Late on June 21st, Trump joined Israel's war on Iran. Just two days after warning Iran it had two weeks to make a deal, Trump unleashed the military might of 30,000-pound bunker busters delivered by B2 bombers on Fordo, while Tomahawks struck Natanz and Isfahan. With typical bombast, Trump bragged that Iran's nuclear sites were “totally obliterated." Iranian officials, however, claim the facilities had been emptied of nuclear materials months ago. Suzi spoke to Yassamine Mather just before Trump started bombing to get her analysis of Israel's “Operation Rising Lion” — a unilateral military strike on Iran marking a dangerous new escalation in an already volatile region. The attack comes amid Israel's ongoing genocidal war on Gaza, accelerating dispossession of Palestinians in the West Bank, pager bomb assassinations in Lebanon, and land grabs in Syria. Netanyahu's war cabinet is committed to military solutions on all fronts — now including Iran. Iran has retaliated deep inside Israeli territory. This is a first for Israel, and it is dangerous in every way. Although the US was fully informed of Israel's intentions, Netanyahu defied Trump's public opposition to the strike. Trump then flipped, backing Netanyahu's attack and warning Iran to make a deal or else. Now we see the 'or else.' Jacobin Radio with Suzi Weissman features conversations with leading thinkers and activists, with a focus on labor, the economy, and protest movements.

Guest host Misty Winston, along with surprise “sitting-in” guest Jimmy Dore, criticizes the Western media's double standards in reporting hospital bombings by Iran versus Israel. They highlight the hypocrisy of Israeli and Western outrage over an Iranian missile strike near an Israeli hospital, given Israel's repeated bombings of hospitals in Gaza, Lebanon, and even Iran itself.  The discussion underscores how media narratives are manipulated to frame Israel as the perpetual victim while ignoring its violations of international law. Ultimately, the hosts argue that Israel's credibility has collapsed under the weight of its own actions and propaganda, especially in the age of social media. Plus segments on President Trump's demand for an investigation into the 2020 election, a judge freeing pro-Palestinian activist Khalil Mahmoud from detention, Trump threatening a nuclear first strike against Iran and NDI Tulsi Gabbard going “off message” to dispute whether Iran is developing nuclear weapons. Pastor Rob McCoy delivers a fervent message from 1 Timothy 4, warning against doctrines of demons, particularly replacement theology, which he labels as demonic anti-Semitism. Addressing recent U.S. military actions against Iran's nuclear facilities, he explains Iran's apocalyptic Shiite theology, driven by the 12th Imam belief, as a threat to Israel and global stability. Through historical insights, from Rome's renaming of Israel to Palestine to the Holocaust's roots in Christian anti-Semitism, he refutes claims of a Palestinian state and defends Israel's biblical and sovereign rights. Pastor McCoy calls for discernment, prayer for leaders, and rejection of deceptive teachings, urging believers to stand with Israel, pray for peace, and embrace God's unchanging covenant with His people, exemplified by the miraculous restoration of Hebrew and Israel's nationhood.Verse References: 1 Timothy 4 verses 1–11, Matthew 7 verses 15–16, 2 Corinthians 11 verses 13–15, 2 Corinthians 2 verse 11, Ephesians 5 verse 11, Romans 3 verse 4, Romans 11 verses 17–18, Isaiah 6 verses 1–3, Ezekiel 37 verses 1–28, Amos 9 verse 15, Acts 3 verses 19–21, Jeremiah 16 verse 15, Jeremiah 24 verse 6, Hosea 11 verse 11, Matthew 6 verses 9–10, Luke 17 verse 24Make sure you subscribe to this channel and follow us on all our platforms to always stay up to date with our latest content! And you can always head over to our website for any general information!https://godspeak.comPrayer/NeedsIf you have any needs, or have a willingness to be used to meet various need in the body, please email info@godspeak.com. In this introduction, journalist Paul Jay reports on several cases where police provocateurs incited violence during otherwise peaceful demonstrations—providing authorities with the pretext they needed to justify mass arrests and repression. As federal troops crackdown on peaceful protests in Los Angeles, we revisit the Toronto G20—15 years ago—when police beat peaceful demonstrators, arrested over 1,100 people, and suspended civil liberties under the pretext of security. Journalist Paul Jay connects what happened in 2010 to what's happening now: the criminalization of dissent, from the mass raids on pro-Palestinian activists in Toronto to the militarized repression unfolding in U.S. cities today. This video includes a newly recorded introduction and the original 2012 report: “No Accountability Yet for Toronto G20 Police Crimes.” What happened in Toronto wasn't an exception—it was a warning.

Trump's legal losing streak continues! Today, we're breaking down two major court rulings that just smacked down the Trump administration's overreach. First up: A federal judge ordered the release of Mahmoud Khalil, calling his detention an unlawful retaliation for his pro-Palestinian views. The judge didn't mince words, saying there's real evidence that immigration charges were being weaponized to punish protected speech. You know, that pesky Constitution Trump keeps forgetting about? Then, we turn to Harvard where another court ruled that Trump cannot block the university from enrolling foreign students. Turns out, xenophobia isn't a legal strategy. This time, aided and abetted by the U.S., Israel declares it has "the most moral army in the world, which does everything to avoid harming non-combatants.” Watch Al Jazeera or read the reports from Amnesty International, B'Tselem or Gush Shalom and other human rights organizations to verify the Israeli claim.  Netanyahu has declared that there will be no Palestinian state and that Israel will control Gaza. Will there ever be a viable Palestinian state? The keyword is viable, not just a collection of Bantustans crisscrossed by Israeli-only roads, walls, barriers and checkpoints.
