Trump has long expressed racism and vitriol toward immigrants, particularly those from Latin America. As he deploys the National Guard to Los Angeles to quash pro-immigrant protesters, it's important to remember that Latin America is still part of the Americas. To understand how we arrived at a moment where the right holds such a bitter and hateful view of our neighbors to the south, we need to look back at history, and at how the U.S. developed alongside the nations of Latin America. This week, Adam sits down with Pulitzer Prize winning Yale historian Greg Grandin, author of America, América: A New History of the New World, to discuss how we arrived at this critical moment and what hope we have for the future. In this fiery compilation from The Tara Show, Tara paints a vivid and alarming portrait of a nation in freefall. She exposes the Biden administration's complicity in the largest child trafficking crisis in U.S. history—over 300,000 migrant children lost due to halted DNA testing—and the government's willful blindness to cartel-driven border chaos. Shifting to urban America, Tara reports on shocking audio of LA Vice Mayor Cynthia Gonzalez urging violent gang resistance against ICE, calling it proof that Democrat leaders are now merging with street gangs to undermine national sovereignty. She argues that cities like Los Angeles and New York are no longer American in spirit—"post-American territories" governed by lawlessness, socialism, and rage. Tara also digs into new mental health data showing that liberals—especially women—self-report staggering rates of poor mental health, linking this to the rage-fueled politics of the modern Left. As New York City embraces a self-declared socialist and calls grow to defund police entirely, she warns that Marxist guerrilla strategies are being deployed in plain sight. From lost children to lost cities, Tara delivers a stark warning: America is not just at risk of decline—it's actively being dismantled from within.

Count 5 of the federal indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs charges him with transporting Victim 2, referred to as "Jane," and male commercial sex workers across state lines with the intent to engage in prostitution between 2021 and 2024. Prosecutors allege that Combs orchestrated and facilitated "freak-off" events—drug-fueled sexual encounters involving male escorts—which he directed, filmed, and used to exert control over Jane. These events reportedly took place in various locations, including New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. The prosecution's claim hinges on the idea that Jane was not participating in these acts voluntarily but was instead coerced or manipulated into doing so under duress, a key aspect of the trafficking charge under federal law. If the prosecution's evidence is found to be credible, it would prove that Combs played a central role in exploiting Jane, using his power and influence to subject her to coercive circumstancesIn response, Combs' defense team contends that the interactions were consensual and part of a private, non-criminal lifestyle. They argue that Jane willingly participated in these events and that the transportation was not for the purpose of engaging her in prostitution. The defense also points to the absence of direct evidence linking the transportation to prostitution, suggesting that the charges are based on assumptions rather than concrete proof. The outcome of this count will depend on the jury's assessment of the credibility of the evidence and testimonies presented, including the context of the relationships and the nature of the events in question.to contact me:bobbycapucci@protonmail.com
Count 4 of the federal indictment against Sean "Diddy" Combs charges him with transporting Victim 1, identified as Cassie Ventura, across state lines with the intent to engage her in prostitution. Prosecutors allege that between 2009 and 2018, Combs orchestrated and facilitated "freak-off" events—drug-fueled sexual encounters involving male escorts—which he directed, filmed, and used to exert control over Ventura. These events reportedly took place in various locations, including New York City, Los Angeles, and Miami. The prosecution argues that Combs used his influence and resources to transport Ventura and other women to these events, where they were coerced into participating in commercial sex acts. Evidence presented includes travel records and communications that suggest the transportation was part of a broader scheme to exploit women for prostitution. In response, Combs' defense team contends that the interactions were consensual and part of a private, non-criminal lifestyle. They argue that Ventura willingly participated in these events and that the transportation was not for the purpose of engaging her in prostitution. The defense also points to the absence of direct evidence linking the transportation to prostitution, suggesting that the charges are based on assumptions rather than concrete proof. Donald Trump, without consulting Congress or United States allies, orders the military to bomb Iran, and then claims that Iran and Israel have reached a ceasefire. Military and intelligence services push back on Trump's claims that Iran's three nuclear sites have been "completely and totally obliterated." MAGA isolationists change their tone to avoid Trump's ire. Jon, Lovett, Tommy, and Dan react to all the latest, including reports that nuclear material may have been removed before the attacks, Iran's retaliatory strikes on an American military installation in Qatar, and Trump's new posts indicating he may be open to regime change. Then, the guys walk through Democrats' response to the attacks, the latest from Trump's ongoing National Guard deployment in Los Angeles, and a New York City mayoral primary that's both frustrating and exciting.

“Better than Gatsby.” Chatter rolls with Claude, Torie, and Jamie as David recovers from NBA finals. They break down DOD events, and Rocco's shot contest beats all. Best selling author and screenwriter Kyra Davis Lurie zooms in the share “The Great Mann.” Describing it as a reimagining of “The Great Gatsby,” as many do, doesn't do justice to this deeply researched look at class and wealth and Black identity in postwar Los Angeles. It's Lurie's first turn at historical fiction; hopefully not her last.
In a special two-parter episode of The Lineup, Dave Prodan sits down with fearless big wave charger and YETI ambassador Tom Lowe for two powerful conversations – one from before his nearly fatal incident in Tahiti in June 2025 and one after. In the first part of the episode, Tom rejoins us from Tahiti, still in recovery, right from the very place where he describes everything went very quickly from a dream to a nightmare. He walks us through the day it happened, at least all the moments he remembers. He recounts the locals' heroics, catching a few mid-sized waves himself, gaining confidence, and feeling ready for a big one. He speaks candidly about the mental toll of this injury versus the physical, and the emotional weight of what he's put his loved ones through. With striking vulnerability, he opens up about the recovery, the guilt, the gratitude, and the commitment to keep moving forward. The second part of the episode was recorded just before Tom's most recent mission to Tahiti, a trip that would culminate in a near-fatal injury at Teahupoʻo. Lowe discusses both the clarity and the nerves he was bringing into the swell, feeling ready to return since his first nearly fatal injury back there in 2023. He discusses life as a dad, the rhythm he's found chasing waves around the world, and the emotional toll of leaving behind his young family to pursue swells as a professional big wave surfer. He reflects on his latest film with YETI, Let Me Live, a raw and beautifully captured portrait of identity, purpose, and a life on the edge, produced by the legendary Keith Malloy and Bimarian Films. Follow Tom Lowe here. Let Me Live is out on YouTube everywhere TOMORROW (6/25). Watch it ASAP. Stay tuned to see the best surfers at the VIVO Rio Pro Presented by Corona Cero, June 21 - 29. What if your Intuition was leading down a path of what to say "yes" to? What to create next? And what if you could actually build a BUSINESS from that place of knowing? If you've been tuning into the newer season of Boss Goddess, then you may have noticed an emphasis on leveraging Intuition when it comes to business. Tendon, 13min,. USA Directed by Jannik Ehret Recovering addict Rene sees a creature poison the city's water supply and has to convince his skeptical sister and her no-nonsense boyfriend to stay away from the tap water. Get to know the filmmaker: What motivated you to make this film? I grew up in Germany from where Los Angeles always felt like a mythical place in another world. Through a street racing video game I was first introduced to the LA river; a concrete channel that splits Los Angeles in such a crude and inorganic way. At the time I thought it was an invention of the game designers. Why else would there be a perfect drag racing track going right through the city. Ten years later, when I first saw the LA river in person, I became enchanted by its otherworldly existence. My parents are spiritual teachers. Witnessing their clashes with “the regular world” has forced me to contemplate the role of “the real” in our emotional lives. To an extent, the “real” is irrelevant if its effect is tangible. The fear we feel from the monster under the bed is happening regardless of the presence of the monster. With that in mind, people should treat the fears of others, no matter how otherworldly, with empathy. Tendon is the merging of my love of sci-fi, the LA river, the homelessness epidemic and my take on the deep seeded fear of not being believed. From the idea to the finished product, how long did it take for you to make this film? I played around with the script for about five years. Once I landed on something I liked it only took about a month to get the project to the editing stage. Sound designing and composing was tricky since the film lives between genres but after another 4 months the project was done.
