Forensic pathologists in the Pacific Northwest want to reopen Kurt Cobain's suicide due to their suspicions it wasn't what it seems. Food Network's judge on "Worst Chef's in America," died on June 2025 of an overdose. But some find it hard to believe she would have taken her own life. Amazing character actor, Peter Greene died in December of 2025 of a most unusual gun shot wound classified as a "accidental suicide by gunshot..." And some updates on Nancy Guthries kidnapping. If YOU know ANYTHING about what happened to Nancy or where she is PLEASE contact 1-800-CALLFBI Hosted by Simplecast, an AdsWizz company. Pack your raincoat and your flannel, we're heading to Grays Harbor in Washington, the salty gateway to the Pacific and the misty doorstep of the Olympic Peninsula. The most notable town on Grays Harbor is Aberdeen, hometown of Kurt Cobain. The town leans into its legacy with a welcome sign that reads “Come As You Are,” a nod to the iconic Nirvana anthem. Nearby, a humble highway sign became rock folklore and was eventually relocated due to its popularity with fans. But Grays Harbor is more than grunge nostalgia. The stately Polson Museum, a 1924 riverfront mansion built by the Polson Logging Company family, houses antiques and logging relics that some visitors swear carry more than just dust. The museum gift shop shelves true crime tales like Deep in the Woods about the 1935 kidnapping of George Weyerhaeuser, and The Port of Missing Men, which recounts the chilling legend of sailor turned union man Billy Gohl.Dubbed the “Ghoul of Grays Harbor,” Billy Gohl was accused of murdering dozens of sailors in the early 1900s, allegedly stealing their valuables and dumping their bodies into the harbor. Convicted of only two murders, he died in prison, but debate still churns like gray water. Was he a serial killer responsible for up to 100 deaths, or a convenient scapegoat for powerful men threatened by his labor activism? His legend lingers at his namesake — Billy's Bar & Grill. The harbor's ghostly roll call does not end on land. The Lady Washington, a 1989 replica of the first American vessel to make landfall in the Pacific Northwest in 1788 under Captain Robert Gray, sails as a floating tribute to maritime history. Many believe old sea spirits are drawn out wherever the ship sails into port!Visit our website! Find us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Patreon, & more! What starts as a random music discovery turns into a full-on time capsule. When Woody stumbles onto “Sit Still” by Christopher Stopa, he's convinced it's a long-lost Radiohead track - until a deep dive reveals a whole other story behind the voice, the song, and the artist who stepped away from music entirely. That rabbit hole leads us to a bigger conversation about forgotten songs, near-misses, and the strange afterlife of art on the internet. And because this is us… we take a risk...We cold-call Christopher Stopa's bakery in Toronto, live on the show, with no idea if he'll answer. We just want to talk about the song's brief viral moment, stepping away from music, and whether creativity ever really leaves you. That rabbit hole leads us back to 1993 and the iconic compilation "NO ALTERNATIVE "- a snapshot of alternative culture right before everything splintered into subgenres. We unpack how No Alternative came together as an HIV/AIDS benefit, why it felt bigger than “just a compilation,” and how it captured the last quiet moment before the alternative explosion changed everything. Then we dive into the hidden Nirvana track at the end of the album - Woody's favorite Nirvana song of all time, “Verse Chorus Verse” (aka “Sappy”) - and the strange history behind its many versions, title changes, and why it was left off In Utero. We couldn't end there without Tyler leading us into his "CONSPIRACY CORNER"! He dives into brand new information about Kurt Cobain's death that came out a few days ago and into the theories, conspiracies, and strange mysterious facts about the end of a rock legend. This episode is about:The music that finds you when you aren't looking for it.The albums that become mile markers in your life. The songs that stick with you long after the era that made them.If you miss cruising the aisle of your favorite music store or trying to be the first to discover your new favorite band...this one's for you.Stay curious.Stay weird.Be Forever Rad.CONNECT WITH US:

Originally Shinedown was set to play the Anderson, SC date, but they dropped off because they didn't want to “participate in something we believe will create further division.” Shortly after, that entire date of the tour was canceled. Speaking to Rolling Stone, Smith further addressed the decision saying: “We saw infighting that we had never seen before, and for us, it was our job to diffuse it. There were certain people that were not happy about [pulling back.] I will say that there was an overwhelming amount of people that agreed with the decision.… You're entitled to your opinion 1,000 percent in this country, and that's one of the beautiful things about it.” (Rolling Stone)Hosted by: Luke = https://www.youtube.com/@rockednet Alex = https://www.youtube.com/@voiceofalex

A dive bar in Philly just raised its age limit to 25 after college kids rolled in with fake IDs so advanced they passed scanners… including one absolute legend who used Benjamin Franklin as his photo and listed his address as the Liberty Bell. This is why we can't have nice things. On today's funny show, the Rizz and the gang relive their own fake ID disasters (yes, Sri Lankan licenses were involved), and debate whether that kid is a criminal mastermind or the future mayor of Philadelphia. Then we shift into full-blown pop culture chaos: Miley Cyrus is already an early favorite for the next Super Bowl halftime show in LA, but would Jelly Roll, Taylor Swift, or Post Malone completely break the internet? We argue. Loudly. As usual. And because this daily comedy chaos refuses to stay in one lane, we also break down:A new “forensic report” trying to reopen the Kurt Cobain case (TikTok detectives… please sit down)Gene Simmons vs. hip-hop in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (again

Is it legit? Is it TikTok detectives doing TikTok detective things? The Rizz and the gang have thoughts. We also hit:Gene Simmons vs. hip-hop in the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame (again
Robert Phoenix (RobertPhoenix.com) is popping on with me in the opening of the show and we're going to catch up since we haven't spoken since Spring 2025. I want to see how he is assessing recent news that ranges from Epstein Files and Kurt Cobain to and upcoming eclipse over Antarctica and just how weird things may become in the lead up to the Mid-Terms. So much more to throw into the mix, including audience input, but we are going to pick up on an old newspaper clipping about unconventional ways some people prepare their coffee (and other foods for that matter).
