Also, President Trump's State of the Union speech was suburb. He hit a lot of core, important topics for Americans. Democrats refused to stand when Trump asked – do you stand with Americans or illegal aliens? Later, Democrats are accusing Trump of trying to rig the election. How? Because he wants voter ID? Because he wants clean voter rolls? Afterward, Biden's FBI subpoenaed the phone records of Kash Patel and Susie Wiles in 2022 and 2023, when both were private citizens, as part of Special Counsel Jack Smith phony investigation into Trump.  This is outrageous and alarming. Finally, Gordon Chang calls in and discusses China's supply of advanced weaponry to Iran, including hypersonic anti-ship cruise missiles, advanced radars, integrated command systems, and anti-air missiles. He warns that these capabilities, particularly the untested hypersonic missiles, pose a grave threat to U.S. naval forces in the region currently deployed off Iran. These days I sometimes have to remind myself to keep breathing. I think this is true of human beings across all of our differences and divides. But in a room in New York City just before the turn of this year, I was regrounded by this fierce and joyous conversation with Joy Harjo and Tracy K. Newell Brands, the Atlanta-based maker of dozens of household brands including Rubbermaid, Coleman and Yankee Candle, paid more than $170 million in tariffs last year. Newell's CEO Chris Peterson tells Jessica Mendoza that those tariffs hurt business and the company is considering requesting a refund. On Tuesday's Mark Levin Show, lots of Democrats are boycotting the State of the Union address. The truth is they'd be more comfortable sitting in UN seats listening to some Marxist or Islamist dictator spewing hate about our country. This ​is ​a ​party ​that ​accepts ​no ​traditions ​or ​customs. The Democrat Party is radical and intent on destroying the economy, citizenship, and national sovereignty. They want to dismantle the American system through policies like open borders, no deportations, treating illegal aliens as citizens, and eliminating voter ID. Also, Tucker Carlson is an evil traitor. He's stabbing the president in the back to foreign countries and undermining our country and our military. He's promoting anti-Israel, anti-Semitic propaganda in Saudi Arabia and Qatar, defending Sharia law and Islam while attacking Christians and Jews, and giving aid to enemies amid potential war with Iran. Later, secularists, Marxists, and Democrats hypocritically enforce strict separation of church and state, which has banned displays of the Ten Commandments and even silent prayer in schools while expunging Christian influences from classrooms. In contrast, over the last 10–15 years, Islamists have gained influence, with schools distributing Qurans, Sharia law materials, and allowing Muslim prayers. The core problem is weakness among American institutions and ruling class figures who are intimidated, frightened, or sympathetic believers. Islamists exploit the federalist system's local sovereignty by heavily organizing and attending meetings to push their agenda, while Democrats view them as a new voting constituency. Finally, Tommy Robinson calls in with a warning to America – don't make the same mistake Britain, Germany or France did. Robinson describes his personal experience growing up in a town 30 miles north of London, where the Muslim population has dramatically increased since his birth in 1982 turning White English people into a minority. At the height of the Black Lives Matter movement, he became one of the leading voices on racism in America—and particularly what he described as antiracism. But over the last few years, as a backlash grew against the BLM movement, Kendi also came under attack. March 1, 1932. East Amwell Township, New Jersey. 20-month old Charles Lindbergh Jr., the son of renowned aviator Charles Lindbergh, is abducted from his crib in the nursery of his home and a note is left behind demanding a $50,000 ransom for the baby's safe return. Even though the ransom is eventually paid out to an unidentified man at a cemetery in the Bronx, the child is not returned and his body is found in a wooded area located just over four miles from the Lindbergh residence. His cause of death is a fractured skull and it is believed that he was killed on the very same night he was kidnapped. Over two years later, a suspect named Bruno Richard Hauptmann is charged, convicted and executed for the child's murder. However, some people believe that Hauptmann was railroaded and even though nearly a century has passed, there is still a lot of controversy and debate surrounding one of the most famous cases of all time. To commemorate the milestone of our ten-year anniversary as a podcast, “The Trail Went Cold” will be presenting our very first special four-part episode and exploring the crime known as the “Lindbergh Baby Kidnapping”.
