Jess shares her inspiring water birth story with HeHe on this episode of the podcast, marking the first time this topic is explored on the show. She recounts her journey from her first challenging labor to her triumphant fifth birth, a water birth of her baby boy. Jess delves into her experience with hospital births, including an emergency C-section, and her determination to have a natural birth. Despite doubts and challenges, she successfully found a supportive midwife and had an empowering water birth. The conversation highlights the benefits of water birth, the crucial role of midwives, and the significance of mindset in overcoming birth-related fears. Jess also touches on her postpartum experience and gives insight into the coaching work she does to aid women in overcoming limiting beliefs. Jess's Birth Story: From Hospital to Water Birth The Water Birth Experience Navigating VBAC and Finding the Right Provider Preparing for an Unmedicated Birth Postpartum Reflections and Coaching Insights From Jess: Years ago, I suffered a loss that ripped to the core of my heart. I searched for books and information of how to get past the pain and brokenness. When I couldn't find information on how to get my heart and mind past the trauma, I buried the pain deep and moved on from there. The problem with burying things is that they find a way to surface through triggers and you find yourself responding from a place of doubt, fear and pain. Without realizing it, you have a new normal, a new learning history that shapes all of your future behaviors and beliefs. It wasn't until I received emotional healing that my mindset shifted, and with a renewed mind I was able to respond to triggers and people for a healthy place. It was a process of renewing my mind, being intentional with my thoughts and taking the negative one's captive. I now know which are the lies and which are the truths and when I‘m navigating triggers, transition, or looking to step into the next area of growth. I know how to navigate my heart, mind, body and spirit from a place of truth. SOCIAL MEDIA: Connect with HeHe on IG Connect with Jess on IG Connect with HeHe on YouTube. They also explore the implications of different monitoring choices on labor and delivery, including how interventions like Pitocin and epidurals require monitoring and tips for how different monitoring methods might affect movement and comfort during labor. In this episode, we're diving into the following questions: When providers often use each type of monitoring and why they may use continuous monitoring more often. How long are the breaks during intermittent monitoring? What types of monitoring are best for low risk labors versus more complicated pregnancies? What helps when we start to see wonky fetal heartones? So what are some scenarios where you would want electronic fetal monitoring? Ep 388: Unleash the Power of Solar Storm Alchemy Realign your Energy and find Inner Balance. Solar Storm Alchemy Mindful Reiki Energy Healing Meditation + 417 Hz Music During solar storms, Earth's atmosphere is flooded with masses of luminous energy, which can be overwhelming to human at times. The vast reservoirs of radiant energy envelop Earth's environment, creating a heightened state of energy within us and our surroundings. This sudden increase, at first can be challenging. In these phases, it's common to notice heightened states of irritability, emotional sensitivity, worry, weariness, mental disorientation, or stress. These effects are likely impelled by the formidable electromagnetic energies discharged during solar storms. Similar to the "ascension flu" observed during intense periods of spiritual awakening, the light emissions associated with geomagnetic activity are believed to support ascension processes. Your consciousness is attempting to upgrade but it's easy to find yourself in a state of befuddlement and emotional imbalance. It's akin to being on a thrilling rollercoaster ride of ups and downs. Keep using your Energy Healing Tools to support your Human! Solar storms heighten the electric energy and water (magnetic energy) needed to maintain balance. Just like Mother Earth is creating balance within Herself, in many ways you too must balance this excess electric energy. Stay hydrated and grounded as best as you can to integrate this heightened frequency. ASCENSION SYMPTOMS Headaches Body pain/ muscle soreness Nausea Burning eyes Cold and flu-like symptoms Changes to sleeping patterns Ear ringing Scalp soreness and itchiness Appetite changes Unexplainable heightened anxiety Neck and shoulder tension Maybe more...make sure to use your energy healing tools! Embrace the alchemy of cosmic energy healing meditation to elevate your journey. Tap into the universe's profound power and let every cosmic wave enhance your practice and life. For optimal results, repeat this meditation regularly, especially during periods of heightened solar activity or geomagnetic storms to support yourself for the highest good with ease and grace.

Perfectionism. Type A. All-or-nothing. These collective personality traits - which are merely a group of stories, beliefs, and behaviors - were born to protect you. Yet, at some point, they crossed over from protective to counterproductive. In today's episode, we'll talk about how, when, and why the perfectionistic part of you came to be. We'll explore how it may have once helped you and how it's now hindering you. We'll also paint a clear picture of the dark side of perfectionism… Perfectionists struggle with procrastination, indecision, a need for control, flexibility, rumination, and an inability to see the bigger picture. This leaves you stuck in the endless shame-perfectionism cycle. In today's episode, I detail the misunderstanding so many have about gleaning awareness of their perpetual pattern of self-sabotage. Your word choice matters. There's an inherent energy, magic, if you will in your word choice. It's not a coincidence that the construction of words is referred to as “spell-ing.” They literally have the power and potential to cast a spell on your energy, actions, results, identity, and reality! If you continue to underestimate the power of word choice on your mood, energy, well-being, and what you attract in life, you'll continue to fall victim to poor word choices that reinforce what it is you are speaking into existence. In today's episode of the Unstuck Yourself Podcast, I'll reveal the depth and power of words. I'll then share several common word choice missteps you're likely making and help you bring awareness and an action plan to begin using the power of words for you, rather than against you. It's intoxicating and addicting to think about how many interests you have. You get off on the dopamine rush of ruminating on your interests. Yet, when it's time to take action on these interests, you have depleted your energy reserves so much through this interest-based fantasy that there's nothing left to actually take action in pursuing your interests. You remain stuck in Lala land without ever taking any action. Thus, despite having so many grand interests, your life never changes and you end up further from achieving those interest-based goals. Nothing significant changes in your life unless you're committed. In today's edition of the Unstuck Yourself Newsletter, I'll differentiate what it means to be interested versus committed to something. I'll discuss key differences, why being interested is meaningless, and note the common practices of High-Performers who relentlessly and ruthlessly commit to becoming the best version of themselves.
