Wie alle Elemente, die für das Leben essenziell sind, durchläuft auch Phosphor einen Kreislauf. Allerdings dauert dieser hunderte von Millionen Jahren. Um auch in Zukunft genügend Phosphor für Düngemittel zu haben, soll Phosphor schon bald rezykliert werden. Als weltweit erstes Land will die Schweiz ab 2026 einen Teil des Phosphors als Dünger wiederverwerten. Besonders in menschlichen Ausscheidungen steckt viel drin – heute landet dieser Phosphor ungenutzt im Klärschlamm der Kläranlagen. Früher durfte dieser Klärschlamm direkt als Dünger auf die Felder ausgebracht werden, doch wegen zu vieler Verunreinigungen ist dies seit bald 20 Jahren verboten. Heute muss Klärschlamm in eine Deponie gebracht oder verbrannt werden. Um diesen Teil des Phosphorkreislaufs wieder zu schliessen – von den Pflanzen übers Essen in die Kläranlagen – soll der Phosphor jetzt mit neuen Techniken aus dem Klärschlamm geholt werden. Juli 2021). In dem Artikel rechnet der Autor mit den massiven und rabiat vorgetragenen US-Vorwürfen ab, wonach der Covid-19 verursachende Virus aus dem chinesischen Hochsicherheits-Bio-Labor in Wuhan entweder unbeabsichtigt entwichen ist oder gezielt freigesetzt wurde, um dem Westen zu schaden. Inzwischen stellen schon etliche US-Städte und US-Bundesstaaten von der Regierung in Peking Entschädigungsforderungen in Höhe von Hunderten von Milliarden Dollar. Bei genauerem Hinsehen aber führen mehr Spuren über den Ort des ersten Auftauchens des Virus in die USA als nach China. Und das hat viel mit dem bekannten US-Bio-Waffenlabor Fort Detrick und seiner überraschenden und abrupten Schließung im Juli 2019 zu tun, während sich kurze Zeit später – vor allem im August und September 2019 - eine rätselhafte neue, teils tödliche Lungenerkrankung ausbreitete. Die neue „Krankheit“ wurde unter dem Begriff „Vaping“ (Dampfend) bekannt, weil man erst angenommen hatte, dass sie durch Zusatzstoffe in den elektrischen Zigaretten hervorgerufen wurde. Doch dieser Verdacht erwies sich als falsch und man vermutete einen neuen Grippe-Virus. Siehe dazu auch den offiziellen Bericht (2) des „US-Center for Disease Control“ (CDC), das in den USA in etwa die Funktion des Robert Koch Instituts hierzulande erfüllt. Da der Krankheitsverlauf des sogenannten „Vaping“-, und dann der angeblich „neuen Grippe“ dem später aus China importierten Covid-19 glich, der sich ab Mitte Februar 2020 auch in den USA verstärkt ausbreitete, wurde Robert Redfield, der ehemalige Direktor des CDC bei einer Anhörung im US-Kongress am 11. März 2020 gefragt, ob es sich bei den rätselhaften Vaping-Erkrankungen ein halbes Jahr zuvor womöglich um Covid-19 gehandelt haben könnte. Ex-CDC-Direktor Redfield gab daraufhin eine sensationelle Erklärung ab, die seither jedoch im kollektiven Gedächtnisloch der US-Medien entsorgt worden ist. Redfield bejahte die Frage und sagte, dass man zur Klärung des Sachverhalts einige Exhumierungen vorgenommen habe und dabei „Todesfälle, die durch den Corona-Virus verursacht wurden, entdeckt“ habe, soweit das Zitat von CNN (3). Wenn diese Erklärung Redfields stimmt – und es gibt keinen Grund, weshalb er den US-Kongress belügen sollte, zumal das mit Gefängnis bestraft wird – dann war der neue Corona-Virus bereits in den USA, bevor es den ersten Fall im chinesischen Wuhan Ende Dezember 2019 gegeben hat. Wächst Dir alles über den Kopf und fühlst Du Dich vom Alltag überlastet? Manchmal sind wir so in unseren Anforderungen gefangen, dass wir uns selbst gar nicht mehr richtig spüren. Deshalb zeige ich Dir in der heutigen Podcastfolge vier achtsame Schritte aus der Überforderung, um wieder bei Dir selbst anzukommen. Wenn wir uns überfordert fühlen, sind unsere Gedanken und Emotionen ständig in Bewegung, erwarten Antworten und Entscheidungen. Doch nicht alles, was auf uns einströmt, muss auch von uns gelöst werden. Nicht zu allem müssen wir Ja sagen. Deshalb gilt es, zuerst einen ehrlichen Blick auf unsere Überforderung zu werfen. Wege aus der Überforderung Vielleicht bist Du gerade aus der Spur geraten und Dir wird bewusst, dass Du gar nicht mehr auf deinem eigenen Weg bist. Sondern in einem Sog aus Verpflichtungen, die Dich erschöpfen und alle Kraft kosten. Und Du immer wieder auf später verschiebst, was Dir eigentlich am Herzen liegt. Spüre in Dich hinein, was Dich genau überfordert und ob Du diese Belastungen wirklich tragen musst. Sind es Deine eigenen oder fremde Erwartungen, die Du erfüllen willst? Kannst Du einige davon loslassen, weil sie gar nicht zu Dir gehören? Was bedarf noch einer Klärung und was kannst Du liebevoll gehen lassen? Ich begleite Dich heute durch vier achtsame Schritte aus der Überforderung. Damit Du Dir selbst Raum und Zeit schenkst, um in Dein Herz zu spüren. Um wahrzunehmen, was Du brauchst für Deine innere Balance. Und was Dir guttut, um wieder voller Energie in Deinen eigenen Rhythmus zu finden.
