Then head to https://www.ovtlyr.com.Welcome to another episode of OVTLYR University, where we trade smarter, not harder — and today, we're diving into the real reason Palantir crashed after earnings and how smart traders using behavioral data saw it coming. If you've ever been blindsided by earnings moves or lost money on options you thought were “safe,” this video is going to open your eyes.We break down Palantir's 11% drop, explain how to calculate expected moves the right way, and why blindly trading straddles is a trap for retail traders. The older I get, the more the lyrics to "Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas" speak to me -- get to me.And, in a not-always-visible-from space manner, they guide your Mighty Favog in putting together A 3 Chords & the Truth Christmas each year. Don't make me count up how many Christmases that's been now.Given all this country's recent travails, the line "Next year all our troubles will be out of sight" seems, to me, grossly overly optimistic. On the other hand, they could be. But still . . . you never know. So, at this time of the year, one holds onto hope. It's a terrible thing to live without hope.I won't belabor the point. It's time to listen to the music and give in to the hope that "Next year all our troubles, will be out of sight." Merry Christmas from the Big Show. It's 3 Chords & the Truth, y'all. Be there. Aloha.Have yourself a merry little ChristmasLet your heart be lightNext year all our troubles will be out of sight Have yourself a merry little ChristmasMake the Yuletide gayNext year all our troubles will be miles away Once again, as in olden daysHappy golden days of yoreFaithful friends who are dear to usWill be near to us once more Someday soon we all will be togetherIf the fates allowUntil then, we'll have to muddle through somehowSo have yourself a merry little Christmas now

If you're just trying to condition then go ahead and condition and push your fatigue levels, but if you're trying to learn a new skill then we probably shouldn't be fatigued. When learning a new skill we want to be as fresh as possible and if you're fatigued the skill you "learn" might end up being an entirely different one all togetherIf we're only at 40% trying to learn a new skill, when we try said skill when were at 100% we won't be able to replicate it. We were a totally different person when learned it at 40%, we need to keep that in mind. Here's 3 ways we can use fatigue as a tool:1. Conditioning 2. Use fatigue as a constraint to challenge skills you already have 3. Performance/Strength & Conditioning - we need to perform under a fatigued state, implementing some fatigue in your resistance training in the right way can be extremely beneficial

Mental Toughness Mastery Podcast with Sheryl Kline, M.A. CHPC

Feeling like you're drinking from a firehose? You're not alone! If you'd like me to talk you off the ledge:), let's chat privately ASAP.Keep in mind... Now that we are deep into Q4, what I'm hearing (now more than ever) is that individuals and teams are feeling overwhelmed, depleted, and losing motivation.Your or your team's highest sense of impact and contribution DO NOT live here, and it's virtually an impossible pace to sustain. This, of course, has a huge ripple down effect on productivity, profitability as well as talent retention... not to mention on the overall sense of well-being and impact on the family. As you can imagine, this is costly. Upwards of $500 billion dollars of lost revenue a year according to a recent Gallup study. If you are an ambitious heart-centered leader, we lose even more. We lose your ability to access your highest sense of contribution, your ability to influence up and have the biggest voice possible at the table at a time when we've never needed it more. The GOOD NEWS is that there are solutions for you and/or your team to STOP feeling firehosed and START feeling more in control, energized, and on the path to taking action on what matters most. So, here's what I'd like to do that I've never offered before:A two-hour intensive for you and/or your team where we will:Strip down your calendar and rebuild it together Strip down your habits, see what's serving you and what is not Strip down your goals and rebuild them togetherIf you live in the San Francisco Bay Area, I'd love to have this session in person! Otherwise, this will be a recorded Zoom session.I'll be doing only 10 of these from now until the end of the year. Why? Because my greatest joy is being the guide, so you can be the hero... and because your leadership is needed now than ever.If you're ready to take action, schedule your private 30-minute Ignition Call here to see if this intensive is right for you or your team. Here's a short video with my personal invitation to you...Cheering you on always!-- Sheryl
