Or what makes diseases disappear? As a logical thinking person I have learned before I can solve any problem I need to know: 1.) The “Why?” 2.) Or what has caused that problem?Makes sense?! For Western Medicine, this approach is not true!!!!Western Medicine is fighting the symptoms instead to find out the reason for those diseases. What you fight you will empower!Today we know that all the Cancer treatments are less successful than no treatment and not to say the patient that he has cancer. If you convince a healthy person that he is terminal ill, then the likelihood that this person will die soon is nearly 100%... That have tried out already the Greeks in ancient's time. The emperor said to the captured soldiers, within a half year we will give you poison so that you die… Within one week every soldier was dead even without providing any poison. The emperor has done this experiment 3 times, and it always worked to 100%. Fear is the best poison!!!! If you address the causes of the diseases, then you heal the diseases…If you find out for instance through shift work, you got ill…(Shift work is one of the worst that you can do to your body….)Change the work to regular work, and you get cured. The problem is to find the causes of diseases, and that is many times very difficult! And even it is mostly a combination for instance of an unhealthy Lifestyle and suppressed negative feelings.Chronicle diseases are caused by:1.) Suppression of feelings, traumas, fear, anger, 2.) Unhealthy Food,- Junk food, meat, industrially processed food, dairy products.3.) Too much Stress.4.) Too less Sleep, for instance not to sleep at night with shift work. 5.) A lack of Physical Activity6.) Gut Health. Leaky Gut will destroy your whole body!!!! The Gut needs probiotic every day and gets damaged through Gluten and acid food like meat… 7.) Infections.8.) Environmental Toxins.9.) Too less Sunlight.10.) Side-effects of Medicaments70% of the chronicle diseases are caused by the wrong food!Thomas Edison said:The doctor of the future will no longer treat the human frame with drugs, but rather will cure and prevent disease with nutrition.Even I got all of these correct, with Qigong and Acupressure I got my health. My Video: What causes chronicle diseases? https://youtu.be/R_w6mSxYLwYMy Audio: https://divinesuccess.net/wp-content/uploads/2021/Podcast.B/What-causes-chronicle-diseases.mp3
Send us a textHave you ever felt guilty after eating a food you enjoy? That familiar wave of shame that follows the last bite of pizza, ice cream, or chocolate? You're not alone. As a registered dietitian, I've seen this pattern play out with over 90% of my clients, and it's time we break this cycle.Food isn't meant to carry moral weight. When we categorize foods as "good" or "bad," we create an unhealthy relationship that leads to restriction, binging, and shame. This episode dives deep into why these labels develop—from diet culture influence to childhood food rules—and the harmful impacts they have on our mental and physical wellbeing. We explore how seemingly innocent comments about "cleaning your plate" or avoiding "junk food" can create lasting food trauma that affects eating behaviors well into adulthood. The path to food freedom starts with neutrality. Rather than judging our choices, we can approach eating with curiosity and mindfulness. Why do we want certain foods? How do they make us feel? Are we truly listening to our hunger and satiety cues? By reframing our language around food, focusing on what we can add to meals rather than restrict, and treating ourselves with the same compassion we offer others, we can heal our relationship with eating. For parents, this shift becomes even more crucial as children absorb our attitudes about food and our bodies like little sponges. Let's build a healthier foundation for ourselves and the next generation by breaking free from harmful food labels once and for all.Ready to transform your relationship with food? Listen to discover practical strategies for embracing food neutrality and creating a peaceful approach to eating that supports your wellbeing without unnecessary guilt or shame. Thursday, April 3 - Dr. Jack Stockwell (www.forbiddendoctor.com & www.jackstockwell.com | Phone: 866-867-5070), a GAPS Practitioner and NUCCA Chiropractor, discussed information centering around health foods that are not healthy.Read that one again . . . Health foods that are not healthy. Just because it's sold in a natural food store, sold in a health food store, doesn't mean it's actually food that is good for you, but marketing has us believing it. Industrial food processing can destroy the nutritional value of any food, even organically grown. Here are Dr. Jack's Top Ten List of unhealthy “health” foods, in no specific order: 1) salad dressing . . . 2) sweetened yogurts . . . 3) pasteurized fruit juices . . . 4) soy milk . . . 5) whole grain breakfast cereals . . . 6) low fat milk . . . 7) agave . . . 8) organic frozen dinners . . . 9) butter-like spreads . . . 10) energy bars. Then, Doug joins Dr. Jack for a conversation on a Stanford and Harvard study showing 40% of American teenagers are now struggling with anxiety and depression, and the link to consuming ultra-processed foods, the American epidemic of obesity, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr.'s fight against ingredients permitted in American food that's been banned in other countries (and for good reason), and what RFK Jr. is doing to clean up the food we eat in our country. When people decide that they want to lose weight, the first thing that often comes to mind is signing up for the gym or working out. While exercise is great for your overall health, it only counts for a very small portion of your daily energy expenditure. If you want to lose weight and keep it off, working out shouldn't be the main focus. Instead, you need to prioritise your food and use exercise as a bonus. From my perspective, the order of priority for weight loss is nutrition first, sleep second, and movement third. If you place too much focus on your workouts when trying to lose weight, you might end up doing the opposite. Here are 5 reasons why:Overeating After WorkoutsThere's a big misconception that we burn a huge number of calories during workouts but that's not actually the case. For example, a 30-minute home workout might burn 100-200 calories, but it doesn't give you a free pass to consume an additional 400 calories. If your goal is to lose weight, you need to be in a calorie deficit so plan your meals around your workouts to avoid overeating. This doesn't mean you need to track your calories, but it's important to have a general understanding of your energy requirements. Refueling with Unhealthy Food or BeveragesA common mistake is refuelling with unnecessary, high-calorie foods and drinks. Pre-workouts, post-workouts, and even so-called "superfoods" can be calorie-dense without being particularly nutrient-rich. Instead of buying into marketing gimmicks, keep it simple—if you need a hit of energy before a workout, opt for something like coffee over a sugary pre-workout drink.Using Workouts as an Excuse to Be SedentaryYou may think you're active just because you work out, but what about the rest of your day? You could be working out for an hour and then remaining sedentary for the remaining 23. Focus on increasing your daily movement for better results. Incorporate more non-exercise activities, like walking or taking the stairs.Disrupting Your Sleep RoutineSleep is an often overlooked factor in weight loss. If your workout schedule cuts into your sleep, it could be counterproductive. Poor sleep affects hunger hormones, increases cravings for carbs, and reduces your overall activity levels. Prioritise getting at least seven hours of quality sleep and then fit your workouts around that. Becoming Obsessed with the ScaleWeight fluctuations are completely normal, especially if you're new to exercise. Microtears in muscles and water retention can cause temporary weight gain but don't let the scale discourage you. Instead of weighing yourself daily, track your progress weekly and use alternative methods like measurements or how your clothes fit.Movement and exercise are super important for your health, both mentally and physically. I fully support incorporating movement into your day for your overall well-being but when it comes to losing weight, the first place to start is your nutrition. Start by understanding your energy requirements and optimize your diet to create a slight calorie deficit, without obsessively counting calories or tracking the number on the scales. Then, approach movement as an enjoyable bonus. I hope this episode supports you and that you feel empowered to approach your weight loss journey with the information you need. Overtrained. Under fed. Burnt out. Tired. Disconnected. Confused. Overwhelmed. Those are just a few words to describe what we feel when we get caught up in training too hard, training too often, not eating enough, weighing and measuring every single meal and counting every single calorie trying to chase the perfect body (which doesn't exist). It's just one huge mind f*@k. These obsessions has us looking for physical and aesthetic flaws that may or may not exist. These obsessions disconnect us from ourselves and our loved ones. Over time, we may end up with body dysmorphia (obsessively focusing on a flaw in appearance) which can create unhealthy relationships with food and people. Let's just be mindful with who or what is influencing us to chase something that doesn't exist. And let us not deprive ourselves of the foods and things we enjoy. Consume responsibly. Train smart. Eat smart. Train the Body. Train the Mind. Peace. Do you have body dysmorphia? Take the test. If you are not one who frequents TikTok, this post may not make sense. However, if you've been on TikTok for any length of time, you know it can be like going into the Twilight Zone. It was actually during a recent visit to TikTok that I was compelled to write this post and release the most current episode on the Plant Based Eating for Health podcast show. Let me preface by saying that TikTok is a great way to unwind at the end of the day and watch funny animal videos, heartwarming rescue videos, vegan recipe videos, and success journeys of people turning their lives around. It's a harmless way, so I thought, to enjoy the perspective of men and women around the globe. Yet, every so often, a video pops up that you have to wonder, “What is the person thinking?” Granted, the question, in and of itself is judgmental, but as humans, we do tend to judge. Not many people escape the clutches of judgement. Some more than others. On this particular occasion, a video came in my thread of a woman who was morbidly, morbidly obese, sitting in front of dozens of cheeseburgers, tacos, fries, cupcakes, and several large plastic cups of soda. Now please know, this is not at all about fat shaming… at all. However, it is about questioning why someone would find it necessary to prop themselves up in front of the camera to literally stuff their face with untold amounts of unhealthy food. You can well imagine the comments people left about her gluttonous ways, to which her canned response was, “I feel great, and I am healthy.” Likely neither are true, but she stands by her statement. Sadly, young people are being influenced by these types of videos. Currently, there is a major health crisis going on. One that began long before the pandemic and shutdowns. There has been an increase in virtually every type of disease, obesity is an epidemic unto itself, contributing to many preventable diseases. Check out the full episode for more insights. A few weeks ago I asked you ladies on Instagram what you're biggest struggle was on your health and fitness journey. So many of you said you struggle to avoid eating unhealthy food when it's in front of you. So let's talk about it. How DO we stop eating that unhealthy food? You actually don't avoid eating them, YOU GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION to eat them. The more permission you give the less you'll crave and the less you'll overindulge. Capeesh? And why was fried chicken singled out? In this episode we explore the answers to both of these questions and show the role that fried chicken has played in perpetuating white supremacy. Losing weight can be a challenge for anyone. The greater the amount of weight we have to lose, it seems, the worse our eating habits are, and the bigger our obstacles to weight loss become. One of the biggest obstacles in weight loss can be unhealthy food choices. Choosing the wrong foods, on a daily basis, can be what is keeping your weight exactly where it is, or even worse making the scale move up. Unfortunately, there are many unhealthy food choices available today that are dressed up as healthy foods. Here we are going to discuss some of these “healthy” unhealthy food choices and how they could be limiting your weight loss. --- This episode is sponsored by · Anchor: The easiest way to make a podcast. https://anchor.fm/app --- Send in a voice message: https://anchor.fm/180fit/message Support this podcast: https://anchor.fm/180fit/support

The Nazis had a phrase which covered all abuses by the State:"für Ihre Sicherheit""It's For Your Safety"The Law (Mask Police?) was Called on Peter Boykin because due to breathing issues he was unable to "just put on the damn mask" at a local McDonalds.Article: https://gorightnews.com/wear-a-mask-or-go-to-jail-says-local-mcdonalds-mmmm-mmmm-mmmmm-not-loving-it-should-you/Here are the statements of Peter Boykin about the situationI just left the Old Fort McDonalds where "Archer" almost physically assaulted me and called the law on for me because I did not wear a mask! Is this what America is coming to? Those of you who wish to fight back against tyranny and corporate virtue signaling.https://youtu.be/eg3fCLYjDbEFeel free to voice your concerns to the store and McDonald's corporate.Their address is548 Bat Cave Rd, Old Fort, NC 28762Number +1 828-668-9531I did not expect this to happen so I did not catch the initial encounter. I entered the store and no one was inside. The counter has plastic social distance shielding. He said I will be with you... Before he would take my order he asked me if I had a mask I told him I do not as I am unable to wear due to my breathing issues with borderline asthmatic issues. He said he has it too and they require him to wear a mask and I had to as well or get out of his store. I told him under the mask mandate I was under the first exception for medical reasons. He then yelled over me and told me to wear a mask or get the hell out of his store. I again said the law states I am under the exception. He then got louder I asked for his name he said, Archer. I walked away to get off the phone to record before that he comes around the counter got within 1 foot of me and loudly pointed to the door and yelled get the hell out.Other employees came to calm him down. I said I will be calling corporate. He then said he was calling the police. I went outside turned on my camera to document this. This is the recording. I have recording talking to the police afterward I will put in a podcast asap when I get home.https://www.spreaker.com/user/9922149/wear-a-mask-or-go-to-jail-online-audio-c#GoRight for AmericaIT'S JUST A MASK. IT'S JUST A VACCINE“In 4 months, the U.S. transformed into an obedient socialist country. The government dictated what events are acceptable to attend. Violent protests that instill fear are OK but church services, family funerals, and patriotic celebrations are dangerous. And you bought it without a fight.Standing in a graduation line is a "safety hazard". Small businesses were forced to close but crowds to support the corporate money machine at Walmart, Lowes, and Home Depot are OK.Come on. It's "just a mask" & "safety precautions".How about a little hush money. Here's $2,400 that we stole out of your paycheck in the first place. Enjoy. Buy something with it. From a big corporation.Cash is dirty. We can't give change. There's a coin shortage. Use your card. In 4 months, they convinced you to use a traceable card for everything. In less than 4 months, the government closed public schools and then "restructured" education under the guise of "public safety". In less than 4 months, our government demonstrated how easily people assimilate to "guidelines" that have NO scientific premise whatsoever when you are fearful. In less than 4 months, our government successfully instilled fear in a majority of the population in America that allows them to control every aspect of your life. Including what you eat, where you go, who you see, and your toilet paper. And the most dangerous and terrifying part? People are not afraid of the government that removed their freedom. They're afraid of their neighbors, family, and friends. And they hate those who won't comply. It's absolutely terrifying to me that so many people don't question "authority". They are willing to surrender their critical thinking skills and independence. They just... gave up without thinking. Without a fight.Do you know what's coming next?"It's just a vaccine. Come on. It's for the greater good".Wait until you're told that you can't enter any store or business without proof of the Covid-19 vaccine. Wait until you can't go to public events or get on a plane without proof of receiving the vaccine. To everyone that doesn't believe this is possible - DO YOU UNDERSTAND that government successfully dictated to people WHEN they were allowed to be outside, where they were allowed to go, and how their children would be educated in less than 4 months? And that a majority of the population followed blindly because they were told to do so.You're kidding yourself if you think this behavior won't be repeated with a vaccine. Or whatever the next step is."I don't follow politics.""Who cares about that stuff?""I don't like to think about it."They got you. Without a thought. Without a fight. Just like France. Just like Russia. Just like China. Welcome, comrade. (author unknown)Masks are Political, they are also a discussion everyone is having. Ironically the Left has been saying My Body My Choice over the Abortion issue... yet when the Right applies this to Vaccines and now Mask wearing we are told to shut up and do it for our own good.Just what are the laws on forcing mask-wearing? Can a business refuse you service? We look at this. What is the Constitutional Right to Refuse Service?According to the Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964, no business serving the public, even if it’s privately owned, can discriminate because of a customer’s national origin, religion, color, or race. The Americans with Disabilities Act prevents a business’s right to refuse service based on a customer’s disability. As numerous jurisdictions now mandate citizens to wear face masks in public, many retailers have begun requiring customers to cover their faces as a safety measure to mitigate against the spread of COVID-19 among employees and fellow customers. Retailers intending to enforce a policy whereby it will turn away customers who refuse to wear face masks should be mindful of abiding by Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (“ADA”), which governs retails stores as a place of public accommodation. Some would argue that they have allowed alternative ways to order such as curbside and drive through. I would have to argue that going into an empty airconditioned store to order quickly rather than sit in a long drive through in the heat to get an order is an inconvenience that someone with a medical condition/disability should NOT have to go through. Note that many who do doordash, uber eats, etc who have similar medical issues are forced to go inside to pick up orders. They are told they are not able to get their order through the drive-thru.Wearing a mask it just as much about the Civil rights of an individual to not be treated as second class. I know others may think it is just a cloth and nothing compared to how blacks, women, and gays fought for civil rights but honestly if you compare things to how people treat those who asked for the same service as everyone else, the same rights of life, liberty, and happiness, you will see things very similar. The blacks were told to go to the back of the bus, that they had to use different bathrooms, different water fountains, and had to be served not at the lunch-counter but in the back. They were told they were given a "Separate but equal" service. We all know that was wrong, and many in the black community still today make this the core of their #BlackLivesMatter protests. Women, in the same way, asked for the same rights to vote, hold office, and work like men and to were told it was easier for them to just stay in the kitchen. Gays were told to stay in the closet and called sexual deviants (they are still today treated poorly by many religious zealots) but Gays had to fight as well for their rights to be equal and treated equally. I know it is just a cloth to some and why not just wear it.. but to many of us, we see this as our right to equal service and our civil right to decide not to wear a mask because we know of the adverse health conditions it may cause us. After all it is not just a cloth it is a symbol of oppression to many.On the other side of things if you do not have a disability or medical condition and you just think masks are bad for your health, unneeded, and nothing but a virtue signal you have to remind others why you refuse to wear one. To those that tell you to just put on a damn mask, you must remind them that they see a non-mask wearer as disease spreading, defiant imbeciles when in reality they are fighting for the last remnants of your freedom you didn't know you were about to lose.Remember it all starts with the government saying "stay home" and you stay home.. then the government says "close your business" you close your business.. then for 6 million Jews in Nazi Germany it was Government says "Get in Boxcar" and you get in a boxcar... and you dieAmerica was built on our individual rights and freedoms from a government that is corrupt and full of tyranny. We refused to pay taxes on tea and sugar from England without representation and began a revolution of sorts leading from a fight on paying taxes. Today many want us just to put on a mask and not let us conservatives "die on the hill" over the mask issue. For many of us, that understand just what forcing masks and other mandates on our lead to we see this as a revolution. The question is are you going to #GoRight for America and put us on a path to Making America Great Again (thus to the normal days pre-COVID or are you going to just sit back and watch the left take over and as Joe Biden says "Transform America" I would say if you are just willing to comply then you are just as bad as the left, so do you stand up for your rights? do you "CONSERVE" America or do you keep sitting down and let the left win?I know where I stand... do you?

U.S. taxpayers are footing the bill for the growing of processed foods (through agricultural subsidies for the raw materials of processed food—namely wheat, corn, and soy), and for providing the poor quality processed food and soda to the poor (through our food stamps program). Yet the federal government has repeatedly denied cities and states the right to enact basic policy reform measures, despite evidence to show that incentivizing healthy food and disincentivizing unhealthy food has been proven effective. And it is not just bureaucrats who have opposed policy change. Many anti-hunger groups and national food banks, like the Food Research Action Center, or FRAC, have used their political influence to resist efforts to ban sugary drinks from the food stamp program, or SNAP. In this mini-epissode, Dr. Hyman examines three government agencies that are promoting unhealthy foods and how a change in food policy could shift our health and the health of our communities and planet. As adults, we know how eating unhealthy makes us feel compared to healthier options. Sugar crashes, impacted sleep patterns, decreased focus at work are feelings many of us can relate to.
On today's episode, we dissect this concept of food labeling Although we’ve learned to drop magical thinking when it comes to weather, crops or other natural phenomena, we still think of food as magical. We label food in hopes that doing so will bring us closer to our desires and goals. The concept is that if we consume the “good” food will control our health and body unfortunately what comes along is shame & guilt when we do eat the “bad” food. In today’s society not being able to control our food choices makes us weak people. That’s what we think as a result of being told so by diet culture and also according to all the health experts who want us to finally “release the unhealthy weight”. But it’s true that there is such a thing as good food or bad food? If so, what are the healthy foods? Here’s a sample of the myths we will cover: What are the good and bad foods Why are we so obsessed with food labeling What motivates our need for food labeling The side effect of food labeling If there is an option to food labeling, what is it and how can we implement it in our life Mentioned on the show: Get Started with our FREE Intuitive Eating Introduction Course Intuitive Eating Project
