Because in today's episode, I'm unpacking Brendan Burchard's three part strategy for creating over $100 million in his coaching business. Are you giving time in your life to listen to God speak to you and share His love with others? In this episode, Jeff and Lin discuss: Growing up a stone's throw from the family business and learning the business from a young age. Seeing God's hand in the twists and turns of your life. Maintaining and preserving company culture at 800 employees. Handling the ups and downs of running a smorgasbord during recessions and global pandemics. Leaning on your community in times of struggle. Key Takeaways: Everyone has different talents, dreams, and passions that God has given them. Support your children, family, and friends as they find their way in God's path for them. Know how to do every job in your company - this will allow you to better hire and better lead. Protect your culture at all costs, especially as it grows. Not everyone needs to have the same faith, but they should have the same values when at work. Use the hard times to focus on those things you do well and have the courage to release that which isn't doing well for your business. "No matter how good we are, we're gonna make mistakes…just learn from it, excel from it, and put your faith in God and somehow it's going to bless others, or turn out well. They critique a one-page productivity planner by high-performance coach Brendan Burchard, questioning its practicality for moms who have limited time. The episode explores the psychology behind such productivity methods and suggests that they may not be one-size-fits-all solutions. Welcome back to the daily mastermind everyone. My name is George Wright III with your daily dose of inspiration, motivation, and education. Today, we are going to talk about high performance, and I want to start you off with the quote of the day. The quote of the day is from Tony Robbins. And it is, there is no such thing as failure, only results. I love that quote because I know I talk a lot about the fact that results only come from failure, right? Fail five times faster, re look at, change your philosophy on failure. But the bottom line is this. There's really no such thing as failure because you are one of those individuals that never gives up. But there's only results. Results that are going to happen in your life. I think you need to adopt that as a very strong quote in your life. There's no such thing as failure, only results. So let's talk today about high performance. You know, I mentioned, um, and I do this often, I mentioned in our, um, episode on Monday where we were kind of talking about how to feed your energy. I mentioned Brendan Burchard and, you know, he's one of those, first, named by USA Today as one of the top performance coaches in the world. But he's one of those guys I go back to often because he has simple ways to really talk about things that get you thinking out of the box. And you know, I was thinking about this topic of high performance and Wednesday, it's kind of hump day. You know, the idea is what do we need to do to get you thinking, acting and being a higher performer in your life because you're already a high performance. If you listen to this podcast, if you're a high achiever, a CEO, small business owner, or just someone hustling, you're a high achiever. Are you thinking like a high achiever? Do you constantly remind yourself of what high achievers do? And there's a few thoughts that Brendon Burchard talks about in his book, um, you know, High Performance Habits. And I wanted to share them with you today because these are pretty, pretty significant if you are going to be a high achiever. And, you know, there's just several thoughts I'd kind of written down, but one of the, there's a couple of things that he talks about when it talks, when he talks about goals and habits, because all habits are not created equal. You might be thinking, all right, you know, I'm going to get my, my workouts, my nutrition, my, you know, my daily rituals, things like this, but just remember that all habits are not equal. Equal and there's a couple things you need to keep in mind as we talk about what a true high performer is and the first is that Achievement is not your problem The problem most of us have is we think achieving more will solve our problems that we have an achievement is not your problem Whether or not you're getting results is not your problem alignment is The question is, are you aligned with the things that are the most important in your life? Are you aligned with the things that you are purposefully passionate about? Achievement is not the problem. It's not about achieving more. It's about better alignment. Because... If you're not aligned with what's most important to you, you're not growing, you're not experiencing life, you're not fulfilled. So, think about the fact that maybe it's not about achieving more. It's maybe about aligning better in your life. Another thing is that he reminds, and I say this quite a bit, is that certainty is the enemy of growth and high performers. If you are a high performer, you don't care about certainty in your life because you're constantly outside your comfort zone. You're constantly reinventing. Redelivering and expanding your knowledge. So, remind yourself that certainty is not one of the things that you need or crave. It's growth. And so, think about that. And then the other thought I wanted to preface this, this episode with is that technology is not going to be what saves you. Brendon talks about this a bunch because so many of us are looking for that little hack. You know, AI, um, you know, automatic tools, technology, phones, social media, whatever it is. Tools will never replace wisdom. And at the end of the day, some of us are losing touch with what our true purpose and passion is. And among all the excitement of all this stuff like AI and, you know, you know, outsourcing and things like this, it turns out that what does a job better than anything else is simply... Human Behavior and Better Habits. That's why I really love, um, you know, that book High Performance Habits by Brennan Bouchard because at the end of the day, nothing is going to, uh, take the place of having an insanely good set of habits. So I want to talk to you today. I just want to give you a couple things to think about. What, what is common? You know, uh, Brennan in his book, I mean, I don't remember the number but he's... You know, he's dealt with thousands and thousands of people over decades, and they identified what the characteristics are of high performers. High performers, people that are getting it done, the people that you might want or are trying to aspire to be, the people that you and I think are really crushing it. What makes them high performers? What is it that gets them to that level? I'm going to give you a few of those bullets and I want you to think about if these are the ways you think. And if they're not. I want you to start thinking a little bit more about that because he says high performers are more successful than their peers and yet they're less stressed. So they're more successful, but less stressed. And that's partially due to the alignment that they have and what they, what they value in their life. High performers love challenges. And they're more confident that they're going to achieve their goals despite adversity. So, you've got to be one of those individuals that may not have all the answers, but you know that you're going to figure it out. Because high performers, they love challenges, despite the adversity. High performers are also healthier than their peers. Um, what are you doing on your health? Because if you're a high performer, we talked about energy on Monday. High performers value their health, and they're healthier than their peers. High performers are also happy. Isn't it nice to hear that? High performers are happier, because what you're going to do by becoming more focused on excellence, and purpose, and passion, and alignment, you're going to be happier along the way. High performers don't get caught up in not having hit their goals. They don't get caught up in the gap between where they are and where they want to be. Because they're so busy measuring the gain and their progress that they have in their life. High performers are also admired. Are you one of those individuals that's admired and respected, or do you, do you feed your ego? Do you worry about what people think of you? See, it's better to be admired than it is, um, famous, than it is to be recognized. You know, strive to be admired because it takes a different type of person, a high performer, to be admired. High performers also get better grades and reach higher positions of success and that's because of their habits. It's because they prioritize growth and mastery and success. High performers work passionately regardless of the traditional rewards. I love this one because... High performers don't just base what they're doing on compensation. They do things based on growth. They do things based on impact. They do things based on things that are going to make them be fulfilled. And we all know that those other things are just short term. So, they might be more emotionally based. They might be more purpose based, impactful based. But high performers are also, um, you know, they see... They see and sort of serve beyond their strengths. And the idea here is that if you're just working on the things that you're good at and you're not trying to go past that, you're not trying to develop your talents, you're not trying to expand who you are to the best version of yourself. Then it's very, it's very doubtful you're going to be a high performer because high performers expand past what their current, you know, unique abilities are. They always look to master their natural talents and to expand the gifts that they've been given. And, you know, obviously it goes without saying, but I want to make sure I mention that high performers are adaptive servant leaders. They, you know, they, they don't think, live or practice in a vacuum. They, they try to expand their skills. And help other people. Think about that for a minute. Are you just developing your own skills? Your own strengths? Or are you doing things to try to develop the strengths of those around you? Because there's so much that you can even learn and grow and do. And the benefits I've had of working around some of the biggest thought leaders, experts, successful people. and share that knowledge with other people so they can learn. I don't get, you know, I mean, I'm not getting any benefit from doing these free podcasts that don't have sponsors that don't have, you know, people paying me to do it. Um, I'm doing it to make an impact and it helps bring fulfillment and happiness for me. It helps me expand my skills and hopefully it expands. So that's my, my message for today is you thinking like a high performer? Are you setting habits in place? But also, are you learning to think and adapt at being a high performer versus just results? Because getting more results versus Getting more aligned is, is the key, right? We're trying to create, I really believe this, I'm not, I'm never going to say this too much. I believe it's never too late for you to start living the life that you were meant to live. But you've got to learn to change the way you're focusing on things in your life. I mean, we all fall in the habits. Heck, I do the same thing. Um, you know, I put, try to put more time into things instead of expanding my energy. I try to, um, you know, get more done instead of trying to help other people expand and, and therefore get more results. It's important that you think about and you're conscious you get more aligned, and you start to think more like a high performer. Because when you do that, the results will follow you'll attract things into your life that will help you to get to that point. So that's my message for today I hope you have a great day. I hope you're having a great week. If not Guess what? Today's a new day. So, get on it. Share this episode. I don't ask much effect. Welcome back to the Daily Mastermind. My name is George Wright III, here with your daily dose of inspiration, motivation, and education. And I want to get your week started out right. So, let's start you with The quote of the day. And if you're not getting these, make sure you check us out. You can go to Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok. You're going to see these quote of the days every single day during the week, seven days a week. And the quote today is, “Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall”. These quotes are here to be able to inspire you and remind you that It's so important for you not to give up. It's so important for you to continue to grow and expand and create your best life What we want to do here with the daily mastermind is every week I want to get you refocused on what's important and if you're listening to this podcast, it's probably because You're trying to create your best version of yourself and live that life that you were meant to live your best life And so this week what I'd like to do is I'd like to talk to you a little bit about your energy And this is so important because as you know, I believe our thoughts create our life And as a conscious creator of your life, you've got to dig deep into what it is you can do to expand your knowledge, your skills, and your productivity. You know, everything you can do inside your life. And, um, this, this idea of energy is so important. In fact, it's one of those six performance habits that Brendan Burchard talks about in his book, High Performance Habits. And he always talks about energy. And in his book, he talks about being able to release tension, bring joy. And get in good shape and these things will help you to create more energy in your life but I came across a good article and I really liked some of the suggestions and feedback that this article gives and it's from a gentleman by the name of Tony Schwartz who's the president and founder of the energy project in New York because I think You know, there's a couple things we need to keep in mind as the world gets more and more fast paced as we try to get more and more results out of less and less time. I don't know if you, you feel like me, I have this conversation all the time with people, whether it's personal, family, friends, or even business, that time just seems to be going so fast. And even though logically we all have 24 hours in a day and logically. We know that the time is that equalizing factor that all of us have. We all have 24 hours. The question is how are you spending it? But I want to get you thinking about something just slightly different this week. And what I want to propose to you is that the core problem with continuing to work longer hours and more You know, especially if you're, you know, you're doing something on the side or you've got a side hustle or you've got passion or you're even For example trying to expand your businesses or your investments or whatever A lot of times we feel like the solution is to work longer hours but the problem with that is that Time is just a finite resource. You only have so much of it. And so, it's important for you to think about the idea and I want to plant this seed with you that energy is a totally different story. Energy is not a finite resource. Energy is something that you can create, and you know, it's something that comes from what Tony Schwartz likes to call four different well springs. Or areas that you can generate energy. And I think it's important for us this week to talk a little bit about how you can create more energy in your mind, your body, your emotions, and your spirit. Because I think sometimes, we just feel like, man, I need more energy. I'm going to get some sleep or man; I need some more energy. I'm going to get more focused, but it's very important for you to understand that. You can create energy in several different ways. But it is about focusing your energy. So let's talk about this because Um, you know, Schwartz and McCarthy, a couple gentlemen that created a pretty big study at, um, Boy, I think, I'm trying to think of, I think it was Wachovia Bank, as they were expanding branches all over the, all over the country, but they gave a list of some suggestions of things you could do to create more energy. In your physical, your emotional, your mental, and your spiritual areas of your life. And I thought emotional energy, that's a big one because that's also a big drain. So, I'm going to give you some just hot suggestions right off the bat here, Monday morning. I'm also going to dig a little deeper into this throughout the week. Um, in between some of these interviews with success experts and, you know, money and business experts we have coming in. So, let's talk a little bit about this. How can you create more energy with your physical? Well, some of the suggestions that we've got is enhance your sleep by setting an earlier bedtime and reducing the use of alcohol. You know, so many times we don't realize that a little change in our sleep pattern is going to make a big change in our energy. You can also reduce stress by engaging in cardiovascular. If you're not working out some way, somehow, or monitoring your food intake, you're robbing yourself of energy. You're literally robbing yourself of energy. They also suggest smaller meals, lighter snacks every three hours. And it's important for you to identify the signs of when you're tired physically, you know, you might be yawning or feel hungry or restless, or maybe you're a little irritated. You've got to monitor your physical energy because that is one of your greatest assets that's going to help you to be successful in every area of your life. So do little things. Create little rituals with your physical energy. Now let's talk for a second about some suggestions on emotional energy. Because your emotions can absolutely drain you. I think we all know this. But you can diffuse negative situations, whether you're impatient, anxious, insecure, by just being aware of those. Those negative emotions and it's important for you to quickly diffuse those negative emotions identify them and get them get them Through right get past them. You can also learn to fuel positive emotions you know in yourself or even in people around you, you know find ways to um, you know just Express appreciation, express gratitude, learn to write notes and have conversations with people you care about. That's ways to fuel your positive emotions. The other thing is look at upsetting situations that you have in your life through a new lens. So, your emotions can be determined by your philosophy. So, you know, when you have something happen to you, Step back for a second and say, hey, how can I look at this a different way? When you do that, when you diffuse negative situations, you give fuel to positive emotions and then you relook at these circumstances through a different lens. You're going to start to build a reserve of emotional energy Which will carry you through times when you when you when you may be in some of these other areas of energy don't have it So really be conscious of your emotions this week and find ways that you can create energy or eliminate the drain of energy From your emotions because that will definitely impact your day to day now. Let's talk for a second about your mental energy What can you do to increase your mental energy? We talked about physical we talked about emotional now Let's talk about mental because these are different areas. You can reduce interruptions Your mental energy is completely robbed by constantly being glued to your phone, or social media, or email. You know, respond to those types of things, or set times aside to do that. But you may not notice it, but if you're, you know, multitasking between multiple things, your mind is going to get worn out. So, learn to kind of time block and bulk tasks, but take those... Those mental draining activities and, and, and put them into a block of time and, and, and put them off to the side. Also, every night, it's very important that you just identify the most important challenge or the thing that's the most important for you, even if it's difficult, that you're going to do and jump right on it first thing in the morning and get it out of the way. Make sure that you do that because it'll give you mental energy to know that you're prioritizing your tasks and you're doing what's important. And then let's talk for a second just now about your spiritual energy. Now what I'm talking about here is just your, your being, your state of being, your passion, your purpose for life. It's very important that you learn that that's a different type of energy you can create. And one of the best ways to do this relates to the idea of identifying and working in your sweet spot. Or, you've heard me say before, your unique talent, those things that you're excellent at and passionate about. Identify your sweet spot activities. Those, those are the ones that give you feelings of, you know, losing time when you get it or you get energized when you're doing things you love, right? Because when you're doing things you hate, it drains your actual spiritual energy. Um, so when I'm talking about this, you, you realize we talked about. Physical, your emotions in your mind, spiritual energy is like your real you, right? So, if you're doing things that you hate doing, that's going to drain you. It's not going to, it's not going to feed your energy, but you can learn to allocate time and energy to what you consider to be important in life. Things that are going to give you purpose and passion. Purpose and passion are the things that are going to energize you everywhere in your life. And it's important. And I think I've found over time, it's very important for you to live. In your core values, if you've ever done things in business or work or personal or whatever that are not in your core values, the things that you truly find the most important in your life, it's going to drain you. It's going to drain you of your energy and realize that you're evolving throughout time and you're You know, your purpose, your passion, your mission, and even your priorities are going to change. So make sure that you're dealing with your priorities. I've had this happen many times in my life where I know the things I want to be working on, but because I'm so busy, you know, I get shifted into things I don't want to work on. And man, it just drains you. So my message here today is this. I want you to take this throughout the week and think about this. One of the best resources you could do is to create and focus on generating life. You only have a finite amount of time, but all of us can expand our energy. And if you can expand your energy in your areas of your mind, your body, your spirit, and your emotions, you've got multiple, you know, uh, arsenals here that you can use to. Fuel your impact and your results. So that's my message for today. I hope it's something that just kind of inspires you and gets you thinking. If you wouldn't mind, please share the, the, the episode today, share it on your social media, tag me if you could. I'd love to see who's, who's out there and what you're up to. That's the Daily Mastermind on TikTok, or YouTube. Um, share this episode so that other people can kind of get these, these thoughts as well. I know that, um, you know, you're the average of the people you surround yourself with. So, I appreciate you being here today. I appreciate you being part of our community. I look forward to helping you and, uh, you know, if there's anything I can do for you, certainly reach out. I look forward to talking with you more tomorrow. Welcome to the relaunch of Million Dollar PIVOT podcast! This is episode #60 of Million Dollar PIVOT - and episode #1 of the relaunch. Our hosts today, and going forward, are Jamie Wolf, MBA, and Dr. Tammara Williams. In this episode, we are going to discuss how you can easily craft and use mini books as a customer acquisition strategy. We appreciate that you may think writing a book is hard, scary, or intimidating. We're here to make sure that you get through anything that might be preventing you from moving forward with writing and publishing a book and using it to acquire customers. What does a book mean to you? What does a successful book mean to you? We invite you to think about books as tools that serve your business.First, when we say “mini book” we mean one that is only about 80-100 pages. Writing and producing a book that's about half the standard length allows you to produce a series of books. The Amazon algorithm likes series. Additionally, strategically planning to write more than one book allows you to have a book for each stage of your value ladder. Or to put it another way, as your business evolves to keep pace with the market, you are already positioned to drop a new book to reflect your new and agile offers. When you follow the formula that we give you, it is neither difficult nor time-consuming to produce a mini book. An added benefit is that a mini book lets you speak to people who are already thinking about what you have to offer. When you go through the exercise of crafting a mini book, it helps you get clarity and focus on your ideal customer, their pain points, and the specific solutions you have to address their primary problem. The act of organizing your book forces clarity which speeds up your success. You're a busy entrepreneur. You are a results-driven leader. You're flying to events. You run multiple businesses or a big team. You must stay in your lane, not sequester yourself in a log cabin on top of a mountain with complete silence for six months to write a book! The great news is that a sabbatical doesn't need to happen. Think of four or five different topics that you're great at and craft books around each of those. Put them out in the world so they create lead gen for you consistently. Tell stories to develop relationships with your readers, warming a cold audience. The best part? We can show you how to delegate all of this effort so you don't even have to write these mini-books if you don't want to do so.Would you agree that every single business needs lead generation? If nobody knows what you do or that you exist, then you can't serve in the way that you're meant to serve. I believe every entrepreneur runs into this at some point or another in their journey. When you use books strategically, you build links to freebies so your readers benefit while you grow your list. Your audience is your biggest asset, one that you want to consistently grow, nurture, and convert to paying customers. While your book is working for you as an evergreen prospecting machine, it can also generate passive revenue. Book sales themselves are unlikely to make you rich, but they can be a steady source of revenue in the background, whether that's a few hundred dollars or a few thousand dollars added to your bottom line each month with no additional effort on your part. Also remember that a book can be in print form, digital, or audio - or all three.Think about it. Every single influencer, whether they're teaching about YouTube, TikTok, eCommerce, or something else, writes a book to teach you about it, which is informative. They could be using the format that they're talking about to teach, and they do, but they also write a book. Model the leaders. They know books continue to elevate their authority, credibility, and influence, and they get the word out that the expert is focusing on a new topic. But how do you drive traffic to a book? One way is to have a “free + shipping” book funnel. At the beginning of that funnel there is likely to be a free or low-cost lead magnet or digital download… here is where you can use your ebook. Next is a print book that you give away for free and simply ask people to pay for the cost of printing it, putting it in a box, and paying postage - otherwise known as ‘shipping and handling.' The last thing in the front end of a funnel is the “bump” offer - like asking someone if they want fries. This is where you offer the audio version of your book. The revenue from these three assets will offset, if not completely cover, the cost of your ads to drive people to your funnel. In other words, a mini-book can not only increase your influence. It can cover your costs to acquire a customer!Think of big names - Dean Graziosi, Brendan Burchard, Tony Robbins, Russell Brunson, and Jack Canfield. Even though they have large audiences and are highly profitable, they still write and release new books. You should, too. And that's why we want to make it easy and pain-free for you. As a published author, you're more likely to get invited to be a keynote speaker, a guest on a podcast, a presenter for a summit or live event, write a guest blog, be featured in media, and the list goes on. It creates a snowball effect. The more visible you are, the more you're seen, the more influence you have, the more you get invited to more notable collaborations with better-known influencers with bigger audiences, and it keeps going from there. You are here to serve your audience with the gift that you have and your gift hasn't changed, but it's important to make sure more people know about your gift. Why do we have the same problems but have different outcomes? Why are some people burned out and some people achieving at their highest potential? Coaching involves understanding our thoughts and how they affect our emotions and actions and ultimately the result we get in our lives. Why would a surgeon need a coach? Like an elite athlete, we need someone who can analyze our strengths and weaknesses, come up with exercises and strategies to let us achieve at our highest level. Self-coaching: this is where you find a lot of the information yourself. This is a very safe starting point, you could do this in your own home, you can start cleaning out your mental closet without feeling like you must show it to anyone. People who are not quite ready to air out the dirty mental laundry start here. There are numerous books and podcasts that are extremely helpful. My favorite podcast The Life Coach School with Brooke Castillo because she explains these principles of the thought model in a way that is easy to understand. She also has excellent strategies for specific situations. Corinne Crabtree and Katrina Ubell are great for dealing with buffering. Brendan Burchard, Tony Robbins, Byron Katie all have excellent books. Ongoing self-coaching is very important. For a medical comparison, this is like medical school. Once you start looking into it, it's like drinking from a fire hydrant. There's tons of information. Unless you have the ability to constrain, find a resource that breaks it down into small areas, it's very easy to get overwhelmed Group coaching: You can continue to look at your mental closet of stuff, and start to explore strategies of getting better with the help of a coach. With group coaching, you realize that other people have similar problems as you and have similar mechanisms for compensating. You could learn a lot from these group sessions at a safe distance. This is more like residency. You may participate, but everybody else is too so you don't feel alone. Sunny Smith's Empowering Women Physicians is one example, and I offer group coaching, too. The next group coaching is Everything is a Negotiation starting late June. One on one coaching. This is where do you work directly with someone. You can air out all your mental clutter in a safe place. The coach does not judge and will offer guidance based on your thoughts and your principles and your desires. They offer tools and strategies. They get to know your strengths and areas where you can improve. Much like the elite athlete, this is the most uncomfortable. You must be vulnerable. This is very hard when you're starting out. It takes a process of recognizing that being vulnerable is not weakness. Being vulnerable and exposing pain is the key to unlocking your highest potential. It is the ability to be satisfied with life because you start to learn that when things go wrong, it doesn't mean there's anything wrong with you. You start to develop strategies that allow you to deal with a difficult aspect of life that everyone has in a safe place.
Have you ever had the experience of having to achieve or do something that felt difficult, even impossible, but because you felt it was essential to do it (for example, not doing it would cause you or others pain), you found a way? In this week's episode we're talking about using the power of deciding, and raising necessity in order to achieve our goals and create what we want in our lives.Raising necessity is a concept from Brendan Burchard's book, High Performance Habits.Let's dive in...Work with me personally in a Kinesiology session (or Reiki).Share your experience with this podcast episode with Kerry on Instagram. Purchase Relate Fest tickets here: https://wedeepen.com/relatefestwith Discount code: DRNIKKI50 for $50 off the event price!!!This is such an eye-opening discussion with Leah Marshall on how successful polyamorous relationships begin with a dialogue of desires and expectation of the union. A common Polyamory norm is to ask - What's your poly why? This opens an honest dialogue of one's boundaries and a healthy preemptive discussion on how to manage possible triggers. These communication practices can be used in all types of relationships both social and business. What are the (unspoken) expectations of this relationship/job? If you get triggered, what would be an effective way to express your concerns? What support do you need from me in order to do a great job? What an incredibly wise approach! Brendan Burchard often speaks of predicting possible breakdowns and deciding in advance how they shall be handled. It alleviates so much drama. Sarah "Sparks" Malone discusses training people to be the best versions of themselves and how she helps people move past fear to find purpose, drive, and energy to live their best, healthiest life. She also tells her method of using her struggles as kindling to her mission and passion – to get people to love fitness.Tailored ProgramEveryone is different. There is no cookie-cutter program when it comes to fitness, so it differs for each. As a coach, Sarah's job is to make sure that the program her clients are following is only enough for them. Her goal is to make people fall in love with fitness. The rationale behind this is that when people implement fitness in their daily lives, they discover so much about themselves and become more of who they are created to be. Sarah explains that fitness goes beyond the physical aspect; it is also a science of associating positive emotions with what they do. Having the right program makes or breaks a person's outlook towards fitness. If they are given something more than they can handle, they tend to look at fitness in a bad light. This ultimately does not reach the goal of having people fall in love with fitness. Longevity is also important too. The purpose of fitness, after all, is to live the highest quality of life as long as possible.About Sarah Sparks Malone:Sarah Malone is a NASM certified personal trainer, nutrition coach & group instructor who goes beyond fitness techniques and dives into the important mindset and emotional patterns that drive us to either succeed or fail in our health & fitness pursuits. She has developed her training and nutrition methods from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and uses the processes taught by Tony Robbins, Ed Mylett, Brendan Burchard, and many more to dive into the core of what creates the habits and patterns in our life.Outline of the Episode:[01:25] Why mindset, fitness, and lifestyle need to connect[05:42] The journey to achieve overall wellness and a good mindset[10:53] Mantra Labs advertisement[12:00] The lack of rhyme or reason to a progressive overload training[16:21] Goals as an athlete to have a better understanding as a coach[17:57] Deep dive into Sarah's sets and reps[20:11] A representation of powerful women in a magazine cover photoshoot[25:18] Sarah's inspirational message to women[26:46] What a coach needs to make people realize their true power[28:26] Why morning workouts matter, from a fitness coach perspective[31:57] Projected impacts to others in the future as an athlete, a trainer, and an entrepreneur[35:50] How to create a vision board for momentum[38:02] Sarah's target achievement in fitness[41:58] Recommendations to keep going and get back momentumResources:Sarah's Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/sarah_sparkfitness/Sarah's Links: https://linktr.ee/sarah_fitnesscoachMore about Mantra Labs:Mantra Labs Website: https://gomantralabs.com/25% Discount Code: MINDSETFORGEConnect with Barton!Barton's Links: https://linktr.ee/BartonguybryanWebsite: www.bartonguybryan.com
