How many times have you dimmed your light, hidden parts of yourself, or caught yourself judging the way you show up in the world? In this episode, Lacy and Jessica explore visibility, self-worth, deservingness, and authentic expression. They unpack why we resist being seen, and how stepping into visibility becomes one of the most powerful shifts we can step into in the New Paradigm. As we move into an era of refinement, we're being called to question everything that no longer feels true. That includes the magnetic "f*ck it" energy that emerges when we stop performing for love, approval, success, and belonging and start choosing radical authenticity instead. If you've been feeling the call to stop hiding and step into the next version of who you're becoming, this is your invitation. Your manifestations aren't asking you to become someone else; they're asking you to become more of who you truly are. Ready to stop dimming your light and start shining at full luminosity? Raised: When Jesus Calls the Dead to Life – John 11:27–57 In Episode 141 of Divine Table Talk, Jamie and Jane explore one of the most powerful miracles in all of Scripture—the raising of Lazarus in John 11:27–57. As grief, doubt, hope, and faith collide, Jesus declares Himself to be “the resurrection and the life” before calling Lazarus from the tomb. Together, they unpack what this miracle reveals about the heart of God, the power of belief, and how Jesus often works in ways that stretch our faith beyond what we can see. This chapter is not only about a man being raised from the dead—it's about a Savior who brings life into every place that feels hopeless, buried, or beyond redemption. If you've ever wondered whether God can still move in what feels impossible, this conversation is a reminder that Jesus specializes in resurrection. What area of my life feels beyond hope—and am I willing to believe that Jesus still brings dead things back to life?____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams

Have you ever wondered if what you're doing really matters? Maybe your days feel ordinary. Maybe you're faithfully serving your family, showing up for work, caring for others, or quietly doing what God has called you to do—but sometimes you wonder if it's making any difference at all. If you've ever felt that way, this week's episode of The Love Offering Podcast is for you. I had the joy of sitting down with my dear friend, Bible teacher, and author Crickett Keeth to discuss her new Bible study, Living Out a Life That Matters. Through Paul's relationship with Timothy in 2 Timothy, Crickett reminds us that every believer has a God-given purpose and that our lives carry eternal significance—even when they feel small, routine, or unseen. In our conversation, you'll discover: • How to identify and live out your unique God-given purpose• Why comparison steals our joy and distracts us from our calling• The importance of encouraging and investing in others• How God uses even the smallest acts of faithfulness for His glory• Why it's never too late to make an eternal impact One of my favorite moments from our conversation was when Crickett shared the story of her mother in a nursing home. Though she could no longer see, hear, walk, or speak, God still used her simple smile to point others to Jesus. It's a beautiful reminder that God never puts His children "on the shelf." Friend, your life matters. Your obedience matters. Your faithfulness matters. And God can use you right where you are today. I pray this conversation encourages you to embrace the purpose God has given you and to trust that He is working through your life in ways you may never fully see this side of heaven. Send us Fan MailThis Podcast is part of a 10-year project to complete an in-depth, daily study of the entire Bible, chapter by chapter, verse by verse. Episode Notes: Walking in Righteousness - Speaking the Truth in Love. (Ephesians 4: 25)Saved by Grace, United in One Body. Earlier in this letter, Paul reminded us that it is: “By grace you have been saved through faith… it is the gift of God…” (Ephesians 2:8) We are saved by grace, not by our performance. And when we trust Christ, we become part of something bigger than ourselves — the Body of Christ. We are joined to one another. We belong to one another. We grow with one another. We serve one another. That's why Paul said yesterday our purpose is “…to equip His people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up…” (Ephesians 4:12–13)The Journey of Spiritual Growth. In yesterday's study, we were given three foundational principles: 1. Put off the old self“…put off your former way of life…” (4:22)Take off the old habits, the old attitudes, the old patterns of sin — like taking off an old coat. 2. Renew your mind“…be made new in the attitude of your minds…” (4:23)Let Scripture reshape your thinking so you begin to think God's thoughts rather than simply reacting to the world around you. 3. Put on the new self“…put on the new self, created to be like God…” (4:24)Replace old vices with new virtues. Replace old habits with new patterns. Replace old ways of speaking with new ways of speaking. But now — beginning in verse 25 — Paul gets specific. He gives us five concrete examples of what spiritual growth looks like in everyday life. And over the next five episodes, we're going to take each one in turn. And the first one — the foundation of all the others — is this found in this single verse, verse 25…. Our single verse today…Support the showThis podcast is not associated with the Bible Project YouTube channel or any other associated podcasts that use the name 'Bible Project'. Chad Chambers, Executive Director of C.H.A.R.M. Prison Ministry, shows us that growing in godliness is not passive. It requires the same intentional effort and discipline we give to every other area of life. Based on 1 Timothy 4:6-16, the foundation of spiritual growth begins with where we place our hope. When our hope is set on the living God, our worship follows naturally, and our worship shapes who we become. Whatever captures our hearts will ultimately form our character, our values, and how we spend our time, talents, and treasures. Practically, training for godliness means knowing God's Word, obeying it, fulfilling the work He has called us to, and persisting even when it is hard. Our hope determines our worship, our worship forms our identity, and our identity directs everything we do. Set your hope on the living God, and let everything else follow from there.
How can we live without fear when suffering feels overwhelming? In this message, we see through the life of Darlene Deibler Rose that Christ's command to “fear not” calls us to trust the Lord more than our circumstances, feelings, or fears (Matthew 10:28). From the mission field of New Guinea to imprisonment under the Japanese during World War II, Darlene learned that Jesus could never be locked out, even from a death-row cell. Her testimony reminds us that God's promises are surer than our emotions, His presence is stronger than our terror, and His love casts out fear. As we fix our eyes on Christ, we too can walk by faith in the “evidence not seen,” trusting Him to keep us, sustain us, and use us for His glory.
In this episode of the Thinking Talmudist, Rabbi Aryeh Wolbe explores one of the Torah's most profound teachings on charity, dignity, and human sensitivity through a fascinating discussion in Tractate Ketubot. The Talmud teaches that helping another person is not merely about providing money or resources; it is about understanding what that individual truly lacks. Whether supporting orphans, helping a bride and groom marry, or caring for someone who has fallen on hard times, the Torah demands that we preserve a person's dignity while addressing their needs. Charity is not measured by what the giver wants to give, but by what the recipient genuinely requires. A central theme of the episode is the remarkable sensitivity the Torah expects from us. The Talmud teaches that if a person was accustomed to a life of wealth and suddenly loses everything, the community should help restore as much of that dignity as possible. Rabbi Wolbe explains that poverty is not merely a financial condition—it is often accompanied by shame, embarrassment, and emotional pain. True kindness requires empathy, understanding, and the willingness to see the world through another person's eyes rather than our own. The discussion culminates with one of the most powerful lessons in all of Jewish ethics: protecting another person's dignity. Through the famous story of Mar Ukva and his wife hiding in a burning oven rather than allowing a poor recipient to discover their identity, the Talmud teaches that it is preferable to endure personal suffering than to publicly embarrass another person. Rabbi Wolbe emphasizes that preserving human dignity is among the Torah's highest values and applies to every aspect of life—from charity and relationships to disagreements and public discourse._____________The Thinking Talmudist Podcast shares select teachings of Talmud in a fresh, insightful and meaningful way. Many claim that they cannot learn Talmud because it is in ancient Aramaic or the concepts are too difficult. Well, no more excuses. For the first time ever, we dedicate an entire episode of the Dream Interpretation Podcast to channeling. Inspired by questions from our graduating channeling students, Michael and Sandy explore the realities of spiritual development, protection, grounding, intuition, guides, and how channeling evolves over time. In this episode you'll learn: ✅ Why channeling should be learned in a safe environment ✅ Why some people struggle initially but later become exceptional channels ✅ Whether pendulums strengthen or weaken intuitive abilities ✅ Why closing down after channeling is essential ✅ How to determine if you're speaking with the right guide ✅ The powerful "sovereign space" questions Michael now teaches ✅ Why grounding is different for every individual ✅ Whether teenagers should learn channeling ✅ Sandy's joyful approach to spiritual protection ✅ Why empowerment always beats fear This conversation reveals an important truth: spiritual development is rarely linear. Sometimes the people who struggle the most at the beginning become the strongest channels later. If you've ever wondered what channeling really is, how it works, and how to develop safely and confidently, this episode is for you.
Oscar welcomes Santonio Hill for a conversation that bridges the worlds of sports, faith, and discipleship. Together, we explore why people passionately identify with teams, wear their colors, defend their loyalty, and find community through sports. But what might happen if that same energy were directed toward a relationship with Jesus Christ and his Church? Drawing from the examples of elite athletes, Santonio challenges listeners to embrace the discipline, sacrifice, and consistency required for spiritual growth. Through his personal conversion story in Eucharistic Adoration, he reveals how falling in love with God transformed his life and gave him a mission greater than himself. We would love it if you could leave a written review on Apple and share with your friends! Editing provided by Forte Catholic (https://www.fortecatholic.com/)

Listen to this week's sermon, Subversive Spirituality preached by Rev. Benjamin Kandt from Psalm 16.
Romans 10:13-17 (NKJV) Whoever CALLS on the name of the Lord shall be saved. 14, How then shall they CALL on Him in whom they have not BELIEVED? And how shall they believe in Him of whom they have not HEARD? And how shall they hear without a PREACHER? 15, And how shall they preach unless they are SENT… 17, So then FAITH comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God. Think about it, if our life is hidden in Him, if the fullness of God lives in us, if He took our infirmities, bore our sickness, since He's already established Himself as the Lord who heals, how are we supposed to respond? What's that supposed to look like?
In John's gospel, Jesus said, I am THE WAY, and no one comes to the FATHER except through Me. If you've seen Me you've seen the FATHER. Believe Me, I am in the FATHER and the FATHER is in Me. And I pray for those who will believe in Me, that they all may be one, as You, FATHER, are in Me, and I in You; THAT THEY MAY HE ONE IN US, that the world may believe that You sent Me. Possibly one of the greatest revelations a believer can comprehend is, “that they may be one in Us” Make no mistake, the “In Christ” life, at the end of the day is THE ETERNAL WITNESS, commissioned by the Master Himself. After all, according to Revelation 3, These things says THE AMEN, THE FAITHFUL and TRUE WITNESS, the Beginning of the creation of God.

Pastor Derek explores the concepts of the Truth and the Lie according to the Bible. He explains how believing the Truth leads to life, while believing the Lie leads to destruction. He emphasises the importance of embracing God's truth and rejecting falsehoods, in our spiritual journey of faith. This is ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of the foundations of the Christian faith. The TRUTH by its very nature is NARROW, whereas the LIE is BROAD. There is ONE TRUE GOD and one true faith, but there are many false gods, and many false religions. Therefore, you will only find the TRUTH, by having a heart commitment to seek and to know the TRUTH of God, and a refusal to take the easy way, and accept the convenient lies that make your life easier (Matthew 7:13-14). The truth is reality, the Lie is an illusion. The Truth of God: (1) God is the Creator. and sovereign over all. He defines our identity and purpose. (2) There is an absolute standard of right and wrong (the Moral Law, based on God's own nature), and we are accountable to God to keep His Law. (3) Thus there is such a thing as SIN and GUILT, when we break God's Moral Law. (4) We will be JUDGED by God for how we have lived. Atheists say that faith in God is an escape for people afraid of the dark, whereas the truth is that atheism is a fairy-tale escape for people who are afraid of the light. We must choose between the light (truth) and the darkness (lie), John 3:19-20. The Lie is the denial of the truth. If there is no God, there is no absolute right or wrong, so we are free to do whatever we want, which is attractive to many. The LIE says there is no ultimate reality beyond this evolving universe, which means we can define our own truth. This allows man to be his own god, with the right to decide in himself, what is right and wrong, and he is not accountable to any higher being. This means this universe came into being from nothing by accident, and evolved all by itself – irrational! The Lie is EVOLUTION. Believing the LIE puts you in the broad road to corruption & destruction (Romans 1:18-25). Satan is the father of the Lie (John 8:44, Isaiah 14:12-14, Ezekiel 28:13-18, Revelation 12:3-4, Genesis 3:1-4). Believing the Truth is necessary to be saved, for the Gospel of salvation through Christ only makes sense if you believe the truth of God, righteousness, sin & judgment. 2 Thessalonians 2:10-12: “They will PERISH, because they did not receive the LOVE of THE TRUTH, that they might be SAVED. And for this reason, God will send them strong DELUSION, that they should believe THE LIE, that they all may be CONDEMNED, who did not believe THE TRUTH, but had PLEASURE in unrighteousness.” When men reject the TRUTH, because they want to be free to enjoy a sinful lifestyle, they open their heart to embrace the LIE (the only alternative), the deception that there is no God, so they can be their own god, free to live as they please. This then becomes the basis for their final CONDEMNATION by God. So, an essential first step for people to be SAVED is that they must believe in the TRUTH of the CREATOR God.
Spiritual growth often begins when we stop looking outward and allow God to examine what is happening within us. It can be easy to recognize the faults, habits, and struggles of others while overlooking the areas where God is inviting us to grow. Jesus’ teaching in Matthew 7 reminds us that true transformation starts with humility, self-reflection, and a willingness to let God reveal our own blind spots. Intersecting Faith & Life:Consider these questions as you reflect on your own spiritual growth: What patterns continue to appear in your relationships, work, or daily life that God may want to transform within you? Do you extend the same grace and understanding to others that you hope to receive? Is there someone you need to forgive, or is there bitterness you need to surrender to God? Spiritual maturity begins when we allow God to reveal the truth about our hearts—not to condemn us, but to lead us toward freedom, healing, and deeper dependence on Him. Full Transcript Below: 3 Questions That Cause Spiritual GrowthBy Kelly Balarie Bible Reading: “Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.” – Matthew 7:3-5 ESV I clenched my hands. Clear as day, the issue was him. He was being stubborn. He wasn’t listening. He wasn’t being open to a different perspective. But was I…? Being open…?Listening...?Hearing what He was saying…? Not really… Jesus addressed this sort of situation when he said, “Or how can you say to your brother, ‘Let me take the speck out of your eye,’ when there is the log in your own eye? 5 You hypocrite, first take the log out of your own eye, and then you will see clearly to take the speck out of your brother's eye.” (Mt. 7:3-5 ESV) My husband and I have a phrase for this sort of finger-pointing. It’s called “You spot it, you got it.” Meaning, if I spot my husband being stubborn, I’ve likely got stubbornness too.If I spot that He isn’t listening, I should wonder whether I’ve got earphones on my ears also. If I spot an inability to understand another perspective, I am wise to ask myself if I’ve got that same inability to listen. We spot it, we got it! When we consider that what we judge in others may be what is lurking inside of us, true spiritual progress happens. Pride is healed. Humility comes. A deeper need for God surfaces. Blind spots are seen for what they are. God’s grace is absolutely required. What blind spots may exist within you? Let’s dive deeper… 3 Exploratory Questions to Grow Closer to God Ask yourself: What patterns follow me from relationship to relationship, job to job, or situation to situation? How might I blame on people, predicaments, or pressures, something God may want to heal within me? Take a moment and reflect. Do not allow shame to convict you. Instead, allow the hard reality of truth to set you free to the life-giving power of God to help you. Pray. Ask. Seek the Lord. Repent, if needed. How do I demand sympathy or grace from others to justify where I am? Do I give others the same sympathy and grace that I expect? Sometimes, we have stories to keep us safe. We have a long list of reasons why we do what we do. We expect others to coddle us, instead of realizing God has more for us. Seeing the truth helps us build better relationships in the future. Who do I keep needing to forgive? How do I gain personal sympathy by not forgiving them? If I have forgiven, have I asked God to forgive me, for my bitterness or resentment? And, most of all, have I forgiven myself? Often, we forgive others but fail to ask God to forgive us for anger, bitterness, or thinking bad thoughts about others. Have we done this? Also, the hardest person to forgive is -- ourselves. Additionally, when we have forgiven, but it doesn’t feel like we have, the issue is often not that we haven’t forgiven them; we are still angry. The issue is often that we are still angry at ourselves. Take a second and forgive yourself, too.The bottom line? To see the truth of what we haven’t seen often sets us free. What would change in your life if you stopped waiting for permission and finally trusted yourself? In this episode, Lacy, Jessica, and Janelle explore one of the most transformative energies in manifestation: the unapologetic self-worth that comes from fully being yourself. As the community moves through the Be Seen Challenge, they unpack the collective themes emerging right now: navigating uncertainty in a rapidly changing world, releasing outdated beliefs around success, hustle, relationships, visibility, and identity. They dive into the fears that keep us hidden and cover nervous system regulation, shadow work, authenticity, burnout, and manifestation. Plus, they break down why "fuck it" energy isn't about recklessness — it's about arriving at a place where your worth is no longer up for debate. Your authenticity is your greatest signal to the universe. The life, love, opportunities, and freedom you're after often begin the moment you stop abandoning yourself and allow yourself to truly be seen. The Delay, The Death, and The Resurrection Life - John 11:1-26 In Episode 141 - When Jesus hears that His close friend Lazarus is sick, He doesn't rush to his side—He waits. In this episode, we unpack the tension of John 11:1-26. Why does God sometimes seem slow to answer our pain? We'll look at the heartbreak of Mary and Martha, the raw humanity of Jesus, and the staggering moment He redefines reality by declaring, "I am the resurrection and the life." If you're sitting in a season of waiting or wondering if God has forgotten you, this episode is a powerful reminder that His delays are never denials. Where in your life right now does it feel like Jesus is arriving 'too late'—and how does knowing He delayed on purpose with Lazarus change how you view that waiting room? ____________________________________ Connect with Jamie: Website: www.jamieklusacek.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/jamieklusacek Connect with Jane: Website: www.janewwilliams.com Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/janewwilliams
As we move through the Solstice portal and enter Cancer season, this week's Akashic Records bring forward a simple but powerful message:✨ Keep your faith in the light. The Records showed the image of a radiant heart—light pouring outward from within—and spoke of greater access to the heart, a spirit of goodwill, and a reminder that growth does not need to be rushed. In a world that often encourages us to maximize every opportunity and treat every supportive moment as our "one chance," this week's guidance invites something different:
You can run an excellent kids ministry and still aim at the wrong target. That sounds harsh, but it is also freeing because it means you do not need more activity, you need clearer purpose. In the first episode of our Summer Dreamin' series, Jana Magruder sits down with Chuck Peters, LifeWay's Next Gen director and host of the ETCH NextGen Ministry Podcast, to talk about goal setting that moves beyond busywork and toward real spiritual growth for kids and families. Chuck tells the true Olympic story of Matt Emmons, who hit a perfect bullseye yet lost because he shot the wrong target. It is the perfect picture of ministry life: calendars fill up, events go well, volunteers hustle, and we still wonder why lasting discipleship feels elusive. We unpack how to define success before you plan, how to resist comparison with the church next door, and how to step off the treadmill long enough to see the bigger picture. From there, we get practical with two powerful goal-setting lenses. First, use the right lens: ministry goals are not “my goals,” they are goals for the church we serve, aligned with the overall mission, vision, and values. Second, use a long lens: begin with the end in mind and plan for kids to become godly adults, not just better-behaved children. We also talk tangible targets that support that long game, like building a culture of Bible reading and ensuring every child is known by name.If you are ready to move from activity to impact, press play, then share this with a teammate and subscribe so you do not miss part two!Connect with Lifeway Kids Leave us a voice message here with any questions or feedback!Join us at ETCH 2026

In the recovery segment, we look beyond the first 30 days and into that crucial first year. From day labor to early sobriety jobs we thought we'd never make it out of. Halfway house memories. We look back on these times as simple and straightforward. We realize that the weight of addiction was being lifted right before our eyes so long as we stayed on the simple path that was being laid out in front of us. “I'm grateful my alcoholism was severe.” Steve-ODon't forget to like, share, rate, and download the podcast on all of your listening platforms. After returning from the Vancouver International Publishing Conference, Candace finds herself riding the beautiful wave that follows a truly inspiring experience. But alongside the excitement comes something equally important: rest. In this episode of The Spiritual Cupcake Podcast, she shares why giving ourselves space to recharge, reflect, and integrate life's magical moments can be just as valuable as the moments themselves. A recent walk sparked a conversation about favorite books and the stories that stay with us long after we've turned the final page. Candace reflects on how books are a lot like people. Often, we can't recall every detail of what was said or exactly what happened, but we never forget how they made us feel. From stories that transport us into unfamiliar worlds to characters who help us see life through a different lens, books have a unique ability to expand our hearts and perspectives. Candace shares her love of reading, the books that have lingered with her over the years, and why some stories become lifelong companions. Whether you're recovering from an exciting season, looking for your next great read, or simply craving a little inspiration, this episode is a gentle reminder to slow down, soak it all in, and grab a good book.
We're used to hostile online encounters with total strangers. It fuels the digital economy. But what if there were a way to experiment with radical emotional honesty with an anonymous other—much the same as you'd experience at an Alcoholics Anonymous meeting? The anonymous founder of This Life, an audio-only app built on anonymity, joins For the Life of the World to argue that emotional and spiritual progress is still possible at scale. "What's really kind is to care about somebody else. And then even more kind than that is to allow somebody else to care about you." In this episode with Evan Rosa, Justin Smith (a pseudonym) reflects on what he learned in Alcoholics Anonymous, the genius of Bill Wilson, and why our voices carry so much emotional weight, and how sharing them—even (and perhaps especially) anonymously—can be a transformative experience of growth. Together they discuss anonymity as a path to honesty, the "spiritual hitchhiker," negative emotion as a force that wants to win, design as destiny, and becoming a neighbor. They also weigh technology's limits and whether spiritual and emotional progress can scale. Episode Highlights "What's really kind is to care about somebody else. And then even more kind than that is to allow somebody else to care about you." "I believe we live in a society that has given up on the idea of emotional or spiritual progress at scale." "Honesty with yourself is a skill." "If you begin to look at unhelpful negative emotion as a force that wants to win, what you'll notice is that we're in a fight that we're not well equipped for." "Meaningful spiritual development is impossible without honesty with other people." About Justin Smith "Justin Smith" is a pseudonym. The guest is the founder of This Life, an audio-only iOS app he describes as an experiment in emotional and spiritual progress, built around anonymity, self-reflection, and what he calls the "spiritual hitchhiker." A Christian shaped by his time in Alcoholics Anonymous and the writing of AA co-founder Bill Wilson, he draws on figures from Martin Luther King Jr. to E.O. Wilson and Fred Rogers to argue that honesty with others is the foundation of spiritual growth. By his request, and in keeping with the episode's premise, his real name, biography, and social accounts are withheld. Learn more about the This Life app on the iOS App Store.
