Money and intimacy have more in common than most couples realize. In this episode, we sit down with financial coach Dan Ockey to talk about financial intimacy — how the way you manage money together reflects the way you handle trust, communication, and teamwork in every other area of your marriage (yes, even the bedroom). You'll hear Dan Ockey's incredible story of turning debt, secrecy, and shame into a story of honesty, unity, and freedom — and how money challenges can actually strengthen your relationship if you face them together. In this episode: How financial habits mirror sexual habits in marriage Why secrecy and pride around money create the same distance as sexual disconnection Simple mindset shifts that restore trust and teamwork If you've ever argued about money, felt shame around spending, or struggled to get on the same page with your spouse — this episode will help you see finances not as a source of stress, but as a powerful tool for connection and intimacy.

In this episode of The Living Easy Podcast, Lindsey Maestas opens a biblical and deeply practical conversation about intimacy in marriage—because God makes all things new, even in the bedroom. Sex may not really matter to you, but it does matter to your marriage. See the FULL curriculum for: The Sex and Intimacy Project: A 4-Week Video Study a His + Hers Workbook for a Stronger Sex Life Lindsey unpacks how physical connection is both a spiritual and emotional act of service, not just a physical one. She discusses the dangers of pornography and limerence (infatuation during affairs), how these habits alter neural pathways, and how to create a sex life in your marriage that you don't need to escape from. You'll hear about: Why Scripture calls us not to deprive one another of sex (1 Corinthians 7:5) Why the clitoris reminds us that God created sex for pleasure How faking orgasms creates emotional distance and false intimacy What it means to "show and tell" in your marriage — teaching your spouse what makes you feel good during sex How foreplay actually begins outside the bedroom, through kindness, affection, and communication The importance of serving one another in physical foreplay The "microwave vs. crockpot" concept and understanding your spouse's arousal rhythms Seeing your partner's body as a book to study — learning, honoring, and cherishing it as a form of worship to God This is a conversation about reclaiming intimacy, breaking shame, and learning to experience sex as a holy gift that strengthens your connection rather than erodes it. When we become intentional about how we love each other physically, we build the kind of trust, pleasure, and connection that keeps our marriages from burning down. Ever wonder what happens when you wear a provocative racing suit labeled "Foreplay" to a one-year-old's birthday party? This episode delivers exactly that kind of chaotic energy as the speaker recounts their whirlwind weekend adventure. The journey begins with an ungodly 4:48 AM flight to Washington D.C., followed by day-drinking wine instead of hitting the gym, and helping friends create elaborate Halloween costumes involving planets and sashes. The weekend escalates with awkward steam room encounters at a trendy gay gym, defending questionable outfit choices at a child's party, and somehow ending up on an intense hiking adventure in fashion sneakers.Between the laughs, there are moments of reflection on serious topics like campus shootings during Howard University's homecoming weekend, showing how tragedy has become disturbingly normalized. The episode also touches on political tensions when visiting friends with unexpected Trump memorabilia decorating their homes.

Jon Herold returns to The Daily Herold with Monday mayhem, dogs in the yard, alpaca jokes, and a packed rundown of weekend chaos. Between clips of Ashe at Willow Wind Farms and birthday shoutouts, Jon dives into Trump's fiery weekend posts, including a warning to Colombia's president over drug trafficking that sounds like a scene from Clear and Present Danger. He unpacks Trump's tense meeting with Zelensky, reports of a planned Budapest summit with Putin, and a new rare earth minerals deal with Australia aimed at countering China's dominance. The show also covers GOP senators pushing for Jack Smith's disbarment, Trump's $15 billion defamation suit against The New York Times, and fresh DOJ shakeups in the Comey case. Between news breaks, Jon builds a tongue-in-cheek “Political Foreplay” list of Trump's yet-to-be-completed promises, from Freedom Cities to “Arrest Fauci.” Equal parts serious analysis and sarcastic humor, this episode blends world news, grassroots banter, and Badlands energy into one hilarious, caffeinated ride through the headlines.

Most golfers hear it as one of their first tips: "Keep your head still." But what if we told you that trying to freeze your head is destroying your swing mechanics? In this video, Mike Granato & Shaun Webb break down one of golf's most misunderstood concepts—the illusion of head stillness. Whether you've been told you “lifted your head” or you're battling inconsistent ball striking, chances are this advice is doing more harm than good. We'll explain the biomechanics of head movement in elite golf swings, why it's actually impossible to keep your head completely still, and how forcing it leads to poor body mechanics, reverse pivots, and swing compensations. You'll learn:Why trying to “lock your head” creates chaos elsewhere in your swingHow rotational body mechanics naturally move your head (and why that's a good thing)The mobility requirements behind elite-looking swingsHow aging impacts head movement—and what the Champions Tour proves about itThe real fix: how to improve movement patterns to let your head do what it's supposed toThis isn't your dad's golf tip—it's a modern, biomechanical reality check grounded in data, tour-level analysis, and real-world student experience. If you've ever struggled with head position, reverse spine tilt, or staying “down” through the shot, this one's for you.

It's still being taught—every single day.We break down the flawed logic behind the myth, how it confuses pressure and weight, why it leads to sway and instability, and what should be happening instead. This isn't just another rant—it's a data-backed, experience-driven takedown of bad instruction, and a roadmap to actually improving your swing.Hit play, and stop sabotaging your own game.
In early dating years our partner's face lights up at the thought of sex, they tell us with their eyes that we make them hot. The gleam in their eyes hits our body, hits our center, hits our being. Feeling that we light up their world is a turn-on! Secure attachment begins with the loving gaze of our mother or parent – cradled in the crook of their elbow – they smile and coo because we are theirs. Later in childhood we know we belong and make our parents proud when we see it in their eyes… not so much for our accomplishments but because we are their son or daughter. In romantic partnership, sexual desire that radiates from our partner's face and gaze is a powerful reminder of belonging, safety. We revel in being the person who excites our partner. What happens though when our partner is willing to have sex but doesn't give us that deep reassurance that we are desirable with a gleam in their eye? Can we get it back? How do we tell them what we need from them to turn on? Listen as George and Laurie get through to each other about how sexual desire is tied to being the gleam in our partner's eyes. Mailbag!! George and Laurie answer questions from the Foreplay Fam in this week's episode! They're talking all about unrequited fantasies, compromise, and vulnerability. Sexual fantasies are extremely common; in fact only 4% of men and 14% of women report NOT having fantasies. A listener talks about a fantasy of an old lover and not being able to get it out of her head. While this one may be a block to emotional connection, fantasies can also be mined for good information about what turns us on. And some partners feel comfortable and like sharing their sexual fantasies as a way to grow learn and get aroused with each other. Sexual improvement requires vulnerability and willingness to talk about your sexual needs. Discuss with your partner what they are comfortable with and address any of their concerns. Compromise is important in any relationship. While we want people to feel respected sometimes we might do something for tour partner out of love in order to just make our partner happy. This episode dives deep into how to build that skill, how to practice it, and what elite players do differently with wedges, irons, and driver in tough conditions.Plus, you'll hear how Trackman and other launch monitors can help you map your bag for wind-adjusted yardages—and how this one approach can level up your performance overnight.
Did you know that 64% of people say they want more foreplay than they currently get? And most people say they wish it was part of every sexual experience. No wonder foreplay frustrations are so common. Maybe it feels too short, too routine, or like your partner just doesn't quite “get it.” The truth? Foreplay isn't just a warm-up. It's one of the most powerful ways to feel connected, build anticipation, and experience more pleasure (especially since only 10–15% of women orgasm from intercourse alone).
