Paige literally holds nothing back in this episode. Not only is she the cutest she is also a yoga instructor and a recovery warrior. Paige is in recovery from a long-time battle of Anorexia. Now what is a little different and horrific about her past with an ED is that Paige never looked the part. What I mean by that is while going through the thick of her battle with anorexia Paige maintained a body weight and size that was acceptable by society. To society and others because of society people did not really notice that Paige was struggling or that she needed help. We talk about all the details of her ED, how it came about, her struggles with not being accepted by others and herself as having an eating disorder, how she came to finally get recovery and how this has helped empowered her through her yoga teachings and to help others as well.
