Show SummaryOn today's episode, we're featuring a conversation with Navy Veteran and military spouse Melissa Washington. Melissa is the CEO of the Women Veterans Alliance, Women Veterans Giving, and publisher of Women Veterans Magazine. Provide FeedbackAs a dedicated member of the audience, we would like to hear from you about the show. Please take a few minutes to share your thoughts about the show in this short feedback survey. By doing so, you will be entered to receive a signed copy of one of our host's three books on military and veteran mental health. About Today's GuestMelissa Washington, Navy Veteran, Founder & CEO: Award-winning advocate, speaker, author, entrepreneur, CEO, publisher, Radio Show Host, and proud Navy veteran Melissa A. Washington wears many hats. Yet woven throughout her diverse pursuits is a mission of service—and a passion to empower her fellow women veterans. The daughter of a Bronze Star Army Vietnam War veteran, Melissa grew up in San Francisco's East Bay. Fiercely independent as a child, she spent many afternoons in her family's video store, developing an early sense of business acumen. That enterprising spirit continued into her teenage years when Melissa began training for a career in early childhood education while still in high school. But something else sparked in Melissa just as she was finishing her certification. Seeking to expand her world and serve her country, the 18-year-old enlisted in the Navy, spending three years on active duty and five years in the reserve. She did a 6-month "Med Cruise" and a 6-month "West Pac" deployment during her active duty. That formative experience set her life on a completely new trajectory—not only taking her across the globe and teaching her vital lessons but also introducing Melissa to her husband and, ultimately, inspiring her to transform thousands of lives. In the mid-nineties, she chose to leave the Navy early, having witnessed the burdens that come with a dual-service family. While her husband would remain in the Marine Corps for 21 years, Melissa embarked on a new path, earning her bachelor's degree in business management. She followed with a decade-long career in corporate recruiting and human resources, working with such entities as Nissan, Oracle, Tickets.com, Randstad, and the 2002 Winter Olympics. But in 2009, amid The Great Recession, Melissa was laid off. Despite the setback, she relied on her military training—which taught her to be adaptable and resourceful—and her innate sense of resilience. Above all, Melissa saw an opportunity to reinvent herself once again.Initially, she held LinkedIn workshops from her dining room table, imparting her vital knowledge to others. Soon, she was hosting larger workshops, which eventually grew into speaking engagements with hundreds of attendees. In 2011, she established Melissa Washington, Inc., a consulting service catering to businesses and individuals that incorporates LinkedIn for research, recruiting, job seeking, and collaboration. After four years at LinkedIn, where Melissa managed global meetings, she returned to her entrepreneurial roots. But this time, she focused on her fellow women veterans. A natural networker, Melissa initially sought to connect with her peers outside of traditional veterans' organizations. Yet, the more meetups she planned, the more she realized the need for a dedicated support system for women veterans. In 2015, what started as a local meetup turned into Women Veterans Alliance—a global organization that seeks to empower and positively impact the lives of women veterans. Three years later, she established the nonprofit wing of WVA, Women Veterans Giving. Both entities offer women veterans opportunities to gain valuable career experience and successfully integrate back into civilian life. WVG also helps fund women veteran-owned businesses, which other organizations often overlook. To date, they have awarded over $20k to women in veteran-owned businesses. In 2016, created and produced the first "Women Veterans Unconference."  Developed The Beyond Call of Duty Award Honoring Sgt Nicole Gee to honor and recognize the women in our communities. In 2021, Melissa expanded her role in the community by co-founding Women Veterans Magazine—the first publication of its kind to address the issues affecting women veterans and provide them with local and national resources. Aside from serving as CEO of WVA and WVG and publisher of Women Veterans Magazine, Melissa stays busy as an in-demand public speaker whose topics range from Maximizing Impact to Unlocking the Power of Purpose. She speaks regularly at conferences and events around the country and has spoken at over 100 events—presenting for the likes of Marriott, the Urban League, Blue Diamond, and IMEX America. Melissa has also appeared on the Dr. Phil Show and the Lifetime Channel's The Balancing Act, as well as on SiriusXM, iHeartRadio, ABC, NBC, CBS, and Fox, among others.Additionally, Melissa is the author of Get Back to Work: Smart & Savvy Real-World Strategies to Make Your Next Career Move (FriesenPress, 2014). And Unstoppable: Being Fierce, Fearless & Unf*ckwithable in Life and Business, based on her experiences with WVA, which offers practical advice on creating a meet-up group and becoming an influencer within one's community (Brave Healer Productions, 2022).A longtime resident of Northern California, Melissa was a 2011 recipient of the Sacramento Business Journal's prestigious 40 Under 40 award and was among the Journal's Women Who Mean Business honorees in 2017. She has also been recognized by the National Association of Women Business Owners with an Outstanding Women Leader Visionary Award and received the 2016 Soroptimist Ruby Award, which recognizes women helping women. In 2019, she received the Center for Women Veterans' Trailblazer Award.   In 2022, she received her first Federal Appointment to the Small Business Administration Advisory Committee on Veteran Business Affairs (ACVBA).   In 2022, Thrive Causemetics Inc. featured a "Melissa" Warm Sienna Sheer Strength Hydrating Lip Tint to honor her infinite impact on the community.   In 2023, she started Veteran.Events to provide event services to the veteran and military community. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Jarrod, and daughter, Maya. In addition to being an avid genealogist, Melissa loves vacationing with her family—particularly trips that involve a beach. Her grandfather, a WWII Army Air Corps/Air Force Veteran who received the Bronze Star and Air Medal with Oak Leaf Clusters, served in the 509th Bomb Squad AC in the Eastern European Theater with 37 missions over Germany. Her husband is a retired Marine who served in combat in Desert Shield, Desert Storm, and Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF).Links Mentioned in this Episode Women Veterans Alliance Web SitePsychArmor Resource of the WeekFor this week's PsychArmor resource of the week is the PsychArmor course, Women Veterans Series. We're planning a four-part panel series on California's Crazy Housing Market, taking a look at why it's crazy, can it ever calm down, and what can be done -- economically, politically, and locally -- to make it easier for renters and homebuyers to afford a roof over their heads in this state. BOM Call Episode 93 - Business Owners Biggest Challenges Series 3 of 3 WELCOME to Business Owner Challanges call series 3 of 3. I am going to share my expertise and skills to address challenges, and provide you with the best possible outcomes. In my Business Owner Challenges Series I collect data and find out the biggest challenges real business owners are facing today. We live in rapidly changing times, especially for businesses. Consider that, in a single generation, businesses have had to adapt to entirely new marketing channels (web and social), decide how to invest in and utilize new technologies, and compete on a global stage. Let’s Get to Work! Today I will be addressing How to Stay Current and Letting Go of Processes and Procedures that are NOT working. Staying Current: Small business owners can be so busy they forget to keep up with what’s current in their sector. It takes so much time just to keep on top of the work that blue-sky thinking can seem an unnecessary burden. Nevertheless, you need to keep up. When you’re scheduling your week, don’t forget to allocate time to track competitors and undertake awareness-raising activities such as reading (or writing) blog posts. Create Google Alerts, use Twitter hashtags to keep up with what’s trending, and mine the wealth of free, and very targeted online information out there on sites like newsnow. If you can schedule days out to go to sector conferences and exhibitions, the payback in terms of contacts and potential sales can be massive. Research events thoroughly to make sure that their target audience is precisely your target client group. If an event is really important, you could also investigate becoming a speaker, positioning yourself as a thought leader among your peers. Try to set aside up to two hours each week to do one or more of the following activities to help you keep current: Subscribe to Business Journals, Magazines and Newspapers Subscribing to a couple publications can yield big dividends for your business. Bloomberg Business Week, Consumer Reports, Fast Company, Inc, Financial Times, Wall Street Journal, Wired and this website, Small Business Trends, are just a few of the popular mainstream business publications that cover the latest small business and economic trends. Keep publications where you spend the most time so you can quickly access them, both online and offline. If you subscribe to print editions, publications often provide free and full access to the digital version, which typically includes interactive content such as informative videos and helpful online tools. Engage on Social Media One of the best ways to stay connected is through social media. Through LinkedIn and Facebook groups, you can exchange tips with those within your industry. Groups are also a good place to ask questions about emerging trends and best practice. Create Twitter lists of influential people in your industry to track what movers and shakers are talking about it in real time. Google+ also has communities where you can find what’s trending and ask other small business owners about industry patterns they are seeing. Check out MeetUp to find gatherings of others in your industry where you can discuss business trends in person. Keep an Eye on Business Stats Agencies such as the Bureau of Economic Analysis, Census Bureau and National Bureau of Economic Research all report industry data and statistics that will help you get an idea of national, regional and state trends. Join Industry Associations Although you may not be able to fully commit to an industry or trade organization, joining one can be beneficial to your business. These groups are a great way to network and explore how others in your field are addressing challenges and developing new ways to serve their customers. Take Advantage of Free Training SCORE,the Small Business Administration and Small Business DevelopmentCenters all have free online training, courses, webinars, blogs and other resources that will help you expand your business and stay up-to-date on important national issues related to your business. As a small business owner, you know that time is money. So devoting just a small amount of time to understanding emerging trends in your industry can yield big dividends. Letting Go of Procedures and/or Processes that are NOT working: "WHEN IT'S TIME TO GROW, IT'S TIME TO LET GO"! FEAR. It’s probably the most powerful force that holds you back from accomplishing anything. It’s a well known fact that more than 90% of startups fails; there is a 100% chance that as an entrepreneur you will meet failure at least once. If you let those points stop you from taking that first step, you’ve already lost the game. Going for it knowing you will fail is what makes a real and successful entrepreneur later on. “…money is not the motivating factor….money is the trophy you get from doing a job well; and a lot of people don’t understand that and what they do is they reach for money first. Well I’m not reaching for money, I’m reaching for development, I’m reaching for the top, the best, and I know that once you do those things, then the money is the reward…” Figure out if and how to rely on your staff to run your business that way you want, and expect, it to be run. Here’s the key. Your staff must be up to it. In conclusion, overcoming the main challenges that small businesses face involves a number of key actions: 1. Use software to manage your cashflow and keep money rolling in 2. Delegate, automate, and set aside time for yourself 3. Target your most profitable customers to maximize your returns 4. Work hard to create employee satisfaction 5. Ruthlessly cut back your overheads 6. Keep your finger firmly on the pulse of your sector With forethought and tenacity, there’s no issue that can’t be overcome. As a business entrepreneur you already have these skills in abundance, and applying them to boost your business should come naturally. YOUR EGO. It goes back to that saying that in order to be able to lead, you have to learn how to follow first. Some entrepreneurs just can’t drop their huge egos that make them the douchebag “bosses” they think they are; they fail to realize that real respect is earned through modesty and grace. Jason Strauss, co-founder of some of the hottest nightclubs in the world like Marquee and Tao, shared what annoys him most about entrepreneurs who think they are bigger than they are: “…A lot of entrepreneurs get into a business and their operating almost like a CEO standard and they haven’t gone from the ground up. They have an idea and they want to be a president and they’re sitting there managing employees, but they’ve never been an actual employee.” LAZINESS. If there are two things an entrepreneur needs to have to reach success, it’s balls and the drive to do whatever it takes- most of the time, it just takes a ton of hard work. I know too many young entrepreneurs who’s definition of hard work is a few measly hours a day spent on their startup. A real entrepreneur knows that working on a startup is realistically a 24/7 job with no days off. If you want to reach success, you have to accept that there’s no path to real success without going through hard work. Please email my assistant Ashley at avandenburg@johnpyron.co what other challenges have you faced, and how have you overcome them? WHO IS JOHN PYRON “THE SALES DOCTOR”? BOM Call Episode 91 - Business Owners Biggest Challenges Series 2 of 3 Over the last few months I have taken the time to interview business owners and find out the biggest challenges they face today. Last week I discussed cash flow issues, having too much overhead and finding and retaining customers, so you have enough not only to have a very successful business but enough personal finances as well! WELCOME to Business Owner Challanges call series 2 of 3. I am going to share my expertise and skills to address challenges, and provide you with the best possible outcomes. We live in rapidly changing times, especially for businesses. Consider that, in a single generation, businesses have had to adapt to entirely new marketing channels (web and social), decide how to invest in and utilize new technologies, and compete on a global stage. Let’s Get to Work! Here are the top 6 challenges business owners are facing today and ideas how to tackle them: 1. Cash Flow Issues (Disussed in Series 1) Money problems in their various forms are top of most lists of company woes, and for small businesses the major worries are clients stalling payments, unexpected outgoings, and outstanding bills that won’t wait to be paid. There are some tried and tested money management tools that can help you to manage cashflow, multi-talented apps that can create budgets, automate bill payments, alert you to unusual outgoings and provide a free credit score. Using online invoices and reminders is also a powerful way to persuade reluctant clients to part with money. There is great software out there that can do this for you, including Hiveage, which provides free invoicing and can accept payments and automatically charge clients. 2. Tiredness or Burnout (I will be going over this on 11/1 Tuesday's call) It’s tempting to try to do everything if you’re a small business owner, and long hours add pressure. Fatigue can leave you disorganised, forgetful and in a bad mood, not paying as much attention to clients as you should, and making mistakes. Business owners have to pace themselves, which includes embracing strategic delegation, something that for any highly motivated individual isn’t an easy ask. Start by identifying business elements that don’t require your expertise, such as mailing, and take on an assistant, even part-time, to help out – after all, it’s an investment that frees you up to do what you do best! You could also consider delegating tasks that are outside your skillset to specialists, such as accountants or legal experts – the results will likely be more professional and can save you endless headaches. You could also invest in automation of simple functions, for instance by using customer service apps like Zendesk, or financial management solutions like NetSuite. It’s important to get on top of these things, because taking time out is critical for your health and wellbeing, not to mention family relationships. Get into the habit of segmenting your day – analyze when and how you work best, the time you’d like to put into leisure or family, and create schedules that identify key activities and how long they’re likely to take. 3. Finding and Retaining Profitable Customers (Discussed on last BOM call - REMEMBER YOUR BEST REVENUE WILL COME FROM ALREADY ESTABLISHED CLIENTS)!!! There is a business adage that you need customers with a problem only you can solve, and it’s for you to identify that unique selling point and communicate it clearly to your would-be customers. You can start by researching your customer base, and identifying the characteristics of your existing best customers (those with the highest volume of sales, and the most repeat custom). Make sure you integrate into this analysis any costs associated with particular customers, so you have a clear view of their net value to you. Once you’ve done this you can focus your energies on attracting new clients from your most profitable segment, carefully differentiating your offer to ensure it appeals directly to this type of customer. To understand what customers want, you can ask for feedback from current best clients, which also counts as part of your follow-up engagement – another ‘must do’ when you’re looking at keeping valued partners. Find out what forums or other types of social media these customers use, and make sure you’re in there and taking notes. 4. Motivating Employees (Tune in to this Tuesday, 11/1 call, I will be providing your tips on how to have the BEST employees)!!! Employee buy-in is very important for small businesses in particular, as there tend to be fewer of them and apathy has a greater impact. There’s a real need to understand what employees want (other than a million pound paycheck), and there are a few possibilities to boost employee engagement for when this isn’t an option. Ensuring employees are happy and productive means communicating clearly, and being approachable. Good companies foster a relaxed atmosphere where staff feel able to talk to management. Perks like free tea and coffee, free biscuits or fruit, and staff Christmas parties cost relatively little and can really help create a favourable impression. You should also ask for employee feedback on their needs – this is not an option, it’s a must. Too many businesses don’t look at what their employees want, assume everything is fine, then wonder why they have a high staff turnover. 5. Having Too Many Overheads Overheads are a big small business issue, and excessive overheads have driven many otherwise good companies to the wall. Resolving them involves paying close attention to what customers actually want and providing products or services sharply tailored to suit. This means working out what customers need and trimming back gold plating or unnecessary services, or elements of products that they won’t use or aren’t interested in. Analyzing your transactions and asking existing customers what they want is helpful. Where you add value, make sure that it doesn’t increase overheads (for example through well-judged deals on less-popular products, or other offers that benefit both you and the customer). And don’t forget to ask yourself hard questions, such as whether you need that new car or printer, or whether it’s just for show… 6. Staying Current Small business owners can be so busy they forget to keep up with what’s current in their sector. Episode 90 – “2017 – Are You Ready?” It’s not too soon to start thinking about how you’re going to make 2017 a success for your company. Here are 5 areas I am providing you with to start 2017 out STRONG!!! YOUR BUDGET: There could be a number of reasons why your business is not achieving its financial targets: 1) Sales are down, either because of a decline in the market or because of competitors, or most likely....You're not taking the right actions; 2) Margins declined while your costs stayed the same. A lot of people create a budget to control spending, and thereby limiting their opportunity for growth. But the secret is to increase spending and increase revenues. Can you be charging more for a product or service? Are there additional things you can be selling to existing customers? On this episode of The 10x Business Owners Mastermind Call, John Pyron "The Sales Doctor" is going to share with you step-by-step how to dramatically increase your sales over the next 2 months, so you can finish 2016 strong and go into 2017 with massive Momentum. Between now and the call, really dive into your financials and figure out what is working and what isn’t. CONSIDER YOUR ASSETS: Your company’s most important asset is its people. Are yours being heard? Your employees can be one of your best resources in terms of business decisions. Figure out what ideas may have been suppressed and bring them into action. ARE YOU USING THE RIGHT SYSTEMS: It could be time to consider if your company is using the right technology to maximize profits. While it can be tedeious to research and invest in new technology, and then get an entire company on board with it, new technology could be the difference between your business succeeding and failing. ARE YOUR KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS CLEAR & MEASUREABLE: Make sure each department understands their expectations. Real employee engagement starts with your team members agreeing with “I know what’s expected of me at work”. Having clear KPIs allow you to manage more objectively and determine areas of improvement. SHARE YOUR VISION: Be realistic with your team about what potential downfalls the company could experience, your time frame for getting things back on track, and what each department should be trying to achieve individually. I am here to tell you thetre is still plenty of time left in 2016 to examine these areas and create changes that lead to better outcomes in 2017. WHO IS JOHN PYRON “THE SALES DOCTOR”? "AVERAGE EMPLOYEES COST YOU MONEY, BUT PERFECT EMPLOYEES MAKE YOU MONEY!!!" "Great people versus okay people is the difference between success and mediocrity" Are you a small to medium size business owner, HR manager or a Recruiting Professional??? Successful businesses understand the importance of making the right hiring decisions. This is why companies spend an average of $3,300 per hire just on recruiting the right person. In the United States alone, it’s estimated that $72 billion a year is spent on recruiting and hiring. Even with all the time, money, and energy spent on finding the right hire, mistakes are still made, and these mistakes are costly. Hiring the wrong person can result in astronomical costs for your company. The cost of replacing an employee is estimated to be around one-fifth of their salary, so those costs mount quickly However, the consequences of a wrong hire go beyond turnover costs; there are also costs associated with a disrupted company culture, decreased work production, and potential loss of customers and revenue. Although companies know the importance of making the right hiring decision, they still make easily avoidable mistakes. By watching out for the following pitfalls, as well as taking these proactive steps. In this episode I will teach you how to decrease bad hiring decisions and save money over the long run! A key to small business success is finding and hiring “perfect” employees–people who exemplify the ideals of your business and become long-term, loyal workers. Paying attention to these 10 key factors will help you identify and hire top-notch employees: 1. Good fit—Your best employees need to have skills that are a good fit for their jobs. You can determine if a candidate possesses the right skills through open-ended questions, written questionnaires, problem-solving exercises, take-home assignments, and other challenges that test a person’s ability to perform a specific job. If an employee is unable to do the job they were hired to do, it will reflect poorly on everyone involved in the hiring process and, most importantly, your business will be negatively affected. 2. Integrity and work ethic—Hire honest people who have high integrity. 3. Motivation—Employees should be motivated beyond just receiving a paycheck to do the best jobs they can. They should have drive, an interest in the job and the company, and be willing to perform above and beyond their job descriptions. There are a variety of methods you can use to motivate employees, but each employee must also have a certain amount of inherent motivation. 4.Talent—It is important to identify and recruit talented employees who possess a natural ability to think through complex and evolving situations while on the job. They are often the ones who come up with innovative ways to improve job performance. Learn to rely on talented employees to help move your business forward. Few successful businesses are “one-man operations.” 5. High performance—Good employees should be high performers for the tasks assigned. They push themselves and others to work at peak performance and, in turn, deliver high-quality products and services to customers. High performers also can be an inspiration to other employees to reach higher personal and business goals. 6. Initiative—Since it it can be difficult for a small business to micromanage each employee, you should strive to hire employees who can think and work independently. Employees who require constant supervision, guidance, and monitoring impede production and efficiency. 7. Follow the rules—Good employees follow the rules of acceptable behavior with managers, coworkers, and customers. Employees who do not follow the rules can “poison” other employees into imitating the same bad behavior. Businesses should not tolerate employees who consistently show up late, do low-quality work, or treat customers poorly. 8. Fits the culture—It’s important to find employees who fit the culture and vision that your business has created. During a job interview, ask a candidate pertinent questions that will give you a true picture of their personality. A bad fit today will cause problems tomorrow; a good fit today will help propel your small business into the future. 9. Works well with others—Your small business should have a well-functioning team of employees. Dissatisfied and unhappy workers lower everyone’s morale and performance. During the interview process, try to determine if a potential new employee will get along with others, be a team player, and pitch in when needed, even if the task is not in their job description. 10. Advocate for the business—Employees should be goodwill ambassadors for your company. The enthusiasm of excited employees will rub off on others: employees and customers. Passionate employees enjoy their jobs and spread their passion to others.   WHO IS JOHN PYRON “THE SALES DOCTOR”?   John is an International Business & Sales Expert and is the CEO of John Pyron Coaching , which has trained thousands of people across 10 countries in business and sales principles. Episode 87: “5 Strategies Guaranteed to Improve Client Retention” How would you like to retain your clients for years? If so, then join me, John Pyron “The Sales Doctor”, at 10:30am Pacific Time on Tuesday, September 27, 2016 where we will unpack Episode 87 of The 10x Business Owners Mastermind Call “Client Retention Strategies”. Dial in Number: (518) 530-1840 Meeting ID: 875-080-865. Also, tune into this channel for the Facebook Live feed at 10:30am Pacific Time. Client retention is arguably one of the most important aspects of your business. It takes a lot of hard work to draw clients into your business, whether that be through online or offline efforts, so it's important that you work to keep these clients more than satisfied once they actually decide to work with your company. Unfortunately, many small business owners focus too much on the before and not enough on the after when it comes to their clients. If you want those all-important referrals in the future and if you want to keep your business solid, it's your current clients that are going to be your biggest asset. In other words, it's those that continually come back for services that help your business remain stable and give you the leeway to experiment and grow, so you absolutely have to focus on retention. No matter how much hard work you put into retaining clientele, it's important to understand you're not going to get them all coming back for more. However, knowing how to put in the effort can help you keep a few along the way, and eventually you'll start to see these loyal customers building up and becoming part of your long-term success strategy. On this call, I will deliver “5 Strategies Guaranteed to Improve Client Retention” Can’t make the call? This is the recording of the 10x Business Owner's Mastermind call that was held on August 16, 2016     TODAY’S TOPIC “Keys to go from 6 to 7 Figures in Your Business”   What does it take to grow your business from six to seven figures? You need to stop thinking like a bootstrapping entrepreneur and more like a CEO. It's time to treat your company like a grown-up business.   In January of 2007, I did just that. I decided to act like a CEO. We had just finished building a business from $0 to $385,000 in one year, and I thought I had arrived. I was full of myself, ego a mile wide, and it felt like I was invincible. Thank God my Mentor, Mike Sastre, had the guts to tell me the truth about success in business. He told me that most Business Owners that get to Six Figures never make it to Seven Figures because of ego and the lack of ability to embrace certain habits that are required to make it to 7 figures, and even fewer are able to repeat the success.   It was very sobering, and humbling, for I realized that even though I had made it to 6 figures, I would never make it to 7 figures if I didn’t listen to him and act on what he was saying. He taught me 7 habits that every Business Owner needs to embrace if they want to get to, and maintain, a 7+ figure business.   What happened over the next 3 years proved that what he taught me that day works, and still works today, not only in my business, but those I coach one-on-one as well. At the end of 2007, we hit $665,000; at the end of 2008, we hit $1,037,000 with 12 employees, and in 2009, we hit $1,048,000 with 6 employees. What was happening to the economy from 2007-2009? That’s right, it was collapsing, yet we grew 63.9% and ended up in the center page of the Sacramento Business Journal.   So what John!! Why do I care you ask? What does this have to do with me?   Well, on this edition of the 10x Business Owner’s Mastermind Call, I am going to share with you what those 7 habits are, how you can implement them yourself, and exactly what you need to do to take your business from wherever it is at now and accelerate your business to 7 figures faster, with the profit to go along with it. We are going to talk about the key shifts in scale, business organization, marketing, and of course mind-set, that have to occur to ramp up your business from the 6 to 7 figure transition.   Join me on this call for some great content and I will be taking live calls to provide one-on-one coaching for you and your business.   John is an International Business & Sales Expert and is the CEO of John Pyron Coaching , which has trained thousands of people across 10 countries in business and sales principles.
