Is fat good or bad for your heart? For decades, we blamed fat and cholesterol for clogged arteries and heart attacks. Now you choose low-fat yogurt to protect your heart, while others cook with beef tallow. In this episode, Dr. Alice Lichtenstein, a world-leading expert on dietary fat and heart health, helps settle the debate. Dr. Lichtenstein explains which fats protect your heart and which to cut back on, you'll learn what raises your cholesterol, and why the type of fat you eat matters more than how much of it you eat. You'll leave the episode with some practical food swaps to protect your heart and live longer. Have you swapped butter for "low-fat" alternatives loaded with sugar? Could that choice be working against your heart?

Brad and Dave dig into the actual economics of exhibiting at one of the world's biggest conventions: booth fees, sales tax, travel, merchandise, lost studio time, and the advantages Dave has because he lives within driving distance of San Diego. After roughly $19,600 in gross sales, Dave estimates his actual profit at about $11,000. Calming Anxiety sits with anxiety-induced dizziness, the frightening, light-headed feeling that convinces you something is medically wrong, when the real cause may simply be anxious breathing. We slow the body first with 4-4-8 breathing (in for four, hold for four, and a long, slow exhale for eight), a technique Martin has used often as a paramedic kneeling beside people who were certain they were about to collapse. Dr. Karen Litzy sits down with Jennifer Burnham Grubbs, founder of Ionava, to unpack why traditional health insurance often penalizes healthy people instead of rewarding them. Jennifer draws on 21 years in the insurance industry to explain what she saw, why she built a new financial category, and how Ionava is designed to reward health-conscious behavior with greater flexibility and less friction. We discuss why healthy people often get poor value from insurance, how Ionava differs from HSAs, FSAs, and health sharing ministries, and how its wallet-based model is meant to make health financial preparedness more practical.   Key topics   Jennifer explains why she built Ionava after two decades as an insurance broker and consultant, including seeing denied coverage, surprise billing, and confusing utilization patterns firsthand. The episode explores the idea that healthy people often subsidize the system without getting a meaningful return, even when they follow preventive care recommendations. Karen and Jennifer compare traditional insurance with a "good driver discount" model, highlighting how insurance rarely rewards healthier behavior. Jennifer explains why Ionava is not health insurance or an HSA, but a new financial category built around health, financial preparedness, and wellness spending. The conversation covers how Ionava's wallet works, including how users can spend on qualifying health and wellness expenses, from gym memberships to supplements and cosmetic wellness categories. Jennifer contrasts Ionava with HSAs and FSAs, emphasizing that Ionava is funded through the subscription and is designed to roll over rather than expire. They also discuss health sharing ministries and why Ionava was built to be secular and broadly accessible rather than tied to religious attestation. Jennifer explains the health score quiz, how it helps price vaults, and why Ionava currently starts with the healthiest applicants to maintain actuarial discipline. The episode dives into pre-existing conditions, how current health status affects eligibility, and why some people may be asked to wait as the pool expands. Karen and Jennifer unpack how Ionava avoids the network and contracted-rate limitations that shape traditional insurance, including why cash-based purchasing offers more flexibility across states and even internationally.   Timestamps   00:00 - Why healthy people feel punished by the insurance system 01:13 - Jennifer's 21 years inside insurance and what she saw 02:40 - Denials, surprise bills, and the pain points that shaped Ionava 03:30 - Why there is no "good driver discount" for health 05:01 - Why most people never get their money's worth from insurance 06:18 - Preventive care that still triggers hidden costs 07:16 - The problem with opaque medical pricing 08:38 - Why innovation often falls outside traditional coverage 09:27 - Why Jennifer first tried to fix insurance from the inside 11:43 - The limits of claims help and out-of-network gaps 13:42 - Why the private sector had to build a new answer 14:15 - What "health financial preparedness" means 15:39 - Health as physical, mental, and financial readiness 16:41 - Why people still buy insurance even when they hate it 17:12 - Ionava as an alternative or layered financial strategy 18:28 - How Ionava differs from HSAs 20:20 - Why Ionava is more like a funded debit wallet 21:46 - What counts as a qualified spend 22:10 - Why FSAs can feel like a use-it-or-lose-it trap 23:34 - Why Ionava rolls over and rewards healthy behavior 24:17 - How Ionava differs from health sharing ministries 26:36 - Why the health score exists 27:34 - How vault pricing works and why rates are locked for life 29:01 - Optional biometrics and earning more on your wallet balance 30:29 - How Ionava thinks about pre-existing conditions 31:57 - Why some applicants may be asked to come back later 33:11 - Beauty, fitness, and wellness spending inside the wallet 34:37 - The support system for new users 36:15 - Why Ionava is different from reimbursement-based models 37:37 - How insurance networks and contracted rates really work 41:04 - Why Ionava uses cash pricing worldwide 42:39 - Jennifer's weekly wellness spend: supplements 43:18 - The biggest myth healthy people believe about insurance 43:47 - Why she wants HSAs to fund Ionava vaults 44:18 - Books that shaped her thinking: The Go Giver and Give and Take 46:10 - Gardening, herbs, and staying grounded while building a company 47:18 - Where to learn more about Ionava and reserve a vault   More About Jennifer:   Jennifer (Azar) Burnham-Grubbs, is the Founder and CEO of Quantum Insurance Services and the Founder of ionava. She's spent 21 years inside the insurance industry as a fiduciary broker, managing over $100 million in insurance products for clients ranging from professional athletes and C-suite executives to everyday families. She's also the co-founder of Womxn of Wealth, a nonprofit dedicated to building women's financial acumen. After more than two decades inside the system, she launched ionava — a new financial category built for the healthy consumers the insurance system overcharges and underserves. In this solo episode, Josh Hadley explores how the CEO's role evolves as an ecommerce business scales. He traces the journey from hands-on operator managing every detail to strategic leader focused on high-level priorities. Drawing from his own experience, including a four-week time study, Josh outlines where CEOs should invest their time at each growth stage. Key focus areas include attracting top talent, defining brand vision, building strategic partnerships, and optimizing financial models. His core message: delegation and strategic focus, not micromanagement, are what drive businesses toward eight and nine figures.Bullet Points:The evolving role of a CEO in an ecommerce business as it grows.Transition from hands-on management to strategic leadership.Importance of delegation and hiring specialized talent.Conducting time studies to identify CEO-level tasks versus delegable tasks.Challenges of micromanagement and the need to trust team members.Strategies for investing regained time effectively.Attracting and retaining top talent within the organization.Defining and communicating a clear brand vision.Developing strategic partnerships to enhance business opportunities.Financial stewardship and optimizing revenue models for growth.Timestamps:00:00:00 Introduction to the Evolving CEO RoleThe host introduces himself and the topic: how a CEO's responsibilities must change as an e-commerce business grows.00:02:00 The CEO's Time StudyThe host shares his personal experience conducting a four-week time study to identify and delegate non-CEO level work.00:03:04 The "Subject Matter Expert" PhaseIn the beginning, the CEO is the hands-on expert, handling everything from product research to PPC campaigns.00:04:03 The First Million-Dollar MilestoneAfter hitting $1 million, the CEO's role shifts to reinvesting for growth, often by expanding product offerings.00:05:07 The Cycle of Growth and DelegationThe CEO identifies bottlenecks, hires specialists to solve them, and then doubles down on other sales-generating activities.00:06:57 Leading Through PeopleCrossing the $20 million mark requires a transition from hands-on execution to leading managers and department heads.00:08:00 Common Pitfalls for CEOs with Free TimeCEOs who delegate successfully must avoid wasting their newfound time or, most damagingly, starting another distracting business venture.00:09:53 Investing in Your TeamThe first priority for a CEO should be retaining talent by improving team experience, building culture, and supporting people.00:11:21 Focusing on Brand VisionThe CEO must clarify and communicate the brand's long-term vision to guide the company and retain key employees.00:13:13 Developing Strategic PartnershipsCEOs should spend time building relationships with key industry players, potential hires, and co-branding partners for future growth.00:14:11 Overseeing Financial HealthA key CEO role is allocating resources effectively, managing cash flow, and ensuring the business can support its growth.00:15:11 Architecting the "Money Model"CEOs must focus on engineering the business model to maximize customer lifetime value, not just front-end acquisition profits.00:17:21 The CEO's High-Level FocusThe CEO should work on the big picture—people, vision, brand, and money model—not tactical day-to-day tasks.00:19:19 The Most Important CEO Skill: SellingA CEO's number one skill is selling the vision to recruit and retain top talent, which provides the most leverage.00:20:20 Helping Others Become MillionairesThe ultimate mindset shift: a CEO's goal should be to build a business that helps their key leaders succeed financially.Links and Mentions:Tools and Concepts"AI": "00:02:00""Time Study": "00:02:00""PPC (Pay-Per-Click)": "00:05:07"Books"$100 Million Money Models by Alex Hormozi": "00:16:49"Key Concepts"Product Market Fit": "00:04:03""Brand Vision": "00:11:58""Customer Lifetime Value": "00:15:41"Recommendations"Develop Partnerships": "00:12:51""Financial Health of the Business": "00:13:45"Quotes"If you want to become a billionaire, you've got to get really, really, really good at helping other people become millionaires.": "00:20:42"Transcript:Josh Hadley 00:00:00  Today, I'm going to dive into how the role of a CEO entrepreneur has to evolve over the growth of that business and the tasks and the roles that that CEO is responsible for. Welcome to the Ecomm Breakthrough Podcast. I'm Josh Hadley. I've scaled my own ecommerce brand from 0 to 8 figures, and I'm actively building towards nine figures in sales. This podcast is where I document that journey and share the systems, the strategies, and the lessons learned in real time so that you can learn what actually matters and scale your own business. First of all, my name is Josh Hadley. I am a man of faith. I am a husband to a beautiful wife and a father of four children. I have been selling in the e-commerce space for over a decade, doing multi-million in revenue on channels such as Amazon, TikTok, Shop and Shopify. And I am also the host of the number one business strategy podcast for ecommerce entrepreneurs. And that is E-com breakthrough. Today, we're going to talk about what it means to actually be a CEO, especially when you're the entrepreneur who built the organization from scratch.Josh Hadley 00:00:58  And here's the challenge. There's not a direct playbook that applies to every single business that you have to follow. And so the role of the CEO is, frankly speaking, quite nebulous. And it requires a massive amount of adaptability and extensive leadership skills in order to pull this off in a significant way. At the end of the day, if you look at any $100 million brand, it all goes back to how good the original leader or founder was or was not. Sometimes there is kind of like lightning strikes and it's a really crappy leader and a really crappy founder, and they just hit a significant product market fit. That does happen. And honestly speaking, those are more often than not, a lot of the news stories that you hear about doesn't mean they were actually that good of an operator or that great of a leader. And so with that being said, what do you do and how do. How does your role as a CEO have to evolve as your ecommerce brand is growing over time? And so let's talk about it because this is something that has happened for me in my own business, and I'm speaking from experience.Josh Hadley 00:02:00  And to be honest with you, right now, I'm going through another weird inflection point in my business, and that's where this is coming from. I recently conducted a four week time study where I studied my time literally from sunup to sundown. I jotted down everything I did in 15 minute increments, and using AI and using my own human intelligence, I thought through and said, hey, what am I doing right? That is actually CEO level work, and what am I doing that like, is not CEO level work that needs to be delegated, deleted, or sometimes doubled down on. And so it's from that mindset that I understood, wow, there's a lot of things that I need to add, delete and delegate to other people. And that honestly leaves me in this like weird spot where, hey, if I'm delegating that to somebody else, what am I supposed to be doing? And so it's in that question of me asking ...

She had nearly 20 years of marketing experience at General Mills plus two CMO roles so she understood business development. And yet her pipeline wasn't becoming predictable, and she couldn't figure out why.In Episode 285, Melisa Liberman sits down with Kymm to unpack what was actually happening and what changed when she put a microscope to the activity instead of just doing more of it.Kymm shares how she discovered she was focused on quantity instead of quality, the corporate habits she didn't realize she'd carried into her consulting business, and how perfectionism was quietly blocking her at every stage of business development. She also shares what shifted in how she thinks about her goals, from replicating her corporate income to setting a very different vision for what her business could become. If you've been putting effort into business development and still don't have a pipeline that feels predictable, Kymm's story will help you figure out exactly where to look.Timestamps for Key Moments:[00:00] Introduction to Kymm Martinez and why her story matters[00:02] Companion resource: Lead Gen Sprint at www.ConsultantSprint.com[00:04] Kymm's background and what surprised her about going independent[00:07] The corporate habits she didn't realize she'd brought with her[00:22] Perfectionism as a BD blocker and how she's managing it[00:29] What surprised Kymm about the Sprint cohort[00:38] Dreaming bigger: from replicating corporate income to a million-dollar goal[00:43] Advice for fellow independent consultantsResources Mentioned:Companion Resource: The Consultant's Lead Gen Sprint. What would you do if you were told you were diagnosed with cancer and had only 4 to 6 months to live? That's exactly what happened to today's guest. Two and a half years ago, Mark Allen Ruegg was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer that had already spread to his liver and lymph nodes. His doctors hoped chemotherapy could stabilize the cancer and give him more time, but Mark wasn't willing to accept that as the best possible outcome. He wanted to do everything in his power to beat the odds. After discovering the documentary Heal, Mark began taking an integrative approach that combined conventional treatment with major changes to his diet, meditation, spirituality, exercise, stress, and mindset. Within months, his scans showed no evidence of cancer, and even his doctor was stunned when he could no longer find the tumor in Mark's pancreas.  But Mark's story didn't end there. Three months ago, a tumor was discovered in his pancreas again. The fears and unknowns came back with a vengeance, sending him into what he describes as a deep, dark place.  In our conversation, Mark shares how that recurrence forced him to confront his fear, return to the fundamentals of his Healing Recipe, and recognize the missing ingredient he needed most: unwavering faith. We talked about why healing doesn't have to be an either/or choice between conventional and holistic medicine, what it means to surrender without giving up, and how the combination of unwavering faith and extraordinary effort can help you navigate even the most difficult moments of your life. KEY TAKEAWAYS Why Mark refused to accept a terminal prognosis Combining conventional treatment with an integrative approach The lifestyle changes Mark made after his diagnosis How Mark's cancer disappeared after his initial diagnosis Why Mark believes fear became his greatest challenge What happened when Mark's cancer returned Unwavering faith and extraordinary effort leads to results How to get Mark's Healing Recipe of seven ingredients The journey to becoming someone who fears less Get The Full Show Notes To get full access to today's show notes, including audio, transcript, and links to all the resources mentioned, visit MiracleMorning.com/650 Subscribe, Rate & Review I would love if you could subscribe to the podcast and leave an honest rating & review. Poonja and wrote several books, including My Master Is My Self and Evolutionary Enlightenment.I interviewed Andrew in July 2012. Soon afterward, serious accounts emerged from former students describing a harmful and coercive culture within EnlightenNext. In light of those accounts, I removed this interview from the BatGap site.I have decided to restore it following Andrew's death, not as an endorsement or a minimization of the harm experienced by former members, but because he appeared to make sincere efforts in later years to confront his behavior and change. These included therapy, ayahuasca work, a willingness to take ordinary jobs when necessary, and participation in the candid documentary How I Created a Cult, which includes difficult testimony from former members and is far from flattering to him. This interview is being made available as a historical record. Anxiety Relief for Irritability & Overwhelm — I Just Need to Feel Calm Again | Alternate Nostril Breathing Guided Meditation Anxiety relief for those days when everything is getting under your skin. This ten minute guided meditation is for the moment you catch yourself thinking "I just need to feel calm again" — when the noise, the questions, the one more thing have worn your patience thin, your shoulders are tight, your jaw is clenched, and your voice is sharper than you meant it to be. Underneath irritation there is almost always something quieter. You're tired. You're overloaded. You've been holding too much together. Today we use alternate nostril breathing — nadi shodhana, the balancing breath — breathing in for four and out for six, giving your mind one gentle thing to do at a time while your nervous system finds its way back down. Slow, rhythmic breathwork for stress relief, overwhelm and an overstimulated nervous system. Hosted by clinical hypnotherapist and former paramedic Martin Hewlett, Calming Anxiety is a daily ten minute guided meditation for anxiety relief, panic attacks, stress and sleep. You don't have to become a different person today. You don't have to be endlessly patient. You simply need a little more space. ⏱️ Time Chapters * 00:00 – I just need to feel calm again * 00:20 – When the smallest things get under your skin * 00:47 – What's underneath the irritation * 01:13 – Welcome — this is your moment * 01:31 – Finding your quiet place * 01:42 – Alternate nostril breathing (nadi shodhana) explained * 02:23 – Guided breathing — in for four, out for six * 04:24 – Softening the shoulders, forehead and hands * 04:56 – Visualisation — laying the weight down * 05:44 – Today's gentle affirmations * 08:04 – You don't have to become a different person * 08:21 – Three daily caring tips * 09:14 – Returning to the room * 10:05 – Anchored, sharing and closing thoughts

Pique-nique sur la plage de galets, mer verte et falaises, goélands à surveiller de près (Lisa ne leur fait plus confiance !), puis une halte inattendue. Une journée à Dieppe comme on les aime. A slow, easy summer day in Normandy: a beach picnic, wary seagulls, sketchbooks pulled out on the pebbles, and a blissful stretch of reading by the sea at a real beachside library. This episode is designed for repeated, phrase-by-phrase listening — natural, everyday French exactly as it's spoken, with the kind of expressions worth memorizing because you'll actually use them. The vocabulary stays accessible (B1–B2) — a picnic, a walk along the cliffs, a bakery stop — while the storytelling itself, with its warmth and gentle asides (a grandfather's hospital stay mentioned almost in passing, a daughter's simple declaration of happiness), offers B2–C1 listeners an example of natural, understated French narration. On August 23, 1987, teenagers Don Henry and Kevin Ives were struck by a Union Pacific freight train near the Crooked Creek trestle in Alexander, Arkansas. The first official explanation was shocking: authorities said the friends had become incapacitated by marijuana, fallen asleep on the tracks, and died in a tragic accident. Their families did not accept it. Independent medical opinions challenged the THC-intoxication theory, the original accidental finding was changed to “undetermined,” and a Saline County grand jury later classified the deaths as a probable homicide. Yet despite the finding, no one was ever charged. In this episode, we trace the timeline of the “Boys on the Tracks” case—from the early-morning train collision and disputed forensic evidence to the allegations of drug trafficking, local corruption, witness deaths, disappearances, and the later Mena and political conspiracy narratives. We also examine what is documented, what remains allegation, and why the murder of Don Henry and Kevin Ives is still one of Arkansas's most haunting unsolved true-crime cases. How do families navigate a serious childhood diagnosis while still focusing on hope, quality of life, and the everyday moments that matter most? In this episode of Inside the Children's Hospital Podcast, Katie Taylor sits down with Dr. Korie Leigh, PhD, CCLS, a child life specialist, psychologist, thanatologist, author, educator, and pediatric palliative care advocate. Drawing on more than two decades of supporting children and families, Dr. Leigh shares what pediatric palliative care really is—and why it is so much more than many families believe. Together, they explore how pediatric palliative care supports children living with serious or complex medical conditions from the time of diagnosis, helping families manage not only medical needs, but also emotional, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being. Dr. Leigh discusses how parents can advocate for palliative care services, even if they are not offered at their local hospital, and explains why caregiver support and respite care are essential parts of caring for the whole family. The conversation also dives into resilience, grief, and the power of creativity. Dr. Leigh shares how writing can become a meaningful tool for processing difficult experiences, why preparing children for life's hardest moments matters, and how her books were created to help families navigate conversations surrounding illness, hospitalization, and loss with confidence and compassion. Whether you're navigating a new diagnosis, caring for a child with a complex medical condition, supporting a family through hospitalization, or you're a healthcare professional looking to better understand pediatric palliative care, this episode offers practical insights, encouragement, and hope. In This Episode, We Discuss: What pediatric palliative care really means The difference between palliative care and hospice Why palliative care should begin at diagnosis How parents can advocate for pediatric palliative care Finding support when services aren't available locally Caregiver burnout and the importance of respite care Building resilience during a child's medical journey Talking with children about illness, grief, and loss Using writing and creativity as tools for healing Improving access to pediatric palliative care through advocacy   Episode Timestamps 00:00 Meet Dr. Korie Leigh 02:33 A career in child life and palliative care 05:25 What is pediatric palliative care? 08:00 How parents can advocate for support 10:59 Insurance and access to care 12:05 Why respite care matters 14:18 Supporting families beyond the hospital 15:07 Building resilience through crisis 19:13 Writing through grief and healing 22:26 Creativity as a coping tool 27:29 Books, music, and final reflections Resources Mentioned When Everything Changes: Parenting through Loss and Grief by Dr. Korie Leigh Hero's Path Palliative Dr. Korie Leigh's Website Leigh Moody (music) George Mark Children's House The Artist's Way by Julia Cameron Medical information shared in this episode is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Daily Emunah Podcast - Daily Emunah By Rabbi David Ashear

Click this link for the new Living Emunah from Artscroll on Tefillah https://www.artscroll.com/Books/lemtfh.html The month of Elul is a tremendous gift from Hashem. It's an opportunity for us to prepare for a new beginning and attain teshuvah for our past wrongdoings. Hashem does not expect a person to become perfect overnight, but we do have to show that we care. We have to show that we want to grow. And besides for the will, we have to put forth effort. When a person truly wants something in avodat Hashem and does what he can to achieve it, he will often see Hashem giving him siyata d'Shmaya to accomplish things he never would have been able to accomplish otherwise. A young man recently went with his family on vacation to a place he really did not want to go. He never missed a minyan, but where they were staying, the nearest minyan was about a half hour away. Renting a car there wasn't an option, Uber didn't really work, and the only way to get to shul was by taxi. Each ride was going to cost about $60, which meant that to go to Shacharit and back and then Minchah and Arbit and back every day would cost him $240 a day. He tried contacting the local Chabad rabbi to see if maybe there were other Jews staying near him with whom they could make a minyan, but nothing worked out. Finally, he decided, "I'm going to minyan no matter what it costs." A few days into the trip, he received a phone call from a man who said, "I deal in Rolex watches, and I have one at the front desk of the hotel you're staying in. Can you bring it back with you to New York? I'll pay you a few hundred dollars." The young man asked, "How did you even know to call me?" He replied, "The Chabad rabbi gave me your number. He said you're a good guy." The young man agreed and then told the man, "I want you to know, every dollar you're giving me is going toward a mitzvah." He explained how much he was spending every day just to get back and forth to minyan. The man couldn't believe it. He said, "If that's what you're using the money for, then it would be my zechut to pay for every single day." And with that, the young man's taxi expenses to minyan were paid for the entire trip. First, he showed Hashem how much he wanted to do the mitzvah. Then he was willing to sacrifice for it, and Hashem took care of the rest. Another man told me that he took it upon himself to make sure people in shul were wearing their tefillin properly. He noticed that so many people had their tefillin falling below the proper place on the hairline, so he learned how to adjust the straps. Over the course of a year, he fixed between 200 and 300 pairs of tefillin. A few months ago, he started feeling different when he would pray. Day after day, he felt something was missing. He didn't feel the same connection to Hashem, and it was spilling over into the rest of his day. This continued for weeks. One day, he didn't have his tefillin with him and borrowed a pair from his friend. That day, suddenly, he felt so much better. The next day, he went back to his own tefillin, and once again things didn't feel right. It occurred to him that maybe there was something wrong with his tefillin. He brought them to his sofer, and indeed, it was discovered that his tefillin were pasul. He said, "I could have gone my entire life without ever knowing my tefillin were pasul." But he went out of his way to help hundreds of other Jews with the mitzvah of tefillin, and then Hashem gave him the extraordinary siyata d'Shmaya to discover the problem with his own. Another man said he went away with his family for a couple of weeks this summer. When they arrived, they discovered that the local shul prayed much later than they were accustomed to, and on Shabbat they would reach the Amidah only after the zman tefillah. This bothered the man very much because he was always careful to pray within the proper zman. He spent the first several days of his vacation searching for another minyan. The possibilities were miles away, but it was so important to him that he kept trying to find a solution. That Friday morning, he was sitting in the shul near his house when suddenly a man walked in and asked, "By any chance, could you join us for a minyan tomorrow morning that will be praying within the zman?" He couldn't believe what he was hearing. The man explained that six of them had just arrived from out of town and were looking to put together an early minyan. Suddenly, the minyan this man had been searching for was right down the block from his house. The following Shabbat, those people had left, and once again he had the same problem. He prayed to Hashem and hoped that somehow he would be able to make the zman again. Amazingly, that next Friday, another group arrived in town, staying in a different house—again, six people. Together with some people from his own family and a neighbor, they were once again able to make a minyan within the zman. This is a powerful lesson for the month of Elul. We may look at ourselves and see that a lot needs improving. Sometimes we may wonder, how am I going to change? It's too hard. But Hashem doesn't ask us to do everything ourselves. He wants us to show Him that we truly want to grow, and He wants us to put forth our best effort. When someone says, "Hashem, I want to do this. I'm going to try. I'm going to sacrifice. I'm going to do what I can," then hopefully Hashem will give him the siyata d'Shmaya he needs to accomplish it in the best way.
