Metabolic health is far more nuanced than conventional nutrition advice suggests. On this week's episode of the WHOOP Podcast, WHOOP Global Head of Human Performance and Principal Scientist Dr. Kristen Holmes sits down with Metabolic Health Expert Dr. Nick Norwitz MD PhD to discuss why curiosity is one of the most powerful tools for improving long-term health. Dr. Nick Norwitz shares how a ketogenic diet unexpectedly put his inflammatory bowel disease into remission after numerous conventional treatments had failed. This experimentation sparked a career dedicated to challenging assumptions with rigorous science and thoughtful self-experimentation. Together, Dr. Nick Norwitz and Dr. Kristen Holmes unpack the difference between "evidence-based" and truly individualized care. This episode continues to explore why muscle, sleep, and visceral fat play central roles in brain, heart, and metabolic health. From discussions on protein, the microbiome, and emerging therapies to Nick's famous Oreo-versus-statin experiment, the conversation encourages listeners to move beyond one-size-fits-all health advice, and partner with their healthcare providers to embrace safe, data-informed experimentation for a better understanding of their biology. So much better than we expected! Natalie Grace in Lee Cronin’s The Mummy (2026) ★★★★ The first half of 2026 certainly made a statement in the horror genre. Reverberations will be felt across Hollywood as studios reassess what constitutes a blockbuster. The recent critical success of Sinners, Weapons, and The Substance appears to be bearing fruit. The results may have led to a diverse slate of offerings for 2026, and it is reflected in the wide array of horror offerings so far this year. If variety is your preference, then you have been in luck, so far. The unimaginable financial and critical success of Obsession and Backrooms, particularly given their low cost, have re-written the horror producer’s playbook, and will have a lasting impact for years to come. The Scariest Things evaluated what we’ve seen so far, and have come back with a report card of our favorites. The Mid Major – Large Indie Productions: It will be interesting to do an autopsy of 2026’s horror fare when we do our year end assessment. This year’s crop has been notably light on mid-major productions so far. The roaring successes we’ve seen thus far have been from the deep indie filmmakers. Backrooms, Undertone, Hokum, and Obsession. All original titles, and produced for less than $5 million. These are not the type of films you would typically predict would be box office hits. But, they outperformed any reasonable expectation, particularly startling for Backrooms and Obsession, which will have cinema economists trying to figure out the alchemy. The Major Studios: There were only a few major studio franchise sequels this year. All of them capable, but none of them superseding their source material. Scream 7 did very well at the box office, but it failed to make a big impression. Evil Dead Burn was a very violent, very intense outing that didn’t connect in the way its predecessors have. Scary Movie also did well on its $30 million budget, earning $210 million, its long layoff didn’t hurt its popularity, despite the derivative humor. 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple was a hit with critics (including our own Liz Williams) but it’s turn from zombies may have hurt it in the box office, as it probably will not make its budget back. The notable big comeback was Lee Cronin’s The Mummy, which gives horror fans hope that Universal has gotten their monsterverse back on track, and remembered how to deliver a vicious movie with a good story. The Festival Circuit: Unfortunately, we haven’t been able to get out to as many film festivals this year as we would have liked, but we still managed to review a lot of great small indie horror films. Our traditional rotation of SXSW, Overlook, Portland Horror, and Popcorn Frights all provided very interesting films from emerging filmmakers. Even the bigger festival this year were heavy on small indie productions, and there were a lot of good offerings. We didn’t discuss all of them in our Podcast, but you can review a lot of the movies we saw with links on the images below. There is an emerging trend of release schedules for many of the best independent horror films, relative to the festival circuit. Open at SXSW (Or sometimes Sundance), get some buzz, go to Overlook to validate the buzz, and then release in the early summer. It can be a big momentum builder. Last year it was The Ugly Stepsister (Oscar Nom), and Good Boy that were the big beneficiaries of that combination. This year it was Obsession, Hokum, and Leviticus. Sometimes Panic Fest will factor into the equation, depending on when runs relative to Overlook. Popcorn Frights still brought a massive catalogue for viewing, but this year was more reliant on reperatory films. Some of my favorite films this year were horror adjacent, and all of their streaming content was small indie productions. Our favorite local festival, The Portland Horror Film Festival had an unusually large amount of feature films, and the best part was that almost all of the directors participated in the festival. We were fortunate to get interviews with all of them. Check out our Podcasts for the interviews. It was a diverse group of films, and not a dud among them. What is Still Coming in 2026? Probably the most intriguing film still due out is a new take on Resident Evil by Zach Cregger, the director of Barbarian and Weapons. This is a major tonal shift for Sony. No more Mia Jovovic or Paul W.S. Anderson. Video game translations are usually dubious, and the franchise squandered its potential. It became more superhero and less horror. However, Sony is gambling that with the right creator, it might revitalize the legacy, and Cregger may inject real scares into this franchise for the first time since the original. We shall see. The trailer looks great. Other Mommy, which arrives on October 9, has some incredibly disturbing visuals. Jessica Chastain stars, and Rob Savage (Host) directs. This uncanny-valley movie came late to my radar and is intriguing. Later this August, the Insidious franchise is issuing Insidious: Out of the Further. Lin Shaye returns, Leigh Whannell writes this, and it has a banger trailer. This franchise has maintained some of the scariest PG-13 fare, but the sequels have been a gradual decline in quality. We’ll see how this goes. Beware Boiúna might give us the Anaconda movie we wish we got earlier this year, and wipe the slate clean from the Jack Black/Paul Rudd disappointment. It’s R-rated, and features reliable scream queen Jessica Rothe, along with Logan Marshall-Green and Kiana Madeira in the Amazon. The trailer impressed me with the snake’s monstrousness. Another fascinating man-vs-nature survival tale is Whalefall, a terrifying concept in which a scuba diver is in jeopardy of being consumed by a sperm whale if the giant squid the whale has snagged doesn’t kill him first. Clayface will attempt to bridge the superhero and horror genres, which is no easy feat. Will it have enough horror for horror fans, and will it have enough fealty to the Batman universe to appeal to the comic book fans? Mike Flanagan wrote it, and it promises real R-rated body horror, so it could be very interesting. Lastly, Robert Eggers’ period piece Werwulf is getting the full Eggers treatment, in monochrome and as moody as you could possibly want. Hopefully it will get the stink of the Wolf Man out of our popcorn. Just give me a great transformation scene, please. Keep an eye out for It Ends, a festival darling from 2025 which is finally getting a limited release this year. It is a brilliant, if melancholy purgatory metaphor. If you enjoyed Backrooms, you should check this film out if you are lucky enough to have it showing in a theater near you. Of course, some smaller films will come out of the shadows and inevitably make our end-of-the-top-10 lists, but this is what we know so far. For years, Ginger had leg pain without knowing she had peripheral artery disease (PAD). She was active, but the pain kept getting worse. Four years ago, it became so severe that she went to the emergency room. She was admitted, given anti-inflammatory medication and eventually referred for an orthopedic evaluation for a possible hip replacement. That orthopedic surgeon changed the direction of her care. While Ginger did have some arthritis, he told her the symptoms she was describing might be vascular. An ABI test followed. Ginger learned she had about 50% blood flow in one leg and 60% in the other. The first vascular surgeon she saw was prepared to move forward with an angiogram and potentially balloons and stents. Then Ginger got a second opinion. That vascular surgeon offered her another option to consider first: a three-month walking program. When Ginger started, she could barely make it to the mailbox without debilitating leg pain. She describes it as feeling like someone was squeezing the life out of her leg. Walking around her block took 37 minutes. She kept walking. Today, Ginger is hiking, active and living her life. Her PAD hasn't disappeared. She can still have discomfort. But her symptoms are no longer lifestyle limiting. I wanted Ginger to share her story on The Heart of Innovation because there are several lessons here that I think every person with PAD should hear. Leg pain isn't always orthopedic. Getting the right diagnosis matters. A second opinion can change the course of your care. And for appropriate patients with intermittent claudication, a structured walking program isn't simply advice to "walk more." Exercise therapy is an important part of PAD treatment that deserves a real conversation before deciding what comes next. Ginger's story also isn't an argument against angiograms, balloons, stents or other procedures when they're medically appropriate. It's a reminder that PAD treatment should be individualized, and patients should understand their options. If you have leg pain when you walk that gets better when you stop, don't assume it's simply aging, arthritis, your hip or your back. Ask whether your circulation should be checked. And if you have PAD and have been told you need a procedure or are facing a possible amputation, you can call the Global PAD Association Leg Saver Hotline at: 1-833-PAD-LEGS We help patients better understand their diagnosis, prepare questions for their physicians and explore options for additional evaluation when appropriate. Interview: Dr. Ozoemena: Welcome back to our community health podcast, where we discuss important health topics in ways everybody can understand. Today we will be talking about Heart Failure. Many people have heard this term before, but it often causes fear and confusion. Here to talk about this important topic is Dr. Ken Nweke, a resident at our program, and he will be discussing this topic in Pidgin English so that some people in our community can understand it. Dr. Nweke, welcome to the program. Dr. Nweke: Thank you very much. I happy make we discuss dis very important mata today. Dr. Ozoemena: Let's start with the basics. What exactly is heart failure? Dr. Nweke: First make we understand one thing. The heart na our generator. Just like generator dey provide light for house, the heart dey pump blood carry oxygen and nutrients go every part of the body. Every organ for body depend on the heart to survive. When person get heart failure, e no mean say the heart don stop work. E mean say the heart no dey pump enough blood and oxygen reach the body the as e suppose. The generator still dey run, but e no get enough power again. That struggle fit make different parts of the body begin show signs say wahala dey. Dr. Ozoemena: What are some of the common causes of heart failure? Dr. Nweke: Many things fit cause heart failure. One common cause na high blood pressure wey person don get for long time. If blood pressure high for many years, the heart go dey work harder pass normal every day. After some time, the heart fit begin weak. Heart attack fit also damage the heart muscle. When blood no reach part of the heart muscle, dat part fit damage and the heart no go pump blood well again. Sugar disease wey oyibo dey call diabetes also fit cause am Kidney disease fit contribute too. Some people get heart valve problems. Some oda people fit get heart problems from when dem born dem. People wey dey drink alcohol like water or people wey dey smoke fit develop am. Certain yama yama disease or infections fit affect the heart muscle. And for some families, heart problems fit run from generation to generation. Dr. Ozoemena: What symptoms should people watch out for? Dr. Nweke: One big sign na shortness of breath. At first, person fit notice am when e dey walk fast, climb stairs, or do heavy work. As the condition worsen, breathing fit become difficult even when person just dey rest. Some people go wake up for night because dem no fit breathe well. Some people go need plenty pillows before dem fit sleep well. Leg, ankle and foot fit swell. Water fit gather for body. Some people go notice say dem gain weight because water don full for body. Person fit tire easily. Things wey dem fit do before without problem fit become difficult. Some people fit get cough wey no gree go. Others fit notice swelling for belle because fluid don gather. Heart fit dey beat fast or anyhow. Dr. Ozoemena: When should someone seek medical attention? Dr. Nweke: If person dey notice shortness of breath wey no dey improve, swelling for leg, tiredness wey no dey normal, cough wey no gree stop, or weight gain wey sudden, e dey very important make e go see doctor. If person suddenly no fit breathe, get serious chest pain, faint, or collapse, dat one fit be emergency. Make dem go hospital immediately. Dr. Ozoemena: How do doctors find out if someone has heart failure? Dr. Nweke: Doctor go first ask plenty questions make dem sabi wetin b d kasala - doctors dey call history taking. Doctor go examine the patient. Dem go check blood pressure. Dem fit listen to the heart and lungs with stethoscope. Dem fit check for swelling for leg and foot. Blood tests fit help. Some blood tests fit show whether the heart dey under stress. Chest X-ray fit show whether fluid don gather for the lungs. EKG fit help weda electricals for d heart dey ok. One very important test na echocardiogram. Na ultrasound of the heart. E fit show say d heart don weak as e dey pump blood. e dey also check weda d heart valves dey ok. Heart valves na small small doors wey dey for heart wey dey open or close as the heart dey pump. Sometimes doctor fit request other tests depending on the situation. Dr. Ozoemena: Can heart failure be treated? Dr. Nweke: Yes or Better treatment dey. Although some cases no fit cure completely, treatment fit help people make dem live longer and feel better. We get medicines wey fit help the heart work better. Some medicines help remove extra water from the body. Some medicines help reduce the work wey the heart dey do. Others fit help protect the heart make e no weak For some people, doctor fit recommend special devices or surgery depending on the cause. But medicine no be the only thing. Lifestyle changes important too. Dr. Ozoemena: What lifestyle changes can help? Dr. Nweke: Person wey get heart failure suppose reduce salt for food. Too much salt fit make water gather for body. Dem suppose take medicines exactly the way doctor prescribe. Regular exercise fit help if doctor say e safe. Make dem avoid smoking. Too much alcohol no good. Try maintain healthy body weight. And make person keep all clinic appointments so doctor fit monitor the condition. Dr. Ozoemena: Can heart failure be prevented? Dr. Nweke: For many people, yes. make we control high blood pressure - taking medication, go see your doctor regularly Control sugar disease/diabetes. Make we try dey exercise regularly. Make we dey eat healthy food. Reduce salt for food. Avoid smoking. Avoid too much alcohol. Keep healthy weight. And go for regular medical checkup. Many times, if we control these risk factors early, we fit reduce the chance of developing heart failure. Dr. Ozoemena: Before we close, what would you like everyone listening to remember? Dr. Nweke: Remember say heart failure no mean say the heart don stop work. The heart still dey work, but e dey struggle. Think of am like generator wey still dey run but im light weak, e no dey carry wetin e dey carry before. If you notice shortness of breath, swelling for leg, unusual tiredness, cough wey no gree go, or sudden weight gain, make you go see doctor. No wait until the condition become serious. Dr. Ozoemena: Thank you, Dr. Nweke. And thank you to everyone listening today. Remember, heart na our generator. Take care of am. Part 2 of this conversation is on Patreon. For 30 years, NC State baseball meant Elliott Avent. Now it's Chris Hart's program — and he just spoke to the media for the first time since taking over.Ethan and Greg break down what he said, and the answer that caught them both off guard. Asked what he'd do differently, Hart didn't talk about pulling pitchers or building a lineup. He talked about expectations — specifically about coming from Florida State, where getting to Omaha wasn't a goal you chased, it was the floor. He told a story about Texas beating the Seminoles and nobody celebrating the season, because Omaha had been the assumption all along. He wants that standard in Raleigh.Along the way: whether winning the ACC should be a real goal or an afterthought, why fans may have been souring on Avent after three decades, what playing to your personnel actually looks like for this roster, and the stolen base problem that drives Greg crazy. Rhett Johnson went 7-for-9 on the bases for USA Baseball this summer. NC State spent two weeks being told its defensive line was the scariest thing on the roster. Then a federal judge handed the Wolfpack its nose guard back, nineteen days before kickoff.KaTron Evans is eligible and practicing. The NCAA denied his waiver, denied his appeal, and had him off the roster on July 28, one day before camp opened. He went to federal court and won a temporary restraining order. The catch: a TRO is temporary by definition, and there is another hearing on August 18.Greg and I get into what Evans actually fixes on a defensive line that was leaning on a guy with 96 career snaps, Justin Gainey landing a kid NC State offered while he was completely unranked, Micah Handlogten and the portal-timing loophole, why nobody can stop Will Wilson on fourth down, and the tenth straight year NC State has put a player on the Freaks List.18 days until NC State at Virginia.Follow Tuffy Talk wherever you listen, and catch us live every Monday at 8:30 PM on YouTube.Support the show on Patreon, 12 members-only NC State breakdowns a month for $5: patreon.com/c/tuffytalk#ad Powered by Oconee Gold BBQ. Du schickst ihr eine Nachricht. Zwei blaue Haken. Und dann — nichts. Fünf Minuten. Zehn Minuten.
Hogyan támogathatja a munkánkat?

We said Chris Dunn is the greatest kicker in NC State history, some of you were furious, so we settled a bigger question: at how many positions does NC State actually have an UNDISPUTED GOAT? Ethan, Greg, Macon and Layton go position by position — and only three names survive. Before the debate: Jacoby Brissett's new deal with Arizona, worth up to $21 million. UNC's general manager getting put on paid administrative leave five weeks before kickoff. And the three defensive transfers who could swing NC State's season. Then Ethan closes with the question nobody's ready for — with four-star Gunner Rivers, Philip's son, on the way, who's actually NC State's starting quarterback a year from now?The three undisputed GOATs, the one that got away, and a whole lot of arguing in between.New episodes every week — follow so you never miss one.Support Tuffy Talk on Patreon: 12 members-only NC State breakdowns a month for $5 — patreon.com/c/tuffytalkFollow us:Twitter/X: @tuffytalknowGreg "The Leg" Haas: @PackFanInNOVAEthan Barry: @ncstatestats#NCState #GoPack #Wolfpack #TuffyTalkSend us Fan MailSupport the showNew episodes every week. The human body contains approximately 60,000 miles of blood vessels. This September, during PAD Awareness Month, Dr. John Phillips and I are inviting people around the world to help us walk every one of them together. The Great Circulation Challenge is a free global walking challenge bringing together patients, physicians, clinicians, researchers, vascular industry teams, caregivers, families, and anyone who wants to improve their circulation. We will follow the journey of a drop of blood through the human superhighway, beginning in the left side of the heart and traveling through the aorta, brain, arms, hands, legs, feet, veins, lungs, and back home to the heart. Along the way, we will stop at the major milestones of the circulatory system and explain why every part matters, especially the arteries supplying the legs and feet. Peripheral Artery Disease, or PAD, is poor circulation caused by plaque narrowing or blocking the arteries, most commonly in the legs. It is more prevalent and, when it reaches its advanced stages, can be deadlier than prostate cancer, colon cancer, and breast cancer combined. Yet millions of people do not know they have it. Leg cramping, aching, heaviness, fatigue, slowing down while walking, cold feet, discoloration, numbness, and wounds that do not heal should never simply be dismissed as normal aging. Walking is medicine. For people living with PAD, structured walking can help improve circulation, build endurance, increase walking distance, and encourage the development of natural collateral pathways around blocked arteries. Throughout September, every participant's steps will contribute to our shared 60,000-mile goal. After the global challenge is complete, participants will be invited to continue their own individual Circulation Journey until they personally reach 60,000 miles. REGISTER FOR THE GREAT CIRCULATION CHALLENGE THIS SEPTEMBER: https://padwalk.org/register.html Registration is free.

NC State football averaged 30.2 points a game last season. It also scored seven points. Twice. Layton and Ethan break down every position group on the 2026 offense and try to work out which of those numbers is the real team.CJ Bailey enters year three after 3,105 yards, 25 touchdowns and nine interceptions. Ethan's verdict: they've gone all in on him, and it's his show now. Whether that works comes down to two things — and the hosts don't agree on which matters more. Also: why Doeren attempted only nine field goals all season, whether Duke Scott gets to 1,000 yards for the first time since 2018, who actually becomes Bailey's number one receiver, and why losing Jai'Lun Hampton on the offensive line hurts more than it first looked.Part one of six. Dave Doeren said CJ Bailey could be one of the five best quarterbacks in the country. Ethan isn't buying it, and he brought the numbers.Layton, Greg, and Ethan react to everything out of ACC Kickoff 2026 for NC State football: Doeren's "sick of being second" comment and the version of him nobody has seen before, Bailey's claim that he's the alpha leader this team needs, Isaiah Shirley's national community honor, and Dabo Swinney's argument that stopping tampering will take an act of Congress. All three hosts lock in an X-factor for NC State to win the ACC title — on record, come back in December and hold them to it. Ethan's Stat Pack digs into how much offensive production is actually returning, and the number caught everyone off guard. Plus the UNC revenue figures that started a genuine argument on air, and the eligibility ruling that cost the Wolfpack an offensive tackle 40 days before kickoff. This episode was originally recorded live on July 20, 2026.New episodes every week. Legújabb offseason podcastünkben a bűnös élvezet csapatainkról beszéltünk, azaz olyan együtteseinkről, akik a nagy közönség számára nem érdekesek, nem esélyesek, mi viszont valamiért kíváncsiak vagyunk rájuk, netán szurkolunk is nekik.

Does NC State basketball need NBA-level talent to compete in the ACC? Greg and Ethan go back and forth. Hoe dicht naderen we ons doel!

Hogyan támogathatja a munkánkat? - Legújabban már a Donably felületen is támogathat bennünket, itt ÁFA-mentesen segítheti munkavégzésünket: https://www.donably.com/friderikusz-podcast - De lehet a patronálónk a Patreon-on keresztül is, mert a támogatása mértékétől függően egyre több előnyhöz juthat: https://www.patreon.com/FriderikuszPodcast - Egyszerű banki átutalással is elismerheti munkavégzésünk minőségét. The final episode in the series. Over eight episodes, you built a product, a platform, and four marketing funnels. Now: how do you grow without chasing every new trend? The answer is the Simple Six — six metrics that drive every business: client headcount (HEAD), average revenue per client (ARM), length of engagement (LEG), return on investment (ROI), effective hourly rate (EHR), and net owner benefit (NOB). These six multiply each other, creating compounding growth when improved systematically. The process: brainstorm tactics for each metric (the SixStorm), set a 6% improvement goal, focus on one metric at a time for a maximum of one month, execute, then move to the next. If you improve one metric by 6% every month, you double your business in a year — that's math, not motivation. For single-person businesses without staff, the "hold the gains" mechanism is systems and AI. When a tactic works, build it into a repeatable process and automate what you can. Your four marketing funnels are the foundation; the Simple Six is how you improve them, one lever at a time, forever. The episode emphasizes consistency over novelty. Ninety percent execution on what works, ten percent experimentation. Your business is limited by its leadership — you are the ceiling, not the floor. This episode includes three concrete examples across different industries, plus the SixStorm exercise you can complete immediately. This concludes the Starting A Single-Person Business series.Connect with Chris Cooper:Website - https://businessisgood.com/
Layton and Greg debate whether 2026 is finally Dave Doeren's year to break through in the ACC — then lock in their official NC State football breakout player predictions on record. Greg takes Duke Scott for 1,000 rushing yards, the first NC State back to hit that mark since Reggie Gillespie in 2018. Layton takes Jonathan Taylor, a former four-star prospect who's been waiting two years for his shot after a redshirt year and a season-ending knee injury. The crew also ranks the Top 5 NC State fall storylines across every sport: volleyball's European tour and breakthrough potential, women's cross country's bid for a fifth national title without Katelyn Tuohy, women's soccer building behind JJ Barlow, men's soccer facing life without Donavan Phillip after his national championship run, and NC State football as the clear #1 — experienced roster, favorable schedule, year 14 for Doeren.Tweet of the Week: Rhett Johnson makes the USA Baseball Collegiate National Team and heads to Taiwan, Coach Elliott Avent honored by Team USA, Taylor Black returns to NC State baseball under Chris Hart, college football's new 21-practice rule and FCS scrimmage changes explained, the transfer portal window shrinking from 15 to 10 days, and a North Carolina sports betting revenue bill that could send up to $5.8 million annually to NC State athletics.New episodes every Monday. Greg and Ethan draft their top three NC State sports moments of the 2025-2026 season, and debate whether this was a weak year for Wolfpack highlights overall.Ethan takes the men's soccer run to the national championship game behind Donavan Phillip, women's cross country's fourth title in five years without star runner Katelyn Tuohy, and the men's basketball win over UNC. Greg counters with the cross country dynasty argument, Isaac Trumble's NCAA heavyweight wrestling championship and his decision to enter military service, and the Gasparilla Bowl win over Memphis that helped NC State football get back on track under Dave Doeren.Honorable mentions include Elliott Avent's final win at Doak Field and NC State basketball's ACC road win streak — plus a closing debate on whether Will Wade leaving for LSU mid-season cost the Wolfpack a legitimate NCAA Tournament run.New episodes every week. Hogyan támogathatja a munkánkat? - Legújabban már a Donably felületen is támogathat bennünket, itt ÁFA-mentesen segítheti munkavégzésünket: https://www.donably.com/friderikusz-podcast - De lehet a patronálónk a Patreon-on keresztül is, mert a támogatása mértékétől függően egyre több előnyhöz juthat: https://www.patreon.com/FriderikuszPodcast - Egyszerű banki átutalással is elismerheti munkavégzésünk minőségét. Low Back Recovery & Hip Opening Flow — Complete Practice (62 min, 32 min preview)A mellow complete practice designed to restore the body through thoughtful work around the low back, hips, and hamstrings. This class favors spacious pacing over intensity, creating a grounded recovery flow that gently unwinds accumulated tension while still offering enough movement to leave you feeling refreshed and reconnected.Although physically gentle, this practice is rich in deliberate mobility work. Twists, hip opening, and posterior-chain lengthening are woven together to create a balanced sequence that feels especially satisfying after heavy lower-body training or long periods of sitting. This is the kind of class that reminds you recovery is an active practice—steady, supportive, and every bit as valuable as your stronger flows.New class every Tuesday. 350+ full classes in the Unlimited Archive at JustGreatYoga.com
