However, churches often find it difficult to express these three things in a clear, concise, and compelling way.The lack of clarity around these three aspects can lead to frustration and confusion among leaders, staff, and congregants. This can lead to poor decision-making or even disagreements over how things should be done.As a church leader, how can you create alignment on your church's foundational elements? The answer lies in having a proper evaluation process in place. You need to evaluate where each aspect currently stands within your church culture and then work together to ensure that each has the necessary clarity and cohesiveness to communicate clearly and effectively across your church community. To better understand how to assess if your church is on the right track with this process, we've invited Chirs Vacher, Church Advisor & Leadership Development Consultant, to share brilliant insights and key questions that will bring clarity on where you are going as a church and what steps you need to take next.“I'm a huge proponent of clarity and inspiration. For me, those are the two ingredients if you want to actually accomplish the thing that you're setting out to do.”-Chris Vacher You must remember that your obedience to God matters most here. If you seek Him first and allow Him to guide your church in these areas, then you can make meaningful progress in growing your ministry. If you're looking for guidance on approaching these important topics and ensuring that everyone in your church is on board with the direction of your ministry—this episode is for you!By the end of this episode, you will learn:The ways to better communicate your church's visionInsights for evaluating the church's mission and visionThe importance of clarity in your church's visionWhy the church needs strategic vision & planningResources Mentioned:Know more about Chris: chrisvacher.comFollow Chris on Facebook: heychrisvacherFollow Chris on Instagram: @heychrisvacherOther Episodes You May be Interested In:Planting a Church in 2022 with Sam CollierThe Secret to Church Revitalization with Cody EvansFinding Leaders That Fit Your Church Culture with Tim Foot=======Tithely provides the tools you need to engage with your church online, stay connected, increase generosity, and simplify the lives of your staff. With tools like text and email messaging, custom church apps and websites, church management software, digital giving, and so much more… it's no wonder over 37,000 churches in 50 countries trust Tithely to help run their church.Learn more at https://tithely.com

Communication is a two-way street between the communicator and the listener. But 80% or more of communication is not the words we use, but in our speech patterns and the nonverbal ways we communicate our energy to the other person. The Enneagram helps honor each of our communication strengths so we can be understood and understand others more effectively. On this episode of The Leadership Formula, I explain what each of the other Enneagram types might be thinking when you're talking to them. We're talking about how you can develop next-level awareness when you are talking to the other Enneagram types in your life. For instance, Enneagram 3s and 8s want you to 'bottom line' them, while 4s like deep intense conversations and can talk about anything. I describe how the Enneagram 7s are the visionaries who love to hear your ideas and expound on them, plus they tell great stories. No matter how brilliant, how savvy, or how many skills you have, the relationships in your life won't work if you don't know how to communicate effectively. Listen in for insight into communicating with each Enneagram type accurately and authentically. If you're ready to dive deeper into your Enneagram type, head to TracyO'Malley.com to book your Enneagram Kickstart Session. I promise you it will probably be the most powerful 90 minutes of your life. What You Will Learn Why type 1s black and white thinking can lead them to be easily irritated and make quick judgments How 2s stuff down their needs and what you do to help them explore some boundariesHow you can form a more intimate connection with an Enneagram 3 by slowing down the conversationWhy type 4s are the Enneagram type that you can talk to about anything How to motivate type 5s to talk more without making them shut downWhy Enneagram type 6s are the best collaborators for developing better strategies Why type 7s are THE go-to's for bigger business visionWhy you will always know exactly where you stand with an Enneagram type 8How giving Enneagram type 9s time to respond will open them up to sharing more of themselvesConnect with Tracytracyomalley.comwww.instagram.com/tracy_omalleywww.facebook.com/tracy.omalleytwitter.com/TracyOMallwww.linkedin.com/in/tracy-o-malley/Resources Book Your Enneagram Kickstart Session:http://tracyomalley.com/workwithme/

Nate Zeleznick had already been involved in meditation and energy practices for over a decade when he co-sponsored the first demonstrations of Vibravision® in the United States in 1999. Vibravision® is a multisensory development technique developed from Merpati Putih; the martial arts, breathwork, and meditation system practiced by the royal family of Central Java for nearly 500 years. Vibravision® techniques, specifically, have been used for decades in Indonesia to help individuals with visual impairments, search and rescue personnel, and Indonesia's most elite commando paratroopers retrain the brain to perceive the vibrational energy of everything around them. This podcast interview focuses on product innovation that has the potential to prevent well over half a billion females on this planet suffering from mental health problems. My guest is Michel Valstar, CEO BlueSkeye AIMichel Valstar is a visionary scientist and new-found entrepreneur. He’s the founder and Co-CEO of BlueSkeye AI, and remains a part-time professor at the University of Nottingham, where he also is the deputy-director of the Biomedical Research Centre’s Mental Health and Technology programme.Having worked for 15 years on computer vision and machine learning for facial expression analysis, Valstar now wants to see his ground-breaking research turned into real products to improve the lives of people. He is particularly interested in solving the problem of self-management of mental health using technology that runs privately on people’s own hardware. This inspired me, and hence I invited Michel to my podcast. We explore what’s broken in the world of treating Mental Health. We discuss why this domain is still in the dark ages and what can be done with technology to take it into the 21st century and make a meaningful impact. We explore what it takes to build solutions people in different demographics actually love to use day to day – and build a trustworthy relationship with. We also discuss how take on this massive global problem, with a very small team, while being resourceful and profitable very early on in the journey. Here are some of his quotes:With blue sky, we really wanted to grab a big problem and try to solve it, not just conceptually, but all the way through to implementing it, validating it, making it self-sustaining. Making it actually value generating in the end. And in perinatal mental health, roughly half of the people on this planet will give birth to a child at some point. And 10 to 20% of those women will suffer, unfortunately, from poor mental health. These are extremely large numbers. We hope to help a very large percentage of these people. But even if we could only help 10% of the people that suffer from this is still a massive contribution to humanity.During this interview, you will learn four things:Why creating something for everyone will end up pleasing no one How you can speed up time to market by working with partners that break your stuffHow leveraging one product category can become the funding source for realizing your big visionWhy the two core selection criteria for picking your projects should be: Alignment with vision and employee motivationFor more information about the guest from this week:Michel Valstar, Website BlueSkeye AI See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

Snowsports, of course, are feeling the impact of climate change more keenly than other sports. Some studies have shown that the Alps could lose up to 70% of their yearly snow cover by 2100 – placing huge question marks against the futures of a number of sports.Biathlon is one of those sports. Indeed Europe's Alpine region is the global epicentre of the sport. But, instead of turning a blind eye and accepting its fate, the sport's governing body – the International Biathlon Union – has decided to do everything in its power to make sure it will be part of the solution to climate change and futureproof the pastime. In this week's podcast, Riikka Rakic, the snowsport and sustainability professional and IBU senior project manager, talks us through the federation's newly-unveiled 10-year sustainability strategy, and explains:What international sports federations, particularly snowsports, need to do to make climate action a priorityHow she helped the International Biathlon Union develop a long-term sustainability visionWhy fossil fuel-free events need to be the next big objective for sports organisations
