This was a long-awaited interview with Victor Sagalovsky.Victor is a health optimization expert, who has dedicated himself to understanding the effects of deuterium on human health. I came across the health implications of deuterium a few years ago, as more of the scientific community is dedicating research to this fascinating subject.Harold C Urey received a Noble Peace Prize in 1934 for identifying deuterium. It is also known as heavy hydrogen or H2. Normal hydrogens only have one proton (H1). But some have a neutron as well, making them twice as big and twice as heavy. When these get into our mitochondria, we make “heavy water” as a by-product of our energy production. This interferes with our mitochondrial function affecting how our cells make energy. When they can't make energy efficiently, they are unable to complete their cellular work and repair. Over time we begin to age and struggle with chronic diseases.Victor is very knowledgeable about this topic, so it was great to talk to him about the ways that we can reduce the deuterium in our body, allowing our cells to age more gracefully.A ketogenic diet can help us deplete deuterium because burning fat is a clean energy and produces light metabolic water. Time-restricted eating and intermittent fasting help in the same way. As we become metabolically flexible, we can use our own body fat for energy.Other mechanisms to deplete deuterium are red light therapy, good sleep, and exercise. Diets that are high in processed foods and toxic seed oils increase deuterium, another good reason to avoid these foods. In his pursuit of health optimization and longevity, Victor has developed a product called “Litewater.” This is deuterium-depleted water that you can drink on its own or add to your normal water to reduce the deuterium load on the body.Victor explains all these concepts and talks about his “Litewater” and how this is produced. You can find a lot more information and research on Victor's website: https://www.deuteriumdepletion.orgWe both hope you enjoy this episode. It might be a new topic for some of you and initially appears complex, but the concept is quite simple, even without knowing much about biochemistry. Johnathan Lee Iverson began his career circling the globe and crisscrossing the United States, as a member of The Boys Choir of Harlem, gracing the world's most renowned stages, including the Broadway stage under the direction of the legendary Geoffrey Holder in “The Boys Choir of Harlem & Friends” at the Richard Rogers Theater. In addition to performing before world leaders and dignitaries, including United States Presidents, George H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Ronald Reagan, and Jimmy Carter, as well as, Noble Peace Prize winner, Nelson Mandela, Iverson has shared the stage with such artist as Lou Rawls, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Plácido Domingo, Luciano Pavarotti, Betty Buckley, Pete Seeger, Zubin Mehta, Perry Cuomo, Kathleen Battle, Shirley Verett, Tony Bennett, James DePriest and Lena Horne, all before the age of eighteen. A proud graduate of Fiorello H. LaGuardia High School of Music and Art & Performing Arts and The Hartt School of the University of Hartford, Iverson took his first steps into the pages of history at only 22 years old, when he became the youngest, the first New Yorker, and the first African American Ringmaster in the near 150 year history of Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey.[1] Iverson's presence at The Greatest Show On Earth set box office records for Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey throughout the United States. Audiences and critics alike were immediately smitten by the native New Yorker. Ebony magazine said of him: “The instant he appears out of the darkness and into the spotlight…the audience is rapt.” The San Francisco Examiner stated: “Now imagine mesmerizing the crowd with a powerful voice and the bearing of a superstar.” The Times-Picayune wrote: “Tall and self assured…he works a crowd like a three ring evangelist.” And syndicated columnist Liz Smith gushed: “I…liked six foot [five] youngest ringmaster ever, Johnathan Lee Iverson, who is commanding enough to be noticed in the melee, and he can sing.” During his legendary tenure with Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey, Iverson was one of the busiest live entertainers in the world, performing an estimated 450 shows annually in arenas around the United States and Mexico. As the voice of The Greatest Show On Earth, Johnathan has been seen and heard via numerous media outlets including, print, broadcast and the world wide web. He is also a featured blogger for the Huffington Post, among other publications. His many accolades include being selected as one of Barbara Walters' 10 Most Fascinating People. How do we ‘do food better?' Better Food. Better World. poses this very question to listeners working in food policy and concerned global citizens alike. Over the course of 6 episodes, author Elizabeth Nyamayaro paints an audio picture of food systems around the world and the people involved from production to consumption, from farm to plate. In a world, where 811 million people go to bed hungry every single night while enough food to feed 2 billion people is wasted every single year, this podcast challenges all of us to think differently about food. Better Food. Better World. is a United Nations World Food Programme initiative. WFP works across 88 countries to bring life-saving food to a hundred million people displaced by conflict, disasters, and climate change. In 2020, the WFP was awarded the Noble Peace Prize in recognition of its work.

Have you got a favorite plant breeder or maybe not even sure what plant breeding is about? This episode is for you either way! We talk with Dr. Lee Hickey who has a plant breeding lab at Australia's University of Queensland about some of the cool science that helps advance the seeds farmers plant and the foods on out plates. I met Lee in the friendly confines of the vast wheat fields just outside Obregón where Norman Borlaug started his Noble Peace Prize winning work to enable developing countries to produce more food for themselves. We were at the CIMMYT (an international plant breeding effort for corn and wheat) with plant breeders from around the world to trade the latest in research tips and to celebrate what would have been Bourlaug's 100th birthday. Lee's story starts strangely - in the city - in Australia called, Brisbane - a city on the East Coast of Australia just a short ways away from the Great Barrier Reef. Every state in Australia has an interest in agriculture, but in Queensland, where Lee now resides and does his research, it's a tropical to sub-tropical environment. In contrast, the plants that grow in Queensland, are much different than what grows in the Southern states of Australia that have a much cooler climate. While wheat and barley are grown there - mostly because of their drought-hearty properties, a lot of the work that Lee is focusing on is to foster on the speed at which the plants grow and evolve. And if anyone thought it was a one world order-type prize before now, this year’s nominees have certainly raised the bar to make the gulags proud. Nominees for the “peace” prize include the organization of Black Lives Matter and “voting rights activist” Stacey Abrams. These candidates exude peace in the forms of violence, riotous behavior, racial slurs, and incessant lying, to name a few. There is so much peace in the Nobel Peace Prize, they should rename it to the Noble Peace Prize.

Famous Indian Personalities - Everyone Should Know About

Long back, a little girl was born in a wealthy family with all the privileges but sacrificing all she chose to serve the poor and the sick. She preached the message of kindness, humanity, empathy, and peace. She was Mother Teresa. Born on 26th August 1910 in Skopje, North Macedonia to a merchant familym, she was a Roman Catholic and her birth name was Anjezë Gonxhe Bojaxhiu. When she was 18 years old, she decided to leave her house and family to live her life as a nun. She came to Calcutta in 1921 and started teaching at the Loreto School. In 1937, after taking her vows,  she then came to be known as Sister Teresa. After teaching for 15 years in Loreto School, Kolkata, she became the headmistress but the turning point of her life was in 1943 during the Bengal famine and in 1946. She noticed the miseries of the affected people in the famine and decided to help the affected people by living with them. She established “Missionaries of Charity” in 1950 and became Mother Teresa for all. She also vowed to provide service to “the hungry, the naked, the homeless, the crippled, the blind, the lepers, all those who feel unwanted, unloved, uncared for throughout society, people that have become a burden to the society and are shunned by everyone”. She slowly started building Nirmal  Hridhaya, Shanti Nagar, and Nirmala Shishu Bhavan for her Missonary Charity and established them throughout the world. She also traveled to national and international places to provide humanitarian service. In 1979, she received a Noble Peace Prize and was called the “Saint of the Gutter”. She also received the Bharat Ratna Award and many more Civilian awards and rewards. Today we have schools, charities, and colleges named after her, even her statues are built in many parts of the world. In 2016, after her miracles were proved, the Vatican canonized her for Sainthood and named her “Blessed Teresa of Calcutta”. “By blood, I am Albanian, By citizenship, I am Indian, By faith, I am a catholic nun, As to my calling, I belong to the world, As to my heart, I belong entirely to the Heart of Jesus”  – Blessed Teresa of Calcutta Let's celebrate the life and achievements of this great Indian personality. https://chimesradio.com  http://onelink.to/8uzr4g  https://www.facebook.com/chimesradio/  https://www.instagram.com/vrchimesradio/  Support the show: https://www.patreon.com/chimesradio See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.

YouTube Video Version Julian Assange is being nominated for a Noble Peace Prize while being locked away and left to rot. A journalist and media publisher known for exposing the corruption within governments worldwide, coveted by the media for years, is now being ignored and marginalized because the concept of whistleblowing is being intentionally muddied. The whole reason a lot of people get involved in this type of work is their admiration of the truth and its effects to right wrongs, and the truth is, people don’t care about truth, justice or freedom anymore. We could tell you that the world is becoming increasingly unstable, but for some strange reason, I don’t think you’ve been treated like Julian Assange. Whether or not the coronavirus is a sophisticated game being played on the population, designed to incite fear and rob us of our rights is still up for debate. Instead, in this transmission, we take a look at the dangerous trend we see forming where consequences are being deployed upon people for simply asking questions. More evidence of intentional information saturation and misinformation is threatening not only lives, but people’s ability to prepare themselves. Some might say everything is going according to plan, but for others, that plan remains to be seen and while we question the origin of this disaster, the tentacles of its effects are beginning to take hold. The landscape of the future is as certain as the path towards a cure. While this won’t be a heavily conspiratorial transmission, we do our best to keep you up-to-date with the latest and more. In Part 1 of this blog, we talked about picking people's brains in the hopes of understanding what makes them tick. Our mission today is trying to figure out B2C buyer behavior. But first let us say this: Here at Viral Solutions, we absolutely love delving into the psychology of humans. Not much rivals the study of the true motivations of your fellow earthly passengers. However, it's important to first accept that figuring out humans is like herding cats. We are a complicated species, simply due to the fact that we have emotions. We like what the French poet and philosopher Paul Valéry—who was nominated for the Noble Peace Prize 12 times—had to say about psychology: “The purpose of psychology is to give us a completely different idea of the things we know best.”–Paul Valéry So now that we have admitted the fact that we are all a bit bewildered by the behavior of others and that we can't truly know the mind of another human, let us say that in this blog post we will do our level best to help you discover the secrets of B2C buyer behavior based on facts we have accumulated, our own professional experiences, and the opinions of experts. You and I are in this together, so let's just admit how little we don't know. By doing so, we all instantly become more empowered because we have humbled ourselves and opened our minds. With these opened minds, we can do our best to tap into B2C behavior to help your business make more sales. This series began with this Viral Solutions blog post concerning the psychology of B2B customers. That 2-part blog post received such a great response that we knew the natural next step was to extend our study to include B2C buyer behavior. One important thing we discussed in Part 1 of this series, Sales Psychology: What You Need to Know About B2C Selling, was that, when a business is selling offline, they need to be very emotional, as buyers tend to purchase based upon how products make them feel. Whereas, when you are selling online, you have to tap into desires and pain points, AS WELL as differentiate yourself from your competition.

"I love performing but actually, I'm overcoming it now, but I really freeze up and get nervous when I have to talk in public. I like the idea of a performance speech to the public but the free, off-the-cuff, point a camera at me, I just don't become myself. When I performed at the Opera House, you can't see the audience, nice big spotlight, only child here got to be a princess for 13 years, when I wasn't being all the other hilarious roles.    Pietra quite often says to me "I know you want to go to Mars but we've only got the petrol to get to the moon".   I always hated it, I always hated performance. I think that it takes a long time for people to realise what their strengths are.   Ella took me to see a concert of Ladysmith Black Mambazo at Cadogan Hall and that was just amazing but we could see a gap at that moment to fill and it had never been done before so there was no challenge at that point for us, we were just so committed that it was a project that lasted five years for us. It had a setback, it had a pilot phase where it wasn't excepted and carried on, we wanted to do it ourselves and at that point, it grew and then had different challenges again.   We were working on Inala, Ella composed the music with Ladysmith Black Mambazo who Nelson Mandela took to collect his Noble Peace Prize, the legends. She sat around a piano, in South Africa and we took ourselves off there to start this project and she sat at the piano, surrounded by nine Zulu men, at the grand age of 22, and just played her music and they co-wrote five songs in that short time that we came back with and presented to the Director of the Royal Ballet.   He (Adam) sent me a message "Congratulations, that's amazing! The Grammy nominations!" And he text me a screenshot of the nominations that had just been announced and we had been nominated for a Grammy award."   Welcome to episode #121 of #Screwitjustdoit. On today's show, it's my pleasure to welcome the Sisters Grimm, that's Ella Spira and Pietra Mello-Pittman.   I'm all for taking #Screwitjustdoit in different directions, shining a light on different industries, different businesses and this is very much the case with Sisters Grimm.   I attended a British-American Business Christmas lunch, back in December, and I was sat at a table sponsored by Virgin Atlantic Delta and sat right next to me was Pietra and Ella. We got talking and I literally spent the entire Christmas lunch enthralled by an amazing business that they'd put together which is just celebrating 10 years and I thought this would be a fantastic subject for the show.   So, who are Sisters Grimm, what do they do? They're two of the UK's most exciting and successful, original theatre-show producers. They're best known for a fusion of the legendary sound of the African male choral group, Ladysmith Black Men Bazoo, with ballet, to create the Grammy Award-nominated show, Inala.   So Inala sold out the Edinburgh festival, the UK tour performed five times in Moscow at the famous Chekhov international theatre festival, returned to the UK for a sell-out tour at Sadler's Wells. In fact, I believe they sold something crazy 80,000 tickets - think of Wembley and you get an idea of the number of people who have been to this show and they're back again for a very limited run in the West End from April the 30th this year as well.    The music from the show, which Ella composed alongside Ladysmith, was released separately and won a Grammy nomination and then they went on, Ladysmith, to win a Grammy award.    The ladies have been to the Grammys, they've also been to the Royal Variety Show alongside the likes of Ed Sheeran, Shirley Bassey, Simon Cowell etc.  Ella has worked with the likes of Bruno Mars, remixing in his music, and David Arnold, the composer of several of the James Bond scores. Whereas Pietra has danced all the classic ballets as a royal ballet ballerina and her ability as a choreographer and creative director has helped the duo win a 'woman of the future' nomination for arts and culture.    They're celebrating 10 years as the Sisters Grimm, an incredible story spanning many different continents, just been up for an export champion award as well, looking at China, Japan and Dubai this year but they are back in the UK for a limited time   I'm going to start off by asking Pietra to explain exactly who the Sisters Grimm are and what they do and the obvious question, of course, about where that name came from.    Let's start up!

Darrell Castle discusses President Trump's decision to withdraw from the Iran Deal and whether it was a positive or negative move. Transcript / Notes TRUMP AND THE IRAN DEAL Hello, this is Darrell Castle with today's Castle Report.  Today is Friday, May 18, 2018, and on today's Report I will be discussing President Trump's decision to withdraw the United States from the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), better known as the “Iran Deal”. During his Presidential campaign, then candidate Trump said he would not have made the Iran Deal and that it was a bad deal, a very bad deal.  So after months of speculation and rumors, President Trump finally pulled the plug on the deal.  He announced the U.S. withdrawal from the deal on May 8, citing concerns that the Joint Comprehensive Plan was not comprehensive enough and did not address Iran's destabilizing efforts in the Middle East Region. In his speech announcing withdrawal, the President said that a more constructive deal could have been struck at the time but wasn't.  “At the heart of the Iran Deal was a giant fiction: that a murderous regime desired only a peaceful nuclear energy program.  Today, we have definitive proof that the Iranian promise was a lie.” Intelligence information provided by Israel was cited for proof of the lie.  He said that after the deal was struck and the sanctions lifted, Iran used its new money to build its nuclear capable missiles, support terrorism, and cause havoc throughout the Middle East and beyond.  The deal was so poorly negotiated, he said, that Iran would be close to a nuclear breakout even if it fully complied. The President, in his speech was apparently saying, look, this was a very bad deal for us and I am therefore canceling our participation in it.  The deal would not prevent Iran from developing a nuclear bomb and threatening American cities.  Interestingly, there was no accusation that Iran was not in compliance with the deal, only that it was bad for America. The President further announced that he would sign a presidential memorandum to begin reinstating US sanctions on the Iranian regime.  “We will be instituting the highest level of economic sanction. Any nation that helps Iran in its quest for nuclear weapons could also be strongly sanctioned by the United States.” What does all this mean?  Is the end of the deal a good thing or a bad thing?  I will confess that is a very good question and one in which the answer is not very clear at all.  Some of what the President intends for it to accomplish can be found in the closing paragraphs of his speech.  “It has now been almost 40 years since this dictatorship seized power and took a proud nation hostage.  Most of Iran's 80 million citizens have sadly never known an Iran that prospered in peace with its neighbors and commanded the admiration of the world.  But the future of Iran belongs to its people.  They are the rightful heirs to a rich culture and an ancient land, and they deserve a nation that does justice to their dreams, honor to their history and glory to God.” Translation: President Trump just signed the death warrant of the Mullah regime in Iran, or so he believes.  His speech was the final green light to the Iranian people to rise up and overthrow the Mullahs.  Will he succeed?  We'll see since the jury has just started to deliberate on that one.  He certainly has some positives in his favor as far as believing revolution will happen. 1.  Iran's economy is on the brink and the new sanctions could push it over the brink.  Some of that depends on the European Union countries and whether they will support the sanctions or not.  The protest movement does seem to be growing, however. 2. He is moving to shore up relations with nations long considered Iranian suppliers and supporters, i.e. North Korea and China. Would Donald Trump actually deserve the Noble Peace Prize if he negotiated peace on the Korean Peninsula and a reunification of the countries,
