Roman Buhler never thought he'd see the day where the 'Left' would so actively try to undermine this nation through the packing of the Supreme Court. A constitutional amendment, presented with a Democrat helping the coalition, to say the the Supreme Court will consist with 9 justices. Roman looks behind the left wing members of Congress; involving the pro-abortion crowd, the teachers unions, folks who want to take away 2nd Amendment rights, the quota civil rights crowd wanting racial quotas, and Wall Street to empower regulators to enrich Green New Deal policies, and the most dangerous of all the Democrat election lawyers that want to get rid of the Electoral College. Young voters are key. Roman packs his coalition with the Gen Z folks that are strongly engaged to join Roman's coalition to initiate this new constitutional amendment. "We need another revolution", Roman said. In Trump's 2017 inauguration, Donald Trump said "it's time to transfer power out of Washington and back to the states and the people." "Laws must be made by elected officials" he said, "not by administrative decree. That would be the NEXT amendment."Check out MadisonCoalition.org or 202-255-5000“Keep 9” Is the Solution ~ Let's Stop Dem Court Packing!!!on the GrassRoots TruthCast with Gene ValentinoORIGINAL MEDIA SOURCE(S):‣ Originally Recorded on May 13, 2025‣ GrassRoots TruthCast: Season 2, Episode 284‣ Image courtesy of: GeneValentino.com➡️ Join the Conversation: https://GeneValentino.com➡️ WMXI Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/NewsRadio981➡️ More WMXI Interviews: https://genevalentino.com/wmxi-interviews/➡️ More GrassRoots TruthCast Episodes: https://genevalentino.com/grassroots-truthcast-with-gene-valentino/➡️ More Broadcasts with Gene as the Guest: https://genevalentino.com/america-beyond-the-noise/ ➡️ More About Gene Valentino: https://genevalentino.com/about-gene-valentino/

Let me clarify for the audience that does not follow closely.  Tariffs are paid by the importer based on the wholesale price of the product as delivered by the exporting country depending on the exporters' tariff rate.  Tariffs are NOT LEVIED/PAID based on the retail price of the product as sold to the consumer. Example:  A pair of Denim Jeans made in China for Guess Brand.  The Chinese manufacturer sells the jeans to Guess Brand for $10 a pair manufactured.  Guess sells the jeans at retail in the USA for $100 (a $90 gross profit). A 50% tariff on China means the jeans cost Guess Brand $15 instead of $10 (an $85 gross profit).  A 50% tariff on Guess brand jeans, that retail for $100, changes the cost to the retail brand by $5. Multinational corporations who have off shored their production and manufacturing to China are the ones screaming about tariffs.  Ultimately in the final analysis, President Trump is exposing corporatism, multinational corporate vultures; he is not necessarily just exposing China. In the example above the company makes $85 gross profit as opposed to $90 gross profit on the pair of jeans if they do not raise the retail price.  They don't raise the price because their profit margins are already ridiculous, and that's why consumer prices do not go up. A 50% direct tariff on Chinese goods only marginally hits the multinational corporation.  American consumers need to understand this dynamic better.    WATCH:  MARGARET BRENNAN: But for consumers, the reality is there will either be less inventory or things at higher prices, or both. SEC. BESSENT: Margaret, when we were here in March, you said there was going to be big inflation. There hasn't been any inflation. Actually, the inflation numbers are the best in four years. So why don't we stop trying to say this could happen, and wait and see what does happen.

“If this is to be a skyscraper… why not make it scrape the sky.”  This is the story of the race for the tallest building in New York City—in the world.  Erstwhile partners-turned-bitter rivals, architects William Van Alen and Craig Severance are both looking to build the tallest skyscraper in New York City. William is working with automobile titan Walter Chrysler to build his Chrysler Building; Craig is working with George Ohrstrom, a.k.a., the “Boy Wonder” of Wall Street”, to build the Manhattan Company Building at 40 Wall Street. It's a battle of engineering, wits, zoning, and egos, as each alters their plans with money being no object in the fight to construct the taller (and tallest) skyscraper in the world. But as these two rival teams duke it out, the city's beloved Waldorf-Astoria Hotel on 5th Avenue is going under. Something new is rising there—something that just might prove a late entry and dark horse winner in this race with… a mooring mast for airships at the top? John is joined by former CEO of UBS Americas and Democratic mega-donor Robert Wolf to discuss the exit of Elon Musk from the White House and Donald Trump's latest economic-policy gyrations. The recipient of three presidential appointments from Barack Obama and one from Joe Biden, Wolf explains why Musk's foray into government was always bound to end in tears; why Wall Street's TACO (Trump Always Chickens Out) meme perfectly captures the financial world's view of the president's feckless approach to trade and tariffs; and why the state of the economy is even more precarious than it appears. Wolf also reflects on his own role in aiding and abetting Biden's bid for reelection despite doubts about his ability to serve a second term. Nancy Twine is the founder of Briogeo, one of the first clean haircare brands to land in Sephora, and eventually one of the fastest-growing in the category. But her story didn't start in beauty. Nancy began her career in finance, landing a role at Goldman Sachs in 2007, right as the global financial crisis hit. By her mid-twenties, she was a VP on Wall Street. Then, everything changed in 2010 when she lost her mother unexpectedly. That moment reshaped her purpose and gave her the clarity to build something of her own. With no background in chemistry or beauty, she started Briogeo from her tiny New York apartment—self-funding it for six years, researching at the public library, and pitching investors with just drawings, all while working full-time. Briogeo launched in 2013 with four products. Within a year, Nancy cold-emailed her way into Sephora, becoming the youngest Black woman to launch a line with the retailer. In 2022, Briogeo was acquired by Wella Company. In today's episode, Nancy talks about the mindset and grit it took to keep going when the path ahead wasn't clear, and how learning to trust her instincts changed everything for her. We talk about how she taught herself the beauty industry from scratch, and why believing in herself, even when the odds were stacked against her, became her greatest strength. She shares the early days of Briogeo, building the brand at night while working on Wall Street, pitching investors and getting many rejections, and navigating the challenges of growth. She also reflects on the pivotal moment with Sephora, the decision to finally walk away from her corporate job, and how she grew into the role of CEO as the company scaled.Nancy opens up about selling Briogeo, what it meant to let go of something she built from scratch, and why she's now focused on mentoring other women founders through her new platform, Makers Mindset. If you've ever questioned your timing, doubted your path, or needed a reminder of what's possible when you bet on yourself, you're going to love this episode. In this episode, we'll talk to Nancy about:* The mindset needed to overcome entrepreneurial challenges. [02:57]* Cultivating confidence and shutting down self-doubt. [05:18]* How her mother and grandmother shaped her upbringing. [07:46]* How personal loss sparked a life and career reevaluation. [17:04]* Nancy's first steps in starting Briogeo. [18:47]* A pivotal moment: meeting Sephora buyers. [23:59]* Lessons from fundraising journey. [25:44]* The power of self-belief in entrepreneurship. [28:41]* Leaving a secure job to pursue a passion. Your financial future isn't what you've been promised. The startling revelation at the heart of our conversation with Mark Willis, owner of Lake Growth Financial Services and bestselling author, is that average investment returns are functionally meaningless. While Wall Street touts 9% returns, actual investor results hover around 3.6% according to research from Dalbar—a discrepancy that could derail healthcare professionals' retirement plans.Mark shares a powerful explanation of how volatility destroys compound growth with a clear example: if your investment grows 100% one year and drops 50% the next, the financial industry will claim you earned 25% annually—but you've actually made nothing. This mathematical sleight-of-hand affects everyone from physicians to dentists who rely on traditional investment vehicles for retirement. The conversation takes a fascinating turn as Mark introduces an alternative financial strategy gaining popularity among healthcare professionals: using specially-designed dividend-paying whole life insurance as a personal banking system. Through a detailed case study, Mark demonstrates how a dentist accessed $50,000 for practice equipment at just 1.92% interest while his policy continued earning approximately 5.5%—creating an arbitrage opportunity conventional banking cannot match. What makes this approach particularly valuable for healthcare practice owners is the guaranteed access to capital regardless of economic conditions. Unlike HELOCs or business loans that can be reduced or called during downturns, these policies provide contractually guaranteed liquidity under your control. Mark explains how practitioners can use this strategy to finance equipment, real estate, or practice acquisitions while building a growing pool of capital that ultimately converts to guaranteed lifetime income.Ready to explore how these strategies might work in your healthcare practice? Download a free chapter of Mark's new book "The Business Fortress" at newbankingsolution.com and discover how to reclaim control of your financial future without relying on Wall Street's mathematical fictions. If you need help finding the perfect location or your ready to invest in commercial real estate, email us at admin@leadersre.com Sign up for a FREE vulnerability analysis and lease renewal services View our library on apple podcasts or REUniversity.org. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
