We are currently in a powerful period of energetic regeneration, which can bring intense feelings of expansion, beauty, and breakthrough, unlocking a sense of infinite potential. However, these profound moments can quickly feel distant and elusive, leading to disorientation. This transformative time can feel like the stillness within a storm – a place of deep knowing and presence that can suddenly feel lost. Just as the pain of literal death can lead to profound understanding and transcendence, this energetic "death" can significantly shift our perception and consciousness. This energy encourages us to understand our lives as an interconnected whole, where past, present, and future exist simultaneously. This period can be a major turning point, where letting go leads to enlightenment and expansion. Right now, the prevailing energy feels like a strong regenerative force, requiring the shedding of deep-seated aspects of our consciousness. We may revisit old wounds and traumas, fluctuating between higher awareness (5D) and familiar patterns (3D), bringing buried pain to the surface for eventual healing and growth. This process, though it may feel like upheaval, is essential for new beginnings. This death portal is inherently fertile, a transitional space where profound suffering exists alongside infinite possibility. We are active participants in the quantum field, shaping new realities. It's important to allow space to process any pain, while consciously nurturing this space with love, hope, and positive intentions. We have the ability to transform this intense energy. Reflect on your relationship with death and any underlying fears it brings to light. Now is the time to directly confront these fears. The current astrological influence of Neptune in Aries indicates a change in how we engage with challenges, emphasizing facing our fears directly and acknowledging them. Consider the metaphorical endings you've experienced that have led to renewal. Identify what no longer serves you, making room for what is emerging. Find grounding practices that bring you back to your center, such as nature, journaling, therapy, and exercise. Be present in each moment, embracing all aspects of this experience and finding its meaning. This episode is one of the most interesting and exciting shows I've published to date. Why? It is all about bringing higher consciousness to businesses, and that is so needed and important. Gaurav Bhatnagar and Mark Minukas of Co-Creation Partners are doing just that - helping businesses transform to improve their overall performance by addressing the "inner aspects" of business organizations. And this is pioneering work that shows that, with guidance, businesses can shift consciousness. And, of course, this is very significant because most businesses have steered away from that until now. But human consciousness is now evolving at an increasing pace, and it must change in organizations and collectively as well as in individuals. So, I view this as a major indicator that the evolution of consciousness is picking up speed. Gaurav and Mark share how they are doing these amazing transformations, and it involves helping business leaders experience inner awareness and change in themselves through internal workshops. They talk about mindsets rather than consciousness or spirituality, but that opens up possibilities of expanding awareness and inner change. Once these leaders begin to "awaken", then they can tackle group interactions next and eventually help these organizations incorporate greater awareness/insights into their business systems and strategies. Those things lead to happier employees and better service to customers which improves the bottom line. I predict that we will hear much more about "spirituality in business" in the near future. After struggling with addiction, Carlos Tanner heeded the call to sit with grandmother ayahuasca in Peru, knowing this would be his path of healing.
