Hundert bemalte Steine, eine selbst programmierte Web-App und eine Hochzeit: Die Idee war, die Steine von dort aus in alle Welt wandern zu lassen und ihre Wege auf einer Karte zu verfolgen. Technisch war alles vorbereitet – nur die Wirklichkeit hielt sich nicht an meinen Plan. Zu wenig Mobilfunk, keine GPS-Eingaben und vor allem Menschen, die mit den Steinen etwas ganz anderes machten, als ich erwartet hatte. Also folgten Change-Requests, Anpassungen und eine für mich schwierigere Übung: Geduld. In dieser Episode erzähle ich die Geschichte der Wandersteine und verbinde sie mit der systemischen Idee der Anschlussfähigkeit. Eine Idee kann noch so gut sein – was daraus wird, entscheidet sich erst dort, wo andere Menschen daran anschließen. Und das braucht manchmal Zeit. Meine Ungeduld wurde schließlich belohnt: Einer der Steine schaffte es bis nach Grönland und wurde dort von zwei Kindern gefunden.
