This is especially important if you are heading toward burnout. You may need to make a big scary decision about your business if you are feeling this way. I've been a copywriter and a launch strategist for some epic online entrepreneurs, and you know what I've noticed? The most common issue that brings people unstuck in their marketing is not communicating WHAT or HOW they do something, it's actually understanding their WHY.The reason you do your thing is what makes you absolutely unique from everyone else out there.Understanding yourself, your motivation and your purpose is what allows you to have that clear, refined and UNWAVERING message that attracts perfect fit clients. Because when you're wobbly on why you do your thing, it's difficult to work out who you're really selling to, and sometimes even how you do it differently. And then it's almost impossible to feel really aligned with your message. That's where astrology comes in. I describe it like a personality test on steroids. In this episode, you'll find out:How astrology can help you go deeper on ALL the big business questionsHow I work with clients to uncover their ‘WHY' (and what to look for if you're doing this yourself)Examples of how this works ‘in action' in your businessLinks to check out once you've had a listen to this episode are here:Simon Sinek's TED Talk: https://www.ted.com/talks/simon_sinek_how_great_leaders_inspire_action Create your own free birth chart and start uncovering more about yourself here: https://cafeastrology.com/free-natal-chart-report-whole-sign-houses.html Get my Cosmic Communication Guide: https://sophiapallas.com/cosmic-comms-style/ Follow me @sophiapallas on Instagram.PODCAST DISCLAIMER: The information contained in this podcast and the resources available for download or purchase are for educational and informational purposes only. This information is not a substitute for advice from a professional who is aware of the facts and circumstances of your individual situation.

In today's quick tip episode I want to dive into a topic that I've been hinting at a few times in recent shows.I want to spend a few minutes talking about what I mean when I say, “Simplicity is what scales.”I was recently auditing an Accelerator member's business. I discovered there was a ton of unnecessary complexity in their business.Complexity that's holding them back from scaling their business faster.I'm a huge fan of simplicity. Years ago, however, my business was anything but simple. It was super complex, with different offers for different audiences. The back end of the business was a spider web of different tools connected to each other in weird ways.Things got so much better when I simplified everything down to four key components in the business. We scaled the business. We created more revenue and more profit. I was working the least amount of hours that I ever had, and I was the happiest I'd ever been in the business. That's what I want for you and your business, and it starts with simplifying the business into four different systems, which I'm going to share with you today. In this episode, you'll learn:The four systems of a successful businessHow to scale your business using these four systemsWhere the easiest “wins” are in your businessLinks & Resources:10XPRODM me on InstagramVisit my YouTube channelThe Art of Online Business clipsThe Art of Online Business websiteThe Art of Online Business Podcast websiteCheck out my Accelerator coaching program*Disclosure: I only recommend products I use and love and all opinions expressed here are my own.
