You weren't meant to soften your power to make your price more palatable. You were meant to lead with it.   In this episode, we're going deep into the emotional patterns that keep even ambitious women plateaued in pricing that reflects who they used to be—instead of the identity they're stepping into now.   If you've ever padded your offer with extra bonuses “just in case,” quoted a price and felt a pang in your stomach, or stayed at the same rate a little too long—this conversation will shift everything.   Because your pricing isn't just a business decision. It's a declaration of who you're becoming.   We'll break down:   6 signs your pricing is still protecting, pleasing, or playing small.   Why even successful women shrink their numbers—and how to stop.   How patriarchal money conditioning sneaks into your offers.   Key coaching questions that reconnect you to your power.   What emotionally clean pricing actually looks and feels like.   ~~   For full show notes, transcript, and to grab Kendall's free pricing guide,  click here: www.themoneycoachschoolpodcast.com/105

“Don't try to figure it all out first. Say yes, then figure it out afterwards.” What if the dream tugging at your soul isn't random, but a calling waiting for you to give it form? And what if building a business isn't just about profit, but about expressing your gifts, creating freedom, and leaving a legacy far bigger than yourself? In this episode of Soul Talk, I sit down with visionary entrepreneur, CEO of Pinnacle Global Network, and bestselling author of Scale or Fail, Allison Maslan. Named one of Forbes' Top 10 Women Entrepreneurs to Watch, Alison has built 10 companies across wildly different industries, from homeopathy to scuba diving to software, proving that passion, when paired with vision and strategy, can become anything you choose. With wisdom and honesty, Alison reveals how to move from idea to manifestation, why most people get stuck in fear or overwhelm, and how to step into the role of visionary instead of being trapped in the weeds of your business. She shares powerful practices, from her “Revenue Brainstormer” process, to reframing money as energy, to the art of holding a vision so bold it feels impossible, and then reverse-engineering it into reality. This conversation is not just about scaling a business. It's about scaling your life,  daring to think bigger, trust your intuition, and create structures that free you to live on purpose. If you've ever felt a dream inside but didn't know where to start, or if you're ready to take your business (and your confidence) to the next level, this episode will give you the clarity, courage, and practical tools to do it. Listen in and discover how to break free from small thinking, reimagine what's possible, and claim your seat, not just at the table, but at the head of the table you create. Should people follow their passion or follow the money? What blocks most people from turning ideas into reality? How can entrepreneurs build confidence when they don't know all the answers? How do you know when it's time to pivot or let go of a business? What's a healthy way to view money and remove money blocks? What are the biggest mistakes you see entrepreneurs making today? In This Episode You Will Learn:  How Alison went from a homeopath to building 10 diverse, thriving businesses, and the transferable principles behind her success.  A step-by-step process to uncover your best business idea by blending passion, skill, and market opportunity. Why saying yes before you're ready can unlock doors you didn't even know existed. How to reframe money as energy so you can charge what you're worth without guilt or fear. The biggest trap entrepreneurs fall into, and the mindset shift that frees you from being stuck “in the weeds.” The inner game of entrepreneurship: building confidence, embracing risk, and turning breakdowns into breakthroughs.    LINKS ALLISON MASLAN'S URL:    https://pinnacleglobalnetwork.com Get in Touch: Email me at kuteblackson@kuteblackson.com Visit my website: www.kuteblackson.com Resources with Kute Blackson: Kute's Life changing Path to Abundance & Miracles : https://www.8levelsofgratitude.com Free masterclass: Learn The Manifestation secret to Remove Mental Blocks & Invisible Barriers to Attract The Life of Abundance You Desire. Why can you trust yourself to build a multimillion-dollar company—but not to have one hard conversation? In this episode, Kris pulls back the curtain on the anatomy of self-trust. From visionary ideas to money, health, relationships, and leadership, she reveals why so many women compartmentalize their confidence—rock solid in some domains, shaky in others. You'll hear how past experiences, identity “totems,” and cultural conditioning quietly erode our confidence, and why fear, vulnerability, and inherited stories often dictate where we doubt ourselves most. More importantly, Kris shows you how to begin repairing that trust—through awareness, reframing, and practice—so you can finally stop second-guessing and start standing fully in the leader you already are. Here's what we explore in this episode: The surprising gap between visionary trust and day-to-day confidence The different domains of self-trust—and where women most often stumble How identity, environment, and old narratives shape what you believe about yourself Why it feels safer to trust money or process than people or intuition Practical ways to build competence and leverage your strengths to close the gaps This episode calls you to stop treating self-trust like a mystery and start treating it like a skill. In this episode of The Game On Girlfriend® Podcast, Sarah sits down with finance educator and founder Erica Neal to talk about infinite banking—a strategy that uses custom-designed life insurance policies to help you grow wealth, keep liquidity, and still protect your future.   What You'll Learn Erica shares her unfiltered story: from teen mom to Wall Street to building her own wealth management firm, centered on empowering financial education. The conversation dives into: What infinite banking actually is (and the myths that keep people nervous) How the wealthy use these policies for funding projects, reinvesting, and creating a legacy Why compounding interest and control matter more than flashy returns Erica's "buried vs. planted" concept—how to grow through challenging seasons   Episode Summary This isn't your typical financial advice episode. Erica breaks down exactly how infinite banking works with real numbers - you typically get 80% access to your money in year one, dollar-for-dollar by year four, and often more than you put in by year five thanks to compound growth. She tackles the biggest concerns head-on, like why those acquisition costs aren't actually problems, but rather smart, long-term moves. You'll hear how to use policy loans while your money keeps earning, why dividends from mutual insurance companies add extra returns, and how this fits with your other investments instead of replacing them. Erica's journey from Wall Street product-pusher to genuine wealth strategist shows what happens when you put clients first.   Related Episodes You Might Love Ep 287: The $68 Trillion Wealth Transfer: Why the Future of Money is Feminine https://sarahwalton.com/wealth-transfer-women/ Ep 230: "You Deserve the Money" with Bookkeeper Ashley Chamberlain https://sarahwalton.com/bookkeeping-for-women/  Ep 197: "Money Beliefs That Hold You Back from Making More" https://sarahwalton.com/money-beliefs/    Special gift from Erica Erica's Mini-Course: https://qeeg2iohufpl1toyi4os.app.clientclub.net/courses/offers/66984f35-cf26-4d4b-a1ce-e14435af046f  Discount Code: GAMEON   Connect with Guest Erica Neal Website: www.InfinityInvestmentStrategies.com IG: https://www.instagram.com/theericaneal/ LI: https://www.linkedin.com/in/theericaneal/  FB: https://www.facebook.com/TheEricaNeal YT: https://www.youtube.com/@theericaneal    About Erica Neal After earning her bachelor's degree in finance & economics, Erica began her career in finance by working for a large investment firm, learning the basics of running a financial practice but also becoming aware of large holes in the traditional financial planning process. Though she was able to obtain success & company recognition for her achievements, Erica knew there was a better way to build her clients' wealth. To provide more comprehensive strategies for her clients, Erica left the large box company to join a boutique, independent financial firm where her planning process transitioned from a narrow focus on rate of return to building efficient cash flow strategies and increasing income through alternative assets and the Infinite Banking Concept. In addition to expanding her financial planning methods, Erica also began to invest in real estate. Eventually, Erica and David White decided to merge their practices and open their own firm to focus on their passion…. cash flow strategy. Since co-launching Infinity Investment Strategies, Erica has continued to build her real estate portfolio as both a passive and active investor, acquire businesses, and provide resources on Infinite Banking education and services for investors. As an Authorized IBC Practitioner, Erica provides information and resources to investors and business owners about the power of the Infinite Banking Concept in their portfolio. As a speaker, Erica's expertise extends to the intersection of mindset and money, unraveling the barriers that hinder personal growth and prevent individuals from realizing their fullest potential and building wealth. Having become the "Go To" group for creative financial strategies and Infinite Banking, Erica continues to build her businesses and educate on "Real Money Truths", de-mystifying how to build wealth and helping others create a strategic plan for generational impact.   Free gift from Sarah Book a free 15-minute call to explore working together: https://app.acuityscheduling.com/schedule/60d4f7f6/appointment/52999780/calendar/909961?appointmentTypelds%5B%5D=52999800   Ready to shift from chasing to receiving in your business? “I like to think about ESG not only as a risk management tool, but also as an opportunity. I think the, the flip side of risk is opportunity. So if we think that a diverse team is what will bring more innovation, more ideas, more, let's say different ways of looking at needs and products, then this is an opportunity….What about if we think about the way that people consume, what is the carbon footprint that we have?.... And how do you reduce it? Or maybe build technology that helps reduce your impact on the planet, or helps you reduce the amount of AI or cloud usage that you use? So I, I think that looking at ESG as a risk and, and as an opportunity tool is actually very good.” Cecile Blilious on Electric Ladies Podcast   In 2025 so far, 2.3% of venture capital funding went to companies founded by women, 2.3%. So that means 97.7% of the funding went to men. The percents have been in the same range for decades. Seriously. Think of all the innovations that are not getting funded due to this ridiculous bias. What can we do about it? Listen to Cecile Blilious of Venture ESG and European Women in VC explain new financing models that could work to fund more innovative businesses, especially those founded by women – in this enlightening conversation with Electric Ladies Podcast host Joan Michelson.   You'll hear about: ●        What venture capital really is and how it works. How male and female VCs differ. ●        Insights into ESG investing that address both the risks and the opportunities – reframing both ●        New financing models we need and that they might look like. ●        Plus, career advice, such as:   “I think being clear about your values is very important. Where would you work and where wouldn't you?... Let's focus on one or two that are the most important things that are like showstoppers... Then in mid-career, what I see happen many times with women is that women don't apply to jobs…but if you don't apply, you're not even considered. So my advice would be, look at the next job that you'd like to have in your career path, and if you think that you're 50% qualified for it, apply because you are grow into the role” Cecile Blilious on Electric Ladies Podcast   Read Joan's Forbes articles here.   You'll also like: ·       Unlocking Capital For Women And Climate Solutions – Women Leaders In Finance And Investment, The Earth Day Women's Summit ·       The SEC Climate Risk Disclosure Rules – Tara Giunta, Global Co-Chair of ESG & Sustainable Finance Practice at Paul Hastings law firm ·       Climate as a Geopolitical Security Emergency, with Svitlana Krakovska, Ph.D. and Mirian Villela, head of Earth Charter, a UN-founded organization and the Center for Education for Sustainable Development. ·       The Hidden Power of ESG – with Natalie Jaresko, Managing Director, EY Parthenon, former Finance Minister of Ukraine Subscribe to our newsletter to receive our podcasts, blog, events and special coaching offers. In this episode of On the Brink with Andi Simon, Dr. Andi Simon welcomes a remarkable young entrepreneur, Sana Ali, whose story is as surprising as it is inspiring. Just twelve years old, Sana has already built a reputation as a digital strategist helping coaches, consultants, and creators transform their online engagement into real business results. Her journey from Karachi, Pakistan, to an international podcast platform is a testament to curiosity, resilience, and the entrepreneurial spirit. A Journey Sparked by Curiosity and Encouragement Sana's story began in 2023, when she was only ten years old. With encouragement from her mother, she shifted her time away from passive entertainment toward learning coding and building websites. Very quickly, she not only mastered skills far beyond her years but began to attract attention from adults—some twice or three times her age—who turned to her for guidance. This early success underscored a truth that continues to shape her path: ambition and focus are not limited by age. Her initial LinkedIn presence grew rapidly, amassing thousands of followers. But because she was underage, the platform eventually banned her account. Instead of giving up, Sana started again, this time with a clearer vision. Rather than focusing only on coding, she saw an opportunity to address a widespread challenge: many professionals were generating likes, comments, and followers on LinkedIn, yet struggling to convert that visibility into paying clients. Sana stepped into this gap with a simple but powerful insight—engagement is nice, but clients are better. Sana Ali is Building a New Model on LinkedIn With her fresh approach, Sana began optimizing LinkedIn funnels. She mapped out the journey from a cold prospect to a high-ticket client, showing coaches and consultants how to stop chasing vanity metrics and start building sustainable revenue. One of her earliest breakthroughs came when a skeptical prospect realized that, despite thousands of followers, they were making no money. Sana provided strategic adjustments and, to their surprise, turned the engagement into paying clients. That success story became the first of many case studies demonstrating the effectiveness of her methods. In conversation with Andi, Sana explained how the tactics of outreach have shifted over the years. Cold pitches and generic compliments that may have worked in 2015 no longer resonate in 2025. Instead, the new “currency” is trust. Building trust requires empathy, genuine compliments, thoughtful questions, and adding value without immediately pushing for a sale. For Sana, this approach is not theoretical—it is the lived experience of someone whose age initially raised doubts, yet whose results quickly silenced them. The Core of Her Success: Trust and Empathy Throughout the discussion, Sana emphasized that trust is the foundation of client relationships today. Prospects are savvy, often wary of sales pitches, and increasingly skeptical about whether they are interacting with a real human or an AI bot. Sana has mastered the art of demonstrating authenticity—through personalized conversations, empathy for her clients' situations, and valuable insights freely given before any sales conversation. One example she shared involved a client who joined a call while ill. Instead of pressing forward, Sana suggested rescheduling, showing genuine care for the individual. That small act of empathy built immediate trust, leading to a long-term client relationship. Stories like these highlight her maturity, compassion, and business acumen far beyond her years. Lessons for Entrepreneurs of All Ages The episode closes with reflections on Sana's journey and her advice for young entrepreneurs: age should never be seen as a limitation. Whether learning coding at ten or advising adults on LinkedIn strategy by twelve, she has proven that commitment and ambition can accelerate success at any stage of life. For her, the choice to spend time building a business rather than playing video games has opened doors to opportunities she once could not have imagined. For listeners of On the Brink, this episode is more than an inspiring story—it is a reminder of how quickly the business landscape is changing, and how younger generations are not just adapting but leading. Sana Ali embodies the entrepreneurial mindset: seeing opportunities, embracing change, and building trust in a world where trust itself has become the most valuable commodity. In September 2025, I took the stage at Shoshanna Raven's Living Brave Live to share a story that has shaped every part of my life, my leadership, and the global movement I've built through SoulWork. This is a deeply personal talk about what it takes to rise as a woman who is devoted to both spiritual depth and business mastery, while creating a legacy of holy redistribution and meaningful impact in the world. The journey begins in the red-light districts of Kolkata, India, where I first encountered the raw edges of human suffering while working alongside survivors of human trafficking. That experience forever changed me. It sparked a defining moment in a cracked mirror, where I asked myself if I was willing to give up everything to be the one who took action — and made the decision to stop waiting for somebody somewhere to do something, and instead become that somebody myself. Out of that moment, SoulWork was born — an organization dedicated to training trauma-informed yoga teachers, leading global retreats, and supporting humanitarian projects around the world. Since its founding in 2015, SoulWork has: Certified thousands of teachers worldwide Built schools and classrooms in India, Guatemala, and Costa Rica Created programs that merge trauma-informed leadership with spiritual practice Crossed $3 million in lifetime revenue while staying rooted in purpose and integrity But my journey hasn't always been easy. Behind the scenes of sold-out retreats and visible success, I struggled with financial scarcity, debt, and the pressure of carrying a global mission. I share how I went from being overextended and exhausted — running 50 retreats a year — to completely restructuring my business into a sustainable, high-profit, low-maintenance model. This shift didn't just transform my business, it transformed my life. It gave me the space to: Renovate my grandfather's home in cash Build a stable financial foundation for my family Deepen my spiritual practice as a lineage carrier in the Himalayas Expand my humanitarian efforts in a way that is truly sustainable In this episode, I also introduce the archetype of the Philanthropic Femme — a rare kind of woman who embodies three essential pillars: Spiritual Depth – devotion to personal practice and a connection to something greater than herself Business Mastery – the strategy, systems, and leadership required to scale her vision Holy Redistribution – using wealth to fund movements, support marginalized communities, and create systemic change This talk is an invitation to every woman who feels the tension between her desire for inner fulfillment, her outer success, and her calling to make a difference. As CEOs and entrepreneurs we're masters at helping others clarify their vision, set goals, and stay accountable. But when it comes to our own businesses? Too often, we fall into the trap of neglecting our brand, our strategy, and our growth. This podcast is your reminder—and your roadmap—to start practicing what you preach. This episode dives into the common blind spots coaches face, why we put clients first at our own expense, and practical ways to finally follow our own advice. If you're ready to model the work you ask of others, this is the podcast for you. Guess who I wrote this podcast for? ME! I was listening to a marketing podcast on my morning walk where they were talking about having five pillars in their social media content posting. I was nodding my head because I coach on this all of the time. I draw out the five pillars for my clients on my whiteboard to make sure they implement it. Suddenly, it hit me! I WAS NOT FOLLOWING MY OWN ADVICE! I looked about our social media for the DO IT MY WAY brand and realized we were only hitting ONE of the pillars really well!  We are so busy working on our client's brands that we often neglect our own. It is so important to take time out every week to work as a CEO on your business instead of being in the day to day! Check out these three powerful shifts that I am implementing immediately in our business on the latest episode of the DO IT MY WAY Podcast!

Have you ever walked away from a sales call thinking, “I'm not sure what just happened”? You're not alone, and it usually comes down to a few common missteps. In this solo episode of the Sales Maven Show, Nikki Rausch breaks down the top 3 sales mistakes women entrepreneurs make in their sales conversations and more importantly, how to fix them. The first mistake is hinting at an offer instead of clearly extending an invitation. Too often, entrepreneurs build rapport, deliver value, and then close with a vague, “Let me know if you're interested.” Nikki explains why this puts all the effort on the client and leaves them confused about what to do next. Instead, she shows you how to use clear, respectful invitation language that guides prospects toward a simple yes or no decision. The second mistake is winging the conversation without a process. Many business owners believe sales should come naturally, but without structure, conversations quickly go off track. Nikki introduces her Selling Staircase framework and explains how a strategic process with pre framing and asking the right types of questions creates clarity for both you and your buyer. With structure in place, you will not only raise your close rate but also create a smoother, more enjoyable experience for your clients. The third mistake is waiting to feel confident before fully showing up in your business. Confidence does not come first, it comes from taking action and putting in the reps. Nikki encourages listeners to stop stalling, start sharing offers, and practice sales conversations until confidence builds naturally. She uses a simple analogy, like building muscle through daily pushups, to show how consistent practice creates results over time. By addressing these top 3 sales mistakes, you will learn how to issue clear invitations, follow a proven process, and show up consistently without waiting for the perfect moment. These small but powerful shifts can dramatically improve your conversations, increase your close rate, and help more people benefit from your work. If you are tired of leaving money on the table or walking away from calls unsure of what went wrong, this episode will give you the clarity and confidence you need to transform your sales conversations. Tune in, take notes, and start making the simple tweaks that lead to bigger results. Nikki invites you to join the Sales Maven Society.
