This week on Market Mondays, we're breaking down the biggest moves in investing, crypto, and global markets. We cover the futures trading tip of the week, this year's most important investing lesson, and why Bitcoin's drop to $85,000 has traders in “extreme fear.” We debate whether the bottom is close, if a fall to $70K or even $65K is realistic, and why MicroStrategy trading below the value of its own Bitcoin may signal either a loss of institutional confidence or the best buying opportunity of the cycle. We also unpack whether Ethereum could fall under $2,000 and how December's market behavior might preview what 2026 looks like.We explore one of the most important conversations for any entrepreneur or investor: If you lost everything tomorrow, what are your first five moves? Ian and Rashad lay out the fastest, most realistic path to rebuilding from zero. We also break down whether to prioritize dividends or growth in today's economy, how much company stock someone at Microsoft should realistically hold, and whether $70K Bitcoin is still a real near-term target. On the macro side, Japan's 10-year yield hits 1.84% (highest since 2008), potentially signaling the end of the global carry trade — with major implications for U.S. stocks, tech, and crypto. We close with silver hitting $59 for the first time ever, posting a 100%+ yearly gain — is now the time to invest? Plus, we review new data revealing the minimum income needed to live comfortably in 2025, with rising housing, food, and healthcare costs reshaping what financial stability really means. And we're joined by Jason Gyama, Founder of the Quarter Zip Movement, bringing strategy, energy, and culture to the conversation.Market Mondays Cyber Monday Deal (48 Hours Only): https://marketmondaysdeal.com#MarketMondays #Investing #Bitcoin #Crypto #Ethereum #StockMarket #Silver #WealthBuilding #Finance #EYL #QuarterZipMovementOur Sponsors:* Check out Square: https://square.com/go/eylSupport this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/marketmondays/donationsAdvertising Inquiries: https://redcircle.com/brandsPrivacy & Opt-Out: https://redcircle.com/privacy

This could be one of the, if not the, most under realized opportunities in commercial real estate. It's a blue ocean market operating in a boring business space that most investors (and service providers) are completely overlooking. But, Jake Guso tapped into what no other real estate investor knew about industrial outdoor storage management, specifically truck parking lot businesses. These mom-and-pop shops are running almost entirely on handwritten notes and Zelle payments and it's an absolute mess for owners and their accountants. After managing multiple truck parking lot businesses himself, Jake built Rig Hut, the software platform that turns dirt lots into cash flow. So much so that, in one case study, Jake helped an owner increase his annual revenue by as much as six figures. Today, I'm sitting down with Jake to talk about how Rig Hut is industrializing truck parking, how investors can get into the game themselves (and make serious money), the shocking "11-to-1" statistic that would make any investor excited, and how this forgotten asset class is only one of many in the CRE space. Plus, I'll even share my exact strategy for finding deals like this in any area of the country. _______ Connect with Jake on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/jake-guso-16bb167a/ Rig Hut: https://www.therighut.com/ Rig Hut Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100084019464551 Rig Hut Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/therighut Rig Hut TikTok: https://www.tiktok.com/@righuttruckparking Rig Hut X/Twitter: https://x.com/truckpark_king Sunrise Capital Case Studies: https://sunrisecapitalinvestors.com/case-studies/

In this Real Estate Rundown, Owen and Ted break down the marketing lessons they pulled from their fast-paced interview with Omaha marketer and former radio personality Matt Tompkins. They dig into why most agents and investors are wasting time on social platforms their actual customers never see, and why your Google Business Profile might secretly be the most valuable “social feed” you own. You'll hear how Matt thinks about choosing the right marketing channels, what to watch for so you don't get ripped off by a marketing agency, and how fractional CMOs can give you pro-level results without hiring in-house.The guys also swap stories from the trenches—city inspections, cursed/skunked units, slow-bleed project delays, and the mental chaos that comes with leveling up into new asset classes and big developments. It's a mix of practical marketing strategy, real-world development headaches, and honest talk about staying (somewhat) sane as an entrepreneur. After you listen, go update your Google Business Profile with fresh photos and posts, then share this episode with another entrepreneur who's drowning in marketing “busy work” and needs a clearer game plan. From his start in pre-med to becoming a wholesale dealmaker, Christian shares actionable insights on wholesaling, sub-to deals, seller finance, and how he built a community of over 500 investors in a thriving paid WhatsApp group.Episode Outline:[00:00] Intro & High School Roots [03:00] How Christian Pivoted from Pre-Med to Real Estate [05:50] Early Real Estate Influences in His Family [08:15] Real Estate Seemed "Played Out" at First [10:30] Why Wholesaling and Creative Finance Clicked [13:15] Sub-to vs Seller Financing Explained [18:50] Recent $400K Deal Example in Homestead [23:00] Objections Sellers Have About Sub-To [27:20] Off-Market vs On-Market Property Deals [33:30] Why Most Realtors Don't Know About Creative Finance [38:00] The Importance of Problem Solving in Real Estate [43:45] Cherry-Picking the Best Deals [47:50] Importance of Buy Box and Market Familiarity [51:30] Creative Financing Example from Hialeah Purchase [55:10] Foreclosures Are Up: Here's Why [59:00] Building the WhatsApp Group & Helping New InvestorsWisdom Nuggets:Creative Financing Is a Problem Solver: Creative finance isn't just about strategy—it's about finding ethical ways to solve real problems. When banks say no, these methods can create win-win scenarios for both investors and distressed property owners.Sellers' Situations Dictate the Terms: Forget falling in love with the kitchen layout—real estate investing success comes from understanding the seller's situation. The better you grasp their challenges, the better your chances at structuring a mutually beneficial deal.Build Your Buyer List Before the Deal: Don't wait until you have the contract to look for a buyer. Build a community—like Christian's WhatsApp group—so when the right deal lands, it moves quickly.Long-Term Financing Buys Time and Options: In creative finance, the longer the financing terms, the better. It gives investors the breathing room to hold, refinance, or cash flow without pressure.Relationships Drive Revenue: Speed and communication are important, but nothing replaces trust. Christian attributes much of his success to in-person networking and repeat business from buyers who trust his word and deal quality.Power Quotes“I sell good deals, but I buy great deals.” - Christian Pombo"I'm raising gentlemen." - Christian PomboConnect with Christian:Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/pomborealestate)Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/creativerealestatedeals)Connect With the Podcast Host Alex Quin:Instagram: (https://www.instagram.com/alexquin)Twitter: (https://twitter.com/mralexquin)LinkedIn: (https://www.linkedin.com/in/mralexquin)Website: (https://alexquin.com)TikTok: (https://www.tiktok.com/@mralexquin)Our CommunityInstagram: (https://www.instagram.com/hustleinspireshustle)Twitter: (https://twitter.com/HustleInspires)LinkedIn: (https://www.linkedin.com/company/hustle-inspires-hustle)Website: (https://hustleinspireshustle.com)*This page may contain affiliate links or sponsored content. He mentions meeting Professor James Stilgoe at the Graduate School of Design, which opened his eyes to opportunities beyond STEM. From Cornell to New York City Lloyd discusses his decision to attend Cornell and his subsequent move to New York City. Lloyd worked for a boutique workout restructuring organization in New York City and later joined Starwood Capital Group. He was asked to open the London office for Starwood Capital Group in 2001, combining his interests in architecture, finance, and real estate. He honed his skills as an investment guy over the next few years before moving into entrepreneurship. The firm aimed to be responsible and institutional in their investments, creating global iconic destinations in London. This Flashback Friday is from episode 484, published last March 02, 2015. Jason and mortgage expert Randy champions the superior wealth-building capacity of real estate compared to the stock market. They center on the strategic use of leverage and the concept of inflation-induced debt destruction to dramatically boost investor returns, arguing that financing a property far outweighs the benefits of owning it free and clear. Specialized mortgage options available through companies like B2R and First Key are examined, as these lenders uniquely cater to investors by offering financing to entities like LLCs and permitting loan-to-value ratios up to 75%. These non-agency loans require strict adherence to a Debt Coverage Ratio (DCR) of 1.2 or higher, ensuring properties generate substantial positive cash flow before being approved for debt that is intentionally utilized to outsource risk to the bank. They conclude that despite common misinformation from financial gurus, actively managed income property remains the best path to financial freedom. This episode is sponsored by Bravo Capital and first appeared on The PERE Podcast The lending landscape is shifting, and private credit is taking center stage. In this episode, Bravo Capital founder and CEO Aaron Krawitz discusses how his firm is navigating a market defined by bank pullbacks, rising regulation and persistent demand for rental housing. Krawitz outlines where opportunities are emerging: ground-up multifamily construction, healthcare and skilled nursing facilities, and HUD-backed permanent financing. As traditional lenders retrench, these areas are seeing renewed activity from private lenders that can move quickly and tailor structures to complex projects. He also reflects on how Bravo has adapted since launching at the height of the pandemic, emphasizing the importance of a disciplined approach and alignment with investors through shifting market conditions. That ethos, he says, has supported a focus on quality borrowers, measured construction exposure and long-term partnerships over loan volume metrics. Across development financing, bridge loans and HUD takeouts, Bravo sees a broader trend in real estate credit: private lenders are leading the way with financings, even amid market uncertainty.
