Is the President authorized to blow up boats and kill suspected drug smugglers? Beth speaks with Senator Chris Van Hollen (D-MD) about Trump's use of military force to strike vessels in the Caribbean Sea without due process, trials, or congressional authorization. The Senator explains why these extrajudicial killings violate constitutional war powers and put America at greater risk internationally. Why aren't Republicans checking executive overreach? Senator Van Hollen describes how the GOP has become a "rubber stamp" for Trump, abandoning its constitutional duty to provide checks and balances. From dismantling congressional war powers to remaining silent on due process violations, he explores what it means when an entire party contracts out its judgment to one person. What levers does Congress actually have right now? As the government funding deadline approaches, Van Hollen discusses the Democratic strategy of "creative confrontation" - from showing up at ICE detention centers to challenging book bans at the Naval Academy. He explains why he won't give Trump a "blank check" even from the minority, and what safeguards against illegal withholding of funds could look like in any budget deal. Ready to go deeper? What happens when the most infamous haunted artifacts in America — the Warren Occult Museum collection — get leased out? Tony reads and reacts to Tony & Judy Spera's official statement on the museum, artifacts, and the controversial sale of the Warren home. From transparency questions to claims of “haunted liability waivers,” the crew dives deep into what happens when paranormal legacy collides with business deals. But that's not all. Caller Michaela from California brings a bone-chilling personal story: after moving into her aunt's crowded house, she experienced mattress impressions as if someone invisible sat down beside her, voices whispering her name in the hall, objects falling where they couldn't, and a horrifying growl rumbling from beneath her bed. Michaela ties the haunting to feng shui gone wrong, suggesting the home's furniture arrangement opened a doorway to something sinister. The crew debates whether bad energy design can invite the paranormal — and segues perfectly into the next topic: haunted bunk beds. This segment is a double feature: haunted history meets personal terror. #WarrenMuseum #HauntedArtifacts #GhostStories #ParanormalPodcast #HauntedBed #HauntedHouse #RealGhostStories #SpookyStories #ParanormalControversy #HauntedEncounters Love real ghost stories? The infamous Conjuring house — the Rhode Island farmhouse that inspired one of the most successful horror franchises of all time — is back in the headlines. Tony, Carol, and Todd break down the bizarre and messy saga surrounding the property. Once a mecca for ghost hunters, the house fell into financial turmoil and foreclosure. Alongside that came whispers of dishonesty, revoked permits, staff resignations, and endless allegations about how the property was managed. Investigations stopped, tours were suspended, and the home became more known for scandal than spirits. Now, the Conjuring house is set for auction on Halloween night — and the paranormal community is buzzing. Is the property still truly haunted, or just cursed by mismanagement? What happens when the most famous “haunted house in America” turns into a legal and financial circus? On Wednesday's Mark Levin Show, the Democratic Party has violent origins and history and remains a violent entity today. Democrats promote violence through propaganda, fearmongering, and policies like allowing violent felons to vote, open borders that invite cartels and terrorists, and embracing Marxism and Islamism. The Democrats persist in labeling President Trump as Hitler, a dictator, and a threat to democracy despite two assassination attempts on him. This party trashes the Constitution, law enforcement and America's founding, while importing enemies, teaching revolution in universities, and using illegal immigration for political power. Also, Jimmy Kimmel's a fraud, phony, and selfish punk for making provocative, unfounded statements linking MAGA supporters and Charlie Kirk's TPUSA to a political assassination. This wasn't a free speech issue, as no government intervention occurred—unlike historical examples under presidents like Wilson or FDR—and a private company like ABC has every right to fire him for such remarks. Later, language serves primarily as a tool for communication. Pursuing and maintaining negative power involves negative communication techniques such as manipulation, deception, repetition, deceit, concealment, distraction, and fearmongering. This uses intimidating, self-serving, orchestrated language to arouse prejudices, stifle independent thought, and control populations without moral constraints, viewing morality as relative or an abstract cover for societal flaws. This is what the Democrat Party is doing today. Learn more about your ad choices. Visit podcastchoices.com/adchoices

Welcome to Impact Theory with Tom Bilyeu! In this episode, Tom and co-host Drew dive straight into today's most pressing global issues and the ways they're shaping our world—from the unexpected twists in the Russia-Ukraine conflict and Trump's controversial stance, to the role of America and Europe in a rapidly changing global landscape. Tom offers his signature, no-nonsense analysis on what Trump's perspective could mean for the future of the war in Ukraine, why prolonged conflict is so dangerous, and how narrative control—in both politics and media—continues to polarize societies. The conversation doesn't stop at geopolitics; the hosts candidly explore recent controversies from Jimmy Kimmel's monologue and the evolving debate over free speech, censorship, and how platforms like YouTube shape public discourse. Plus, they unpack the latest on medical misinformation, health advice trends, the role of the UN and NATO, and the ever-volatile situation in Israel and Palestine. Throughout, Tom and Drew aren't shy about challenging assumptions on both sides—whether it's the cultural dynamics in Russia, the ethics of protest, or the necessity of difficult conversations in a time where emotions and misinformation can run high. So if you're ready for an honest, nuanced, and high-energy breakdown of the headlines you can't ignore—and maybe a little wisdom about how we all react to authority—this episode is for you. A-Block (2:30) SPECIAL COMMENT: After perhaps the most hapless 96 hours of his presidency, the worst 96 hours of the worst presidency of ALL TIME, the most FAIL in the shortest span… the mentally-deteriorating, untethered-from-reality Trump… must RESIGN. And take his idiot sycophants with him. The last 96 hours: His U.N. speech, sounding like an escapee from a psych ward. His Tylenol news conference, sounding like an escapee from a psych ward who’s been living on the street for a month. His suggestion NATO countries shoot down Russian jets. His sudden embrace of Zelensky, either another stall or a stupid dare to Putin. MAGA’s RAGE AT his sudden embrace of Zelensky. The cover of a London right wing daily: his picture and in 72-point type, the word “DERANGED.” The ICE shooting in Dallas; his sadistic Homeland chief pretending the victims were agents when they were detainees; his idiot simpering Vice President pretending the victims were agents when they were detainees; his corrupt venal FBI director pretending the victims were agents when they were detainees. His ICE chief not denying he took $50,000 in a paper bag. His staff THEN denying he took $50,000 in a paper bag. His cancellation of a meeting with Democrats making sure if there’s a government shutdown it’s all his fault. His crackpot pal Milei crashing the Venezuelan economy and needing us to bail him out. His paranoia over the stopped teleprompter at the U-N that was his White House staff’s fault. His paranoia over the stopped escalator at the U-N that was his own vanity videographer’s fault. His desire to arrest the U.N. escalator technician or the U-N escalator button pusher. His desire to arrest the escalator AND James Comey. The election of Raul Grijalva’s daughter to Congress. The fact that Adelita Grijalva will be the last Representative needed to force a vote on releasing the Trump Epstein Files. His self-humiliation at the Kirk Memorial. ABC reinstating Jimmy Kimmel. Meaning Disney told him to eff off. Meaning the National Football League told him to eff off. Meaning they all told his propagandists at Sinclair to eff off. Kimmel then shoving him in a locker using only a monologue. Kimmel getting a record 6 million viewers and 22 more online in the first TWENTY hours. Kimmel and his show getting new life and maybe a new contract. His self-owning confession that HE and his goons used threats to get Kimmel cancelled. The fact that Kimmel, and ABC, and Bob Iger, and Disney, and America told Trump to SHOVE HIS THREATS. And that’s just since Sunday night. You lost to an escalator. Resign. Take Vance with you. Take Noem with you. Take Ho-man with you. Take Milei with you. LEAVE the Epstein Files. B-Block (32:53) THE WORST PERSONS IN THE WORLD: Jason Whitlock says eff everybody, this is Christ-land and he won't be brainwashed any more (no brain, no pain). Derrick Van Orden says Kirk was Jesus and you don't F with the Jesus so defund The Mayo Clinic (he should go there and get CT scanned) and Kristi Noem says a tweet saying she'd have a bad day was terrifying for her. This is a piece of crap who in her spare time murders puppies. C-Block (42:00) THINGS I PROMISED NOT TO TELL: The New York Post BS firehose points at a couple of liberals at a time, then it rotates away, but eventually it makes a full circle and comes back to you. For me this has been going on since the mid-1990's and it's just started again. If you'll permit, here's a brief history.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

Chris Cuomo argues that Democrats are missing their biggest opportunity: to stop “resisting” MAGA and start proving they can deliver better solutions. From social media's toxic influence to real issues like jobs, prices, immigration, and gerrymandering, he urges Democrats to “change the game” instead of becoming what they oppose. Chris explains why grievance politics is a dead end, why Charlie Kirk's murder should not be politicized, and how Democrats can reclaim momentum by offering stronger ideas on affordability, workforce development, education, and more. He warns that social media companies and partisan rage are driving America to the bottom — but insists the majority of voters are desperate for something better. On this week's episode of "The Kylee Cast," Daily Wire culture reporter and author Megan Basham joins Kylee Griswold to discuss the stadium memorial service for Charlie Kirk. In 1864, the American Civil War reached a critical juncture with Ulysses S. Grant’s Overland Campaign, including the brutal battles of the Wilderness and Spotsylvania, which claimed over 60,000 casualties, surpassing Gettysburg as the Americas’ deadliest clash. Abraham Lincoln faced a contentious re-election against George B. McClellan, while Confederate General Jubal Early’s troops came within five miles of the White House. Abolitionists pushed for emancipation, and desperate Confederate plots, like the attempt to burn New York City’s hotels, marked the war’s final months, culminating in Lincoln’s assassination by John Wilkes Booth in April 1865. Today’s guest is Scott Ellsworth, author of “Midnight on the Potomac: The Last Year of the Civil War, the Lincoln Assassination, and the Rebirth of America.” We explore how the staggering losses of 1864 shaped Lincoln’s strategy of attrition amid political uncertainty. These include lesser-known moments, like the Washington Arsenal explosion that killed 21 workers and Early’s near-invasion of Washington, D.C., which could have altered the war’s course. We also examines the November 1864 Confederate plot to destabilize New York and the conspiracy behind Lincoln’s assassination, including the unresolved question of Confederate government involvement. Reflecting on the war’s toll—over 620,000 dead and four million African-Americans freed but facing new struggles—Ellsworth illuminates how these events reshaped America’s identity.See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This segment is equal parts true-crime business drama and paranormal fascination, peeling back the curtain on what really goes on when a haunted house becomes an enterprise. #ConjuringHouse #HauntedHouse #GhostStories #ParanormalPodcast #HauntedRealEstate #RealGhostStories #HauntedAuction #SpookyStories #HauntedHistory #ParanormalDrama Love real ghost stories? Story 1: The rise of radicalization and political violence in the US as of late is undeniable, but the Right and the Left can't seem to agree on where the blame lies. Is it the fault of inflammatory Left-wing rhetoric or is this really a “both-sides” issue? Will brings in The Crew to debate. Story 2: Host of ‘The Benny Show,' Benny Johnson, gives Will his perspective on the “both-sides” debate, explaining just what exactly he believes is preventing political unity in America. Benny also announces exclusively on 'Will Cain Country' that he and Turning Point USA plan to memorialize Charlie Kirk at the upcoming Penn State-Oregon Ducks game by handing out 5,000 of Kirk's signature “Freedom” T-shirts. Story 3: Will brings in The Crew once more to react to the Willitia's thoughts on Two-A-Days Dan and Will's debate, also making some closing arguments and reminding everyone that despite their differences in opinion, they are still friends. For three quarters of a century, the Korean peninsula has been divided between two very different regimes that are bitterly opposed to each other. But did it have to be this way? In his book, A Fractured Liberation, which has been shortlisted for the Cundill History Prize, Professor Kornel Chang revisits the US occupation of the south of Korea between 1945-1948 to explore whether opportunities were missed for a better future. This is a Grave Talks CLASSIC EPISODE! When most people picture a historic bed and breakfast, they imagine warm beds, hearty breakfasts, and cozy Southern charm. But for Frances Kermeen, owner of the infamous Myrtles Plantation, the reality was far darker. The Myrtles Plantation in St. Francisville, Louisiana, has long carried the reputation of being one of America's most haunted houses. Guests whisper of shadowy figures, phantom footsteps, and tragic stories replaying themselves in the dead of night. For Frances, this was no urban legend — it was her daily life for more than a decade. From the moment she moved into the Myrtles, Frances began to experience paranormal activity that went far beyond creaky floors or old house noises. Guests reported seeing spirits roam the halls, while Frances herself endured chilling encounters with entities tied to the plantation's dark and violent history. Owning the Myrtles wasn't just about preserving history — it meant coexisting with the spirits of the past who refused to leave. In this episode of The Grave Talks, Frances Kermeen shares her firsthand experiences living and working inside the walls of one of the most notoriously haunted bed and breakfasts in the United States. From mysterious apparitions to chilling reenactments of long-past tragedies, her story shines a light on what it truly means to live with the dead.
