In this episode, Steve Fretzin and Saja Raoof discuss:Introversion in professional networkingBuilding a legal practice as an introvertManaging energy and making meaningful connectionsThe role of systems in business development Key Takeaways:Taking intentional breaks during networking events, such as stepping away for alone time, is a crucial strategy for introverts to manage their energy and remain engaged without feeling overwhelmed.Introverts can make networking conversations more comfortable and effective by asking open-ended questions, such as ‘How did you get into your career?,' which encourages others to share while allowing them to listen rather than dominate the discussion.Careful preparation before networking events—such as identifying key people to meet, reaching out in advance, and setting clear goals like making three meaningful connections—helps introverts feel more in control and makes the experience less daunting.Although introverts may shy away from the spotlight, embracing opportunities to speak, give testimonials, or lead discussions allows them to establish credibility and expand their network without relying on small talk or forced social interactions. "I am so outspoken about being an introvert exactly to send a message to the people who are a little too close, or just, you know, it's okay to embrace and it's okay to talk about." — Saja Raoof Be That Lawyer is now syndicated on Above the Law! Have you ever been in a meeting where the loudest, shoutiest extroverts won the day? Or ever been told you'd "fit in" a lot better if you socialized more and gave up your time on the weekends to hang out with coworkers? Stinks, doesn't it? In a world so very full of noise and bragging and posturing, how much would change if we used a sense of quiet diplomacy? Welcome to Building Brand You™, the podcast that helps you accelerate your success by unlocking your greatest asset – you. KEY TAKEAWAYS: “The world has a problem and we need to start sharing…owning the problem is what's behind the creation of The Alchemie Network and The Alchemie Foundation.” Alex Jennings Understanding others' strengths and matching that with areas where we are not strong is important in moving away from what's best for me to what's best for us - and that includes our teams, partners, customers and our organisation. When it comes to building high performing teams, a ‘no hire' is better than a ‘bad hire'. Recognising diversity in culture, gender, and social background within your team will lead to business success, only if you remain creative in how you get your team to work. Introverts often find themselves navigating the extroverted seas of academic medicine, where networking events, presentations, and social interactions seem to be everywhere. In the latest episode of the Faculty Factory Podcast, Drs. Margot Cohen and Andrew Orr join our show to share valuable insights on how introverts can excel in a field that often values extroverted qualities. In June 2023, Drs. Cohen and Orr, along with Aditi Kalotra, MD, authored the article, “Twelve Tips for Excelling as an Introvert in Academic Medicine.” It caught our attention here at the Faculty Factory in the best way possible. Dr. Cohen is an Assistant Professor in the Division of Hospital Medicine at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania (Penn Medicine). Dr. Orr, formerly of Penn Medicine, currently serves as Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Division of Hospital Medicine at UCSF in the San Francisco Veterans Administration. Here is the link to the article that was the foundation of this interview, "Twelve Tips for Excelling as an Introvert in Academic Medicine": https://www.tandfonline.com/doi/full/10.1080/0142159X.2023.2216357 Other resources mentioned in this podcast include: "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking" by Susan Cain: https://www.amazon.com/Quiet-Power-Introverts-World-Talking/dp/0307352153 "Knowing Your Personal Brand: What Academics Can Learn From Marketing 101": https://journals.lww.com/academicmedicine/fulltext/2019/09000/knowing_your_personal_brand__what_academics_can.15.aspx Success in academic medicine is not limited to extroverted individuals. By embracing introverted qualities, structuring self-promotion, flexing the extrovert muscle when necessary, and prioritizing self-care, introverts can navigate the academic medicine landscape with confidence. As academic medicine continues to evolve, recognizing and celebrating the diversity of personalities within the field will contribute to a more inclusive and supportive environment for all professionals. In this podcast episode, Phil explores the concept of being a highly sensitive person (HSP) with his guest, Gemma Sandwell, Energy Alignment Coach, Positive Psychology and Wellbeing Practitioner. They discuss the importance of boundaries and how managers and organisations can support and enable highly sensitive individuals to thrive in their work environment. They also touch on the topic of emotional labour and how it may already be happening for highly sensitive people, making it crucial for managers to create a psychologically safe environment. Overall, this podcast provides valuable insights into understanding and supporting highly sensitive individuals in the workplace. Are you making the most of your life by your own definition? In this episode, dedicated to both my grandmother and my partner's dad, I'm sharing 14 reflections on my 35th birthday on life and grief. It's so strange to experience death and life at the same time, but experiencing the death of someone close to you can remind you how short life is and how important it is to make the most of it. It's so common to find ourselves living by other people's rules and letting them tell us what is right or wrong, but how often do you stop to ask yourself what your own rules are? What you value and want for your life is more important than anyone else's opinion. I hope this episode helps you get back to that. Tune in to hear my reflections on life and grief. In Episode 135, we go bigger by talking about blessing an Introverted child. It's natural to ask how raising an introverted kid can benefit anybody in today's world, when getting one's voice heard is seen as crucial to success and advancement. Introverted children tend to be more sensitive and can focus for longer periods of time than their extroverted peers.Insight into their environment and social signals is improved for an introverted child because of this. It's no surprise that many of history's most brilliant minds in art and science also happened to be introverted kids.Tune in now, and let's go bigger, better, and deeper! Shyness is a character trait; it’s not a choice. Ashley’s 10 and 14 year olds are both extremely shy, as is Ashley. David O'Coimin, CEO of The DO Company joins Bold Founder, Caleb Parker, to discuss the ingredients of neuro-inclusive spaces, and his workspace invention called Nook. As Space moves from product to service, it's crucial that we understand our customers and we put them at the center of the universe. Employees have never been more empowered to tell their companies what they want from their workplace like they are today. When we have the choice, we're only going to work in an office if that's where we do our best work. So it's important to create spaces that give people superpowers, and companies agility. In this episode David explains the difference between hyper-sensitive and hypo-sensitive people, and why this matters to creating a desired user experience. We learn about the most important work setting, and how the DO Company makes furniture for offices without having an office themselves. Connect with David on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/davidocoimin/ Connect with Caleb on LinkedIn: https://www.linkedin.com/in/calebparker/ If you have any questions or feedback on this episode, email podcast@workbold.co Value Bombs Employees have never been more empowered to tell their companies what they want from their workplace When we have a choice we're only going to work in an office if that's where we do our best work. The key to productivity is creating office environments that are connected and flexible so people can tap in and personalise their workspace for the exact work they're doing in that moment. The formula of an inclusive space is the personalisation of office products to individual needs through the integration of digital services into physical products Light has a profound effect on our brain's ability to process information, so giving users the ability to control their own lighting impacts productivity The ingredients of a neuro-inclusive space include a variety of work settings The most important work setting is quiet space Resources Toby Mildon: https://www.mildon.co.uk/ Neurodiversity at Work by Theo Smith (and Amanda Kirby): https://www.amazon.co.uk/Neurodiversity-Work-Performance-Productivity-Neurodiverse/dp/1398600245 Kay Sargent, Director of WorkPlace, HOKhttps://www.hok.com/people/leadership/view/kay-sargent/ https://www.linkedin.com/in/kay-sargent-53b2431 The Good Ancestor: https://www.romankrznaric.com/good-ancestor The Next 100 Years: A Forecast for the 21st Century by George Friedman: https://www.amazon.com/Next-100-Years-Forecast-Century/dp/0767923057 Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quiet-Power-Introverts-World-Talking/dp/0141029196 About David O'Coimin David is Founder and CEO of The Do Company. In this episode I look at what is personality, how I links with your career and some tools and resources to help you with this. I talk about the difference about introversion and extroversion and what the differences between being a introvert or extrovert. There are a lot of misconceptions about personality and I also talk about personality tests and what a personality psychologist do linking in with this. I spoke to a lady on the podcast called Gemma Stow we spoke about introversion as she helped introverted business owners you can listen here https://anchor.fm/careerhappiness/episodes/Episode-38---Interview-with-Gemma-Stow-eciqgq I would also recommend if you are interested in personality reading Susan Cain's book Quiet it's all about how you use introversion as a superpower see link here https://www.amazon.co.uk/Quiet-Power-Introverts-World-Talking/dp/0141029196 if you would prefer something more visual then perhaps watch the YouTube video were she does a ted talk instead here https://youtu.be/c0KYU2j0TM4 If you are interested in taking the 16 personalities test see link here https://www.16personalities.com/ There are lots of other tests online but in terms of accuracy a personality psychologist or someone who is trained to give these tests would give you the most accurate result after doing a number of tests. See other links here https://www.truity.com/ - they have tests like the Enneagram test, Big Five and DISC. Your personality can help your career in different ways and I also touch on this more in the episode but it's important to be who you are as opposed to what others what from you. If you haven't listened to the episode about narcissism which links in with personality please go to the link here https://anchor.fm/careerhappiness/episodes/Episode-68-Narcissism-in-the-workplace-eotq3m Also listen to the episode about communication which may help you if you are dealing with difficult people at work https://anchor.fm/careerhappiness/episodes/Episode-55---3-ways-to-communicate-better-with-your-colleagues-ekd3pi If you have any further comments about or questions about the podcast please email me at soma@somaghosh.com Many thanks Soma --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/careerhappiness/message
This is Episode One of our 2-part series on Introverts & Extroverts, where we delve into the differences how these personality traits affect marriages. “The meeting of two personalities is like the contact of two chemical substances; if there is any reaction, both are transformed” The terms "introvert" and "extrovert" were devised by Dr Carl Jung in the 1920s. The common misconception around these terms is that people think that "introverts" are shy, while "extroverts" are "outgoing" -- there are outgoing introverts and shy extroverts. The main difference between these two temperaments comes down to how energy is gained. Extroverts gain energy by surrounding themselves with others, while Introverts gain energy and recharge by spending time alone. There's a 3rd category, called Ambiverts, which are smack in the middle between the two. Introverts are more aware of & sensitive to external stimulation – too much and it overwhelms, just right and they feel comfortable Extroverts, less sensitive to external stimulation, means they thrive on lots of activity, people, talking etc and are wired to seek external reward stimulation. Well-Known INTROVERTS: Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Steven Spielberg, Meryl Streep, Al Gore, Mark Zuckerberg, Hillary Clinton, Michael Jordan, Steve Wozniak, Elon Musk, JK Rowling, Eleanor Roosevelt, Audrey Hepburn, Albert Einstein, Rosa Parks and Mahatma Gandhi. Well-Known EXTROVERTS: Bill Clinton, Oprah, Martin Luther King Jnr, Muhammad Ali, Nelson Mandela, Steve Jobs, Margaret Thatcher…and everybody on TikTok. BIBLE EXTROVERTS? PETER: He was often front and centre in the action: He's first in - Matthew 4:18 “And he (Jesus) said to them, ‘Follow me, and I will make you fishers of men.' Immediately they (Peter and his brother Andrew) left their nets and followed him. ” Peter is fast to jump in the water in Matthew 14:29 “… So Peter got out of the boat and walked on the water and came to Jesus” Peter doesn't ponder – he's fast to ask questions, to understand Jesus' teaching “But Peter said to him (Jesus), ‘Explain the parable to us.'” Matthew 15:15 Peter is not going to hold back, rebuking even Jesus. Matthew 16:22Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee”. Peter goes to extremes John 13:8Peter saith unto him, Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. 9 Simon Peter saith unto him, Lord, not my feet only, but also [my] hands and [my] head!'” Peter takes up the fight John 18:10Then Simon Peter having a sword drew it, and smote the high priest's servant, and cut off his right ear” DAVID: He was often front and centre, and never one to back down from a fight. He was a natural leader and became the King. 2 Samuel 6:13 And it was [so], that when they that bare the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, he sacrificed oxen and fatlings. 14 And David danced before the LORD with all [his] might; and David [was] girded with a linen ephod. 15 So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting, and with the sound of the trumpet. BIBLE INTROVERTS? MOSES presents as a clear introvert Numbers 12:3 Now the man Moses [was] very meek Exodus 3:1 Now Moses kept the flock of Jethro his father in law, the priest of Midian: and he led the flock to the backside of the desert, and came to the mountain of God, [even] to Horeb. Exodus 4:10 And Moses said unto the LORD, O my Lord, I [am] not eloquent, neither heretofore, nor since thou hast spoken unto thy servant: but I [am] slow of speech, and of a slow tongue. 11 And the LORD said unto him, Who hath made man's mouth? or who maketh the dumb, or deaf, or the seeing, or the blind? have not I the LORD? 12 Now therefore go, and I will be with thy mouth, and teach thee what thou shalt say. God also goes on to partner him with Aaron, who is likely an Extrovert, in fact tells that Aaron will speak to the people Exodus 4:16 And he shall be thy spokesman unto the people: and he shall be, [even] he shall be to thee instead of a mouth, and thou shalt be to him instead of God. JESUS? More likely an Ambivert He was clearly involved in any kind of group situation: speaking to crowds of thousands, teaching and leading His small group of disciples, initiating tough one-on-one conversations. He was sociable, as well as having a calming, peaceful nature – all while being able to front up to leadership of His day The key here is – where did Jesus go to recharge? Luke 6:12And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God. Matthew 14:13When Jesus heard [of it], he departed thence by ship into a desert place apart: and when the people had heard [thereof], they followed him on foot out of the cities. Matthew 14:23 And when he had sent the multitudes away, he went up into a mountain apart to pray: and when the evening was come, he was there alone. Matthew 4:1 Then was Jesus led up of the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted of the devil. 2 And when he had fasted forty days and forty nights, he was afterward an hungred. Whether he spend time alone to recharge, or to spend time with his Father, what we do see in Jesus is the best traits, the absolute strengths, of both introverts and extroverts. This week we chat about introverts and extroverts. To explore how certain aspects of society have been set up to benefit the extrovert. The traditional education system caters very much for the extrovert. Gines and Matt talk about the benefit of knowing which one you are. By knowing this it will help you decipher what you need to recharge and also what takes energy from you. In stems from last week's chat about knowing yourself. Both introvert a and extroverts are very powerful in their own right. We are in interesting times right that the world has turned a little introverted with Covid-19 restrictions and how this plays a role in taking energy from the extroverts that want to be around people, however, it gives to the introverts. Coding with empathy is one of the Corgibytes' core principles, underlying everything we talk about on this show. But not since 2016 have we taken a step back and dived deep into the subject of empathy, what it means, and how to practice it. Today we talk with Indi Young, a speaker, writer, and UX researcher dedicated to empowering makers and menders to know their problem space through empathy and deep understanding of people's purposes. Indi is an author of two books - Mental Models and Practical Empathy. She tells us how to bring empathy to the developer's table and understand the user's needs beyond what data reveals. SUMMARY This week we’re looking at research that demonstrates faking extraversion as a way to boost well-being. Seriously - what’s all that about? And what might it mean for leaders? TRANSCRIPT Welcome to episode 52 of the Leadership Today podcast where each week we tackle one of today’s biggest leadership challenges. This week we’re looking at research that demonstrates faking extraversion as a way to boost well-being. There is a well established link between the personality trait of extraversion and positive affect. That is, the more extraverted someone is, the greater their positive feelings and broader well-being. Now, I’ll just pause there to allow time for our introverted half of the audience click on unsubscribe. But as the cigarette company funded Hans Eysenck demonstrated, extraverts are more likely to smoke and over eat, so it’s not all smooth sailing on the other side of the fence. I’ll pause there to allow time for the remainder of my audience to also click on unsubscribe. Okay - so our personality preferences all come with benefits and draw backs. But exploring the potential benefits of acting more extraverted on well-being is a legitimate area of study. Well, as of August 2019, the initial results are in. The researchers from the University of California proposed that behaving in an extraverted way should provide a short-term boost in well-being. How did they get people to act more introverted and extraverted? Well, they actually had each person do both. Participants were split into two groups, with half instructed to behave like an extravert for a week, then as an introvert for a week, with the other half doing the opposite. The participants completed various assessments along the way. In the extraverted week participants were asked to act as talkative, assertive and spontaneous as they could. In the introverted week they were asked to act as deliberate, quiet and reserved as they could. During the extraverted week, people saw a significant increase in well-being. This included higher ratings of positive affect, connectedness and flow. The researchers also found that asking people to behave in an introverted way decreased well-being. These findings are similar to other research quoted in the study where people commuting to work on trains and buses were asked to either speak with a stranger or remain silent. Those who spoke with strangers saw a boost to their positive feelings, while those who remained silent didn’t. But what makes the difference? Was it being talkative, being assertive, or being spontaneous? And do I really need to act outside my personality preference to get the well-being benefits linked to extraversion? After reading the study, I think these behavioural changes are all possible without working outside of our personality preference. You can be more assertive while still being introverted. It’s a behaviour. You can make a greater effort to connect with other people while still being introverted. Again, it’s a behaviour. And you can choose to be more spontaneous and adventurous while still being introverted. I believe it’s better to think of these as generally beneficial activities and ways of interacting, rather than attempts to change our personalities. I think one of the key takeaways from this research for leaders is the importance of building connections with others. That, independent of our personality preference for introversion or extraversion, we all need other people and we all want to belong. One of the leadership styles I explore with groups is what I call Connecting. This isn’t just about connecting directly with individuals you lead, it’s also about helping those you lead to make connections with others across the organisation. This helps to provide support while also boosting a sense of belonging, just like those people on the bus or train taking the time to talk with a stranger. As leaders, we can boost well-being and performance by using a Connecting leadership style. The other key takeaway is helping people to boost their assertiveness - being able to explore other’s perspectives while also presenting my own views and opinions clearly and confidently. If you want to learn more about that, you can check out episode 6 on Assertiveness, and you can also keep an eye out for my online Boost Your Assertiveness course which I’m currently trialing prior to a September launch. But as a leader, I can encourage people to share their views, and also take the time to listen to alternative views. We can boost the assertiveness in our organisations, not just in our people. If you’re interested in exploring the benefits of introversion, I recommend Susan Cain’s excellent book Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking. She also has a great TED talk which I’ve linked to in the show notes. There are benefits from talking less and listening more. I think it’s entirely possible to work on our listening at the same time as we work on building connections and assertiveness. Unlike extraversion and introversion, they’re not opposite ends of a scale. Now, I came across the research on extraversion and well-being via the excellent British Psychological Society Research Digest. I highly recommend checking that out and I’ve provided a link in the show notes. Being an introvert doesn't mean you're shy or socially anxious; it just means you're different from extroverts, in ways that can make you a uniquely good manager. In a society that sometimes makes much of the extroverted among us, the thoughts in today's podcast are for those of you who are managers or are on teams managed by managers with introverted qualities. Our guest today is Kelly Hochstetler, Director of Finance Outreach and Compliance, self-identified introvert, and fantastic boss (and no, we're not just saying that because she's our boss). Part of our Tandem Nomad community includes military spouses who share the same challenges and ambitious as all other expat partners. Today we hear about one particular military spouse, Erica McMannes, who shares how she started her portable startup and began generating revenue in under a year. “Give up perfectionism, when you start a business you cannot know everything.” Erica McMannes started out her career path in 2003 working for the American Army in various director and leadership positions. Erica is also a military spouse and after 10 years, 6 moves within the US and abroad, 2 kids, and limited traditional job opportunities, she had to get creative! She found a way to find fulfillment and income that meshed well with the unpredictable military lifestyle. Her entrepreneurial spirit started when she joined a veteran-owned start-up as a consultant and managed to find the flexibility she was looking for. The sparked her interest in entrepreneurism and in 2016, Erica co-founded her own startup, called MadSkills (https://hiremadskills.com) , a company that sources virtual work opportunities for military spouses to clients ready to outsource. “We discovered that there was a lot of work to do just to bring awareness on the amazing talents of the spouses’ community who help corporations thrive and grow” Highlights from this episode Similarities between expat spouses and military spouses dual career challenges The career challenges and opportunities for military spouses Erica’s “a-ha” moment, how she had this business idea and launched the startup Mad Skills. As I try to fit him into boxes like introvert, depression and wizard, he nimbly avoids all the labels and reaches instead for the specifics and universals of this strange experience we call being human. This week, we're debuting a new segment called Question of Note. Every other week, we'll take a listener's question -- your question! -- and find just the right the person to answer it. See them all here as we go along. Got a Question of Note you'd like answered? Email notetoself@wnyc.org with a voice memo. Here's how. "On a recent weekend, I took a complete digital sabbatical, as in I locked my iPhone, iPad and MacBook in a drawer and completely disconnected. It was glorious. I'm constantly torn between the speed and efficiency of digital tools and the quiet and relaxation of analog ones. So as a quiet person, how do you find quiet space to work and think in the digital era?" — James Bedell, New York James isn't the only one asking this question. We get dozens of emails from people who feel drained by constant pressure to socialize online, and estimates say one half to one third of the population leans toward introverted. So, we took it to introvert advocate extraordinaire Susan Cain, author of the book "Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World that Can't Stop Talking" and founder of Quiet Revolution. "We live in a society that is telling everyone to be an extrovert," Cain says on this week's episode. "What that leads to is a colossal waste of energy, and talent, and ultimately, happiness." The digital version of our society is no exception. Listen above for Cain's advice on recharging your batteries, proverbial and otherwise. Here are three of her tips to feed your inner introvert: 1. Pick a number. If interacting with people on Facebook is important to you, do it. If networking matters for your job, do it. But put a cap on the amount of time you're going to spend on that network and stick to it. 2. No FOMO. There is too much information out there to process it all. This is a fact. So when you do set aside time for yourself, take it without guilt. In Cain's words: "It's basically setting boundaries and letting go of that fear of missing out on that stuff you're not going to do." 3. Explain to the extroverts among us. Sometimes, setting visible hard boundaries can help, even on a smaller scale than James' full-weekend detox. Put an appointment on your Outlook calendar for time to think. Wear headphones at your desk so coworkers don't interrupt you (

I bet you might have even watched Susan Cain's viral video on Ted.com. So far it has 3 million plus views and growing everyday. Susan has written a wonderful book on the assets and struggles of being an introvert. She is a self confessed introvert, I took the test on her website, and I also am an overwhelming introvert. So what is the scoop on these interesting creatures that don't appear to fit into society as well as the extroverts do? What can, and do, they bring to the table? Talents & gifts that go unnoticed, and unrecognized, in a society that seems to only reward boisterous, loud, "squeaky-wheel-gets-the-grease" kind of behavior. Susan explains how in America's early days the strong, silent, pensive, type was a big part of where new innovations came from in this country. While the extroverts are the face, the introverts are the brains. (my words not hers) Why? Because they have more time for thinking.... Both personality types bring an equally important value to the table. But in recent years it appears the introvert's value has decreased, I believe, at the sacrifice of new and innovative technology in America. That, and the fact that many 1st & 2nd grade classes were strewn about with 3/4 of the kids on Ritalin. That pretty much snuffs out creativity and critical thinking, but that's a story for another time. Get her book! Susan Cain is "right on" with everything. People love her and what she has to say. Popular American business culture says that the more someone "participates" by talking aloud during a meeting or networking event, the more "active," "friendly" and "supportive" they are. This (erroneous) definition ignores the fact that many quiet, introverted people are also "active," "friendly" and "supportive," just in a different way. In this interview with Barbara Saunders, a "formerly shy introvert," we discuss: What is the correct definition of an introvert? What are common misconceptions people make about introverts and why? How can you tell if you or someone you love is an introvert? How can we design our training, meetings and events to be introvert-friendly, and maximize their contribution in a way that respects their style Find Barbara at http://www.barbararuthsaunders.com or on Twitter @bsaunders Some books we discussed on the call: Gifts Differing by Isabel Briggs Meyers http://www.amazon.com/Gifts-Differing-Understanding-Personality-Type/dp/089106074X Party of One: The Loners' Manifesto by Anneli Rufus http://www.amazon.com/Party-One-The-Loners-Manifesto/dp/1569245134 Quiet: The Power of Introverts in a World That Can't Stop Talking by Susan Cain http://www.amazon.com/Quiet-Power-Introverts-World-Talking/dp/0307352145 Susan Cain's TED Talk: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c0KYU2j0TM4 http://www.amazon.com/Gifts-Differing-Understanding-Personality-Type/dp/089106074X
