My question is for fat transfer to the breast . I'm thinking of removing my implants due to possible BII & using fat transfer to help replace what volume will be missing . I heard one Dr. say it potentially could cause cancer in the breasts due to all fat having stem cells and by adding new fat tissue to the breast could cause cancer cells to activate???
