Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to running water is an ideal way to turn off all the stressful things life brings, and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds include a river, flowing creek, babbling brook, gentle waves on a lake, and a bamboo fountain. Rain also creates a natural white noise. Infused with the relaxing quality of nature and the sound-masking properties of white noise, listening to rain is an ideal way to switch off all the stressful things life brings and to de-stress. Some of our most popular sounds are rain on an umbrella, hailstorms, hard rain, soft rain, gentle rain, wind and rain, rain on a car.White noise helps babies and children to get a better and deeper night's sleep. This is because external sounds are masked by the noise. With white noise in the background, your child will not hear annoying cars driving by or dogs barking in bed. This allows your little one to sleep better. And it also saves you as a parent a lot of hours!Pink noise is more common in nature than you might expect. It can be compared to continuous rainfall or wind. In addition to white noise, pink noise is also increasing in popularity, especially in business environments. Because it can increase productivity, concentration and creativity.Brown noise can be compared to waves of the sea, a river current, strong winds or the sound of thunder during a storm. Like pink noise, brown noise is very similar to white noise. However, the frequencies have been lowered even further and a lot more concentrated. This gives it a rougher/coarse tone than pink noise. It sounds a bit deeper and a bit bass-like. The benefits of brown noise are the same as the other types of noise. It provides relaxation, increased focus and improved deep sleep.DISCLAIMER: Be aware that loud noises can damage your hearing. If you can't carry on a conversation without raising your voice while playing one of our spheres, the sound may be too loud for your ears. Do not place the speakers directly next to a baby's ears. If you have trouble hearing or ringing in your ears, stop listening to the white noise immediately and see an audiologist or your doctor. The sounds provided by ASMR Sleep Recordings are for entertainment purposes only and are not a treatment for sleep disorders or tinnitus. Reach Out: Please include your email and I will get back to you. Thanks!Good morning! Thank you for taking a few minutes to listen. If you are interested in the Daily Bible Devotional, you can find it at the links below:Amazon - (paperback, hardcover, and Kindle)YouTube Video Introducing the ContentFeel free to reach out with any questions: emersonk78@me.comHebrews 6Believers must grow beyond the basics of faith and pursue spiritual maturity. They are warned about the danger of falling away after receiving the truth. Those who abandon it are pictured as crucifying again the Son of God and are likened to worthless ground that drinks in the rain but produces only thorns and is cursed. Still, there is confidence of better things for those who continue in faithfulness. God is just and will not forget the work done in His name. Diligence and endurance are encouraged, imitating those who through faith and patience inherit what was promised. God's promises are certain, confirmed with an oath, giving believers strong encouragement. This hope is a secure and steady anchor for the soul, reaching beyond this life where the Savior has gone. We are encouraged to move forward in spiritual maturity, rather than remain in the early stages of faith. God calls us to a deepening commitment, characterized by perseverance, exploration, and love in action. We must take seriously the warning against falling away and instead be intentional and passionate about anchoring our hope in God. He sees our service and remembers our work, and His patience is just in assuring that our labor is not in vain. Our hope is not uncertain; it is rooted in the unchanging nature of God and the certainty of His promises. As we imitate those who patiently trusted God and received the promises, we live confidently and faithfully, fueled by enduring hope through Jesus Christ. Faithful Father, we thank You for challenging us to grow beyond the foundational principles of Christianity. We accept that challenge and ask for Your assistance. Please strengthen us so that we refuse to drift or become complacent. When trials tempt us to retreat, anchor our hearts in the hope founded in Jesus. Remind us that You are just and never forget the acts of love we perform in Your name. Guard us from unbelief; nourish our lives so they may yield the fruit of righteousness, not thorns. Keep us steadfast in Your unchanging oath and promise until our Savior returns. Thought Questions: How do you continue to grow faith? What tools or approaches to scripture help you understand and apply God's will more effectively? Is it possible for someone whom God has saved to fall away? How do you diligently connect to God in a way that prevents this outcome? What promises has God made to you that help you stay faithful in times of trouble? What has Jesus done that has instilled unshakable hope?
The Trump administration continues to focus on achieving peace in the Middle East, navigating a fragile ceasefire and defining the conditions for a Palestinian future. Meanwhile, Putin's war in Ukraine rages on, marked by stalled negotiations and continued bombardments. Both situations have proven more complex and unpredictable than the President initially hoped. Lately, Tomahawk missiles remain top of mind for President Zelensky, while Trump cancelled a proposed summit with Putin. What comes next for these two conflicts? And what can we do to ensure the good guys prevail in the end? General Jack Keane is a retired 4-star general and the former Vice Chief of Staff of the US Army. Here is a real-world clinical case with a tricky differential: Our team recently readmitted a patient 6 days postpartum/post C-section (which was done for ICP and fetal macrosomia at close to 4500 grams, with A2GDM). She had elevated blood pressures, a frontal headache, some midepigastric pain/RUQ discomfort. Pretty clear picture right: sounds like preeclampsia (PreE) with severe features based on BP elevation and symptoms. So, we started her on mag-sulfate per protocol. Well, her transaminases were in the 400-600s, which was significantly higher than they were at delivery. They then peaked the next day at 900! OK, it still meets criteria for PreE with severe features. But could this also be postpartum Acute fatty Liver of Pregnancy (AFLP)? The clinical picture of these 2 conditions may overlap but there are distinct differences here. AFLP is potentially fatal, so we have to get that diagnosis correct. How can we distinguish AFLP from PreE with severe features or HELLP? Jordan Sather and Nate Prince host a powerful watch party for An Inconvenient Study, the new film by Del Bigtree and ICAN that exposes the buried data comparing vaccinated and unvaccinated children. The hosts react in real time as the documentary reveals whistleblowers, hidden medical trials, and a shocking pattern of chronic illness tied to vaccination. From the censorship of medical studies to the career risks faced by doctors who challenge Big Pharma, the discussion highlights how truth is buried under politics and profit. Jordan and Nate analyze the film's findings, the role of Dr. Marcus Zervos and the Henry Ford Medical Center, and why this research could shift the global health narrative. Equal parts frustration and hope, this episode delivers an unflinching look at medical corruption, courage, and the fight for informed consent.
Every 8 seconds someone dies from complications of Type 2 Diabetes... Many people accept the medical model that Type two diabetes is a progressive disease that will only worsen but along the way can be managed with medications. Type two IS progressive if you continue to do the things you are doing that got you there in the first place. But what if there were things you could do to not only prevent Type II diabetes, but even reverse it to the point where it not longer exists in those that have it? If you are interested in the Daily Bible Devotional, you can find it at the links below:Amazon - (paperback, hardcover, and Kindle)YouTube Video Introducing the ContentFeel free to reach out with any questions: emersonk78@me.comHebrews 5God has always chosen those who serve as priests to represent His people, offering sacrifices and prayers with compassion because they understand human weakness. God selected Jesus to fulfill this role on behalf of Christians. Although He is the Son, He learned obedience through suffering and became the perfect source of eternal salvation for those who follow Him. His priesthood is unique, connected to a higher order that reflects God's eternal plan. However, many who follow Him remain immature in their faith, still needing basic teachings rather than growing into a deeper understanding. Spiritual maturity does not occur accidentally; it comes through training, effort, and a heart that seeks wisdom. God desires His people to grow strong in faith, capable of discerning right from wrong and living in faithful obedience. Jesus profoundly understands our experiences in this life. He was chosen by God to be our high priest. He is neither distant nor distracted, but someone who truly comprehends our struggles. He felt pain, cried out in prayer, and learned obedience through true suffering. This makes Him the perfect one to bring us to God and guide us to salvation. We are not meant to remain stagnant in the basics of faith; we must grow, even when it is hard. We need to lean into God's word, allow it to shape us, and learn to discern right from wrong. Jesus walked this path first, and now He helps us in walking it too as we learn and teach the truth. Majestic God, thank You for giving us Jesus, our perfect high priest who understands our weakness. He did not run from suffering but faced it with obedience, showing us how to trust You even when it hurts. Help us to follow His example with humble hearts. Grow us in faith so that we do not remain in the same place but continue moving toward maturity. Teach us through Your word and train our hearts to discern what is right. We need Your strength and wisdom to become teachers of truth. Thank You for being patient with us as we grow. Thought Questions: What makes Jesus a wonderful high priest? What did He learn from His life on earth that makes Him a sympathetic priest on your behalf? Why do some people stop learning and even regress in their knowledge of the truth? How do you ensure that you keep growing every day? What are the results of a healthy relationship with God's word? As you learn good from evil, how might God be calling you to teach others?

The huge rightwing backlash over the President lighting Diwali candles has exposed a new phase of collapse in American society and the rule of law. What were calls to ban Islam, deport Muslims, and prevent their entry, has grown louder to now include Hindus and anyone else not worshiping one narrow fragment of Christianity. For all those who, by the Constitution, defended Christian conservatism it is a huge slap in the face. Mostly because the right has quickly become the worst version of itself and exactly what the left accused. However, it appears there are other players here too. A recent education report card shows that a third of American students are so illiterate they cannot even comprehend the basic order of events in a single passage or summary. Mix this with revamped religious zealotry and you have uneducated maniacs ready to fight a holy war over texts they can hardly even read. The theme we are seeing unfold is that the United States and Constitution are old news and that all efforts should be focused on starting armageddon by blindly following the nation-state of Israel. The words of pastor John Hagee at the Christians United for Israel conference demand Americans to accept that Jews are not merely chosen but “above all the people on the face of the earth,” including the “United States of America.” This ideology aligns with an Israeli firm's plan to target Christians across the U.S. with Christian propaganda in excess of the Scofield Bible. The firm is called Show Faith Works, and rather than it being yet another holocaust reminder, it is a Jesus and Israel reminder with mobile museums and workshops. If all other religions can be condemned, including certain sects of Christianity, by the natural Christian reaction, mixed with Judaic propaganda, to damn all but Jesus, then what remains of Christianity will be nothing but a puppet with an Israeli hand. Furthermore, the arguments being made against religions like Hinduism or the festival of Diwali are tantamount to children not understanding why they shouldn't play in the road. The extreme right has even sunken so low as to be prepared to rewrite the Constitution for Christ. *The is the FREE archive, which includes advertisements. OSINT: The New Tool in Commercial Investigations: Learn how Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT)—the same methodology used to forecast global threats like the rise of ISIS—is now being repurposed to trace and recover high-value commercial assets, such as stolen celebrity tequila, by monitoring online chatter and digital footprints. From Counter-Corruption to Corporate Supply Chains: Understand how the principles of counter-corruption and signals intelligence (SIGINT) that Jessica applied during her military deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan are directly relevant to identifying and neutralizing vulnerabilities in modern-day vendor networks and supply chains. The Tequila Heist as a Case Study for Organized Crime: Discover how the theft of a high-profile brand like Guy Fieri and Sammy Hagar's tequila is rarely an isolated incident, but often a sign of sophisticated organized criminal enterprises using the dark market, which requires a "mission-grade" approach to identify the true threat actors. The Power of AI in Exposing Hidden Identities: Explore how Babel Street's AI-native platform is used to rapidly sift through global, multilingual data to "expose hidden identities" involved in commercial theft, showing that the sheer volume of data makes human-only analysis impossible. Forecasting and Pre-Empting Brand Risk: A key lesson is the shift from reacting to theft to predicting it. Learn how intelligence professionals can apply forecasting models to identify and secure distribution choke points or compromised vendor relationships before a high-value product goes missing. The Strategic Cost of Reputational Damage: Beyond the physical loss of inventory, the episode highlights the immense brand and reputational risk for celebrity-backed products. The use of advanced risk intelligence is necessary to protect a brand's integrity and consumer trust following a public security failure. Bridging National Security and Private Sector Intelligence: The conversation will demonstrate the growing imperative for private companies to adopt the rigor and discipline of national security intelligence methods to secure their operations against global threats, transforming how they approach risk mitigation. Israel had great assurances of rest but lost them due to a lack of faith, which led to disobedience and punishment from God. Their example remains powerful for believers, as a promised rest continues for the people of God. Disciples must diligently enter that rest by paying consistent attention to God's word. The word is living and active, penetrating the heart and revealing what does not belong. God sees all, even the depths of the heart. Fortunately, Jesus is a constant source of help on the path to rest, serving as a sympathetic high priest, so that the faithful can confidently approach the throne of grace for assistance in times of need. We must take God's promise of rest seriously, not with a sense of anxiety, but with a deep awareness that we might miss it if we stop trusting Him. Like Israel, we know His voice and power, but we must still choose faith every day. It is easy to drift or harden our hearts when life feels overwhelming. That is why we must stay grounded in His word, allowing it to shape us and reveal what needs to change. Nothing is hidden from God, not even our secret doubts or fears. But we are not alone: Jesus knows our weaknesses. He invites us to come near, to find mercy, to find grace, and to keep walking with Him toward true rest. Worthy Lord, we come with humble hearts, thankful for the promise of heavenly rest that You freely offer to those who trust in You. We confess that at times we get distracted and allow things into our hearts that do not belong. Please cleanse our sins and make us holy and righteous in Your sight. Help us develop the discipline to be in Your word every day, knowing it is sufficient to touch our hearts and minds and direct us in Your ways. Please continue to bless us with the protection of Jesus, and give us grace in difficult times. Thought Questions: Is it possible for someone saved by God to turn from Him in unbelief and lose heaven? How do you make sure that does not happen to you? How does daily Bible reading help you remain diligent in entering heaven's rest? What can God accomplish in your life with an open bible? What is the benefit of having Jesus as your sympathetic high priest? How does He assist you in confidently drawing near to the throne of grace?
