BONUS: How to Build Teams That Think, Own, and Execute Without Burnout What if the problem isn't your people—but how your leadership shows up? In this episode, Sid Jashnani unpacks how Agile thinking, EOS (the Entrepreneurial Operating System), and his DELTA Delegation Ladder can help leaders build teams that truly own outcomes, execute without micromanagement, and grow the business—without burning out leaders or teams. The Breaking Point: When Smart People Don't Own Outcomes "I realized that I was the system, I was the bottleneck. And I was the one orchestrating everything. And if I were to step away for just going for dinner with my family, I would still get a call from someone." Around 2014, Sid was running a thriving systems integration company with great people—people he trusted and loved working with. But they weren't owning outcomes. They were busy, but not always productive. Every decision fell back on Sid, and when the calls kept coming during family dinners, he started responding with irritation and sarcasm—a leadership pattern he knew was unsustainable. That moment of self-awareness became the catalyst for change. Sid realized the problem wasn't his team's competence; it was his inability to get them aligned, accountable, and clear on expectations. That's when he discovered EOS—a business operating system created by Gino Wickman that orchestrates how you set priorities, run meetings, connect with your team, and track your numbers. Over the next few years, implementing EOS across his organization brought the clarity, accountability, and discipline his business needed. Where Agile and EOS Overlap: Trust Through Structure "The real overlap is trust through structure. If there's no structure, then I'm not accountable to you. I can do whatever." Sid sees deep parallels between Agile and EOS. Both are allergic to hero culture. Both push decisions as close to the work as possible. Both rely on cadence—sprints, weekly meetings, daily stand-ups—to create rhythm without micromanagement. And both use visibility, numbers, and scorecards to keep teams aligned. But the real overlap, as Sid frames it, is trust through structure. In EOS, teams are structured through an accountability chart: who owns what outcome, who reports to whom, and how success is defined for each role. Without that structure, accountability becomes optional, and without accountability, trust never forms. Sid connects this directly to Patrick Lencioni's The Five Dysfunctions of a Team—where trust sits at the base of the pyramid, enabling healthy conflict, commitment, accountability, and ultimately results. The key anti-pattern Sid warns about: people picking only the comfortable parts of a system and relaxing the parameters so much that it becomes "SOS—Sid's Operating System—which is just an emergency call for help." In this episode, we also refer to Traction, by Gino Wickman, a foundational book for Sid in his career. The DELTA Delegation Ladder: From Command-and-Control to Co-Founder Mode "Delegation fails because leaders skip levels." Sid introduces his DELTA Delegation Ladder—a five-level framework for understanding where your team members sit and how to delegate accordingly: D — Do as I say: Pure execution of instructions. Sid notes this level is increasingly being replaced by AI. E — Explore the possible solutions: Research and present options, but the leader still makes the decision. Also increasingly delegable to AI. L — Lead with a recommendation: The entry point for real human value. The person researches, forms a hypothesis, and recommends a path forward. Sid considers this the minimum hiring bar. T — Take action with oversight: The person takes decisions and acts, keeping the leader in the loop. Trust has been built through coaching and mentoring. A — Autonomous execution: Co-founder mode. The person owns the outcome end-to-end. Full trust, full ownership. Delegation fails when leaders skip levels—expecting someone at "D" to operate at "A." It also fails when leaders abdicate rather than delegate, throwing someone into a role without investing time in coaching, clarifying expectations, or showing them what "great" looks like. As Sid puts it: delegation only works if you spend time with the person you're delegating to. Remote Teams: Written Clarity Beats Verbal Alignment "Trust comes from predictability, not proximity. I can be 1,000 miles across the world from you and trust you, because I can predict what your actions are gonna be." For distributed and cross-timezone teams, Sid's non-negotiables are clear: get good at writing, and over-communicate. Written clarity beats verbal alignment every time, especially across cultures where tone and directness vary widely—from British politeness to Dutch directness. Over-communication isn't a flaw; it's the standard for remote teams. Without it, accountability vanishes and culture erodes. Sid points out that trust in remote settings comes from predictability—can you predict that someone will hit their milestones, complete their to-dos, and follow through?—not from physical proximity. Someone sitting next to you who consistently misses deadlines will never earn your trust, while someone across the world who reliably delivers will. Self-reflection Question: Where on the DELTA Delegation Ladder are the people you're currently delegating to—and are you investing the time and coaching they need to move up, or are you skipping levels and hoping for miracles? About Sid Jashnani Sid is a founder, operator, and growth advisor who scaled a systems integration firm into a portfolio of IT businesses. After struggling with delegation and predictability, EOS transformed how he led. Through Outgrow, Sid helps founders drive 15–30% predictable growth with disciplined execution and proactive customer communication. You can link with Sid Jashnani on LinkedIn. ON TODAYS PROGRAM… CONGRATULATIONS TO KIMI FOR POLE AND THE WIN! MERCEDES CLEARLY AHEAD OF THE PACK! WITH FERRARI RIGHT BEHIND FERNANDO SEES THE END OF RACING WITH DRIVING SLOW IN THE CORNERS TO HARVEST KILOWATTS… LAWRENCE STROLL CLOSE TO THE BRAKING POINT COULD SELL ASTON MARTIN TO BYD! UNLIKE MAX…LCH LOVES THE NEW CARS! AND…. THIS WEEK'S NASIR HAMEED CORNER WE HAVE: ARVID LINBLAD AND UGO UGOCHUKWU….ENJOY! Kimi Antonelli became the second youngest F1 winner of all time, beating Mercedes team-mate George Russell into second place in Shanghai, while Lewis Hamilton claimed his first ever podium for Ferrari. But it was another chaotic, controversial grand prix under these new 2026 regulations. Neither McLaren made it to the grid, world champion Lando Norris and team-mate Oscar Piastri both suffering from unspecified technical gremlins. After his crash on the formation lap in Melbourne last weekend, Piastri becomes the first driver since team founder Bruce McLaren back in 1969 to fail to start successive races. But they were hardly alone. Williams' Alex Albon and Audi's Gabriel Bortoleto also failed to start, while Red Bull's four-time world champion Max Verstappen was one of three more drivers who failed to finish. Aston Martin's Fernando Alonso had to retire due to excessive vibrations from his power unit – the same vibrations he was worried might lead to “permanent nerve damage” in Australia. The controversial new 50–50 hybrid power units for this season, combined with active aerodynamics, have completely split fans and drivers. Some are enjoying the lack of reliability and hugely increased overtaking, with drivers able to deploy “boost” and “overtake” modes. Others, notably four-time champion Max Verstappen, decry the action as “artificial”, comparing this new era to computer games such as Mario Kart. You certainly cannot accuse these new rules of failing to produce action. China, the second race of the season, was meant to herald a return to something more “normal” after an extraordinary120 overtakes at the season opener in Australia last weekend. But it was just the same. A wild start, in which the fast-starting Ferraris surged to the front from the second row. A wacky first stint, in which the Ferraris and Mercedes battled for supremacy. And then – after a safety car came out on lap 10 when Aston Martin's Lance Stroll retired – Mercedes gradually pulling clear. Antonelli, 19, eventually won by 5.5sec ahead of Russell to become the first Italian winner of a Formula One race for 20 years, since Giancarlo Fisichella at Sepang in 2006, and the second youngest grand prix winner of all time behind Verstappen, while Hamilton was another 19.7sec back, having emerged victorious from a furious tussle with team-mate Charles Leclerc in which they repeatedly swapped positions and went wheel to wheel. Leclerc said it was “fun” while Hamilton called it “one of most enjoyable races” he has ever had. Fans will be split on that sentiment. Briton Oliver Bearman was an impressive fifth for Haas, just shy of his best ever finish, fourth place in Mexico last year. Kimi Antonelli... What an incredible day! This win is a fulfilment of one of the dreams I've had ever since I first drove a go-kart. I want to say thank you to my amazing family and the incredible team at both Lauda Drive and Morgan Drive. I couldn't have done this without any of them, and it means so much to take my first victory in F1. It was a very special moment for all of us. The race itself wasn't easy. I lost a position at the start and had to fight back to get ahead. We then had to manage the Safety Car restart which wasn't easy on the Hard compound. It was difficult to get the tyres working but fortunately we were able to before we were under threat from those behind. This has been a great way to close the first double-header of the season but there is lots of work ahead. We aren't taking anything for granted and will make sure we work hard ahead of Japan and arrive in Suzuka in the strongest position we can. George Russell... Firstly, huge congratulations to Kimi on his first victory in F1. He drove a great race, and it was brilliant to be up there on the podium with him. I am sure it is a moment he will never forget and to do it with the team scoring a 1-2 is fantastic. My own race was not straightforward. I lost positions both at the start and then at the Safety Car restart as we struggled to switch the Hard tyres on. The Ferraris were quick, particularly in the early stages, and we had to get back past them twice. They were fast in all the right places and that made our job a lot more difficult. Happily, we were able to do it each time, but it cost us the chance to fight for the win. It has been a great way to start the season, and we are definitely the team to beat at the moment. We have been put under a lot of pressure at these first two races, and we need to keep pushing hard. The package is strong though so I'm looking forward to heading to the next race in Japan. Kirkwood Outduels Champ Palou To Win Arlington, Take Series Lead ARLINGTON, Texas (Sunday, March 15, 2026) – It's been a long time since a rival driver made Alex Palou blink, but Kyle Kirkwood achieved that rare feat to win the inaugural Java House Grand Prix at Arlington on Sunday. Kirkwood took the NTT INDYCAR SERIES championship lead and earned his first victory of the season despite a sluggish final pit stop by his Andretti Global crew, driving his No. 27 JM Bullion/Gold.com Honda to victory under caution over the No. 10 DHL Chip Ganassi Racing Honda of four-time series champion Palou, who has won the title the last three seasons. SEE: Race Results “That was so incredible,” Kirkwood said. “Man, did we have some pace. This JM Bullion Honda, Andretti, all these guys right here, they gave me the tools today. It's because of this race car we won today, because of teamwork. “One-three-four (finish) for Andretti; we're just so stacked here. I'm so stoked.” Andretti Global placed three drivers into the top four at the finish of the 70-lap street-circuit race around AT&T Stadium, home of the Dallas Cowboys, and Globe Life Field, home of the Texas Rangers. Will Power placed third in the No. 26 TWG AI Honda for his first podium finish at his new team after 16 full-time seasons at Team Penske. Marcus Ericsson, who earned his first career pole Saturday, finished fourth in the No. 28 InPwr Honda. Pato O'Ward rounded out the top five finishers in the No. 5 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet, the highest-placing Chevrolet-powered driver on the 14-turn, 2.73-mile circuit. “This Andretti Honda camp is fricking strong on street courses,” O'Ward said. “We've got a lot of work to do if we want to start winning races on outright pace against them.” Pure pace helped Kirkwood, who started seventh and overcome a tepid final pit stop to overhaul Palou down the stretch. Palou and Kirkwood were running first and second, respectively, when both made their final stops on the preferred three-stop strategy on Lap 49. The Chip Ganassi Racing crew completed Palou's stop in 7.7 seconds, while Kirkwood's service took 9.5 seconds due to a slow change of the right rear wheel. When both drivers returned to full steam on their out lap, Palou led Kirkwood by 2.2 seconds. But Kirkwood used the speed that helped him lead the pre-qualifying practice Saturday, pulling to within .323 of a second of Palou at the start of Lap 55, with both drivers on the more durable Firestone Firehawk tires in a straight-up duel for the win. Kirkwood didn't waste any time flexing muscle, diving under Palou from a long distance in Turn 13 near the end of Lap 55 and making the daring pass stick for the lead. “He did an awesome pass; hats off to him,” Palou said. “It was super clean, and it was pretty impressive. We'll get them in a couple weeks.” Kirkwood then started to pull away, building a five-second lead by Lap 66. Then that margin evaporated when ECR driver Christian Rasmussen nosed his No. 21 Java House Chevrolet into the tire barrier at pit exit on Lap 68, triggering the first full-course yellow of the race. That bunched the field for a one-lap dash to the checkered flag. Kirkwood pulled away on the restart and was able to exhale early in the final lap when the second and final full-course yellow flew due to a collision between the No. 18 BMax Honda of Dale Coyne Racing's Romain Grosjean and the No. 6 Arrow McLaren Chevrolet of Nolan Siegel deep in the field. “Not today,” Palou said when asked if he thought he could have caught Kirkwood on the final lap. “I was pushing really hard on the first and second stint, and I could see that the 27 (Kirkwood) and the 12 (Power) were a little bit faster than us. I was like, ‘Oh, man, it's going to be quite hard.'” Kirkwood then cruised around the circuit one last time under yellow to cheers from the capacity crowd at this event, a joint venture between Penske Entertainment, the Dallas Cowboys and REV Entertainment, the official events partner of the Texas Rangers. He leads the standings by 26 points over second-place Palou after three of 18 races. “It's only race number three, so I'm not looking at the championship,” Kirkwood said. “But it is nice to say it's the first time I've ever led the championship in the INDYCAR SERIES.” The taut nature of the race, with its varying strategies about how often to stop for tires, resulted in terrific parity up front. Kirkwood, Palou and Power each led 16 laps to tie for the race high, with Ericsson fourth with 15 laps led. Caio Collet was the top-finishing rookie, 12th in the No. 4 Combitrans Amazonia Chevrolet fielded by AJ Foyt Racing. Phoenix winner Josef Newgarden, who entered this event in the series lead, fell to third after finishing 15th in the No. 2 PPG Team Penske Chevrolet. After three consecutive race weekends to open the season, the NTT INDYCAR SERIES will get a short break before resuming with the Children's of Alabama Indy Grand Prix powered by AmFirst on March 27-29 at Barber Motorsports Park in Birmingham, Alabama.

Scott Schara is with me exposing how the government is straight-up legally killing Americans through the medical beast, starting with the heartbreaking murder of his daughter Grace during the COVID scam.
In this episode we look at the Psalmists declaration that those who will be in the holy hill and the holy place of the Lord will be those with clean hands and pure hearts. We look at what it means exactly to have these things and who exactly these people are. We look at how we fit the description when we have Jesus dwelling within us. The Psalmist singles out two groups sinners and double-minded, we look at the divide that sin and double-mindedness create between us and God and how Jesus came to restore us to the position God has for us in Him. Once we surrender to Christ and allow Him to change and transform our lives, He'll prepare and enable us to be with Him, in His holy hill, His holy place for all of eternity!

Good morning. Justice delayed is justice denied. But justice rushed is no bowl of cherries either. In July, Lord Leveson warned that "fundamental" reforms to the jury system in England and Wales were needed to "reduce the risk of total system collapse." But yesterday, a leading barrister argued the judiciary is not diverse and is unrepresentative of the communities it serves, which can be intimidating to victims, witnesses and defendants. On the surface the debate looks like a face-off. There's pragmatism, which says, ‘Forget juries for sentences under three years, and realise complex fraud trials are beyond a jury's comprehension'; and then there's principle, which says, ‘The jury system is foundational to our whole understanding of justice.' But in reality, principled opponents of change point out that, according to a think tank, only 2 percent of cases may be affected while pragmatic proponents say justice is about more than a set-piece trial. Beneath the surface lie further dynamics like the nature of a legal career and the lack of people wanting to become judges. Above the Old Bailey stands a bronze statue of Lady Justice. Personifying justice implies it's an absolute – that justice can definitively be arrived at, whereupon other blessings will follow. But justice is not an abstract goal – it's a set of conventions, arrived at through striving for social order and well-being. Pure justice is an idol; there's very little that's pure about human relations gone so badly wrong as to involve the courts. Justice is a system, not an ideal; a best attempt, not perfection. Establishing good conventions is the heart of justice. Those conventions, far from being luminous and eternal, are always in need of updating. But that moment of refining is a very sensitive one. Because conventions, whether in law or in any other institution or relationship, rest on something more fundamental. And that fundamental quality is trust. Criminal cases arise when the trust that underpins all civilised society has broken down, and it seems a person has acted in a way that undermines the confidence we place in one another to function and interact together. Justice is a process by which that trust can be restored, involving a balance of accountability, judgement, punishment, mercy and rehabilitation. When the psalmist says, ‘Oh, how I love your law! It is my meditation all day long,' he's saying well-being lies in a balance of giving each their due, which in his case includes giving God God's due. But to create new conventions, that work for victims as well as authorities, means recognising that justice is about restoring trust, in the system – and in one another.

Here’s a question that cuts to the heart of what makes sales hard: What do you do when your commodity is identical to every competitor’s, the buyer knows it, and the only lever they want to pull is price? That’s the challenge Ash from Chennai, India brought to me on a recent Ask Jeb episode. Ash works as a trader importing textile goods from Asian manufacturers and selling them into Spanish-speaking markets in South America and Spain. No proprietary product. No unique features. Pure commodity, all the way down. And yet Ash is holding customers. Getting repeat orders. Building relationships across borders and languages. He just needed a framework to understand why it was working and how to make it work even harder. The Trap Every Commodity Salesperson Falls Into When everything looks the same, most salespeople default to one of two bad moves: race to the bottom on price, or get paralyzed trying to explain a value they can’t articulate. Here is the brutal truth. Your buyer already knows the product is a commodity. They know they could go direct to the factory and cut you out entirely. They are not confused about that. What they are evaluating is whether the risk and hassle of cutting you out is worth the savings. Your job is to make sure the answer is always no. That requires you to stop thinking about what your product does and start thinking about what YOU do. Three Reasons Customers Keep Buying From Ash When I asked Ash why his good customers keep coming back, he gave me three answers that every salesperson in a commodity business needs to write down. You make it easy. Ash speaks Spanish. His customers speak Spanish. If they go direct to a Chinese or Vietnamese factory, they face language barriers, cultural friction, and communication breakdowns. Ash eliminates all of that. Business people will pay for less hassle. Time is money, and you are saving them both. You are someone they like and trust. Ash follows up. He wishes customers a happy New Year. He remembers what matters to them. That is not fluff. That is relationship equity that compounds over time. When customers feel like they can trust you, when a familiar voice picks up the phone, they do not want to start over with a stranger. You reduce financial risk. In Ash’s business, buyers put down a 20% deposit, sometimes a hundred thousand dollars or more, and pay the balance when the container arrives. The nightmare scenario is that container showing up full of the wrong product. Ash’s company has been operating for over 20 years. They do what they say they are going to do. That longevity is not just a stat. It is a security blanket. The Power of the Micro Story Knowing your value is half the battle. Being able to articulate it when a buyer pushes back on price is the other half. Here is what I told Ash: You need stories. Not case studies. Not bullet points. Short, vivid, real stories that make the risk of cutting you out feel tangible. Something like this: “I get it. You could go directly to the factory and save ten percent. Some of my customers tried that before working with me. One of them got a container full of product that was not what they ordered. It cost them more than they saved, and they had no one local, no one they trusted, to help them fix it. That is why they work with me now.” That story is doing three things at once. It validates the buyer’s instinct to compare prices. It quantifies the real cost of the cheaper alternative. And it positions you as the solution to a problem they have not had yet but definitely do not want. If you are newer to sales and do not have your own stories yet, go talk to your senior teammates. Read industry articles. Find examples of what goes wrong when buyers skip the middleman. Then make those stories part of your standard value conversation. Not Every Buyer Is Your Buyer This is the part that stings a little, but it is important. Some buyers are going to push back on your margins until the conversation goes nowhere. They will tell you the price they need, and if you cannot hit it, they will walk. That is okay. What they are telling you is that they do not value what you bring to the table. They want the cheapest option, and that is a legitimate business decision. They are just not your customer. Your job is not to convert every skeptic. Your job is to keep your pipeline full and find the buyers who genuinely value ease, safety, and responsiveness. Those are the ones who become long-term accounts. Those are the ones who, two or three years in, cannot imagine buying from anyone else. Ash is already doing this well. He has visited customers in Mexico, Colombia, and Spain. He has done office meetings and factory tours. When a customer says yes to a visit, they are telling you something: you matter to us. That is what I call an engagement test, and Ash is passing it. Your Value, Packaged Simply In commodity sales, your pitch does not need to be complicated. It needs to be consistent. Here is how I would frame it every time a buyer pushes back: I make this easy for you. I am responsive. And your money is safe with me. Then back each of those up with a story. That is the whole game. Not features. Not specs. You. When you are tired and ready to wrap up the day, remember this: the prospecting you do today pays you for the next three months. Pick up the phone and make one more call. The buyers who value what you do are out there. Go find them. Want to take this to the next level in person? What if healing from purity culture requires more than naming how you were hurt? What if it also means asking how you participated? In this episode, Dr. Dan Allender and Rachael Clinton Chen sit down with their colleague Dr. Lauren Sawyer, to explore her new book, Growing Up Pure. Lauren names something many haven't had language for: as teens, we weren't only victims of purity culture; we were also moral agents within it. We made choices. We found belonging. We sometimes resisted in small ways. And at times, we participated in systems that harmed others and ourselves. That tension between vulnerability and agency, harm and complicity can feel destabilizing. Yet Lauren invites us to see accountability not as punishment, but as a sacred, even hopeful, practice. What if repentance wasn't shame-driven, but a pathway toward integration? What if healing meant not only tending to the wounds purity culture caused, but also examining how we were formed by—and sometimes upheld—it? This episode is honest, nuanced, and tender. It creates space to grieve the damage of purity culture while also imagining a different story. One rooted in the belief that we are made in the image of God as embodied, relational, sexual beings… and that restoration is possible. About the Allender Center Podcast: For over a decade, the Allender Center Podcast has offered honest, thoughtful conversations about the deep work of healing and transformation. Hosted by Dr. Dan Allender and Rachael Clinton Chen, MDiv, this weekly podcast explores the complexities of trauma, abuse recovery, story, relationships, and spiritual formation. America's Zionist-occupied government is sending our brave soldiers to die in the Middle East, all to fulfill ancient Jewish prophecies and expand Israel's demonic empire from the Nile to the Euphrates. Max Igan testifies live that the Tzla machine is shredding pain, numbness and devastating injuries overnight, from myocarditis vanishing after weeks of use to a kid's eye healing in three 10-minute sessions with photographic evidence. Stew tears apart the fake pretext for Trump's war on Iran – a blatant Zionist conquest funded by AIPAC and the Rothschild banking cabal headquartered in the crime state of Israel. From bombing Iranian schoolgirls to sacrificing Gen Z soldiers at Mar-a-Lago parties, this isn't America First; it's Israel First, orchestrated by Jewish blackmail operations and satanic elites who rape sovereignty and kids alike. Max Igan drops the bomb: These Jew-controlled pedovore monsters have welded America and Israel into a demonic genocide factory—sniping Red Crescent ambulances, unloading 900+ rounds into helpless medics and survivors, then finishing the job execution-style. Pure Tribe barbarism! This is the Greater Israel blueprint: Mass-murdering Arab kids, bulldozing cities into dust, and erecting swanky resorts plus their filthy Third Temple for ritual child sacrifices atop pyramids of goy bones.
