Der Advent ist in vollem Gange, und Zora und Hanna bringen euch nicht nur kulinarische Highlights, sondern auch die perfekte Mischung aus Backfieber und Community-Talk. Zum Einstieg diskutieren die beiden eine essenzielle Frage: Kombucha – hot or not? Während die Meinungen darüber auseinandergehen, ist eines klar – bei Zora herrscht Backfieber! Mit Papa Dungs Rezept für Bärentatzen und einem improvisierten Spritzbeutel ging es ans Werk. Auch ihre absoluten Lieblingskekse, die Vanillekipferl, durften nicht fehlen – natürlich ganz bewusst mit Haselnüssen statt Mandeln. Trotzdem wollte sich der Back-Flow nicht so recht einstellen. Hanna hingegen war in ihrem Element: Als Foodstylistin hat sie Onigiris in Szene gesetzt und sorgt damit für japanische Vibes. Passend dazu kommen die beiden ins Schwärmen über DIY-Sushi-Abende – perfekt für die gemütliche Jahreszeit, in der Essen ruhig mal aufwendig sein darf. In der Service-Rubrik wird es praktisch: Hannah (nicht Hanna!) fragt, welches Essen man für 60 Gäst:innen bei einem 30. Geburtstag zaubern könnte. Zora und Hanna haben eine grandiose Idee parat – Spoiler: einfach und beeindruckend zugleich! Beim Recap des Viertelfinales von The Taste geraten die beiden ins Fachsimpeln. Thema war „Gemüse im Fokus“, was Hanna top fand – bis auf ein Detail: Tim Raue und Frank Rosin verschluckten bei Topinambur einen Buchstaben, was sie nicht unkommentiert lassen konnte. Außerdem ein heißes Thema: Gemüse, das es endlich geschafft hat (Rosenkohl) und solches, das noch eine Kurve kriegen muss (rote Beete, we're looking at you). Hanna verrät auch, wie sie Steckrüben zubereitet – Inspiration inklusive. Das Dreierlei widmet sich diesmal dem Thema Kochen mit Kardamom und auch beim Bier ist einiges los: Hanna besucht die OKF-Show von Laura Larsson und schaut die Premiere der zweiten Staffel Squid Game. Zora hingegen plant noch das perfekte Gericht für den Geburtstag ihres Freundes und sitzt am Freitag bei „Hand in Hand für Norddeutschland“ am Spendentelefon.
