KG aus Weringen bei Augsburg, wie man beides gleichzeitig lösen kann: hochqualifizierte Mitarbeiter gewinnen und parallel neue Industriekunden anziehen – ohne kostspielige Messen, ohne Außendienst, ohne Stellenbörsen, die im ländlichen Raum kaum noch funktionieren.In dieser Episode spricht Host Anes Cavka direkt vor Ort mit Geschäftsführer Leonhard Kastl, der das Unternehmen seit den 80er-Jahren aufgebaut hat – vom kleinen Ingenieurbüro hin zu einem 25-köpfigen Spezialistenbetrieb für Elektroplanung, Automatisierung, Maschinensicherheit und Schaltanlagenbau.Der Wendepunkt kam Ende 2024: LKE startete eine professionelle Social-Media-Strategie, um qualifizierte Elektrotechniker, SPS-Programmierer und Automatisierungsingenieure aus der Region zu erreichen.
