by David Clay Large. If you finished it—and Jill finished it with all of four minutes to go before we taped—congratulations! This one was a tough one to get through, although there are sections that are really interesting (and if you like to learn details about Olympics preparations, a good half of the book is for you). The Munich Olympics is unfortunately first remembered for the hostage tragedy that occurred in the Olympic Village. The Palestinian terrorist group Black September snuck into the Village and took 11 members of the Israeli team hostage. They, along with a West German police officer, were all killed. Alison mentions this news clip from Jim McKay that really captures the devastating news of how this event played out. The loss of life is beyond comprehension, but it's also a shame that it overshadowed some really amazing Olympic moments, like Mark Spitz' world record-setting seven gold medals in swimming – a record that wouldn't fall until Michael Phelps did it in 2008. Swimming is one of the few events Large talks about in the book, but he also briefly—much to Alison's dismay--mentions Olga Korbut who became the "darling of Munich" in the gymnastics competition. We also talk about one of the most controversial games in Olympic history, the finals of the men's basketball tournament. In a Cold War battle, the USA was up against the USSR at the final buzzer, but an officiating decision put three seconds back on the clock, and eventually, the USSR scored at the buzzer to win. The US team has never accepted their silver medals. Claire mentions this documentary that tells the Americans' side of the story. Our next Book Club selection is The Suspect: An Olympic Bombing, the FBI, the Media, and Richard Jewell, the Man Caught in the Middle by Kent Alexander and Kevin Salwen. Perhaps the winner of the longest subtitle this year, this is a brand-new book—it came out just this week! Get your copy through our Amazon link, and your purchase will support the show. Also check out Listener Nicholas' blog Olympic Rings and Other Things -- he's got a great post on it! Follow Claire on Twitter and be sure to read her weekly Olympics blog, Light the Cauldron. Even though Tokyo agreed to move the marathon and race walking events to Sapporo, the saga is far from over. We've got the latest installment of this maranovela, which still doesn't answer the question of who's going to pay for all of this. Hank started his career in New Jersey at The Herald-News of Passaic, and the Daily Record of Morris County, where he covered the Cosmos of the North American Soccer League and the New York Giants of the NFL. Hank’s talent as a sportswriter has earned several awards over the years. Most recently, in 2018, he received the coveted Lincoln Werden Award for golf journalism from the Metropolitan Golf Writers Association; an honor he shares with the likes of Jim McKay, Chris Schenkel, Dave Anderson, John Feinstein and George Peper. Who is Jack Berry? He's a long time dear friend of mine. He was a Sports Writer with the Detroit New for many years. He was awarded the 2007 PGA Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism. He watched me grow up as a pretty good Junior Golfer in Michigan in the 60'-70's. Wrot some nice things about me and I love that he ran in our Emily Detroit Run's in the 70'-80'. I took this story about Jack off the Golf Wire from 2007. What a career he has had and he is still very active with his writing and video story telling in many ways including with my good friend Art McCafferty's GLSP Michigan Golfer. Jack Berry, the 2007 PGA Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism, was the 18th individual to be recognized with this Award. The award honors members of the media for their steadfast promotion of golf.In 1945, the year the Detroit Tigers beat the Chicago Cubs in the World Series Jack Berry's father was the Detroit Tigers Traveling Secretary. PALM BEACH GARDENS, Fla. – Jack Berry, of W. Bloomfield, Mich., whose five decades of reporting featured more than 70 of golf’s major Championships, as well as the promotion of the PGA Professional, has been named recipient of the 2007 PGA Lifetime Achievement Award in Journalism. Berry is the 18th individual to be recognized with this Award. Berry, 75, will be honored April 4, 2007, at the 35th Golf Writers Association of America Annual Spring Dinner and Awards Ceremony at the Savannah Rapids Pavilion in Augusta, Ga. "It is with a great deal of pride that The PGA of America presents this award to Jack Berry, a professional who has enlightened us all by both his attention to detail and wit, and has captured the best in the game of golf in his work," said PGA of America President Brian Whitcomb. "Mr. Berry has spent his journalistic career covering the landmark events, but he also has been a tireless servant of the game by promoting local golf and elevating the PGA Professional’s vocation to the general public." Born in Detroit, Berry began a lifelong love affair with sports as a baseball fan, following his father, Clair, who was the traveling secretary for the Detroit Tigers. Jack Berry picked up a golf club, his father’s wooden-shaft driver, for the first time in high school. He learned the game through the late PGA Professional Chet Jawor, who was PGA head professional for Detroit’s six municipal golf courses. "I soon became a big fan of the PGA Professional," said Berry. "I always liked what they did for the game and all were good guys and completely different than the Tour professional. I was fortunate that the two newspapers where I worked (Detroit Free Press and Detroit News) had a good tradition of local golf coverage. I enjoyed the opportunity to work with people in the community in covering golf. I am very honored to receive this Award, considering those who have preceded me." Berry attended Marquette University from 1949-1951, and also served two years in the U.S. Army from 1952-54. Upon his discharge, he finished his college education and graduated from Michigan State University in 1956. His journalism career began as a correspondent for United Press (1956-59), where he distinguished himself through his versatility, covering professional and local sports as the wire service’s sports editor for the state of Michigan. Berry joined the Detroit Free Press in 1959, and spent the next 12 years on the sports staff. He marked his first Tour event when he covered the 1958 Buick Open in Grand Blanc, Mich. His professional sports "beat" featured the Detroit Red Wings of the then-six-team National Hockey League; and he marked his first major Championship in 1961, at the U.S. Open at Oakland Hills Country Club in Bloomfield Township, Mich. Berry joined the Detroit News in 1971, and remained its premier golf writer through 1993, during which time he developed a relationship with Michigan PGA Professionals and the Free Press Junior Golf Program, which collaborated with the Detroit Recreation Department. It is a program "that was a forerunner to today’s First Tee in providing opportunities for young people to join the game," said Berry. In 1984, Berry was named the 27th president of the Golf Writers Association of America, making him the second journalist from the Detroit News (preceded by John Walter in 1958-59) to hold that position. Berry also served as GWAA secretary-treasurer from 1990-98. Following his Detroit News’ career, Berry became one of the most prolific golf freelance writers, with columns and features appearing in PGA Magazine, Chicagoland Golf and the Michigan Golfer. He is the recipient of the 1997 Golf Association of Michigan Distinguished Service Award. In 2003, he became the second journalist inducted into the Michigan Golf Hall of Fame, joining the late Walter. Among the members of the Michigan Hall of Fame are legendary five-time PGA Champion and founding PGA member Walter Hagen, and 1953 PGA Champion Walter Burkemo. Berry marked the 1986 Masters, when Jack Nicklaus conquered Augusta National Golf Club at age 46, as not only his most memorable golf event as a reporter, but also a defining moment in his life. Berry nearly died following the Masters. He was stricken with acute viral myocarditis two weeks earlier at the Players Championship. After enduring great pain and energy loss during the Masters, he arrived home to enter the emergency room of the local hospital. "I arrived with heart, liver and kidney failure, and in shock," said Berry. "I almost made the final six-footer." Some two years later, Berry’s recovery was complete, as he competed in the New York City Marathon. What kind of effect do video games have on gamers? Do video games make people violent? Listen as Craig discusses the latest news story about the video game shooting in Florida with Jim Polito. These and more tech tips, news, and updates visit - CraigPeterson.com --- Related Articles: Looks Like Google Is Always Recording Your Location -- Even When You Tell It Not To --- Transcript: Below is a rush transcript of this segment, it might contain errors. Airing date: 08/28/2018 Psychology And Videogames Craig Peterson: [00:00:00] Hey, Good Morning everybody! Craig Peterson here. And I'm saying good morning cause as you probably already know tape these in the morning. This morning I was on with Jim Polito. Jim was all by himself this morning. He didn't have Danny. His board op and producer to help him out. So, I kind of took it easy with him and we stuck with the one big story in the news this week, which of course is the story about the video game shooting down in Florida. So, we went a little bit more detail obviously a different track than I went on with Jack yesterday. But, you know if you heard Jack's interview you might skip today's, but you might want to listen to today's because there's always a little bit different.  [00:00:41] So, here we go with Mr. Jim. Here he is, our tech guru, the man with all the answers. Craig Peterson. Good morning, sir.  [00:00:55] Good morning, Jim. It's been quite a morning here with all of the video game stuff going on. Mental health issues. Did you know I was the chairman of the oversight board for Health and Human Services in New Hampshire for a couple of years?  [00:01:11] Yeah, yeah I did not know that.  [00:01:15] Oh, OK. [00:01:17] Yet another hat that I've worn. Craig every time you're on the show, it's something else, next going to tell me you were an astronaut.  [00:01:29] That would be fun I always wanted to go to that place down in Alabama. Are you kidding me? Yeah right. Right. No. Rocketown. [00:01:40] Absolutely. You're absolutely right. [00:01:44] No, go ahead. No, I'm just a space cadet. That's all. [00:01:48] Never ever made it into the space force.  This whole thing is really interesting when you're talking about mental health issues and kids and video games. In fact, a lot of people might not really be aware of what it's like, nowadays. You know you and I might have played some Donkey Kong or I you remember when Pong came out and I had pong. [00:02:11] I wish I had the original game because my parents bought it for me one Christmas.  [00:02:18] Do you burn in the TV tube? Pretty much  [00:02:21] It was an old black and white. And you know eventually, I did. But, nobody cared because it was an old black, a spare black and white that we had.  [00:02:32] When did you get your first color TV? I remember my family of like 1970.  [00:02:37] I think we were '72 because it was a tiny one. It weighed a ton. And I actually ended up bringing it to college as my TV. It was a small way too tiny it was one of those so-called portables. But, you know it was like a medicine ball trying to lift the thing. It was around 72 because this is the anniversary right about now the 72 Olympics I was just doing something on it earlier this morning Mark Spitz. I remember watching that small color TV when the Israeli athletes were taken hostage, in the siege and the slaughter. I remember watching Jim McKay on that little-colored TV that weighed a ton. So, it had to be around 72. The first real color TV like a big one. I don't remember but this was 72. The big old console TV. [00:03:39] Yeah, we had a console TV in the living room, exactly. These games have come a long way. Now, what's happening at this event and if you've never seen one of these or been one of them. I think this will be a real eye-opener for a lot of people because these are huge events, and there is more excitement in the stands than I have ever seen anywhere, except for maybe the U.S. first event, the first robotics. To me, it's interesting Jim because I don't watch professional sports, right.  [00:04:13] Period. Right. Right. Not even the Canadian Football. Craig, not even Canadian football but that's real football. An extra 10 yards on the field a field and one less down you know by that, by the way, no hockey, Craig.  [00:04:31] Yeah. I was captain of my hockey team. But, you know I've never watched the game other than my dad was watching or my brothers were watching. My brother was on the minor league team for the Toronto Blue Jays.  [00:04:45] That's a big deal.  [00:04:47] It's a very big deal, but not me. Right. So, I just don't get it. Why would you be there cheering on someone? Watching them play a video game because that's what it is. You have the players up in the front and the players are playing, in this case, Madden football and they're they're all up at the front there's huge screens so everyone can watch. Yeah, and they're going through it. Now, there's lots of them. There's a shoot up scenarios you know you can be in World War Two. Yeah, and you're there with your platoon and you're talking back and forth with the other members of your platoon. Your killing zombie nazis and things, right, as you're going around. Now, they have this artificial feeling, like they are actually there. When they might be in their mom's basement and somebody else might be in Siberia, it doesn't really matter. They're all around the world. In reality, they're not building real friendships they're not really communicating, People, there's a whole huge business, look up twitch, a huge business built around people going to twitch and watching other people play video games. And you're not even watching them play the video game watching, you're watching their screen.  [00:06:11] Yeah right. I don't get it. [00:06:13] I don't either. I've seen it. I went to what is at PAX East and I watched some competition. Danny, who's not here today. Danny watches other people compete in things like Fortnight. I mean it's actually become something that people do. Watch these competitors on these games. I mean I get it. I do. I do get it. Now, the question is you know psychologically and I know you used to be when we were younger, Craig, people would say oh watching violent movies make people violent, you know. And now it's OK so playing these video games makes people violent. I just don't think that's it. I think it's like my psychiatrist friend years ago, 20 years ago, said to me how do you know if this person didn't have a psychiatric issue. If they wouldn't be violent, anyway. And the same thing about a gamer, just because they're playing the game, maybe if they weren't a gamer they'd still be a violent person.  [00:07:25] There's a difference between correlation and causation, right. And that's kind of why I was going to add to Jim these types of games are attractive to certain people with certain types of mental disorders. However, the same can be said about circuses or almost anything that you might name, right. This is not causal, near as we can tell. I've had a number of psychiatrists and psychologists on my radio show, talking about this whole issue in general. Is it harmful? I think what we have to look at and I think pretty much everyone's in agreement when the child is very young like, in the single digits of age, particularly the first four or maybe even as much as eight years of their life. Now the first four certainly. Do not expose them to a whole lot of time either in front of the TV or in front of an iPad or in front of a computer. Because their brains need to mature those pathways need to develop. And near as we can tell those pathways don't develop as well when the kid is sitting watching something. As opposed to maybe they're outside or creating. I used to love Lego when I was a kid. Yeah, I made all kinds of stuff, that that's the right things flowing in the brain. Jim, I don't think there's really anything conclusive, there certainly is no agreement as to whether this is just kind of an associative sort of thing at that track that people with these types of disorders and obviously doesn't track a lot of them like this. This isn't happening frequently but it is a different world that I think a lot of people should look into a little bit. You know you mentioned PAX East. I have a son that went to that event. In fact, he went there with a girlfriend because he loves to play the video games on his little video game console. You know when you're 30 35 40 and you're still spending a lot of time in your video game. It's you know it's time to move on to real life. [00:09:33] I get it. Craig I know we had so much other stuff to talk about today but it's always good to get your perspective when things like this are in the news. Especially I found fascinating, the stuff you sent me about how Google is still tracking me even when I tell it not to. That's a great, great piece and folks that's just some of the stuff, you can get from Craig Peterson if you text him my name Jim to this number 8 5 5 3 8 5 55 53 that is text the Jim or ask any questions you might have. [00:10:13] to 8 5 5 3 8 5 fifty five fifty three.  [00:10:18] That's right. Standard data and text rates apply. You get great information from Craig Peterson. If there's some type of an emergency with a massive hack or a data breach, he gets you the facts and what you need to do. He doesn't try to sell you anything and it's all free. Craig, thank you so, so much I really appreciate the time and your perspective on that news story. [00:10:45] Take care, Jim. Already. Bye-bye folks don't go anywhere. Final word when we return you're listening to. [00:10:52] Hey, everybody. I want you know this is a bit of a heads up.
