The Liquid Lunch Project
Why Most Outsourced Projects Fail (And How to Fix It)

The Liquid Lunch Project

Ever wonder why outsourcing projects fail, and how to make sure yours doesn't blow up in your face? In this episode, Matt and Luigi sit down with serial entrepreneur Russell “Sean” Languedoc, founder of Outforce.ai. Sean pulls back the curtain on why most outsourced tech projects tank, how agency bait-and-switch happens, and why understanding cultural nuance is just as important as coding expertise. From building Uber-meets-oilfield startups to tackling the outsourced engineering black hole, Sean's entrepreneurial story is raw, hilarious, and refreshingly unfiltered. Here's what you'll hear: ✅ Why most outsourced engineering projects fail ✅ The dirty secret behind agency bait-and-switch tactics ✅ How Outforce.ai built a database of 79,000+ agencies to find the right fit fast ✅ Cultural breakdowns: Why “right away” means different things around the world ✅ Sean's entrepreneurial pivots from oil fields to ad tech to global outsourcing ✅ The power of due diligence (and how Outforce makes it foolproof) ✅ GTM Fund's role in scaling SaaS companies with real revenue leaders Who is Sean? Sean Languedoc is a Canadian entrepreneur and founder of Outforce.ai, an agency matchmaking platform that de-risks outsourced engineering. With five startups under his belt, he's obsessed with solving inefficiency,  from oilfield logistics to outsourced software development. He's also a partner at GTM Fund, backing the world's top SaaS startups.

If you're a creative who rolls their eyes every time someone says, “You should be on TikTok,” I get it. I did too. But I've also seen firsthand how a free platform with a low barrier to entry can quietly change your entire business. Not overnight. But steadily. Strategically. Without becoming someone you're not. In this episode, I'm pulling back the curtain on how I use TikTok to stay visible, book clients, and build trust—without filters, dances, or pretending to be an influencer. So, why TikTok? I never expected to like it. I don't love being on camera. I don't enjoy over-polishing or oversharing. But I do love showing up for my community. I love talking shop. And I really love when a new client says, “I found you on TikTok… I just felt like you got it.” They didn't care about my résumé. They didn't go through my website. They watched a few videos, got curious, and reached out. That's the power of visibility. Why Visibility Matters More Than Ever I set a personal goal of 30,000 followers. Not for vanity. Because I've seen how perception changes with scale. At that number, people stop wondering if you're legit. They start assuming you are. It's wild, but true: I've had actors tell me they didn't book the job because they “didn't have a big enough following.” So while I don't love the rule... I'm learning to play the game. What I Post (and How I Keep It Manageable) I post just once a day, Monday through Friday. No weekends. That's it. My content rotates through three categories: 1. Trend-Based Posts Not dancing. Not chasing virality. Just using trending audio or formats to talk about life as a voice actor. Red flags. Weird specs. Behind-the-scenes stress. Stuff people relate to. 2. Original Content This is where I share warmups, workflow tips, gear recs, or things I wish I knew when I started out. The more specific, the better. 3. Personal Stories No life-overhauls or tearful confessions. Just honest stories from inside the booth: bombing auditions, almost quitting, learning the hard way. Those posts? They connect deeply. A Weekly Posting Roadmap If you want to try it out, here's a simple structure: Monday – A trend or audio reworked for your niche Tuesday – Respond to a question or comment Wednesday – Share a personal or client story Thursday – A POV sketch or observation Friday – Tips or encouragement for beginners Repeat. Tweak. Evolve based on what's resonating. Use Your Analytics TikTok gives you free data. Look at what people are watching all the way through, saving, or sharing—and lean into that. Kill what's not working. Keep what is. Don't overthink it. This isn't about being viral. It's about being valuable. Profile Tips to Help You Get Hired You don't need a perfect feed. But your profile should make sense to someone new: Clean, recognizable photo (not necessarily a headshot) Bio that says what you do and what kind of content you make Link to your site or lead magnet Keep your vibe real. Show up as yourself. Don't hide your mic. Don't over-filter. You're not selling a brand. You're being a person. What If You're Not Using TikTok? That's totally fine. But then ask yourself: Where are your future clients going to find you? Instagram? YouTube? Discord? Email? Wherever you plan to show up, you need a strategy. And if you're not going to show up at all? Then you need a different kind of strategy. Need Help? I've Got You. If you're feeling overwhelmed or stuck about how to grow your VO presence online—let's talk. You can always reach me through mandy@actingbusinessbootcamp.com, or DM me on TikTok at @astoriaredhead. I'd love to see what you're creating. Because we're not just growing followers. We're growing careers.

Guest: Melissa Palmer   Guest Bio: Melissa started her sales career by accident, but quickly learned. She enjoyed connecting a customer with a solution and helping solve their problems and protect their interests. She is very good at building lasting relationships because her intention is always honest. She soon learned the best way to truly protect the customer is to also protect the company she represents; there has to be a win-win scenario, or no one wins in the long run. In management, she can do the greatest good as she works with the sales team to do just that, focusing on creating winning solutions for all. Melissa is also very energetic about what she does, and that energy is contagious.   Key Points: Career Journey into Sales & Manufacturing Melissa began working in manufacturing while studying elementary education, after passing a tape measure test at a temp agency. She started on the shop floor, moved into office roles, then customer service, sales, management, and technical roles. Melissa wanted a fresh start in sales after over 20 years at her first company, where she was often the "fixer." Within six months, she was promoted to Sales Manager due to her proactive ideas and contributions.   Sales Team Development at LS Industries Melissa feels her biggest win is unified messaging—the entire sales team aligned in language, story, and mission. She took advantage of team turnover to rebuild with aligned, enthusiastic hires. There is strong support from leadership (including the owner) who models the company's values. Focus on educating the team on purpose, customer-centric values, and collective goals.   Sales Philosophy & Leadership Set clear expectations for customers, build trust, and prevent miscommunication. As a sales manager, Melissa retrains and coaches. Leads by example (e.g., joining calls to demonstrate customer communication). Shows the real-time impact of proper communication. Success in sales depends on trust, not just rapport. Repeat business comes from being dependable.   Sales Challenges Pain points: Reps either say “no” too fast or say “yes” too easily without assessing feasibility and avoiding hard conversations with customers (especially around timelines or product complexity). Melissa's coaching approach is to educate on the long-term impact of honesty and setting realistic expectations, and emphasize quality and ROI over speed when needed.   Team Composition & Structure Melissa's current team consists of 12 people, including international, e-commerce, parts, and general sales. She describes her team as mostly “hunters” (actively seeking new business). The “Farmers” exist mainly on the parts team (inbound calls, upselling).   Talent Development Melissa has successfully transitioned shop floor workers into top-performing sales reps based on drive and hustle. People who are eager to grow and win tend to excel, even with little formal experience.   CRM Adoption & Usage The biggest challenge is getting reps to consistently use the CRM. Melissa was initially skeptical, but now sees it as essential for success, organization, and maintaining relationships.  Her approach is to minimize complexity—track only essential data, use automation (autosave communications, recurring tasks), regular reminders, training, and reinforcement, and “Trust but verify” through reporting and light oversight—not micromanagement.   Key Sales Leadership Insights Missing documentation in CRM can cost deals. Frequent retraining, reinforcement, and modeling behavior help build habits. Being transparent and reliable is more effective than always being agreeable.   Guest Links: (316) 670-6283 mpalmer@lsindustries.com www.lsindustries.com  www.winonavannorman.com  Connect on LinkedIn Connect on Facebook        About Salesology®: Conversations with Sales Leaders Download your free gift, The Salesology® Vault. Two previous episodes were interviews, and the other was Johnny's brief guest reflection spot in Episode 300 Why Johnny's new book THE ARTISAN AUTHOR is a much-anticipated and needed book in the industry A definition of what it means to be an artisan author, which is kind of the opposite of being a "rapid release, Kindle-only eBook" author The importance of taking away that stress-cycle of having to pump out so many books as a single prescription "how to do it" answer Remembering an important thing that, just like there is no single "the way" neither is being an artisan author The paradigm shift and mindset change that is required as a fundamental starting point How readers outside of the eBook/Kindle-only marketplace aren't as focused on lower price points and are okay with higher prices The reality of the publishing landscape in terms of the books being sold and money being earned The misinterpretation of the book Johnny and Sean Platt released years ago called WRITE, PUBLISH, REPEAT How there are two kinds of writers. The type who approach the business as trying to solve a puzzle and the type who approach it as a way of telling a story that they really want to share How a call of "go slow and make art" is not nearly as sexy as a "solution" The experience of driving off to meet a couple of long-term fans to sign and sell directly to them Connections and humanity being a key element of the artisan author experience The value of authentic connection, regardless of whether or not it's in person or online That powerful experience Johnny had doing one of his first major live book signing events as an author at Author Nation in Vegas and how that led to doing a lot more in person events The ability to adapt to a customer based on their reactions in person Look at it as connections, and then if sales happen . . . great! Being really generous with your time and attention Some of the logistics of doing an in person book signing A couple of unexpected and amusing anecdotes from selling books in person The Kickstarter that Johnny is doing for this book, which runs July 15 through Aug 14 (johnnybtruant.com/artisan) The additional "continuum of education" that Johnny is including in this Kickstarter (Artisan University) The importance of authors entering into things with conscious decisions rather than just blindly following the generic advice they've found And more . . .   After the interview Mark reflects on a few specific points from the discussion.   Links of Interest: Johnny B. But if you're looking for support from a community of like-minded IFers, we are here for you at ginstephens.com/community. Janelle is a chemist at the Canadian Food Inspection Agency. Janelle shares her journey into intermittent fasting after a long history in the world of bodybuilding. Janelle explains she first heard about intermittent fasting during her bodybuilding days in the early 2010s, though at the time, she and others in the fitness community dismissed it as just another fad. She attempted fasting briefly under the guidance of someone who didn't fully understand the clean fast principles, leading her to give up, concerned about muscle loss. Many years and life changes later—including pregnancy, motherhood, and the closure of gyms during the pandemic—Janelle found herself struggling with unexplained weight gain and low energy, even after trying traditional approaches to nutrition and fitness.A turning point came when a coworker, whose sister's doctor recommended intermittent fasting, rekindled Janelle's interest. Janelle began her journey in June 2023, starting with a 14:10 approach and gradually narrowing her eating window as she learned more, eventually settling into a routine that worked for her lifestyle. Her initial research brought her to Gin's book, Fast. Feast. Repeat., which she credits—as well as the Intermittent Fasting Stories podcast and community—for giving her the knowledge and support to embrace clean fasting and the “delay, don't deny” philosophy. Listening to the podcast episodes, Janelle connected deeply with the stories of others and found practical tools and reassurance in their diversity of experience.Janelle's approach to fasting has not been defined by rapid weight loss but by steady progress and substantial health improvements. She openly discusses her slow, “turtle” pace in shedding pounds, emphasizing how much better she feels in terms of physical energy and mental clarity. Throughout her two-year journey, Janelle has released over 20 pounds and, most importantly, shifted away from a restrictive, scale-obsessed relationship with food, particularly as a former bodybuilder. She highlights the newfound freedom she enjoys around food and eating—modeling a positive example for her young daughter and appreciating treats, family meals, and special occasions without guilt or diet mentality.Janelle concludes her story by encouraging newcomers to immerse themselves in well-researched resources—particularly Gin's books and the podcast—for practical guidance and support. She underlines the importance of keeping an open mind, especially for those with a diet-focused background or entrenched ideas about nutrition. Janelle's final advice is to try intermittent fasting without overcomplicating it: read, learn, don't stress about perfection, and remember it costs nothing to give it a shot. According to Janelle, intermittent fasting has been truly life-changing, and she urges others to discover its benefits for themselves.Get Gin's books at: https://www.ginstephens.com/get-the-books.html. Unlock the Power of Persuasion: Discover "The Elephant Persuasion Principle" Podcast! Ever wondered how to influence people effortlessly, build unbreakable trust, and close deals like a pro? Imagine having a memory as sharp as an elephant's—never forgetting a name, a face, or a crucial detail that seals the connection. Recall like an elephant and watch your relationships soar! Elephants aren't just massive; they're memory masters! With brains weighing a whopping 5 kg (11 lbs - they excel at recall for survival and social bonds. Think about Lakshmi, the elephant in India who, after years of abuse, retaliated against her tormentor in June 2024. It's a stark reminder: elephants remember pain, loyalty, and everything in between. Now, apply that to your life - remember names like an elephant and you'll persuade like never before! Why is remembering names a game-changing people skill? It shows respect and genuine interest, sparking trust and rapport. In business, it supercharges networking and leadership. Socially, it cements friendships and nails first impressions. A 2016 Journal of Social Psychology study proves it: using someone's name boosts your warmth and competence, making you instantly more likable. It's not just polite; it's persuasive 101! But what's happening in your brain? When you hear your name, your attention spikes (like "Great job, Sarah!"), the amygdala lights up with emotion, and the prefrontal cortex evaluates the feel-good factor. It personalizes interactions, validates feelings, and follows social norms that make folks like you more.  Here are two simple techniques: 1. Repeat and Use the Name Immediately: Say "Nice to meet you, Sarah!" and weave it in again: "So, Sarah, what's your story?" Repetition builds brain pathways, shifting names from your short-term memory to long-term recall. Example: At a networking bash, greet John with "John, awesome to connect - what's your passion, John?" Boom - name locked in! 2. Associate with a Visual Image: Link the name to a wild picture. For Rose, envision a Rose coming out of her ear. Your brain loves visuals, leveraging the hippocampus for recall.  Want more insights into recalling names, increasing recall and 4 other techniques to instantly connect to anyone. Configure for a professional pipeline: 32-bit float, linear color space, and PIZ/ZIP lossless compression. This preserves render passes (diffuse, specular, mattes) in a single file. Composite in Fusion: In DaVinci Resolve, import the EXR sequence. Use Fusion's node graph to access individual layers, allowing separate adjustments to elements like color, highlights, and masks before integrating the AI asset into a final shot with a background plate.

Let me tell you something straight: who you are is not determined by your past, your failures, your title, or even your feelings. Your identity—your real identity—is found in one place only: in Christ. And when you discover what that truly means, everything changes. Our springboard for today's discussion is:“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” — 2 Corinthians 5:17 (ESV)When you gave your life to Jesus, something supernatural happened. You didn't just receive forgiveness—you received a new identity. You were reborn, rewired, and redefined. And yet, so many of us keep living like nothing changed. We allow the enemy to label us by our sin. We allow culture to define us by performance or status. We even let our own insecurities narrate the story of who we are. But friend, if you are in Christ, the old is gone. GONE.That means:* You are forgiven, not condemned.* You are loved, not tolerated.* You are chosen, not overlooked.* You are seated with Christ, not crawling for acceptance. This identity isn't based on how well you behaved today. It's based on the finished work of Jesus. That truth is unshakable. That identity is eternal. So the question becomes: will you live out who God says you are—or who the world says you're not?Start today by speaking truth. You are a new creation. You are His. And nothing in this world can change that.Question of the Day:Do you live like a new creation—or are you still carrying the weight of your old identity?Mini Call to Action:Look in the mirror today and say this out loud: “I am a new creation in Christ. The old is gone. The new has come.” Repeat it until you believe it.Let's Pray:Father, thank You that my identity is secure in You. Help me to live like the new creation You've called me to be. Silence the lies and remind me who I truly am. In Jesus' name, amen.Let's Get To Work!Don't just learn your identity—walk in it. You were made for more than the labels you've worn.My Reasons To Believe is a reader-supported publication. To receive new posts and support my work, consider becoming a free or paid subscriber. In the past year and a half much of my research on personal evolution has been around the concept of reality and how we perceive it, or rather, how we do not perceive it. As I gear up to offer you some new and I feel revolutionary concepts, in this episode I'm replaying a conversation I had on the topic of reality, with best selling author Jon Acuff. Jon is the New York Times bestselling author of seven books, and our focus in this conversation is his book, Soundtracks: The Surprising Solution To Overthinking. This was the second time I had Jon on the podcast and he has a skill for bringing profound personal development messages to us in an entertaining and I feel highly digestible perspective. I admire his way to connect with where people are in the so-called reality of their lives. A reality that as you're about to hear, he says we manufacture, and I sincerely agree. We dig into issues such as; We think our memory is a GoPro recording of “reality”, when in fact we're just filtering it through our own cognitive bias, one that has a quick decline in memory consistency. But we base our beliefs on it. Jon asks, “Why is it so easy to repeat negative soundtracks about myself internally and so hard to repeat positive soundtracks about myself externally?” The premise of the book and message is that we are living from soundtracks in our mind that we often need to Retire, Replace, then Repeat with new ones, over and over. Jon discusses with me how our brain has a habit of negativity and consistently lies about our memories, confuses fake trauma with real trauma, and steadfastly believes what it already believes. You can find Jon's book, Soundtracks, anywhere, and connect with him at acuff.me where he has a new offering, the Soundtracks Conversations Card Deck. Habakkuk 3:1-19A prayer of Habakkuk the prophet. On shigionoth.[a]2 Lord, I have heard of your fame;    I stand in awe of your deeds, Lord.Repeat them in our day,    in our time make them known;    in wrath remember mercy.3 God came from Teman,    the Holy One from Mount Paran.[b]His glory covered the heavens    and his praise filled the earth.4 His splendor was like the sunrise;    rays flashed from his hand,    where his power was hidden.5 Plague went before him;    pestilence followed his steps.6 He stood, and shook the earth;    he looked, and made the nations tremble. The ancient mountains crumbled    and the age-old hills collapsed—    but he marches on forever.7 I saw the tents of Cushan in distress,    the dwellings of Midian in anguish.8 Were you angry with the rivers, Lord?    Was your wrath against the streams?Did you rage against the sea    when you rode your horses    and your chariots to victory?9 You uncovered your bow,    you called for many arrows. You split the earth with rivers;10     the mountains saw you and writhed.Torrents of water swept by;    the deep roared    and lifted its waves on high.11 Sun and moon stood still in the heavens    at the glint of your flying arrows,    at the lightning of your flashing spear.12 In wrath you strode through the earth    and in anger you threshed the nations.13 You came out to deliver your people,    to save your anointed one. You crushed the leader of the land of wickedness,    you stripped him from head to foot.14 With his own spear you pierced his head    when his warriors stormed out to scatter us,gloating as though about to devour    the wretched who were in hiding.15 You trampled the sea with your horses,    churning the great waters.16 I heard and my heart pounded,    my lips quivered at the sound;decay crept into my bones,    and my legs trembled.Yet I will wait patiently for the day of calamity    to come on the nation invading us.17 Though the fig tree does not bud    and there are no grapes on the vines, though the olive crop fails    and the fields produce no food, though there are no sheep in the pen    and no cattle in the stalls,18 yet I will rejoice in the Lord,    I will be joyful in God my Savior.19 The Sovereign Lord is my strength;    he makes my feet like the feet of a deer,    he enables me to tread on the heights. For the director of music. Andrea is not only a retired elementary music teacher but also a piano composer, karate instructor, and women's self-defense teacher. They dive right into how Andrea discovered intermittent fasting in 2023 after hearing about it from a friend, initially reacting with skepticism before getting curious and quickly diving into podcasts and resources. A structured person by nature, Andrea took to tracking her fasting hours with an app, finding the visual goal-tracking motivating, and soon made fasting a daily habit, even amidst travel and a busy, active lifestyle.Andrea shares several anecdotes highlighting how intermittent fasting has become more mainstream, citing moments in pop culture and interactions with global karate colleagues who also fast. She describes her initial fasting experience, gradually finding what worked best for her, including experimenting with alternate day fasting (ADF) and 500-calorie down days. Andrea found joy in making down days a fun challenge by cooking satisfying meals within calorie limits, and she emphasizes the flexibility and long-term sustainability she now feels with intermittent fasting.A significant part of the conversation centers on mindful eating, overcoming toxic diet culture, and the freedom that comes from ditching rigid calorie restriction. Andrea candidly recounts her own weight plateaus and how shifting away from eating while distracted—especially stopping the habit of eating in front of the TV—made a real difference in her progress. She encourages listeners to track their weight over weeks, not days, and to adjust their process (including mindful, plated meals) rather than simply trusting the process when stuck. Both Gin and Andrea also reflect on the pitfalls of diet brain, the importance of eating real foods over ultra-processed choices, and the culture of comparing oneself to unrealistic standards.Andrea finishes the episode by sharing her advice for anyone starting out: celebrate finding intermittent fasting, consistently plate your meals, avoid distracted eating, and prioritize some form of exercise or stretching routine. She advocates for patience, embracing the journey, and seeking out community to find inspiration and support along the way. Andrea's story is a testament to adapting intermittent fasting to fit your life, making mindful choices, and prioritizing long-term health and enjoyment over short-term restriction.Get Gin's books at: https://www.ginstephens.com/get-the-books.html. In Day 5 of the Shift with CJ podcast, CJ dives into a powerful trio that can transform your metabolism, energy, and mental clarity: intermittent fasting, fatty (bulletproof) coffee, and contrast therapy. Whether you're trying to lose weight, boost productivity, or build a resilient body and mind, these practices offer a high return on minimal time investment. This episode ties ancient wisdom with modern biohacking, giving you simple, practical tools to shift your physiology in just a few steps. What You'll Learn:Why Intermittent Fasting Works CJ breaks down fasting into simple terms. Women can benefit from a 10–14 hour window, while men can go up to 16 hours. And it's easier than it sounds—because you're asleep for most of it. The real takeaway? Start small and build from there. Fasting resets your metabolism, improves hormone sensitivity, and accelerates fat loss.Fatty Coffee: The Hunger Blocker CJ introduces his go-to morning energy hack—bulletproof coffee—a blend of high-quality coffee, butter or ghee, and MCT oil. This drink slows down caffeine absorption, suppresses hunger, and helps produce ketones, which support fat-burning. It's ideal during fasting windows and boosts mental clarity without a crash.Contrast Therapy: Cold + Heat = Magic Learn why alternating between hot and cold (sauna + cold plunge or shower cycles) can speed up recovery, reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and even support fat loss by converting white fat into metabolically active brown fat. Bonus: it increases dopamine and builds mental resilience.Key Takeaways:Fasting isn't deprivation—it's restoration. Start with a 12-hour window and build up gradually.Bulletproof coffee isn't just trendy—it's functional. The fats stabilize energy, kill cravings, and support ketosis during fasting.Hot-cold therapy is underrated. It boosts mitochondria, circulation, and mental strength.Biohacking isn't new. Fasting and exposure to temperature extremes have been part of human evolution forever.Experiment and listen to your body. What matters is how you feel, not how perfect your protocol looks.5 Things You Can Start Doing Today:Begin with a 12-hour fast tonight. For example, finish dinner at 8 PM and have your first meal at 8 AM.Make your first cup of bulletproof coffee. Blend quality coffee with 1 tbsp butter/ghee + 1 tbsp MCT or coconut oil.Try a contrast shower. Start with 30 seconds warm, then 20 seconds cold. Repeat 5 rounds.Reflect on your energy and hunger. Track how your body responds to fasting and coffee with a quick journal or voice note.If available, explore sauna and cold plunge sessions. Just twice a week can have major benefits for recovery and mood.Final Thought: You don't need extreme diets or expensive supplements to transform your health. Sometimes, all it takes is skipping a meal, drinking a better cup of coffee, and braving a cold shower.

Julie is retired, and worked as an educational sign language interpreter for 25 years. Julie found intermittent fasting in January of 2024. Initially, Julie was searching for a healthy lifestyle that would help her age well and remain healthy into her later years, especially as she witnessed the severe dementia, heart disease, and diabetes affecting the women in her family. Determined to break this cycle, Julie found intermittent fasting while researching ways to lower her risks for these conditions. As Julie delves into her past, she recounts her dieting struggles that started from a very young age. She shares how she felt as though she was "on a diet" most of her life, losing and gaining weight repeatedly, even as she was very active as a competitive swimmer in her early years. This lifelong struggle with weight peaked at 272 pounds when she was 48. A health scare at that time served as a turning point, prompting her to take serious action about her weight and health, leading to a successful 100-pound loss over 13 years through traditional dieting methods. Even though she lost 100 pounds, every day was a struggle because she had to think about everything she was eating all day long. It took a lot of mental energy. The pandemic brought new challenges as Julie gained weight back, but finding intermittent fasting marked a profound change. The approach led her to find balance, effectively losing an additional 45 pounds without the struggle she had experienced before. Julie describes the lifestyle not just as a means to manage weight but as a holistic approach to health, impacting positively her mood, energy, and even her physical reactions, such as allergies and asthma.Julie's final advice to listeners emphasizes the importance of starting the journey and being persistent. She encourages finding an exercise regimen you enjoy, making it a habit, finding a strong "why," and prioritizing oneself in this lifestyle journey. Whether motivated by a health reason or the more traditional pursuit of weight loss, Julie's approach stands as a testament to the transformative power of adopting intermittent fasting as a sustainable lifestyle—empowering oneself every step of the way.Get Gin's books at: https://www.ginstephens.com/get-the-books.html.
