Hemos hecho este podcast por tres circunstancias: Una, pese a todo, no estaba muy satisfecho de ese video: Se podía mejorar. Y es lo que intento en este. Dos, había que actualizarlo, en este hablamos de modelos, MUY IMPORTANTE, con 5 años o menos. Y tres, muchos de vosotros me lo habíais pedido. Y lo digo siempre porque es verdad: ¡Vuestros deseos son órdenes! ¿Y de dónde sacamos esta información? No es una opinión, son datos. Hemos cruzado y analizado informes de fiabilidad de organizaciones de consumidores tan serias como la OCU en España, estudios de consultoras internacionales como J.D. Power, los rigurosos informes de las inspecciones técnicas alemanas (TÜV y DEKRA), y, sobre todo, hemos buceado en la fuente para mí más honesta y dolorosa: las quejas de miles de propietarios en foros especializados y los informes de los talleres, que son los que al final del día se enfrentan a estos desastres mecánicos. Y vamos ya con “La Lista Negra de Garaje Hermético”. Audi Q7. 2ª generación, desde 2019 a 2024. El Problema: El Audi Q7 es un modelo muy tecnológico, pero uno de sus sistemas de confort más caros es también su talón de Aquiles: la suspensión neumática. Los fuelles neumáticos que sustituyen a los muelles tradicionales, tienden a presentar fugas con el paso del tiempo y los kilómetros. Una fuga, aunque sea pequeña, provoca que el coche se incline visiblemente hacia un lado cuando está aparcado. Ford Focus. 4ª generación, 2019 a 2021. Las primeras unidades de la cuarta generación del Focus arrastraron varios problemas de juventud. El más grave y reportado son las fugas de aceite en la caja de cambios manual como automática. Una fuga de aceite en la transmisión, si no se detecta a tiempo, puede provocar un desgaste catastrófico de los componentes internos, llevando a una avería muy cara. Jaguar E-Pace y Land Rover Discovery Sport y Evoque. Versiones 2019 a 2024. Agrupamos a los primos británicos porque comparten plataforma y, lamentablemente, problemas. El principal foco de averías está en los motores Ingenium, tanto diésel como gasolina, donde se reportan casos de consumo excesivo de aceite, sobrecalentamiento y problemas con la cadena de distribución… Nissan Qashqai. 3ª generación. 2021-2022. La tercera generación del Qashqai ha dado un gran salto en diseño y tecnología, pero su electrónica no ha estado a la altura en las primeras unidades. El problema más recurrente, en las primeras series, son los fallos del sistema multimedia y la electrónica general. Pantallas que se bloquean, se reinician o dejan de responder son quejas habituales. Renault Clio V y Captur II E-Tech. Versiones Híbridas del 2020 al 2023. Stellantis (Citroën, Fiat, Peugeot y Opel) Aquí tenemos que hablar de dos problemas mayúsculos. El motor 1.2 PureTech. 2019-2024 y el sistema AdBlue de los Diésel BlueHDi. 2019-2024. Tesla Model 3. 2019 a 2022. El Model 3 es un coche brillante en su concepto, pero su ejecución, especialmente en las unidades fabricadas en Fremont (EE.UU.), deja mucho que desear en cuanto a calidad de fabricación. Los problemas no son tanto mecánicos como de ajuste y acabado. Grupo Volkswagen: Audi, Seat y VW. Tampoco se libra, con dos problemas muy extendidos. El software de la plataforma MQB Evo. 2020-2022 y la caja de cambios DSG. 2019-2024. Volvo XC60. 2ª generación, modelos “Sensus” 2019-2022. El Problema: El XC60 de segunda generación ha presentado fallos diversos en su sistema de infoentretenimiento Sensus que puede bloquearse o funcionar con lentitud. Conclusión. Como habéis visto, la complejidad de los coches modernos, con su carga de electrónica y sus enrevesados sistemas anticontaminación, ha creado nuevos y costosos focos de averías.

Ezana Morina, 18, gefällt es sehr im Trostberg. Die aktuellen Automobilkurznachrichten mit Michael Weyland  Thema heute:  Bei Nebel nicht auf die Lichtautomatik verlassen Die Lichtautomatik in modernen Autos nimmt Fahrerinnen und Fahrern einiges an Arbeit ab: Sie schaltet selbsttätig das Abblendlicht ein, wenn es dunkel wird, man in eine Tiefgarage oder durch einen Tunnel fährt. Bei Nebel und anderen diffusen Lichtverhältnissen arbeitet die Automatik aber oft nicht perfekt: Die DEKRA Experten raten, mitzudenken und das Abblendlicht von Hand einzuschalten. „Die Lichtautomatik hat viel an Sicherheitsgewinn gebracht. Dennoch sollte man sich nicht blind auf die Technik verlassen“, sagt man bei DEKRA. „Die Lichtsensoren vieler Fahrzeuge unterscheiden nur zwischen Hell und Dunkel und schalten zumeist bei Nebel, Nieselregen oder Gischt nur das Tagfahrlicht ein, nicht aber das Abblendlicht. In neuesten Fahrzeugen werden die Sensoren immer sensibler, trotzdem ist es wichtig, aufmerksam zu bleiben und auf die Lichteinstellung zu achten.“ Tagfahrlicht reicht nicht bei schlechter Sicht Im Tagfahrlicht-Modus leuchten die Frontscheinwerfer schwächer, die Heckleuchten bleiben komplett ausgeschaltet. Damit ist das Fahrzeug von vorn und von hinten viel schlechter zu erkennen und es kann leichter zu kritischen Situationen kommen. Die Straßenverkehrs-Ordnung verlangt, auch am Tag das Abblendlicht einzuschalten, wenn die Sicht durch Nebel, Schneefall oder Regen erheblich beeinträchtigt ist (§ 17 Abs. 3 StVO). Bei diffusem Licht müssen die Fahrenden in solchen Situationen somit selbst zum Lichtschalter greifen und das Abblendlicht aktivieren. „Je früher, desto besser“, sagt man. Nebelscheinwerfer: Nahbereich besser ausgeleuchtet Die Sicht verbessert sich bei diffusem Licht in der Regel, wenn die Nebelscheinwerfer eingeschaltet werden. Diese strahlen das Licht breiter ab als das normale Abblendlicht und leuchten die Fahrbahn im Nahbereich besser aus. Ohne Abblendlicht reduziert sich zugleich die Eigenblendung. Ein Wechsel auf Nebelscheinwerfer ist bei erheblicher Sichtbehinderung erlaubt, eine Verpflichtung besteht aber nicht. „Bei Nebelfahrten im Dunkeln empfehlen wir, Nebelscheinwerfer, sofern vorhanden, zusätzlich zum Abblendlicht einzuschalten, um eine optimale Sicht und Ausleuchtung der Fahrbahn zu erhalten“. Nebelschlussleuchte: Für Sichtweiten unter 50 Meter Bei Sichtweiten unter 50 Metern ist es erlaubt, durch das Zuschalten der Nebelschlussleuchte für mehr Sicherheit zu sorgen. Das eigene Fahrzeug ist dann selbst bei dichtem Nebel durch das helle Rücklicht früher vom nachfolgenden Verkehr zu erkennen. Dies bedeutet aber auch, dass nicht schneller als 50 km/h gefahren werden darf. Lichtet sich der Nebel wieder, muss die lichtstarke Leuchte wieder ausgeschaltet werden, um nachfolgende Verkehrsteilnehmer nicht zu blenden. Hablamos del futuro de la revisión técnica en Costa Rica.

Por claridad y transparencia para con nuestra audiencia les contamos que mañana nuestro espacio será patrocinado por la empresa Dekra. Bajo el formato de nuestra entrevista habitual, haremos consultas sin restricción alguna y, por supuesto, sin haberse pactado preguntas previas. Tampoco una conversación anticipada. La intención es conocer los argumentos de Dekra, con relación a la controversia suscitada en torno al nuevo contrato de prestación del servicio de la revisión técnica vehicular en Costa Rica. El Consejo de Seguridad Vial (COSEVI) preseleccionó para prestar este servicio público a las empresas Consorcio Applus CR (antigua Riteve) y al Grupo TÜV Rheinland. Dekra ha apelado en dos ocasiones la precalificación de las dos compañías al fundamentar que esa decisión es contraria a los argumentos de la Contraloría General de la República que anuló esa medida a finales de año pasado. Estiman, por tanto, que viola principios fundamentales de la Ley de Contratación Pública. Como se recordará, el Poder Ejecutivo otorgó un permiso de uso en precario para que la empresa alemana prestara el servicio desde octubre del 2022 hasta octubre 2024. Y en ese punto nos encontramos aún en este momento. En su momento, la administración Chaves publicitó esto como un gran logro, pero ahora no explican nada acerca de lo que está sucediendo. Toda una maraña jurídica en la que están atrapadas las empresas interesadas en un negocio que a no dudarlo es atractivo dado el crecimiento inmenso de la flota vehicular del país. Dekra no tuvo tiempo ni de que Costa Rica dejara de llamarle “Riteve” a la revisión técnica vehicular pues ya casi tiene que alistar maletas. Al menos en principio y bue... no es como que no lo supieran, desde un inicio se les dio el brete utilizando la figura "de uso precario y simple". Originalmente ese permiso vencía en octubre, pero el Consejo de Seguridad Vial (Cosevi) se hizo un mundo con el proceso de licitación para determinar quién ofrecerá el servicio por 10 años, así que le extendió a Dekra el derecho por 9 meses más (hasta julio del 2025). Es decir, les queda un rato a cargo, pero la situación se está poniendo color de hormiga.

Ahora sí que las preguntas y las dudas respecto del futuro inmediato de la revisión técnica vehicular en el país, saltan por docena. La cuestión se pone complicadísima luego que el grupo sueco Opus acudiera a la Contraloría General de la República a objetar la decisión del Ministro de Obras Públicas y Transportes y del COSEVI de otorgarle el permiso de uso en precario a la competidora alemana Dekra. Imposible que no fuera Opus a quejarse. Tuvo más puntos de calificación (97 % vrs 90 %) y cobró menos por la primera inspección (6,157 vrs 7,284) y también menos por la reinspección por defectos múltiples (3,150 vrs 4,471). Y aun así no fue la escogida. Pero eso no es todo. Aquí no hablamos de una simple apelación que debe ser resuelta para no dejar al participante en la indefensión jurídica. Resulta que la Contraloría General de la República insiste en no involucrarse en el asunto, argumentando que solo es competente para conocer en vía recursiva la materia de contratación pública. ¿Y de qué estamos hablando en cuanto a este permiso de uso en precario sino de un contrato para explotar instalaciones y equipos millonarios que ahora son propiedad de la Hacienda Pública? ¿Se pueden brincar entonces los controles de la contratación con solo ponerle a un cartel "permiso de uso en precario" o cualquier otro nombre? Recordemos que en su día la Procuraduría (abogado del Estado) había dicho que el tema era resorte del órgano contralor, pero el órgano contralor ha decidido -pareciera que por un tecnicismo- no comerse la bronca. De hecho, señaló que ante controversias (justo como la que ahora estamos viendo) los involucrados tendrían que ir a un Contencioso Administrativo ¿Se imaginan?
