Na Ukrajině před invazí natáčela napjatou atmosféru v zemi a začátek války ji a kameramana Jána Schürgera zastihl právě v Charkově. Strach a zloSamotná Stomatová má k východu blízko. Pochází z Kazachstánu a mluví plynně rusky. A to by si měli opravdu všichni uvědomovat a hlavně politici,“ dodal Schürger.--Mediální cirkus. 16.

- V istočasnih eksplozijah pozivnikov v Libanonu ubitih najmanj osem in ranjenih skoraj tri tisoč pripadnikov Hezbolaha. - Onkološki inštitut: prostorska stiska ogroža kakovostno oskrbo in varnost pacientov.

Šah je igra misli, telesa in čustev, ki zaradi prisotnosti soigralca zahteva socialno interakcijo. Prav zaradi svoje socialne note šah v svetu ostaja izjemno priljubljena družabno-miselna igra. V šahu so namreč določena ostra merila zmage in poraza. Šah me osmišlja in osrečuje.
People don't quit bad jobs, they quit bad bosses, goes the saying. And yet, a majority of managers — nearly 6 out of 10 according to one CareerBuilder study — are expected to build and grow high-performance teams without any formal management training. Darja Gutnick, psychologist gone rogue, wants to change that. As CEO and co-founder of leadership coaching app bunch.ai, she's on a mission to help new generations of leaders get customized access to the leadership resources and support they need, when they need it. In the latest episode of The High-EQ Founder, we talked about: balancing user growth with monetization — and why she would have launched a paid version much sooner how they differentiate bunch.ai from ChatGPT how to address the perspectives of different stakeholders and the dangers of groupthink the tiny actions you can take to create greater luck surface area Follow Darja on Linkedin: https://www.linkedin.com/in/darjagutnick/ Get the High-EQ Founder newsletter: https://www.renitakalhorn.com/newsletter/
In this week's episode, our co-founder Darja chatted with Stephanie Herre, Senior Sales Leader at Remote (ex-Cisco, and SAP). Stephanie shared her take on how AI will impact the future of work, and why we need fewer managers, but more leaders. She discussed the simple steps you can take not to feel overwhelmed as a leader, how to say “no” at work without sounding rude, and still be there for your team. Stephanie believes the skill of asking the right questions at work and being self-reflective is underrated, and the world needs better question-askers, not better talkers. Vznikl v rámci hudebního festivalu Metronome a natáčely jsme ho v sobotu 24. června živě před festivalovým publikem: bylo to zrovna v momentu, kdy na Moskvu táhli vzbouření wagnerovci a celý svět napjatě sledoval rychle eskalující a pak náhle ukončený puč.
In this week's episode, our co-founder Darja chatted with Danielle Leong, currently VP of Engineering at Maca, working on SaaS pricing insights. She started her career as an early engineer at Twilio, after that Danielle became a Director of Engineering, building a tech team to lead the development of mission-critical services at GitHub. She is a passionate learner and loves mentoring others on their journey, she also has her own photography studio where she captures and amplifies diverse and unique voices. Danielle shared her nontypical career journey, and how she balances her technical and creative sides (and how they complement each other). She also shared her take on leading by example, why failing is healthy, and how to actually apply learnings from the past to solve problems in the present. Danielle believes even if you are early on in your career or come from a different background you always have something to bring to the table, you just gotta believe in yourself and be curious! In this episode, you'll learn:Why technical talent is made, not born, and the two qualities you actually need to succeed on the tech leadership journeyHow to make sense of all the resources out there, adjust them as a template to fit the needs of your team, and then pick out a specific solutionWhy leading by example is not showing what you know but rather stepping up and admitting what you don't knowHow failing fast and failing often can help you become a better professional and why none of us actually “have it together”Timecodes:6:00 - why curiosity and drive to learn are the only things you need to succeed in anything8:20 - how to apply learnings from the past, what inspires Danelle today, and what she's keen on learning more about11:00 - why you gotta fail fast and fail forward, and how failure can positively shape your journey13:50 - none of us “have it together” and even leaders fail16:30 - if people are afraid to admit they don't know something, you need to lead by example24:28 - Panda Planner method for productivity27:35 - unpopular opinions about engineering management38:00 - no matter what you're going through, you are not alone, and there are definitely mentors and people out there ready to helpConnect with Danielle:Twitter: https://twitter.com/tsunaminoLinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/danielleleong/Connect with Darja:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/darjagutnick/Twitter: https://twitter.com/darjagutnickFollow Bunch:LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/company/bunchai/Twitter: https://twitter.com/bunch_HQBecome a better leader in 2 minutes a day with BUNCH, the AI Leadership Coach. Media consumption preferences have changed over the past few years. People want to consume information faster on their own terms. Traditional learning programs and long-form content is being replaced with quick, bite-sized information. With the next generation of leaders on the rise, equipping and enabling first-time leaders has become a challenge. The wisdom to lead is buried in the minds of experienced leaders. The knowledge is hidden in books and scientific papers. With first-time leaders not knowing what they need, how do you fill the gap in leadership development? In this episode, Darja Gutnick shares what first-time leaders need to know and the mindset shift to microlearning.
Leadership is a strange word. For some, it conjures up images of the "old" world of work, with strict hierarchies, stuffy titles, and (predominantly) ageing men in suits with inflated salaries. For others, it's a fluffy concept filled mostly with hot air. However, as work shifts to become more collaborative, cross-functional, and complex, it's more important than ever for managers to excel at bringing people together, inspiring them, and empowering them to reach their full potential. And that's what leadership is. BUNCH is an AI leadership coach on a mission to help anyone become a great leader. BUNCH enables anyone to overcome everyday leadership challenges with personalized 2-minute leadership tips - all in the format of a sleek, intuitive app. Bunch co-founder Darja Gutnick joins me in a conversation about the science of leadership and how anyone can become a great leader. We explore how leadership is a mindset that can be learned and not some hidden talent that we need to discover. Then, Darja shares a few lessons she had to learn the hard way on female entrepreneurship.
