This episode is the third of a six part series where Jay and Hunter interview Laura Knight-Jadczyk, a world-renowned paranormal researcher who authored a groundbreaking series called The Wave and founded a metaphysical research community called The Cassiopaean Experiment. The conversation covers a variety of fascinating topics, ranging from reality creation and the limitations of “New Age” techniques like affirmations or mantras, to the chaotic nature of the realm border crossing and the potential influence of 4th density beings through emerging technologies like artificial intelligence. Tune in if you're interested in expanding your understanding of the metaphysical realm and the interconnected nature of our existence.   "We are in the middle of the wave, and changing realities is violent and chaotic. There are people who are going to be soul smashed. But at the same time, the Cassiopaeans have said, you know, what a glorious way to go to the fourth density." – Laura Knight Jadczyk   What You'll Learn From This Episode The Complexities of Reality Creation – Take notes on how to create your own reality, and examine the most common pitfalls, challenges, and limitations associated with popular New Age techniques like affirmations or mantras. Balancing Your Emotional and Logical Centers – Discover the critical role of controlling your emotions and applying logical thinking when pursuing your goals, and understand the unique challenges that each gender faces when it comes to managing this volatility. Cassiopaean Perspectives On Plant-Based Medicine – Learn about how substances like mescaline, ayahuasca, and psilocybin, which are commonly used to heal trauma or elevate consciousness, can disrupt the natural pace of psychic development.  The Role of Melatonin in Psychic Enhancement – Explore the unique properties of melatonin, its benefits for cognitive development, and how the toxicity of modern society is hampering our body's ability to naturally produce this psychologically transformational chemical. Difficult Conversations With Religious Conformists – Hear about the challenges of discussing Abrahamic religions with close family members and friends who strictly adhere to the Bible as their sole source of knowledge often resist considering new interpretations or historical information that might shake the foundations of their faith. The Chaos Of The Realm Border Crossing – Learn about the realm border crossing, a significant transition point that affects both individual and collective consciousness. Understand why it's crucial to be aware of your frequency resonance vibration (FRV), as it influences how you will experience this chaotic and potentially violent transition.   The Potentially Nefarious Agenda Behind Artificial Intelligence – Consider a working theory from Jay and Hunter that AI might be an extension of 4th density beings, who face challenges in maintaining a physical form in the 3rd density. Hear Laura's reaction to the implications of AI being part of a broader, more complex agenda by higher-density entities and weigh that against the role the AI currently plays in your life.   Key Moments In This Conversation 00:00:00 – Introduction  00:02:01 – Reality Creation & New Age Techniques 00:14:23 – The Interconnectednesss Of Humans & The Creator 00:23:08 – Gender-Specific Challenges With Balancing Emotions & Logic 00:32:56 – Cassiopaean Perspectives On Plant Medicines 00:44:40 – The Realm Border Crossing & How To Prepare For It 00:51:35 – Challenges Of Discussing Religion With Fundamentalists 01:01:00 – The Psychologically Expansive Role of Melatonin 01:08:26 – The Potentially Nefarious Agenda Behind Artificial Intelligence 01:21:37 – Closing Remarks & Laura's Resources   Guest Bio Laura Knight-Jadczyk is a renowned researcher and author specializing in the fields of paranormal phenomena, historical cosmic catastrophes, and psychological studies.  With a career spanning several decades, Laura has dedicated herself to exploring the boundaries between physical and non-physical realities. What happened in Georgia in 2020? The election of two Democrats to the Senate from that state handed the presidency to Joe Biden and control of Congress to the Democrats. This was no flash in the pan, but rather the result of decades of organizing. Ray McClendon and Steven Rosenfeld, the editors of a new book, call it the ‘Georgia Way.' “The Georgia Way: How to Win Elections” is an oral history intended to both record the strategies used in Georgia to turn out overlooked voters, and how to spark civic involvement across the US. Andrea Miller, the Executive Director of the Center for Common Ground, People Demanding Action weighs in on the strategizing in Virginia. Hear Laura and guests unpack what's happening in Georgia and key states across the US ahead of the midterm elections and 2024. And get Laura's two cents on election deniers. “What is most needed right now is for people to understand that this election is not about policy, but it's about those who believe in democracy and those who want to see us move to a more authoritarian form of government.” - Ray McClendon“People are going to need to be poll workers. They are going to need to be monitors. They are going to need to be outside, reporting any problems they see. We're reading about groups training people to challenge voters.” - Andrea Miller“Andrea and Ray have taken the time to try to talk to people first, not on the eve of the election, but beforehand to try to get a sense of, “What are you really concerned about?” I know that sounds so simple and obvious, but it's really not done in these statewide and national campaign committee-driven efforts. - Steven RosenfeldGuests:Ray McClendon, Editor, The Georgia Way: How to Win Elections; Political Action Committee Chair, NAACP Atlanta, GeorgiaAndrea Miller, Founding Board Member & Executive Director, Center for Common Ground; Executive Director, People Demanding ActionSteven Rosenfeld, Editor, The Georgia Way: How to Win Elections; Editor & Chief Correspondent, Voting Booth: Independent Media InstituteThe show is made possible by listener and viewers like you.   Become a member today at https://Patreon.com/theLFShowMembers Receive early access to the full uncut conversation.

Laura Palmer got into sales because she “always wanted to be paid what I was worth.” She sharpened her skills at Google and today Laura is a Web 3.0/Metaverse pioneer as global vice president of sales for Unity Technologies, a major video game industry supplier. As she scaled her career, she says it became even more important to listen to her team. That helped her identify why account executives in Asia were so conservative in booking sales: They feared a loss of face if the deal got derailed, which is much less a concern in the West. Hear Laura and John share in the excitement that business travel is returning, even if her “packing muscle” is out of shape. (Laura's tip to beat jet lag: Force yourself to exercise in the morning.) IT'S YOUR BIRTHDAY, SAGITTARIUS!!!!  Not only did Susan predict a great month for you filled with money, real estate, and a Christmas miracle, but we learned that lucky Sagittarius shares its sign with Susan Miller's Astrology Zone! December 14, 2021, marks 26 years since Susan Miller invented the astrological internet (or at least that's how Laura and Alex feel about it). And that's not the only anniversary this month: Laura and Alex are celebrating one year of podcasting about Susan Miller!  As always, the episode begins with a discussion of the Note from Susan Miller, and it's no surprise to anyone that the businesswoman continues to be the focus. Susan gives us more info on her beauty box collaboration, and thanks to an intervention from Jimmy (whoever that is), she even changes her position on whether or not men enjoy skincare. Susan also teases an expensive yoga retreat that Laura and Alex do not plan to attend, as well as a new feature of her app, which makes the gals wonder if Susan is tuning into this podcast! Then Laura and Alex dive into December's horoscopes, which, as promised, are much better than November's terrifying forecasts. They start by discussing the exciting month ahead for Sagittarius and their connections to the Sagittarrians in their lives. Then Laura's discussion of Taurus includes not only exciting predictions for the month, but also valuable information on Ancient Greece, Shakespeare, and her writing in high school. To end, Alex relays lots of positive news to the Scorpios, who have gift cards coming their way in December, and fleets of Cupids in 2022. Laura and Alex discuss the following at these timestamps:  Note from Susan Miller: 01:48 Sagittarius: 10:44 Taurus: 19:00 Scorpio: 27:49 Share your own thoughts on Susan Miller's Astrology Zone with us by emailing astrologyzoned@gmail.com. What does it mean for a person to find their purpose? And how does a person go about doing that? In Laura Carney's case, her life purpose found her – and in a situation where she was finally ready.  Laura's dad was killed by a female driver who was distractedly talking on her phone. 13 years later, Laura and her brother found their dad's bucket list of 60 dreams he wrote at 29 that they didn't even know existed. Today, Laura is living her purpose of finishing that list. Do you want to know whether you are on the right track to fulfilling your personal life purpose? Might you already be living it? Or are you still waiting for it to find you? Hopefully, this episode will inspire you as you uncover key insights to help you gain some momentum around your own life purpose. Discover the kind of mindset she had to consciously bring to the table, how she pursued this list of 54 possible items (out of the original list of 60), and how the universe conspired with her to finish her dad's list. Also, as a mom with incomplete dreams, I'm very grateful to share with you how Laura sees her dad today – not as a failure, but as someone who had lived full out because he actually tried.  If you're at this point of your life where you want to feel alive again by living your own dream or going after the dreams of your lost loved one, then this is the perfect episode for you. Either of which takes courage. Hear Laura's story and be inspired to go after your own dreams more bravely. Now, I also have a free playbook to help boost your own courage in 7-days, which you can grab through this link: www.melissallarena.com/courage. Share this episode with 3 friends who might also be seeking a refreshing take on pursuing their life purpose and on whether anything is truly possible including unlikely things like meeting a Pope or President (which both are on Laura's Father's List). About Laura Carney Laura Carney is a writer and magazine and book copy editor in New York. She's been published by the Washington Post, the Associated Press, The Hill, Runner's World, Good Housekeeping, The Fix and other places, and is writing a book about finishing the bucket list of her late father, who was killed by a distracted driver. She has worked to raise awareness as an advocate with the National Safety Council, End Distracted Driving, the Safe Roads Alliance, Families for Safe Streets NJ, Act to End Deadly Distractions, NCSR Road Safety Advocacy and the Road to Zero Coalition. These days, she raises awareness via her writing and as a marathon runner. Highlights Creativity: Creating something as a painter or writer is a way to process things and to help you better understand how you really think about a situation, pick up different creative skills, and bring their respective strengths across media. Courage: This is a mindset that you can train yourself to say yes to challenges. Curiosity: Reassess your values because they change and you are changed by experiences, whether good and bad ones. There is always a good time to process your values and update them to help you focus on what you want and not be pulled into things that don't authentically matter to you. Grief: Having all this unresolved grief inside of her that she had been burying, Laura decided to celebrate his dad by doing the things he loved. Change: As soon as Laura got them on paper, her life started changing even more, having more room for more abundance, more happiness, and new challenges coming forward. Writing: When you do a memoir, you're not just doing an essay for the first person anymore. It has to have a narrative at the same time. So you're now also turning yourself into a character.  Perspective: Turning herself into a character made her realize that the events that happened in her life do not own her. Freedom: Try writing the scary traumatic memories in your own words, but also include happy memories and good events that have happened. There's something about this that detaches you from what happened and helps you find acceptance. Failure: Even if you know you're going to fail, do it anyway. People get caught up in ‘what is' the concrete result of it's going to be. But when you make that choice, you permit yourself to follow the thing your heart wants, even if there's no positive outcome forthcoming. That's how you know that you're doing the right thing. Loss: Be willing to lose everything. Because it's when you lose everything that you finally gain your actual path. You finally find where you want to go and where you're supposed to go, because it just feels right. Manifesting: When you go after your heart's desire, the universe sets out to help you. Whether that's true or not, it's still so much more helpful to believe in something than to believe in nothing.  Feeling Alive: That excitement about life because you have found something new that you love is what living truly means. Love Over Fear: Your love matters more than your fear. So every time you reconnect with that feeling of fear, follow your heart and you will be okay. Intention: Things are going to start working out for you if you permit them to. And if you're doing everything as part of your journey of love, you're now permitting yourself to be adventurous and you're permitting yourself to have these experiences.  Attachment: Many of us are attached to outcomes. But who is really judging us? We're all essentially the same spiritually.  Possibilities: When you realize anything is possible, anything truly is possible. The worst thing you could ever imagine also applies to good things.  Being: The human part of you is the part that does things, but your soul is the part of you that can just be in those moments of flow. That's the thing that makes you feel alive and fulfilled. Vulnerability: If you let yourself be vulnerable, and put what you want out there into the world, it encourages other people to do that, too. When you shine your light, you encourage other people to shine their lights as well.  Links to continue to learn from: Website: www.myfatherslist.com  Instagram: @myfatherslist Twitter: @myfatherslist Facebook: @myfatherslist FREE DOWNLOAD Want to grab your free copy of the Courage Makerspace (™) Playbook? There are certain lessons that are universal. Lessons that contain a virtue or truth help people to approach similar situations with the wisdom they gained. Today's guest, Laura Booz, can share lessons from Motherhood that help people understand their calling. Listen as Laura explains her views of motherhood as a calling, why mothers struggle in motherhood, and how to deal with the uncertain times of the maternal journey. Laura Booz is a mother of six, a farm wife, a speaker, and author. Her book, Expect Something Beautiful: Finding God's Good Gifts in Motherhood, is filled with wise, authentic, and practical teachings for moms. Friend, I can say that you don't have to be a mom to gain strong takeaways from this conversation. Laura shares advice about committing to a calling, feeling the pull of a calling, and living out a calling. These lessons compliment each other as they come together. At the start, Laura builds the foundation of the conversation with a surfing analogy. The imagery of searching for a great wave, and catching a great wave. She says her experience writing her book reflects that feeling of navigating and figuring things out. With her book, Laura found an opportunity to position herself in being a mother and writer. It's all about catching the right moment when things come together. Sometimes motherhood is a clear open door that is welcoming and undeniable. Other times, motherhood is not glamorous, and seems to be difficult to continue following. However, the true beauty of the role lies in each mother being specifically called into the role and learning how to be faithful within the role. Listen to Chris and Laura speak on listening to your calling, evolving with your calling, and understanding calling based on quotes from Laura's book. There is power in the faithfulness of following your calling, and there are people and generations who will be influenced by that faithfulness. Time stamps: [01:51] - Laura Booz shares her experience of raising six kids from ages 2 to 16 on a farm with her husband Ryan. [03:23] - Why did Laura write her book? [05:57] - Laura says she never thought she would write a book about motherhood, until she realized her insight is useful to others outside of herself. [08:28] - There are times the pull of your calling is so strong, it barely feels optional. [11:03] - Motherhood is not always glamorous, but Laura emphasizes how the beauty of the role lies in each mother being specifically called into the role. [12:35] - Chris and Laura speak on mothers being life-givers despite the “thankless” and “unseen” aspects that can exist in motherhood.  [15:30] - The calling of motherhood is profound and redemptive. [16:33] - What are Laura's thoughts about motherhood versus personal potential? Is there an intersection of both? [19:00] - In motherhood, your efforts will be honored as you maintain the faith of the efforts you sow. [21:20] - Believe in the blooming of your child, but also believe in the blooming of yourself. Laura shares the idea of growth as women go through motherhood. [23:34] - Sometimes moms might feel as if they are lacking in their purpose of life, but anyone in life in service holds a specialized purpose. [26:07] - Laura gets transparent about how her relationship with her faith impacted her life on the journey of motherhood. [28:42] - Listen to Laura's words of assurance to women and men about losing children. [31:14] - In hard times, ask: What should I do with my heart today? [34:10] - Laura recalls this small moment that had a larger impact than expected. [36:22] - Which motherhood moments bring Laura joy? [39:15] - Hear Laura discuss which topics she finds herself gravitating towards these days as part of her calling. [40:50] - Chris and Laura reflect on dealing with self-conscious thoughts. Because at the root, upholstery and carpet are made out of fibers just like your clothing. So when you get a stain on your clothing, you spray it with some sort of cleaner, then you agitate it and rub it in, and then you put it in the washing machine. This process includes a rinse cycle and sometimes people like to do two rinses. Then you move it to the dryer or you let it air dry. It's the same process for textiles and carpet. The step that is most frequently missed is the rinse. Most of the time, the rinsing to get the residue off is what is missed and when that is missed, it acts as a magnet to dirt and debris and will make your upholstery or flooring dirty faster.” This and so much more on the changing face of senior living design from Laura Busalacchi on part 1 of today's episode. Learn more about Laura Busalacchi and Brookdale Senior Living by visiting: https://www.brookdale.com/en.html. In part 1 of Cheryl's conversation with Laura Busalacchi , they discuss: There is a sense in which Senior Living was kind of Ground Zero for COVID. Laura sets the scene for how impactful COVID was in the world of senior living?  Many firms have seen a project volume as a result of COVID. What about Brookdale?  What have Laura and her team at Brookdale done to respond to COVID?  What have been some of the lessons learned here with COVID and Brookdale? Based on what Laura has heard and seen, how prepared is Brookdale for another major viral pandemic in the next ten to 20 years?  Senior Living Foresight has reported that more than half of senior living communities in this country are in immediate and dire financial peril. And yet, most are without any COVID relief funds. The rest have received a tiny amount of what they need. Hear Laura share what is happening within Brookdale and how the company is  beginning to recover from this?  What are the challenges with current cleaning and overcleaning protocols in the senior living space, and why is this so important right now? Laura has said, “There is an automatic application to disinfecting and cleaning, the old way and not in the new way.” What is the new way of cleaning?  Who is educating those responsible for cleaning at Brookdale? How did Laura get to the seat she sits in today including why she chose senior living Who is Laura's biggest inspiration today? How has the hospitality industry influenced Laura and her work at Brookdale? In part 2 of Cheryl's conversation today with Laura Busalacchi, Senior Director of Interior Services at Brookdale Senior Living, Laura shares what Brookdale project made her cry and why. What moments are priceless for Laura in a project? What keeps her motivated to continue when big challenges present themselves, and how did she end up working for Brookdale? When I first met Laura Winningham City Harvest London had just served up its 1 millionth meal, diverting good food from landfill, sending it to charities and centres across London who distribute it or prepare meals for people who need additional support to put food on their own table. A few years on and they have provided over 20 million meals, and are still growing to meet demand. City Harvest has been changed by Covid 19 as so many people and businesses have, there has been unprecedented demand for their support, but also there have been far more opportunities for others to get involved and help them with all sorts of areas from IT, to marketing , to volunteering at the depot to sort food and pack vans, to reaching out to businesses who may have surplus food that they could take and to charities in desperate need of the food. Hear Laura talk about City Harvest, and us talk about how businesses can support charities and why it is important that they share with their customers and the wider community that they do. City Harvest is an incredible charity and one I am very priveliged to have been asked to be an ambassador for. See acast.com/privacy for privacy and opt-out information.

In her early twenties, Laura Csortan was so determined to land her dream job on hit show The Great Outdoors that she packed up her life and drove 1400kms to couch surf in Sydney—after having the courage to ring top TV execs and say she had what it took. She was right. A couple of months after moving “with her eyes on the prize”, Laura was in Scotland on her first job for the travel show and kickstarting her long career in TV. Along the way, she’s “jumped out of planes, jumped out of boats in the middle of the ocean, ridden a motorbike across the Sahara”—great story!—and become a single mum to daughter Layla, 4, all while sticking true to her values. Laura’s story of starting her first business at 14, forging a global career and now fighting back from the “real blow” of COVID is so inspirational Powerful Steps CEO Tory Archbold invited her to talk values, mindsets and pivots on the new Powerful Stories podcast. This is no fairy-tale story of a genetically-blessed model getting lucky. This is about pure hard work and the beauty of having a plan. Laura is a driven, smart businesswoman with great strategies for other entrepreneurs, who told me how for decades she ploughed every cent she made into one investment area. Tune in to learn about: Dnxfestival.com   https://www.copythatpops.com/anita Laura’s personal Facebook page: facebook.com/laurap23 Steve Siebold - How Rich People Think What should you NOT throw money at to ‘solve’ in your business 80/20 Principle “If you confuse, you lose!” You never know better than your ideal client, so ask them the important questions to better understand their pain points and what they want solved. Use their language! Why did I create this show Copy That Pops with a focus on psychology and the written word for business! Make sure you deliver on the marketing copy you put out there Business 101 lessons! When was Mia first interested in psychology “Why do bad people get good things and wealth?” How this question of a young Mia pushed her to really question things and better understand psychology and success The distinction between ‘ego’ and ‘your spirit’ Before we are 7 years old, our conscious mind isn’t developed yet. Just our unconscious mind. This impacts us as kids and carries on for life if we don’t look at it with clearer eyes. What’s really stopping people? What’s the cause of your procrastination? “Our results are equal to our current levels of belief.” “Our desires are really equal to what we are capable of, our true potential.” “We are born to be a success, yet our programming is what is keeping us the same.” “We aren’t born with any limiting beliefs... And we are talked out of that.” Ego is also perfectionism, getting overwhelmed with decision-making, and not feeling good enough! Hear Laura’s own inferior ego challenge and what she is working on toward growth Fear isn’t want is actually slowing you down...it’s the shame and guilt! Hear why. Collapsing “worthiness” with money. Let’s separation the lie from the truth with this. Senior Princesses story from my high school and how as a kid I “learned” that more money means better. “Money actually shows our character.” Don’t mix up correlation with causation! Do ice cream sales cause shark attacks. When will you ever be good enough? You are the only one who can ever decide you are worthy. “You have to go through it first before you can give it away.” Success is not a ‘place to get to.’ Why? Because then “Success is a place to come from, not to get to.” “Live from vision instead of goals.” There’s a process to getting success once we decide. “There’s a science behind getting any result.” What is the recipe for success in business? “Beliefs are not fixed.” What is a belief? And how can we change it? Helping people crack ‘the 1%.’ And that is making $35,000 a year! In the U.S., it’s $435,000 a year. Let’s state the truth. Find out the ‘biggest psychological killer of success’ Are problems just the ‘way of life’? Mia’s thoughts may surprise you! Before 7 years old, we only have a subconscious Hear what has held Laura back and the roots of it. Plus, how she’s rewriting her future! What is the Law of Polarity? You can never escape risk. And we don’t want to avoid it. We just want to choose the risk that gives the highest reward. So, we have to give up ‘staying safe.’ How can we leverage time, money, and resources instead of getting stuck trying to ‘prove worthiness’? 4 Simple Steps to go from Surviving to Thriving Awareness Locate misunderstanding (and use universal laws to help with that!)
