Emotional trauma, past experiences, and spiritual beliefs all play significant roles in a patient's recovery journey. It is imperative for practitioners to engage in open conversations with patients about their emotional and spiritual wellbeing. By addressing these areas, practitioners can uncover underlying issues that might be hindering a patient's physical recovery. Encouraging patients to share their stories and providing a safe, non-judgmental space can facilitate deeper healing and create a stronger practitioner-patient relationship. Chronic Illness and Emotional Trauma A common thread observed among patients with chronic illnesses is the impact of past emotional trauma. It is essential for practitioners to recognize these emotional hurdles as potential impediments to recovery. Patients often carry invisible burdens from past events, which can affect their health. Practitioners should incorporate questions about emotional history in their assessments to better understand the root causes of persistent health issues. Addressing these emotional traumas can significantly enhance treatment efficacy and patient wellbeing. Addressing Adrenal Health Adrenal health plays a vital role in a patient's overall energy and recovery capacity. Often overlooked, adrenal fatigue can exacerbate both physical and mental health issues. Practitioners should consider assessing adrenal function as part of their diagnostic process, particularly when patients exhibit symptoms of chronic stress and fatigue. Supportive measures, such as adrenal supplements and lifestyle interventions, may help restore balance and improve patient outcomes. Highlighting the energetic impact of lifestyle choices can empower patients to make informed decisions about their health. Optimizing Treatment for Recovery Effective recovery strategies involve not only addressing symptoms but also incorporating holistic approaches. Practitioners should explore integrating various treatment modalities, such as frequency-specific microcurrent therapy, which can support both physical healing and emotional balance. Customizing treatments to account for individual patient needs and responses is key. Assessing factors like adrenal health, lifestyle habits, and emotional wellbeing can lead to tailored interventions that promote comprehensive healing. Navigating Patient Lifestyle Choices Practitioners must often guide patients through lifestyle adjustments that can significantly influence recovery. Helping patients understand the implications of habits such as smoking, excessive caffeine, and sugar consumption is crucial. Establishing clear guidelines and providing supportive resources can aid patients in making beneficial lifestyle changes. Additionally, practitioners should emphasize the importance of quality sleep and its relationship to healing and overall health. By expanding the scope of patient care to include emotional, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, medical practitioners can enhance their effectiveness and improve patient outcomes. Emphasizing open communication, holistic assessment, and patient empowerment can create a more comprehensive and compassionate healthcare approach. As practitioners continue to refine their methods, incorporating these insights can serve as a foundation for more effective and personalized patient care.

I (Kari) fought digestive and gut issues for years. YEARS. When I finished pharmacy school, I went to the doctor and he could literally feel the swelling of my gut because of my constipation. I did years of supplements, every detox you can think of and would find relief for a few weeks…then all of the symptoms would return. After making myself sick with a parasite detox - I was done. I decided I would just live with the problems. I kept hearing people say, “If you're constipated, you're probably holding onto something.” Okay, yeah. Duh. My body is *literally* holding onto something. But there was a bigger conversation about healing that had to happen. A conversation rooted in less physical symptoms and more emotional causes. Andy Schoonover is the founder and CEO of CrowdHealth, a company that aims to revolutionize the healthcare payment system through crowdfunding. Schoonover's journey into healthcare innovation was sparked by a personal experience when his daughter needed a simple medical procedure, resulting in an $8,000 bill that their insurance refused to cover. Here we talked about the history of numerology and give a list of life's path of numbers from 1 to 9. To discover your life's path of numbers take your birthday, birth month, and birth year and added all together. For example, June 15 1970; add 6+1+5+1+9+7+0 = 29 ==> 2+9 =11 ==> 1+1 = 2 and reduce the total by adding the digit to get to a single digit. Here we touched a bit on repeating angel's number, their significance and symbolic values. Lastly, a story of Muslim book of numbers called One Sun and Countless of Stars by Hena Khan. This was a tribute 7 gratitude to the father of Algebra and computer science Muhammad Ibn Al Khwarizimi.

However, in this specific instance, where they say the person is not fit for the position and the Reshet will choose the fitting person, you can let this go. https://www.torahrecordings.com/rebbe/igroskodesh/012/003/3993

And then, when they get into relationships which are unpredictable and unknown territory, it triggers a lot of insecurities and brings certain unattractive behaviors to the surface.” – Lisa Shield“Some women are not only hard on men when they don't get what they want, but they're also hard on themselves when they have to look at their own dark side." — Lisa Shield"I have seen women let their corporate, high-achiever mentality spill over into their love lives. This can be a turn-off for men who don't want that in their relationships with women." — Lisa Shield"Some women take it personally when a man isn't moving at their pace and saying and doing the things they feel he should be by a certain time. Their arbitrary timelines can cause them to sabotage relationships with good men who just need time to catch up to them." — Lisa Shield"One of the mistakes I see many people make with personal growth work is that they get it intellectually, they get it conceptually, but they don't out it into practice." — Lisa Shield"We all have to look at how to accept ourselves. To do that, we have to accept that we're human and fallible and learn to love ourselves even with all of our imperfections." — Lisa Shield“To be a loving, emotionally intelligent adult in a relationship, starts with letting go of the need to be perfect." — Lisa ShieldContinue On Your Journey: Lisa Shield | YouTube | Facebook | Instagram | Book a Call With LisaEmail the podcast at: podcast@lisashield.com

She has the goal of teaching other healthcare professionals how to incorporate the mental, emotion and spiritual aspects of human health into their practice. Highlights Some of our favorite highlights from this episode include: One of the things that I wish that I had understood along this process is that illness is an initiation into a deeper experience of the true self, your soul. The work and the outlay and the themes, the hurts, the traumas, the gifts of your lineage, generation after generation, unless someone keeps raising their hand to do the healing work. Everything is in balance, every healing tool, strengthening the power of the other healing tools in the stack, the elegance of not having too many things on board, just the bare minimum, just the right amount. So her's reactions are optional, but healing resp, healing responses are not. And I wish that I had understood that early because so many people use good tools at the wrong time and in the wrong dose. I also wish I had understood that regenerative therapies go a long way, and that can look like therapies you do in the home, self-massage, fascia work, and lymphatic drainage. In this episode, Ugo dives deep into the meaning of manifestation and its spiritual aspects. Everything you're looking at in this world started from someone's thoughts and then became physical. It was manifested. God created us in His likeness, which means we can also create just like He does. “In order for someone to speak something into existence, they first have to think something into existence.”- Ugo Eze [03:11] We can create things from a spiritual place, but for it to resonate on a higher realm, it shouldn't solely be selfishly based. Functioning in the true form of God's spirit is about love and how it can make your life and other people's lives better. You can manifest, but it's highly important to understand why you're doing it and what you're doing it for. Once you understand your role in this universe, you can begin to create in a way that puts you in the same frequency as God. TODAY'S GUEST David Peter Stroh is the bestselling author of Systems Thinking for Social Change: A Practical Guide for Solving Complex Problems, Avoiding Unintended Consequences, and Achieving Lasting Results. For the past 40 years, David has helped leaders to apply systems thinking to organizational strategy, and achieve breakthrough, sustainable change. He is a founding partner of the influential consulting firm Bridgeway Partners, a faculty member of the Academy for Systems Change, and a charter member of the Society for Organizational Learning. EPISODE SUMMARY In this conversation we talk about: How he was exposed as a child to both natural and urban complexity growing up in Inwood, at the very northern tip of Manhattan, NY. How he fell in love with transportation systems, but ended up studying Organization Development at MIT. How his search for greater impact and a seat at the table led him down the Systems Thinking path, and eventually to founding a consulting firm alongside Charlie Kiefer, Robert Fritz, and Peter Senge, later of The Fifth Discipline fame. We also discuss: What's a system, and what's systems thinking? Why do complex systems often yield unintended consequences? What are the benefits of systems thinking, especially in the world of impact? What does it tell us about wealth inequality and poverty? And why David has come to see systems thinking as an almost spiritual practice? David's book and his blog are must reads for anyone interested in making deep and lasting positive impact, and avoid undesirable consequences. And this conversation can serve as a good, and I think, exciting intro to the topic. So let's jump right in with David Peter Stroh. In this episode of The Healers Café, Manon Bolliger (Deregistered naturopathic physician with 30 years of experience in health), speaks Katherine Peloso Smith, a Holistic Nutritionist and Spiritual Life Coach. For the transcript and full story go to: https://www.drmanonbolliger.com/katherine-peloso-smith Highlights from today's episode include: Katherine Peloso Smith we go into the energy bodies and the chakras and connecting those to what they might be feeling physically and then doing some work in rebalancing and opening those and helping them sort of make those connections and tuning into their intuition to what feels good in their body. Because I mean, we can write out meal plans, we can have special foods, but I truly, truly believe that it's such an individual thing when it comes to our healing, and what's going to work for each individual person and really trying to be able to uncover what that is for you without having someone else tell you what that looks like Katherine Peloso Smith Once people are able to feel what's going on, and they're noticing their symptoms, and they're able to connect clearly, I call it clearing the fog. By doing a discovery diet, you kind of clear out that fog, and you can really listen to what your body's telling you at that point. Because most of us are just walking around not knowing that we could feel a lot better than how we feel. Katherine Peloso Smith I would just love to share that I believe so strongly that healing really does start within. So, with you, seeking that help from people who are able to support you and guide you in the right direction. But to really tune in and listen and be able to make that connection to your own body is really beneficial because nobody knows your body better than you or your mind or your spirit and take the information that is going to make the most sense to you and run with that. Manifestation - it seems to be a hot word lately, right? But what is it and how do we use it to get what we want? We all have the power to create what we want when we understand how to do it. “Active patience allows the fourth dimension – spiritual aspect – of one's life to manifest. Patience allows a person to be aligned with the higher will.” I had the pleasure of meeting Lucito de Jesus, aka. Dream Sensei, during a Daloy Movement Ritwal (ritual) session, their monthly online offering featuring different healers and teachers. The title of the event was “Unraveling the Spiritual Aspects of Dreams.” Cito, as he is called by his friends, was a dream analyst before he became an Aikido teacher, and decided to combine the two fields into his current nickname. We had an interesting conversation about the subconscious, the unconscious, about active patience, archetypes, the Shadow, and of course dreamwork. “Dream work is what we do before the dream, during the dream and after the dream.” To book your own dream analysis session, you can contact the Dream Sensei directly through messenger or email at lucitodejesus@gmail.com.
