It's been seven years since the e-scooter companies unceremoniously dumped fleets of Limes and Birds onto the streets of Denver, and many Denverites are still upset about it! But at the same time, many others have grown to rely on these micro-mobility machines. Councilman Chris Hinds, in particular, has been pushing for tougher regulations for years, and last week he put forth a new proposal to the rest of City Council, citing Denver Health data showing a huge increase in scooter-related accidents in 2024. In that chat, he told us about his early life in Doti district, in Nepal's Far West region. When he spoke you could hear his deep attachment to that place, so I wonder—for him, does living and working in Kabul not only mean being away from his country, but does it also signify one more step away from his deepest roots, in his home village?In our latest chat, which we recorded at Himal Media in Patan Dhoka, we also discuss if Prem has become comfortable in his new, less visible role, on a much larger team, that he's taken on in Afghanistan.  We were with the Ashram on the North India tour for many weeks.We traveled with 8 Busses full of Western and Indian devotees and equipment… around 400 people, which is only possible in India… to different cities. With Darshans (personal meeting with the Guru), Pujas (worship of Deity), and Bhajan (Hindu Gospels) singing… …I usually picked up the worst job, this was Indian toilet cleaning during the rush hours… Then I had to close the toilets for a short time and the Indians were protesting like crazy…Somehow a group of wealthy Indian Students approached me… We want to clean the toilets, and you should not do that.I never have experienced in all of my lives that rich Indians like to clean toilets, they hate that… Somehow the entire atmosphere changed … became Divine...I thought I had so much trouble sorting out the problems with Western devotees, even it was not my job …Then I don't do anything, only meditation...The Tour organizer Jnani (a woman) who was the embodiment of injustice, gave mostly all of the toilets to the ladies and the same to the sleeping place..Even worse she said: Lady first… I encountered her, So not… Somehow we could distribute the toilets and sleeping room equally for both genders…I wanted to be in silence all the time, but again and again, the males bothered me and I had to solve their problems even though I was not responsible for them, as I thought… There was another guy who was responsible for the males, but he had no interest in doing the job.After 2 days full of bad consciousness that I didn't work, I went to the job desk, and said the Indians are cleaning now the toilets… She looked up and said furiously, the Indians have complained about that, you never should do this job again… You are already set up as assistance for Jnani…And I thought, “This awful dragon… I want to be in silence and not communicating like crazy with this Bitch.”Why me?She wants you!So I had to look for the males and for the place where we could sit separately from the women, during the Darshan.There was not enough space for everyone like usually, how to separate the genders?One side males, one side females and one-meter distance between both…I went through the rows and pushed the ladies out of the male's space to get this 1-meter separation…I felt great, to be strictly and harsh to gain respect…Finally, it was done…I turned around and the women were sitting again in that space of the males!Over frustrated that my commanding didn't work out,I sat down and meditated close to the separation line...I felt again and again pushes, and touches … I ignored them, continued with my meditation, and thought maybe some Indians…The young ladies had surrounded me and were in touch with my body…That was sinful… I hated them… And they became my enemies.In the evening when I had plenty of space, young Indian ladies surrounded me, touching me, even sitting on my lab, when I was meditating .…Their motto, what Western ladies can do, we can do better…I looked helplessly at Big Swami, he smiled and was talking to their parents…Swamiji knew I was living in Celibacy for years…I didn't want to get tempted by young beautiful Ladies!And Swamiji loved to do pranks …When I was during a big event totally tired, I looked where I could sleep… I found an empty storage tent, laid down on the ground, covered with my Doti, and slept immediately.I woke up and was surrounded by a group of wealthy Indians, sitting on the ground, who were talking with Big Swami…It was so embarrassing.What to do?Pretending to sleep and wait?Or go up and leave the tent?After 15 minutes I stood up … the Indians laughedWordless I left the scene…Similar happened on a bus, we should sit between young Indian ladies… No way…I said that is not possible … No lady should touch us…Then one lady after the next went to me and touched me…And it was going even worse…The bus, where I sat, broke down because of too much load and the males had to be distributed on the other buses…They gave me a seat in the Luxury bus, and it was full of wealthy Western Ladies…I should squeeze between two young attractive ladies...I said, so not and went straight to Jnani …She said this was the only seat that fit your long legs…But what should think the Indians about me…I don't care… The Ladies agreed … Finish.I had no choice…One lady from the left was resting her head on my shoulders. The other lady put her hand on my thigh… I complained … after 15 minutes they did the same…In the night I woke up, one lady embraced me and kissed me …I pretended to sleep.What for a disgrace…?And I had to sit there during the rest of the journey…The enemies outnumbered me what should I do? This episode features an interview with Carlos Doti, MD, Vice President, US Medical Affairs Oncology, AstraZeneca, about new breast cancer treatments.Dr. Doti is a hematologist by training and is passionate about developing treatments that have a real impact for people living with cancer across every aspect of their disease. Dr. Doti has worked in industry for the last 14 years, including seven years at AstraZeneca in various roles, and in small markets like Argentina as well as larger global markets. Since 2022, Dr. Doti has been focusing on the US market in hematology and oncology, working in breast, lung, GI and gynecological cancers among others.Dr. Doti has previously served in medical affairs roles at Novo Nordisk A/S and Pfizer. His work is supported by more than 70 congress presentations and several peer-reviewed publications. He has also served as an investigator in more than 25 clinical trials in hemostasis, onco-hematology and infectious disease.Recently, AstraZeneca won approval for the company's AKT inhibitor Truqap (capivasertib) in combination with Faslodex (fulvestrant) for the treatment of hormone receptor (HR)-positive, HER2-negative locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with one or more biomarker alterations (PIK3CA, AKT1, or PTEN). The approval of Truqap was the first-in-class approval for AstraZeneca.Tune into the episode to hear more about the milestone approval of the new combination breast cancer treatment, which has been a much-needed treatment option for the nearly 50 percent of patients with advanced HR-positive breast cancer who have PIK3CA and AKT1 mutations or PTEN alterations, and experience resistance to first-line treatments such as endocrine therapies and CDK 4/6 inhibitors. Danes pa od teorije k praksi. Na vrhuncu novoletnih zabav je nujno nekaj zapisati o spolnem nadlegovanju na delovnem mestu. Neke vrste radijski priročnik. Oni dan je zaradi obtožb o spolnem nadlegovanju in neprimernem obnašanju na delovnem mestu spet odstopil visoki javni funkcionar in podoba je, da so takšne ali drugačne javne službe in seveda moški v njih, generator spolnega nadlegovanja v tej deželi. Zakaj je tega manj v realnem sektorju, je sicer vprašanje za strokovnjake, a najbrž je nakovalo produktivnosti med proletariatom pretrdo, da bi se lahko delavci med osemurnim delovnikom še neprimerno vedli. Spolno nadlegovanje na delavnem mestu je v naši, pa tudi evropski zakonodaji natančno opredeljeno; pa čeprav ga je hotel zadnji grešnik – vršilec dolžnosti direktorja urada vlade za narodnosti – v zagovoru omiliti s tem, da je Belokranjec in muzikant. Se pravi; Belokranjci na splošno z ženskami bolj robato govorijo, muzikanti pa se ves čas objemajo. Ob tem je vršilec dolžnosti še dodal, da je odprtega značaja. Ampak nismo tukaj zato, da komentiramo specifičen primer … Kot analitična oddaja se raje posvetimo razmišljanju zunaj zakonodajnih pa tudi akademskih okvirjev. Kaj je torej takšnega v javnem sektorju, da tamkajšnji moški ne morejo držati jezika in drugih organov za zobmi? Po daljšem premisleku menimo, da smo našli rešitev … Gre za popularen izum liberalnega kapitalizma, ki se mu reče »team building«! V mestih kreativne agencije in na podeželju turistične kmetije so specializirane za to pogruntavščino, katere cilj je, da se kolektiv pobližje spozna. In združi. Tehnike, ki naj bi povzročile zlivanje kolektiva v eno samo moštvo z enim, skupnim in vseobsegajočim ciljem, ki bo nato dvignil storilnost in profitabilnost ali pa samo učinkovitost nekega delovnega okolja, so številne in različne. Če ste že kdaj prisostvovali kakšnemu »team buildingu«, ali pa celo, če ste ga doživeli samo od daleč, ste opazili, da gre za metode iz otroških vrtcev, ki pa so prirejene za odrasle. Teami nastajajo med igrami, kot so gnilo jajce ali skrivalnice, med karaokami in skakanjem v vrečah, predvsem pa nato med večernim druženjem. Ob koncu tedna bariere padejo in kolektiv se spremeni v tim, ki nato povozi konkurenco. Je pa težava … Kot vemo, so javni uslužbenci kot fijakarski konji. Kar jim je zapovedano, tega se držijo. Nekaj poglavitnih načel javne službe, sploh med uradništvom, je še vedno onih od Marije Terezije. In ko se tako kolektiv ponovno zbere po »team buildingu« v pisarni, javni uslužbenci in očitno tudi funkcionarji težko ločijo, kje se konča teamsko delo in kje se začne spolno nadlegovanje. Še sploh, če so v prostem času Belokranjci in glasbeniki odprtega duha. Kaj torej storiti, da se javni sektor, pa tudi realni, seveda, v tem prednovoletnem času izogne nadlegovanju svojih sodelavk? Kajti novinarska poročila so pozneje travmatična tako za žrtve kot za okolico nadlegovalca. Torej, bolje preprečiti kot zdraviti, velja tudi v tem primeru. Inovativna metoda ki smo si je domislili v kolektivu naše skromne oddaje, je grafično označevanje nadlegovalcev, na način, da bi se jim lahko potencialne žrtve že na daleč ognile. Vemo sicer, da gre za delno protiustaven predlog, ki zelo diskriminira; a če bi bile oznake ljubke in nežaljive, bi bil tak ukrep v praksi najbrž izvedljiv. Recimo; sodelavec, ki se rad slini okoli sodelavk, bi dobil na rever suknjiča ljubkega polžka. Sodelavec, ki rad govori opolzke vice, bi dobil broško skupine »Rolling Stones« z iztegnjenim jezikom, »trepljavci«, ki v spodbudo za večjo storilnost trepljajo po ritkah, pa bi dobili obesek s podobo kapitana Kljuke iz Petra Pana, ki je imel, kot vemo, eno samo roko. »Objemovalci«, kot recimo omenjeni vršilec dolžnosti, bi dobili značko s podobo udava in tako naprej in tako nazaj. Takšno označevanje bi ne smeli vzeti za slabo … Razumeti bi ga morali podobno, kot razumemo oznake oficirjev slovenske vojske. Nihče od slovenskih soldatov, vsaj v zadnjih treh desetletjih, ni bil v pošteni vojni, pa vendar imajo suknjiče polne odlikovanj. Tako bi tudi nadlegovalci, kljub temu da v tistem trenutku ne nadlegujejo, svetu samo kazali kdo in kaj so.

Here are their responses, edited for length: CCD: Do you know if DOTI has any plans to re-assess its snow removal strategy? If so, how does the changing climate factor into those plans?   The storm we received on December 29 was a particularly challenging storm event in that it was a wet, heavy, spring-like snow that hit during the coldest time of year. The snow also fell at very fast rate (1 to 3 inches an hour). Conditions on the main streets improved with subsequent passes by the plows. It was unusual for us to have a spring-like storm in December. So, we will be looking at… was this a one-time thing? Or a new trend amid global warming? These are the things that we'll look at --- any new trends over the course of several seasons and see if we need to adjust. Here is more on that:   we assess our snow program after every snow season, especially as we install more and new kinds of bike infrastructure, to evaluate what kinds of new equipment we might need, and so that we can make a budget ask for it.  we will want to keep main streets a priority to ensure emergency vehicles and people can get where they need to go. we're interested in continuous improvement and in discussing snow removal approaches that better support alternative modes of travel during the winter months, and large-scale programmatic changes will require expansions in people and in equipment. COVID put us in budget reduction mode, but as our city recovers, there may be opportunities in upcoming budget cycles to reignite discussions about service level expansions that the administration and elected officials want to fund.   CCD: I saw that the budget for plowing was $3 million in 2019. I can't seem to find a more current budget. Do you happen to have that figure as well? We have about $3M in 2023 as well. If we need additional dollars due to an unusually active snow season or a big event at the end of the year, we would ask for a supplemental. Safety comes first. *) Results pour in from US midterm elections It's a crucial day for US President Joe Biden and his Democratic party, as results begin to come in for the 2022 midterm elections. Republicans have taken a sizable lead in the race to control the US House of Representatives, with incomplete results showing a significant lead over Democrats. In all, Republicans have won 158 seats in the chamber, compared to 98 for Democrats. While the margins are likely to change as results are tabulated, a forecast from the New York Times puts chances of Republican control of the House at 74 percent. *) Over $1T needed for climate action More than one trillion dollars a year is needed for climate action. That's according to a report released to coincide with talks on climate financing at the COP 27 conference in Egypt. Political leaders from industrialised countries are coming under increasing pressure to fund the transition of the developing world to renewable energy. *) Deadly quake strikes Nepal, rattles New Delhi An earthquake of magnitude 6.6 strikes Nepal, killing at least six people, destroying multiple houses in the western district of Doti and shaking the Indian capital New Delhi. Five other people are seriously injured as eight houses collapsed early on Wednesday, officials says. Local media showed visuals of mud and brick houses destroyed by the quake and rescuers digging through the rubble to look for survivors. *) Fresh Ebola outbreak in Uganda Schools across Uganda will close after 23 Ebola cases were confirmed among pupils - including eight children who died. The education minister says preschools, primary schools and secondary schools will shut from November 25th, two weeks before the end of term. On Saturday, the government extended a three-week lockdown in several districts which have been at the centre of the Ebola outbreak. The World Health Organization says Uganda had registered more than 150 confirmed and probable cases, including 64 deaths. And finally… *) US basketball star being moved to Russian penal colony Russia is moving detained US basketball star Brittney Griner to a penal colony, her lawyers say, drawing a sharp rebuke from the White House. Griner, convicted for possession of a small quantity of cannabis oil, was transferred out of a detention center on November 4 and "is now on her way to a penal colony," her legal team said in a statement.

On this episode of Feudal Future, hosts Joel Kotkin and Marshall Toplansky are joined by President Emeritus of Chapman University, Jim Doti, to discuss the state of the US economy and the recession.Doti joined Chapman's faculty in 1974 and founded the Center for Economic Research in 1978 (which became the Gary A. Anderson Center for Economic Research in 1997). He was appointed dean of the School of Business and Management – today's George L. Argyros School of Business and Economics – in 1985 and served twice as Chapman's acting president in 1988 and 1988-89. He co-authored two textbooks and co-edited a collection of readings that received the Templeton Award for Scholarly Excellence. While serving as president, Doti continued his academic research, focusing not only on econometric forecasting but also on demand and pricing for higher education. His articles have appeared in professional journals as well as the Wall Street Journal and Chronicle of Higher Education. Njena uloga je da podseti da je muzika, kao naš primalni, zvučni jezik, deo sveopšteg ljudskog iskustva, dostupna svima nevezano za obrazovanje i talente. Čvrsto brani ideju o čoveku umetniku, i u svom radu nastoji da bude most između čoveka i njegovog drevnog muzičkog bića – homo musicusa. Završila je osnovne i master studije na Muzičkoj akademiji u Beogradu, gde je imala priliku da se sretne sa različitim interdisciplinarnim metodama i pravcima muzičke analize koje su joj proširile poglede po pitanju muzike. Otvoriviši vrata umrežavanja muzike sa srodnim disciplinama, na prvom mestu psihologije, odlučuje se da pomnije istraži neke od psihoterapijskih pravaca: analitičku psihologiju Karla Gustava Junga (u master radu se koristi arhetipskom analizom opere), kao i konstruktivističku psihoterapiju Džordža Kelija gde u okviru Udruženja konstruktivista tri godine sluša edukaciju. Trenutno izučava praksu telesne reedukacije pod nazivom Aleksander tehnika. Smisao interdisiplinarnosti vidi kao put ka širem, ali i dubljem, razumevanju istog fenomena. U okviru „Slobodno pevaj“ pristupa pomiruje dva najvažnija dela sebe: istraživača naučnika i slobodnog umetnika. Muzika nam može pomoći da ostvarimo duboku i intimnu vezu sa sobom, a istovremeno, ima potencijal da bude medijum komunikacije sa Drugim u najširem kontekstu – sa drugom osobom, sa svetom ili sa nečim većim od nas. Muzika, i glas kao njen prvi instrument, ohrabruju nas da čujemo sebe iznutra, a onda, putem pevanja, budemo vidljivi i u spoljašnjem svetu. This episode seeks to answer a burning question - what does an artist do with a piece of the Berlin Wall? In our last episode, we interviewed Dr. Jim Doti, Professor and President Emeritus of Chapman University in Orange, California (chapman.edu), about how Chapman secured a piece of the Berlin Wall for the university's lovely campus. Today I am honored to be joined by Chapman's own Professor Emeritus Richard Turner, the artist who designed Liberty Plaza where Chapman's Berlin Wall is displayed. Liberty Plaza is breathtaking - set amongst crepe myrtle trees, the Berlin Wall sits in an oval reflecting pool ringed by Abraham Lincoln's quote "A House Divided Cannot Stand." A stone chair inspired by the Lincoln Memorial sits on a mound facing the wall encouraging students and visitors to consider the importance of freedom. Richard tells us how his time in Asia in the 1960s inspired his beautiful public art projects, which range from metro stations, public parks and water treatment facilities to a justice center, veterans' memorial and a university chapel. His public work is guided by a desire to make pieces that are accessible but not obvious, pieces that reveal themselves over time to a diverse audience. There are many pieces of the Berlin Wall on display all around the world. How did universities, museums and other places secure these sections of what was once the most intimidating symbol of the Iron Curtain? In this episode of Radio GDR, I have the privilege of being joined by Dr. Jim Doti, Professor and President Emeritus of Chapman University in Orange, California (chapman.edu), to tell us how he secured for Chapman what is today the second largest piece of the Berlin Wall owned by an American university. In 1997 after seeing the Berlin Wall at the Reagan Library, Dr. Doti was inspired to procure a piece of the wall for Chapman. Over many months he and his colleagues worked through the Mayor of Berlin's office to secure one of the last sections available. Known colloquially as "the Candy Bomber," Dr. Doti describes the painstaking process of securing the wall to shipping it to California to building their own Berlin Wall memorial known as Liberty Plaza. Upon receipt of the wall, art professor Richard Turner, who we interview in our next episode, designed Liberty Plaza to contrast totalitarianism and freedom - the Berlin Wall sits in an oval reflecting pool surrounded by cement engraved with Abraham Lincoln's quote "A House Divided Cannot Stand." A stone chair sits on a mound facing the wall encouraging students and visitors to consider the importance of freedom. Your Preceptors are back on the case and opening the files to explore the tragic death of the Princess Diana, the Princess of Wales.  We seek on what truly happened that night in 1997 in the in the Pont de l'Alma tunnel in Paris, France.  Could it have really been an accident caused by relentless paparazzi?  An intoxicated driver?  Could Mi6 have been involved?  Or could it have been something far sinister… Blood.   (5:08) Mystery Mike and your Preceptor palace guards deliver some facts about Princess Diana's personal and family life as well as her humanitarian achievements, campaigns and awards, and death.  We discuss… (10:50) On August 30th in 1997 Diana passed away in a car accident in a Paris tunnel.  We elaborate on some possible causes of the crash as well as the others who died in the crash. (12:37) The father of the deceased Doti Fayad said that his son's death as well as Diana's death was blamed on Mi6.  We have a tea time about the subject. (15:15) We do ask the question; The man Diana was seeing was not of English Royalty, but Egyptian. (16:34) Dave brings aspects of the 832-page investigative report of the Princess Diana accident as well as up to 1,200 witnesses!  More questions are asked by your Royal Brethren. (20:03) Mike brings up Mi6, who they are and the allegations of their involvement of the death of Diana.  Fronk and Dave elaborate a bit as well as a discussion.  Tisk Tisk British CIA… (22:50) There is the possibility that the entire scenarios is just an accident, yet what we do know is that the driver was supposed to be fleeing the paparazzi.  (24:10) Richard Tomlinson, an Mi6 operative said that he had seen reports that resembled a plan to assassinate the President of Yugoslavia that was very similar to Diana's death as well as some other accounts of other close by witnesses which included a flash of light, and suspicious motorcyclists.  Brian Anderson is introduced, who was in a taxi who also saw motorcycles and a flash of light. (28:00) Mike asks why was there only one bodyguard for the PRINCESS OF WHALES?  Your bodyguards discuss. (31:40) We mention that Diana could have been pregnant the night she died.  That the evidence of her pregnancy at the time of death was skewed.  (34:39) We put on our seat belt about the White Fiat Uno that allegedly made white paint marks on the Princesses Mercedes.  IT was also accused of being used by the Mi6, we elaborate on other accusations about who owned the car, Paul James Andanson. (38:07)  Fronk lets us know that Andanson had allegedly committed suicide by lighting a BMW on fire.  We aim at the details about how his body was found. Professoressa Ordinaria di Storia Economica al Dipartimento di Management di Ca' Foscari e membro del Board del dottorato Interateneo di Storia delle Arti. Nel suo percorso di studio si è occupata della ricchezza e della trasmissione dei beni (dedicati in particolari al tema delle Doti) all'interno delle famiglie con particolare riferimento all'età preindustriale, pubblicando saggi su riviste italiane ed estere. Nell'ambito dei suoi più recenti studi e ricerche di Storia economica e di Storia dell'Impresa ha curato, con Christophe Austruy dell'EHESS e ISG di Parigi, la pubblicazione del volume, edito da Marsilio, “L'Arsenale di Venezia. Da grande complesso industriale a risorsa patrimoniale”, al quale ha partecipato con un suo saggio sulle donne “velere” (uno dei primi esempi di donne operaie in antico regime).

Gabi Doti lança videoclipe da balada ‘Good Times' Filmete foi todo gravado nas praias do Sul do Brasil O clipe de ‘Good Times' ficou numa vibe maravilhosa, um pop smooth-vintage dessa “balada-lounge hipnótica”, como bem disse o crítico musical Antônio Carlos Miguel, faixa-bônus, única em inglês de Gabi Doti do disco Outra Razão. Durante a pandemia, em 2020, Gabi saiu da aridez do Cerrado e destes tempos insólitos em direção aos ventos ensandecidos do litoral Gaúcho, no Sul do País. Álcool gel por todo lado e duas máscaras na face, primeira vez que a pandemia tinha começado a dar trégua, primeira vez que começou a ver gente, “já tinha me esquecido como era, mesmo que a dois metros de distância”. Em busca de viver o simples, descomplicar, curtir bons momentos, sentir a brisa do mar no rosto, mergulhar corpo e razão no mar gaúcho, mesmo que absurdamente gelado, pôr os pés na areia, ver o pôr do sol e simplesmente respirar, estar ali, naquele momento. Era isso que a artista queria viver intensamente por inteiro. A praia estava perfeita, deserta. Gabi chegou no fim do inverno e o Nordestão (vento gelado e constante das praias Gaúchas) que deu descanso por singelos três dias, trouxe uma prévia do calor intenso que meses depois traria o verão gaúcho. “Um dia, na praia, chorei de emoção ao ver o intenso e avermelhado pôr do sol, me senti grata por estar ali, simplesmente vivendo Good Times. E veio o insight: estava vivendo exatamente o que eu mesma escrevi na música Good Times que compus pro disco Outra Razão, que foi gravado em Los Angeles, no lendário East West Recording, produzido pelo querido Moogie Canazio” recorda Gabi. Daí a artista pensou, preciso compartilhar essa sensação de viver bons momentos com as pessoas, mais do que nunca nestes tempos. Todo mundo tem um lugar, um canto na memória que seja, momentos goodvibe pra viver, lembrar ou reviver, por que não? Porque sim. A partir disso, ela acordou um dia, pegou o iPhone, stand, tripé de microfone e som e passou um dia na praia captando imagens. “Daí falei com Rodrigo Cardoso, que dirigiu os clipes anteriores do disco Outra Razão, das músicas Otra Razón e Eco, finalistas do Prêmio Profissionais da Música. Mandei alguns dos takes que filmei e perguntei, simbora fazer mais este projeto?” Ele topou na hora dirigir o clipe. Um porém apenas: seria a distância, pois Rodrigo estava em outra cidade. Os dois trocaram algumas idéias e Doti começou a saga de captar imagens durante sete dias seguidos. “Tudo isso enquanto o Nordestão deixou (risos) e não tive que sair correndo que nem uma doida tipo pra evitar que a caixa de som caísse no mar enquanto eu cantava Good Times ou eu me estatelasse na areia depois de me equilibrar no corrimão de uma das passarelas que dava acesso à praia, onde filmei o clipe ou ainda de enfiar o pé num dos quinhentos baiacus que cuidadosamente eu buscava desviar na areia”, relembra bem humorada. Foi um desafio gravar um clipe sem ter retorno de imagem, sem ter a direção de vídeo presencial. Lidar com a intensidade e variabilidade da direção do Nordestão foi crucial, a nitidez da brisa, bem como com a variação da luz a cada dia, considerando os recursos que Gabi tinha: a câmera de um iPhone. “Mas eu também queria mostrar as cenas de uma perspectiva diferente. Daí comecei a brincar com meu óculos de sol. Fiquei tentando brincar com a direção da luz do sol quando bate na lente e colocá-la na frente de objetos, de paisagens, criando um efeito diferente nas coisas … buscando dar um novo olhar ao momento, recriando o momento. E incorporamos isso no material. O resultado ficou perfeito”, conta, com orgulho.
