In this episode of Serial Streamers Jami invites Tom Hamlett, host of hit podcast “Dumpster Dive,” to help her break down the Netflix documentary Worst Roommate Ever, Season 2 episode 4 titled “The Lethal Landlord.” This twisted tale follows the case of a young couple, Austin Wenner and Jessica Lewis, whose partial remains were found in 2019 inside of a suitcase that had washed ashore on Alki Beach in Seattle, Washington. After the gruesome discovery, the investigation led authorities to the home of Michael Dudley, who was the victims' landlord. Dudley was arrested and subsequently convicted of murdering the young couple. Jami and Tom dive into the psychology of the perpetrator and one of his other tenants, and Tom shares a WILD story about a neighbor who had an interesting way of coping with the death of her beloved pets.
