Malgré la croissance massive de ChatGPT, il reçoit toujours environ 26 fois moins de visites quotidiennes que Google."The AI chatbot market is dominated by ChatGPT, holding an overwhelming 86.32% market share.""In the search engine space, Google remains the undisputed leader with 87.57% market share.""Despite ChatGPT's massive growth and high engagement, it still receives approximately 26 times less daily traffic than Google."Acteurs émergents dans l'espace des Chatbots IA : DeepSeek et Grok DeepSeek et Grok ont montré une croissance rapide.

Recorded two days after the 2024 presidential election, Jim Hedger and Kristine Schachinger contemplate the outcome and how a Trump presidency might affect the tech and search marketing industries. Tech can expect an era of deregulation, starting with Trump's aim to strip away federal safeguards over AI development, deferring any regulatory oversight to individual states. With enormous shifts expected throughout the federal government affecting so many different sorts of outcomes, it's difficult to say with certainty what is going to happen and when. The one guarantee is things are going to get weird, and likely very quickly. The show goes on to cover happenings with OpenAI, SearchGPT, TwiXter, how a flock of bees thwarted Meta's most recent nuclear ambitions. We outline how Microsoft Bing wants to give someone a million dollars and ten people ten thousand dollars, how Google search snippets sometimes contradicts itself, the mundane existence of Google's Jarvis AI, and perhaps the weirdest outcome of all, Trump's anticipated shift of course on the Google anti-trust suits. A wise Gonzo journalist once wrote, "When the going gets weird, the weird get going", and in the spirit(s) of Hunter S. Thompson, that's more or less what we're going to do.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/webcology/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

We learn about Jason's transformation from being known as a cartoon blue dog to becoming a recognized digital marketing expert. He explains his Kalicube Process, a three-phase framework that includes Understandability, Credibility, and Deliverability. This process helps people and organizations build a consistent and accurate online presence. He emphasizes the power of controlling one's digital footprint and provides practical strategies for future-proofing digital search strategies across platforms like Google, Bing, and ChatGPT. --- Make the Machines Get You with Jason Barnard Good day, dear listeners, Steve Preda here with the Management Blueprint podcast. And my guest today is Jason Barnard, the founder and CEO of Kalicube, a digital marketing agency that helps business leaders future-proof their digital search strategy. Jason, welcome to the show. Thank you very much, Steve. I'm delighted to be here helping business leaders with their digital search strategy for their corporation or for themselves with their personal brand. Okay, that's awesome. So let's start our conversation with your personal “Why.” So why are you doing this? Why did you come up with this idea? And how do you manifest your personal “Why” through the work you do? Well, the “Why” of how I got here is because I realized that we all have multi-facets as people and as corporations, and that machines like Google don't necessarily understand what the most important facet is today. And my example was that I was a voiceover artist for a cartoon blue dog, and Google presented Jason Barnard as a cartoon blue dog when you search for my name. And I realized that I could influence how Google perceives me and therefore how it represents me. Then I realized once I've done that, I got it to represent me as a digital marketer and an entrepreneur now, rather than as a cartoon blue dog. I realized that by changing Google's perception of me and its representation of me, I could change Microsoft Bing's perception of me and representation of me. And then when Generative AI, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google Gemini all came out, they all represented me the same way. And I realized that the strategy is universal. How do I change the perception of the knowledge algorithms of the big tech companies, change their perception so they represent me the way I want? How do I get control of their representation of me? And the big “Why” is this is so hugely powerful, so hugely important to us all, to each and every person on this planet, but especially to people who care about their personal brand or their corporate brand. I wanted to share it with everybody because I think it's valuable, I think it's helpful, and I wanna be a helpful person.Share on X Yeah, I mean, it makes sense you want to be represented the way that you want people to see you. But do people actually know how they want people to see them? Do they articulate this to themselves most of the time? Yeah, that is a huge problem. Some people come to us and say, I would like you to help me to get the machines, Google, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Microsoft Bing, to represent me the way I want. And then I ask them, how do you want to be represented? And the answer is, I don't really know. At which point we then send them to a partner who will help them figure out exactly what it is they're communicating and who they're communicating it to, who is their audience, so that they can then come back to us and we can make sure they're represented the way they want. So once you've decided how you want to be perceived and represented to your audience, then come and see us. Okay, so you actually developed a framework you call The Kalicube Process, which actually helps people achieve that goal.

This week's episode of Masters of MAX features Tom Butta interviewing Alexis Baird, the Head of Product Experience at Thumbtack. Alexis shares her journey from linguistics and computer science to product management roles at Microsoft, LinkedIn, and Lyft. At Thumbtack, she leads innovations that connect homeowners with home service professionals.Today's focus is all about redesigns. Alexis and the team at Thumbtack recently launched an extensive redesign to expand their offerings beyond hiring professionals to provide their users a single app for all of their home needs. Alexis underscores the critical need for a personalized, user-centric approach, explaining how Thumbtack tailored their app to meet individual homeowner goals and house-specific needs, integrating tools like personalized guides and educational tidbits to boost user engagement. She discusses how the dev team was given a sandbox environment with a small percentage of customers and without traditional revenue targets, allowing for bold experimentation and significant advancements in user experience without the pressure of immediate financial returns. The overarching theme of the episode revolves around executing a successful redesign. Alexis advises maintaining flexibility, refining hypotheses with careful analysis, and creating a cross-functional team encompassing design, engineering, marketing and more. By aligning a long-term vision with short-term iterative goals, and ensuring continuous feedback loops, Thumbtack was able to deliver a significantly enhanced product that better serves their customers' evolving needs.—Guest BioAlexis has been working on products for the past 13 years, looking at the world through her customer's eyes, to build features that make a real impact for them. She is currently leading the customer experience and growth product teams as Head of Product Experience at Thumbtack. Before her current role, she spent almost three years at Lyft, first as a Product Manager before she was promoted to Head of Product. In this role, she first focused on rider experience and later, Lyft Healthcare which included their concierge products. She has also worked as a Senior and Group Product Manager at LinkedIn. She worked on the Talent Solutions, Content, Slideshare as well as LinkedIn Profiles teams. Her first product position was as a Product Manager for the Captions Metrics team at Microsoft Bing.—Guest Quote"One of the big misconceptions is that you do a big launch and you just kind of disappear. I've been part of redesigns in other lives, and you almost never get it right the first time or the second time or the third time. It takes a lot of iteration to get to that bar that you want for a broader launch."—Time Stamps *(01:18) Alexis' background*(03:12) What is Thumbtack?*(04:29) Why the team decided to redesign their entire offering*(08:41) Drilling down on personalization*(11:30) The importance of collecting user feedback*(14:24) The results of Thumbtack's redesign*(17:17) Lessons for others looking to make significant change *(21:37) How to prove your hypotheses with your users*(23:17) When is the time to put your pencils down? *(26:15) Do you go broad? Microsoft Copilot+ PCs: Has the AI computer revolution finally arrived?

Microsoft and major PC makers this week announced a plan to incorporate artificial intelligence directly into personal computers, adding on-board neural processing units (NPUs) as part of a new architecture that promises better performance, longer battery life, and local AI processing that unlocks new capabilities and features. We discuss the new Copilot+ PCs with our guest on this week's GeekWire Podcast, Stefan Weitz, an investor and entrepreneur who worked at Microsoft for 18 years in groups including Microsoft Bing and MSN. He is the founder of the new HumanX conference on AI taking place in March 2025 in Las Vegas. Weitz is bullish on the potential for Copilot+ PCs to improve the overall computing experience and motivate Windows PC users to upgrade their machines, a long-awaited milestone for Microsoft's flagship operating system. The new Copilot+ PCs have also raised security and privacy concerns, focused primarily on the "Recall" feature that takes regular screenshots of user activity on the machine, creating an index that can be queried using AI. The company released an FAQ that emphasized the underlying security and privacy controls for users, but also made it clear that the feature will be activated if users accept the defaults during initial bootup of a new machine. Weitz also shares some of his favorite AI apps and tools, including Cleft Notes and Read AI. Audio editing by Curt Milton. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

This is a seriously fun and highly interesting interview episode. Rather than obsess on what seems like a bad thing we decided to geek out on that Bing thing instead. One of the most open and interesting voices in search, the Head of Search at Microsoft Bing, Fabrice Canel, joins us to talk about algorithmic search and Copilot. As we all know, Google I/O was stacked with announcements suggesting Google is about to change search results to feature AI Overviews and push organic results into the netherregions of page-2 or worse. Bing is taking a different approach and Fabrice outlines how Bing and Copilot work together to present a different, and what he hopes is far better search experience. Geek-warning: This episode will sometimes venture into the weeds but the conversation is light, witty, and hugely informative.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/webcology/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

Researchers have developed a new method to deduce keystrokes, or manually entered passwords, from the sounds your keyboard makes, revealing a new attack that poses challenges to users even in noisy environments. How can you stay safe from this type of attack? Hackers have disrupted the Apex Legends Global Tournament using a remote code execution flaw. Imagine if these gamers spent that much time learning cyber security. We might have these world problems solved. And Google Chrome users on Windows are getting unsolicited ads from Microsoft trying to get them to set their default search engine to Bing. If I'm already using Google Chrome, I know what I want to be doing, so thanks Microsoft. And for our nerdier listeners, cybercriminals are exploiting HTML smuggling [00:00:56] offsetkeyz: to deliver malware through fake Google documents [00:01:00] which circumvents traditional security defenses by embedding malicious payloads in normal appearing web content, okay, so since yesterday's episode was focused on a discussion and didn't really bring the news, I'm going to deliver three pieces of news really quick. In a lightning round style. So up first, The North American finals of the Apex Legends Global Series were postponed after a shocking security breach. Hackers using a remote code execution flaw managed to infiltrate the game mid match, compromising the integrity of the whole competition. One player reported seeing a cheat tool. I mean, I'd report that too if I was cheating. While another was given an aimbot, which is another form of cheating, enhancing the user's aiming abilities, which led to the suspension of the tournament. And this incident has raised [00:02:00] concerns about the security of gaming environments, and the potential vulnerabilities within Apex Legends client or the associated anti cheat software. Meanwhile, Microsoft has stirred up frustration among Windows users by pushing unsolicited Bing pop up ads to Google Chrome users, suggesting a switch to Bing as the default search engine. This marketing strategy, which included pixelated that led some to suspect malware, has been met with criticism for its intrusive nature. Microsoft claims this is a one time notification, but I personally have gotten this notification multiple times and dismissed it multiple times. And like I said during the intro, I downloaded Google Chrome and I set my default search to DuckDuckGo or Google. I don't want to switch it to Bing, and if I did, I would. So sending me a popup If you've listened to any of my previous episodes and how much I hate pop ups, is going to do the opposite thing, [00:03:00] Microsoft. And especially a pixelated pop up that looks like malware? Figure it out! And finally, in more cyber security related news, there's a WordPress plugin series called Mini Orange that, according to the developer, has been deprecated for a couple weeks now, and There's now a vulnerability with I believe a CVE rating of 9. 8 out of 10 for these plugins So WordPress is recommending just removing these plugins. These plugins are security features like firewalls and anti malware So go out there, try to find a new plugin that does your security for you. This one is going to do the opposite of what you want it to do. And just to clarify, that is Mini Orange, specifically their malware scanner and their web application firewall. [00:03:47] transition: uh, uh, uh, [00:03:53] offsetkeyz: Okay. So there's a new acoustic side channel attack that could potentially. allow attackers to [00:04:00] determine your keystrokes, or manually entered passwords, based on the sound that your typing makes. So this was developed by security researchers, and as far as we know is not being exploited in the wild, though, if it is possible, it probably is being exploited in the wild. We can't ask a breached account how to do that. The attacker breached it, and attackers aren't really giving up that information, so we can assume that it's being used in the wild, though there's no direct evidence at this time. This article comes from Bleeping Computer, but the research was completed at Augusta University, and the researchers claim that you don't need a quiet environment to perform this attack, or even the consistency of a mechanical keyboard, per se. Like the keyboard on my Macbook uses what's butterfly keys that are really light and to us they sound entirely the same. But yes, this attack can be performed on any type of [00:05:00] keyboard. Currently the attack only has an average success rate of 43%, but that success rate is much higher than other attacks like credential stuffing, which is where attackers find your credentials on the dark web and then put them into A myriad of websites that accept usernames and passwords. For more information on this attack, you can check out the article by bleeping computer in the show notes. But you might be wondering how can you protect yourself from this type of attack? Well, first of all, if you're still manually entering passwords, you cannot protect yourself from this type of attack. You can get little rubber keyboard covers, you can do whatever, but this attack can be used when you're manually entering your passwords. So there's no way to get around manually entering some passwords. So what I'm trying to get at here is You should be using a password manager, which only requires you to copy and paste your [00:06:00] passwords, which makes no sound. You will have to occasionally enter in your master password for the password manager, and I would recommend doing that at home, And try to avoid doing it while you're making Instagram videos, or live streaming, or something like that. But the ultimate way to protect yourself from this is to start using a password manager. It's amazing how many of these hacks using a password manager can prevent. If you have any questions about using a password manager, switching over your routine, I've developed a four day plan. with about 10 to 30 minutes per day to ease yourself into this new lifestyle. Reach out to us in the comments or in a direct message on any of our social media platforms, and I'll be happy to get you that four day plan. [00:06:56] offsetkeyz: Alrighty, and our final piece of news for the day comes from [00:07:00] thehackernews. com, and it involves an attack called HTML smuggling, which has been developed only recently thanks to the innovations in new versions of HTML. And if you're not familiar, HTML is essentially the backbone of all websites. It's the coding language used, hypertext markup language, to develop websites. That HTML might integrate with JavaScript or CSS or a myriad of other languages. HTML tends to be the backbone of all websites. So HTML5 introduces new interactive features that kind of blur the lines between software, computer apps, and web based. applications or websites, and allows for more sophisticated interaction with the user's browser and system. So, to back up a little bit, cybercriminals are creating counterfeit pages that mimic Google Docs. When someone visits these pages, they unknowingly trigger the download of malware onto their [00:08:00] devices. And this malware is not to be underestimated. It can steal a wide range of personal information, including credentials from web browsers, documents, and even data from cryptocurrency wallets. So as I said before, this attack is thanks to the innovations and advancements brought about through HTML 5 specifically including the support for blobs or binary large objects blobs allow for the manipulation and direct handling of binary data such as executable files or images from within the browser So this feature enables web applications to create, read, and manipulate binary data client side, which is crucial for modern web applications that handle rich media and documents without relying on additional plugins or server side processing. So the further we advance in technology, the more processing we're going to be able to do on our independent machines, as opposed to relying on [00:09:00] processing in the cloud and then transitioning that data back to our machines. It allows for much faster loading times and such when you're interacting with a web application. So essentially attackers are creating fake websites that utilize these blobs by writing JavaScript code that essentially creates malware in the browser. So the malware isn't embedded per se, the code that's being executed in the browser creates the malware, usually in the form of a PDF, and then downloads it to your computer. And mind you, downloading files from a web application is a relatively normal process. It takes place all the time, you might not even know it. But this one is usually downloaded in the form of a PDF, and once that PDF is opened, the malware is created and run. And it uses some pretty cool techniques. If you're interested in that type of thing, they're outlined in the articles linked in the show notes. But the key [00:10:00] takeaways from this are that attackers are innovating, and they're using these new advancements in technology against us. So we just have to be extra vigilant and careful as we navigate throughout the web, clicking on links, and when you're searching for something specific on Google, Make sure not to click Google Ads, as attackers can buy these. And this is probably how it's mostly getting disseminated, is fake websites that look like the real websites, and as you interact with it, it's downloading things to your computer. So try to avoid clicking on Google Ads as much as possible. All right, that's all I've got for you today. I'll see you If you haven't had a chance yet, check out the episode we released yesterday about Texas and the age verification. It's an open ended discussion and we'd love to hear your thoughts on it. We've thrown out some kind of radical ideas in there about what's happening in Texas and what's happening with these age verification methods. So take a listen, let us know what you think, and we will talk to you some more tomorrow. [00:11:00]

Recent viral posts are once again targeting Antarctica, but this time not for an ancient pyramid, and instead it's a massive cube making the rounds. One doesn't have to travel so far, however, to find the same cube since it graces the downtown area of major cities around the world. It can also be found in the Muslim city of Mecca known as Kaaba (al-ka'aba means ‘cubic house'), a term related to both the Jewish Kabbalah (and Tefillin) and ancient Central American Caabaha, i.e., the House of Sacrifice - Holy of Holies. It is not as well known that the cult of Cybele, a goddess worshiped in Greece and Rome, also venerated as an icon a similar black rock which can further be found in Egypt. Take a look at the investment firm Black Rock, which pushes DEI, and you have the same idea. The black rock or cube is significant for many reasons, even relating to AI, since it calls on the power of certain gods like Saturn or Remphan, those idols the Jews were accused of worshiping by God Himself. Larry Fink, the CEO of Black Rock, is also famously Jewish. Just as there are perverts in every Church and Mosque, the House of Israel is also overrun with such perversion. The Jewish establishment, in surveys and the Times of Israel, is the largest supporter of gay marriage and not just homosexuality, but the entire LGBTQIA+ community, especially considering Tel Aviv is the ‘Gay Capital of the Middle East' and the ‘ultimate LGBTQ travel destination'. In recent viral posts recirculating this year, we are further reminded of Solomon Friedman, an ordained rabbi, and his company ECP, who recently helped acquire MindGeek, the parent company of Pornhub - the largest adult streaming site. Ethical Capital Partners also owns RedTube, YouPorn, and a list of other porn websites and production companies. Considering US Jews contribute half of ALL donations to the Democrat Party, according to the Jerusalem Post, and a quarter to the Republican Party, but comprise less than 2% of the population, there are many questions to be asked: Should we be surprised that the political left has become increasingly obsessed with gender, sex, sexuality, and the pushing of pornography on children? Or that much of the political right sanctions the same or ignores it entirely? In fact, the left-leaning big-tech companies and social media platforms like Instagram we now known are designed to connected ‘pedophile networks', according to Stanford and the University of Michigan. We also known Microsoft Bing was designed to recommend child sexual abuse content. The most recent reporting from the Network Contagion Research Institute shows that TikTok, Instagram, and Youtube are overrun with extortion schemes involving adults tricking teens and kids into sending sexually explicit material over the internet. The recent tunnels found in New York, used by local Jews, leaves us with even more questions when one looks at the materials found within. It is important to understand that we are NOT blaming the ‘Jew', but making a comparison between what is happening now and what occurred in Weimar Germany circa 1920s, a time filled with prostitution, drag queens, transvestites, homosexuality, and easy access to smut for children, not to mention the constant degrading of the German family. These were huge issues for the ultimate historical villain Adolf Hitler, who saw the same trends of Jewish ideology and rebelled against them, writing: “The fact that nine-tenths of all the smutty literature, artistic tripe and theatrical banalities, had to be charged to the account of people who formed scarcely one per cent of the nation--that fact could not be gainsaid.”Although such facts themself are considered offensive, a rabbi writing for the Rolling Stone in 2022 explained why there is such a heavily Jewish influence in all of these areas of society. He documents how Jews took on trade jobs and lent money, something that was forbidden, especially usury, in both Christianity and Islam. As a result, Jewish influence in the arts exploded, and along with it the ideological views of those people with massive support for such above mentioned perversities. When one considers the mythos of the Jewish Lilith, and her necklace of rainbow, the overall theme and picture here should become even more clear. She rejects god, is promiscuous with demons, aborts children, and reels in filth, and sexual perversion. We should never forget that when Baptists and Catholics touch little kids, or when Muslims do the same, it is not the fault of faith, but instead a moral pestilence. The same is true of Judaism. Furthermore, when one considers the cultural resistance in the US to media lies, Hollywood perversion, Black Rock DEI, schools promoting drag queens, smut for children, etc., and the conservative push back against communism, there is a striking resemblance to 1920s Germany.-FREE ARCHIVE & RSS: https://www.spreaker.com/show/the-secret-teachingsTwitter: https://twitter.com/TST___RadioWEBSITE, BOOKS, RESUBSCRIBE YEARLY: http://thesecretteachings.infoPaypal: rdgable@yahoo.comCashApp: $rdgableBuy Me a Coffee: https://www.buymeacoffee.com/tstradioSUBSCRIBE TO NETWORK: http://aftermath.mediaEMAIL: rdgable@yahoo.com / TSTRadio@protonmail.com
