We open with the media saying the Pope did not meet with VP JD Vance, only to find they did meet before the Pope passed away. I am on-call to fill-in on the Erick Erickson Show this Thursday if they sign the Ukraine mineral rights deal. Then we look back to just over a year ago to remind everyone how the Democrats thought of illegals as the “Americans they care most about.” This leads to more about the Democrat Party siding with MS-13, to the point of claiming Donald Trump is the one who wants this story to be kept alive in order to hide how bad the economy is doing. Economist Peter St. Onge says we are starting to enter deflation and sides with Trump on wondering why Fed Chair Jerome Powell won't lower interest rates? Disgruntled and fired leakers from the DoD put out a hit-piece on Secretary of Defense Pete Hegseth that the NYTimes dutifully ran with and got people repeating over the weekend. Once again, seems to be just another fake hit from the usual suspects. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) says the Democrat party will remember those countries who worked with Donald Trump and they will be thought of unkindly. Seems rather ominous and authoritarian. SCOTUS seems to have contradicted itself after putting out an emergency midnight ruling that says the opposite of what the put out just over a week ago regarding the presidency and foreign policy. A judge in New Mexico has resigned after it was discovered he was sheltering an illegal and member of the TdA gang in his home. The NLRB whistleblower who claimed DOGE stole data to sell to the Russians is now being investigated for making up the story. Finally, if you are going to photoshop someone into a picture, at least put some effort into it. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. We open the show with a piece from Christopher Rufo, adding credence to the theory I talked about yesterday, about intentionally seeding the Federal government with people who are mentally unwell. General Flynn revealed that whistleblowers are coming out of the wood-work and criminality is going to be highlighted very soon, starting with former FBI Director James Comey. Rep. Tim Burchett (R-TN) wanted to know if USAID money went to any other terrorist organizations besides the Taliban. Turns out we have funded dozens of them. When asked about safeguards, you will shocked to hear, as one example, how we funneled $2.1 billion to Hamas since October 7, 2023. We should not be surprised, given the corruption inside USAID. In fact, Sharyl Attkisson gives us a soundbite where she has been reporting about such corruption for many years. As further example, seems there has been over $160 million USAID dollars that have been funneled into an NGO, benefiting Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). Even worse, it seems Rep. Hakeem Jeffries's (D-NY) campaign may have Smurfed his supporters to the tune of over $1.1 million dollars. And we have discovered more USAID funds flowing to Norm Eisen's own daughter's 501(c)4, Tamar Eisen. The good news is Chief Justice Roberts has put a stop to the activist lower court judges, allowing President Trump to continue his pause on money flowing out of USAID. We discussed the astroturfing PsyOp used to create the fake narrative that MAGA voters are now suffering from buyers remorse. This was tried on Speaker Mike Johnson, who blew it out of the water. DHS Secretary Kristi Noem has announced the creation of a new site to register illegal aliens. Those who self-register will get the aid of the US government in sending them back home, where they can then apply to return legally. And speaking of the border, Gov. Ron DeSantis (R-FL) reminds us of the big lie both Kamala Harris and Joe Biden were selling about not being able to secure it. As we wrap up, we introduce you to Leah Greenberg and Ezra Levin who are funding the agitators to infiltrate GOP town halls and flood their phone lines. And, to once again prove how the Left uses such operations, we show you a panel discussion on MSNBC. Don't believe the manure they are shoveling. Our show opens with the Designated Liar Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) trying his best to spread as much #FearPorn as possible. It used to work better before so many Americans truly began to wake up from their stupor. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent says the fearmongering isn't helpful, but does indicate how many feel they will be caught up in the discovery of their own fraud. Stuart Varney also wonders why so many are upset about the work DOGE and Musk are doing? We have a whistleblower who said they were encouraged to register illegals as being permanently disabled so they could collect long-term Social Security disability. President Trump and Elon Musk did a joint interview on Fox News where they address many of attacks from the Left. Interestingly, Musk makes the same observation we have made here, that the Left often accuses the other side of the very crimes they have committed. Maybe the word is getting out that even activist judges are not going to be able to stop the DOGE team. Judge Chutkan told 14 Democrat Attorneys General that there case had not merit in stopping the internal audit by Musk and his team. More trash is taking itself out to the curb. This time it's inside the FDA with Jim Jones. Also, so many public sector employees are crying about losing their jobs as if it never occurred to them that they might not be needed. Plus, we can thank the Biden administration for giving Trump the power to fire people, due to prior lawsuits the Biden regime won in Spicer v. United States of America. A massive HCQ study that demonized the drug during COVID-19 was just retracted. Like everything else about that disastrous time for Public Health, they are working overtime to re-write history. Lunatic Leftist Jennifer Rubin gives us a perfect example of how the Legacy/mainstream media refuses to learn. She recently mocked MAGA supporters as being entirely illiterate. Maybe that's why polling for Trump continues to surge, including a new poll showing how he has flipped the electorate. We close with comments from Nicole Shanahan, who has rejected the Democrat party and said many others are doing the same after being lied to for so many years. Today we open with a suggestion to CNN to get Abby Phillip to take back the propaganda point that she used to shut down Rep. Nicole Malliotakis (R-NY) regarding the wasteful allocation of nearly $50million dollars for condoms in Gaza. We have the receipts and it shows the payment ready to be sent had DOGE not stopped it. On the other hand, maybe we should let Legacy/mainstream media continue to lie, since it will only hasten their end. We then spend a lot of time on even more elements of USAID that have come to light since yesterday's show. One of the areas the Democrats are desperate to keep under wraps is just how far back we have been funding gain-of-function to create a coronavirus that can infect humans. Secretary of State Marco Rubio has been tasked as Acting Director to USAID while the DOGE team can work with them to assess what is still viable spending and what is not. While we discuss that, we hear from a USAID employee on their mad scramble to hide their woke/DEI accouterments when they heard DOGE was in the building. Outside of the building, Democrat lawmakers continually lied to the American people, including the Designated Liar himself, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). Senator John Kennedy (R-LA) told those on the Left to “call someone who cares,” knowing that this is exactly what the people wanted when they voted for Donald Trump. Sen. Chuck “You” Schumer (D-NY) teased us with the idea that DOGE might go after the IRS next! Please, don't make threats you don't intend to keep! Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez (D-NY) is certainly in the running for one of the dumbest representatives in the House. She took to her social media to tell us how unintelligent Elon Musk is. You cannot make this up if you tried! On a positive note, at least 1,000 EPA employees are being fired, 20,000 Federal employees have decided to resign and take the severance package and we will likely see 4000 more let go when Trump eliminates the Department of Education. We also get a win from Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum who is going to open up public lands for energy exploration and extraction. And, finally, it looks like RFK, Jr. was voted out of committee and will head to the full Senate for a final confirmation vote. Word is, Pam Bondi, Kash Patel and Tulsi Gabbard will follow suit. Doesn't winning feel great!

Roy called the bill an improvement but still fiscally irresponsible. Meanwhile, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) accused Elon Musk of being the 4th branch of government—suggesting he is personally responsible for derailing the bipartisan stopgap spending bill which had been proposed yesterday. 6:40pm- Speaker of the House Mike Johnson spoke with the press—outlining why the latest stopgap spending proposal needs to pass. 6:50pm- Are we heading for a government shutdown?

A pair of lawmakers have dealt the Biosecure Act a setback that could derail the legislation, even as Congress continues its push to reduce reliance on China in the life sciences. On the latest BioCentury This Week podcast, Washington Editor Steve Usdin explains why Sen. Rand Paul (R-Ky.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) refused to sign off on inclusion of the anti-China biotech bill in the must-pass National Defense Authorization Act, what provisions the defense bill has that seek to enhance U.S. biotech supply chain resilience and whether Biosecure can be resurrected. And in the latest in neurology, Executive Editor Selina Koch discusses Novartis and PTC's $1 billion deal for the biotech's Huntington disease therapy, and how several biotechs are poised to take therapies against the long undruggable KCC2 to the clinic for neurological disorders. With his nomination for Defense secretary teetering on the brink, Pete Hegseth will soon learn whether his 11th-hour offensive yesterday to save his nomination has succeeded. As Republican senators — notably including combat veteran Joni Ernst (R-Iowa) — express concerns about some of Hegseth's views as well as the allegations of sexual misconduct and alcohol abuse, which he has denied, the nominee has remained resolute: “We're not going anywhere,” he told Hill reporters yesterday. But it might not entirely be his call. National correspondent Betsy Woodruff Swan and Playbook co-author Rachael Bade discuss what to watch for now. Plus, President-elect Donald Trump announces another flurry of key administration officials, and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) rises in the ranks.
Today's show deals almost entirely with a story whose seismic impact across the Left and the Legacy/mainstream media cannot be understated. If there was still any lingering doubt about the media being nothing more than the propaganda wing of the Democrat party, this story is the final nail in their coffin. On Sunday, seemingly out of nowhere, Joe Biden released a statement indicating he was giving his son, Hunter, a full Federal pardon. What's interesting in the pardon is for any and all crimes committed between January 01, 2014 through December 01, 2024. It just so happens that Joe Biden was given the Ukraine portfolio to manage as then Vice President in February of 2014 and Hunter would begin serving on the board of Burisma by May of 2014. But, while some in the media are desperate to make it look like it was only about his tax evasion and gun felonies, others on the Left are outraged over the talking-point Biden just handed to Trump and his allies. We go through several examples to show how there is a massive fracture within the party. We close with a look at the current Designated Liar, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) trying to pretend there is no weaponization of the FBI and the DOJ, while also mocking the selection of Kash Patel to head the FBI. We close with even more bad news for Kamala Harris's loss on November 5. Not only does it look like she now spent more than $2.1 billion on her loss, but she did something that hasn't been done since 1932. Harris is the first candidate since Herbert Hoover who did not flip a single county in the United States of America. Today's show opens with our nod to the week in news thanks to Tara Bull's Top 10 News Items the Legacy/mainstream didn't cover or didn't cover properly. It's a perfect way to end the week, jumping through several news stories in rapid-fire succession. Next we move to Hakeem Jeffries to help illustrate how the Legacy/mainstream media is part of the Democrat party. But, even with a friendly press, he manages to serve up his own version of Kamala Harris style word-salad. Yesterday I said that with Matt Gaetz withdrawing, there would be a push to go after Pete Hegseth. A professor and author on MSNBC said he was a danger to the military because of his extreme views and for selling grenades. Well, not actual grenades, but soap in the shape of a grenade. For a Leftist, it's basically the same thing. Former Congressman Joe Walsh is bordering on treason after saying NATO and our allies should not share classified information with Tulsi Gabbard if she is confirmed to be the Director of National Intelligence. It feels like today's politicians don't know what an oath to uphold and defend the Constitution really means. Without skipping a beat, Donald Trump has nominated Pam Bondi, the former state AG of Florida, to become the new US AG. And, right on queue, the press begins their new fear mongering smear campaign. They even bring out the Designated Liar, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) to show us their own deep-seated projection over how they current regime weaponized the DOJ. Insiders are saying DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is negotiating an early exit, wanting a full-immunity clause to project him from any forthcoming investigations. The panic is palpable. Liberal lunatics are saying Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC) is “weaponizing” her rape trauma to spread bigotry. I'm not making that up. The “Turtle” is sticking around, being name Chair of the Senate Rule Committee. On a brighter note, Cenk Uygur seems to be discovering a more moderate disposition and is actually siding with the Department of Government Efficiency. It's amazing to watch the coalition Trump continues to foster while the Left continues to implode. Please take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. Tonight on The ReidOut, Joy Reid leads with a whirlwind 24 hours of legal twists with Donald Trump at the center of three pivotal cases. In New York, a key witness in Trump's criminal trial, former National Enquirer publisher David Pecker, took the stand for a third day. Pecker admitted to helping suppress Playboy model Karen McDougal's story about her affair with Trump to aid his 2016 election bid, acknowledging this violated campaign finance laws. Meanwhile, in Arizona, 18 individuals, including 11 "fake electors," faced indictments for attempts to overturn Trump's 2020 election loss. Among them are Trump allies Rudy Giuliani, Mark Meadows, and Boris Epshteyn. Although Trump escaped charges, he was labeled an unindicted co-conspirator. Concurrently, the Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. heard arguments on Trump's claim of absolute presidential immunity, with his lawyer suggesting this could include actions like staging a military coup or ordering political assassinations—an argument widely deemed absurd. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) joins Joy Reid to discuss the apparent politicization of the Supreme Court. All this and more in this edition of The ReidOut on MSNBC.
Pags breaks down the heated arguement between Rep. James Comer (R-KY) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD). PLUS...Representative James Comer joins Joe this hour.. are they going to impeach President Biden or not?
The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (03/04/2024): 3:05pm- In a unanimous 9-0 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from participating in the 2024 election—and, consequently, he cannot be removed from state ballots. Only Congress, according to the Court, is capable of enforcing Section 3 of the 14th Amendment, barring an individual guilty of participating in an insurrection from holding elected office. In the main opinion, the Justices write that “the Constitution makes Congress, rather than the States, responsible for enforcing Section 3 against federal officeholders and candidates…The Constitution empowers Congress to prescribe how those determinations should be made. The relevant provision is Section 5, which enables Congress, subject of course to judicial review, to pass ‘appropriate legislation' to ‘enforce' the Fourteenth Amendment…The ‘patchwork' that would likely result from state enforcement would ‘sever the direct link that the Framers found so critical between the National Government and the people of the United States' as a whole.” You can read the court's full decision here: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2024/03/04/us/supreme-court-ruling-trump-colorado.html 3:15pm- After the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from appearing on ballots, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) appeared on CNN announcing that—with the help of Rep. Eric Swalwell (D-CA)—he is working on a new strategy to bar Trump from 2024 ballots. 3:20pm- Charlie Savage of The New York Times writes: “In criticizing the majority for unnecessarily dismissing other potential ways federal officials might enforce Section 3 besides a congressional statute, the three liberal justices [Sonya Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson] do not specify what those alternative methods might be. But when it comes to presidents, one obvious alternative would be that when Congress meets to certify electoral college votes on the Jan. 6 after an election, lawmakers could refuse to count electoral college votes won by a candidate they deemed disqualified under Section 3—even without a statute. Justice [Amy Coney] Barrett, in her separate opinion, also says it was enough to rule that states lack the power to enforce Section 3 against presidential candidates and there was no need ‘to address the complicated question whether federal legislation is the exclusive vehicle through which Section 3 can be enforced.'” You can read more: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/03/04/us/trump-supreme-court-colorado-ballot/31379f62-f91f-57f7-a33e-37959bc68452?smid=url-share 3:30pm- While appearing on MSNBC following the Supreme Court's ruling in favor of Donald Trump, Colorado Secretary of State Jenna Griswold said that she was disappointed by the decision and that “it'll be up to the American voters to save our democracy in November.” Colorado's State Supreme Court had ruled that Trump was barred from holding office for his role in the riot at the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. 3:40pm- Zack Smith—Legal Fellow and Manager of the Supreme Court and Appellate Advocacy Program in the Edwin Meese III Center for Legal and Judicial Studies at The Heritage Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's ruling that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from state ballots. 4:05pm- A new poll from The New York Times/Sienna College shows that regardless of race, age, or gender more voters believe that former President Donald Trump's policies benefited them than did President Joe Biden's policies—40% to 18%. Perhaps most concerning for Biden, 43% of voters claim Biden's policies actively hurt them personally—only 25% said the same about Trump. You can read the full article, from Ruth Igielnik and Camille Baker, here: https://www.nytimes.com/2024/03/04/us/politics/trump-biden-policies-help-hurt.html 4:20pm- While appearing on Fox News with Maria Bartiromo, Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH) said that President Joe Biden's 2021 executive orders “opened the flood gates” at the U.S. Southern border. 4:25pm- President Joe Biden continues to insist that he has no control over the influx of migrants crossing the U.S. Southern border unlawfully. But as Rich Lowry notes in his most recent article for National Review, “Joe Biden was inaugurated on January 20, 2021. Less than two weeks later, on February 2, he issued the executive order that began the unraveling at the border in earnest. The border crisis isn't something that happened to President Biden. It's not a product of circumstances or understandable policy mistakes made under duress. No, he sought it and created it, on principle and as a matter of urgency.” Lowry continues: “The February 2 action… put on the chopping block numerous Trump policies that had helped establish order at the border, from Trump's expansion of expedited removal, to his termination of a parole program for Central American minors, to his memorandum urging the relevant departments to work toward ending ‘catch and release.' Most importantly, it went after two of the pillars of Trump's success at the border: the Migrant Protection Protocols (MPP), or so-called Remain in Mexico, and the safe-third-country agreements with the Northern Triangle countries that allowed us to divert asylum-seekers to Central American countries other than their own, where they could make asylum claims.” You can read the full article here: https://www.nationalreview.com/2024/02/the-day-joe-biden-blew-up-the-border/ 4:30pm- According to the cross-tabs portion of a recent New York Times/Sienna Poll, Donald Trump is projected to win the Hispanic vote outright—45% to 43%. Equally surprising, the poll indicates that if the election were held today, Trump would win 20% of the Black vote—he won only 12% in the 2020 presidential election. 4:40pm- Philadelphia Eagles Center—and future NFL Hall of Famer—Jason Kelce announced his retirement on Monday. Kelce played 13 seasons in the NFL, earning 6 All-Pro selections and winning Super Bowl LII. 4:50pm- In a new editorial in The Wall Street Journal, Micahel Buschbacher and Taylor Meyers write: “The Biden administration is reviewing California's plan to ban the sale of new gasoline-powered cars by 2035. To get federal approval, California claims it ‘needs' this ban to prevent harm to public health from particulate matter—airborne particles like dust, dirt and soot. But banning gasoline cars would do little to reduce particulate emissions, and it could even increase them. That's because new gasoline cars are very clean. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, cars emit only about 1% of all direct fine particulate matter in California, and most of those emissions come from older models. The newer gasoline cars that California wants to ban will often have particulate filters that reduce emissions to below one 1/1,000th of a gram per mile driven. Where do most particulate emissions attributed to cars come from? California speaks as if their primary source is the tailpipe. That was true in the past. But today most vehicle-related particulate matter comes from tire wear. Cars are heavy, and as their tires rub against the road, they degrade and release tiny, often toxic particles. According to measurements by an emission-analytics firm, in gasoline cars equipped with a particle filter, airborne tire-wear emissions are more than 400 times as great as direct exhaust particulate emissions.” You can read the full editorial here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/electric-cars-emit-more-soot-california-ban-gas-powered-vehicles-521b29e3?mod=opinion_lead_pos7 5:00pm- J. Christian Adams—President of the Public Interest Legal Foundation—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss the U.S. Supreme Court's unanimous decision preventing state's from barring Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from state ballots. Adams and the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) filed a brief in the case. You can learn more about PILF here: https://publicinterestlegal.org/about/ 5:15pm- In a unanimous 9-0 decision, the U.S. The relevant provision is Section 5, which enables Congress, subject of course to judicial review, to pass ‘appropriate legislation' to ‘enforce' the Fourteenth Amendment…The ‘patchwork' that would likely result from state enforcement would ‘sever the direct link that the Framers found so critical between the National Government and the people of the United States' as a whole.” You can read the court's full decision here: https://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2024/03/04/us/supreme-court-ruling-trump-colorado.html 5:20pm- Charlie Savage of The New York Times writes: “In criticizing the majority for unnecessarily dismissing other potential ways federal officials might enforce Section 3 besides a congressional statute, the three liberal justices [Sonya Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, Ketanji Brown Jackson] do not specify what those alternative methods might be. But when it comes to presidents, one obvious alternative would be that when Congress meets to certify electoral college votes on the Jan. 6 after an election, lawmakers could refuse to count electoral college votes won by a candidate they deemed disqualified under Section 3—even without a statute. Justice [Amy Coney] Barrett, in her separate opinion, also says it was enough to rule that states lack the power to enforce Section 3 against presidential candidates and there was no need ‘to address the complicated question whether federal legislation is the exclusive vehicle through which Section 3 can be enforced.'” You can read more: https://www.nytimes.com/live/2024/03/04/us/trump-supreme-court-colorado-ballot/31379f62-f91f-57f7-a33e-37959bc68452?smid=url-share 5:30pm- On Meet the Press with Kristen Welker, NBC elections analyst Steve Kornacki said to expect Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley to get buried in a “delegate avalanche” on Super Tuesday—as frontrunner Donald Trump, according to all available polling, is expected to continue his run of electoral dominance. 5:40pm- While appearing on Face the Nation with Margaret Brennan, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas refused to confirm there was “a breakdown in the system” which prevented New York City from notifying the federal government of the previously arrested undocumented migrant who went on to murder 22-year-old nursing student Laken Riley in Athens, Georgia. 6:05pm- Rich has an event to attend and, consequently, “America's Radio Guest Host” Mike Opelka hosts the 4th hour of the show! 6:10pm- In a unanimous 9-0 decision, the U.S. Supreme Court ruled that states cannot bar Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump from participating in the 2024 election—and, consequently, he cannot be removed from state ballots. Why Government Satanist need to Get Rid of the Militia Sen. Ed Markey (D-Mass.) and Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) introduced the “Preventing Private Paramilitary Activity Act” legislation following the three-year anniversary of the storming of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, 2021. Under the guise of preventing another event like the Capitol Hill protest on Jan. 6, the proposed legislation introduced by Democrat lawmakers would prevent private militias and paramilitary groups from “publicly patrolling, drilling, or engaging in harmful or deadly paramilitary techniques,” “interfering with the exercise of someone else's constitutional rights,” “interfering with or interrupting government proceedings,” “falsely assuming the functions of law enforcement and asserting authority over others,” and “training to engage in such behavior.” The goal is to destroy the militia so the foreign troops and cops can allow for lawlessness. Think of BLM and Antifa to run wild with zero protection from the militia. Did we see a False Flag / MK Altra story of Disturbed man Call for Militias to Strike? Mohn says his father was a federal employee for 20 years and refers to him as a traitor, calling for the death of all federal officials and attacking President Joe Biden's administration, the Black Lives Matter movement, the LGBTQ community and antifa activists. U.S. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) joins the show to discuss MAGA extremism, legal accountability for former President Donald Trump, and the need to protect American democracy. Daniella and Colin also talk about immigration negotiations and the good news about the U.S. economy.
Congressman Jamie Raskin (D) MD is in the forefront of holding the MAGA extremist Republicans in Congress to account. Making his fourth appearance on the Bill Press Pod, they discussed Hunter Biden and the House Oversight Committee. Raskin explained that Hunter Biden had been subpoenaed by the committee and had initially agreed to appear for a committee hearing, but the committee later changed the terms to a closed-door deposition. Raskin argued that Hunter Biden had been willing to participate but wanted the proceedings to be public due to concerns about the committee's handling of closed-room depositions. Raskin also discussed the Republican push to impeach President Joe Biden, stating that they have no case and that it is a humiliation to their party. He emphasized the importance of the 2024 election, describing it as a choice between a government that serves the common good and one that prioritizes private self-enrichment. Raskin highlighted the urgency of addressing climate change and the need for Democrats to take action.Today's Bill Press Pod is supported by The International Brotherhood of Teamsters. Joy Reid leads this episode of The ReidOut with footage that shows that Mitch McConnell knew, back in 2021, that Trump can face criminal charges. Now, Trump's lawyer is making the absurd argument that a president can commit all kinds of heinous crimes, and remain immune from prosecution forever, unless he's impeached and convicted. Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) joins Joy Reid with his analysis. Also in this episode, Trump's rhetoric is having dangerous consequences, as both special counsel Jack Smith and Judge Tanya Chutkan are targets of "swatting." Next, Trump's big hope for 2024? He says he hopes the U.S. economy crashes sometime soon, which, of course, would likely leave huge numbers of his supporters broke. All this and more in this edition of The Reidout on MSNBC.
Lighthearted debate on Newsmax on New Year's Day. While the Dems are laying groundwork to disregard the Supreme Court decision, likely in favor of Trump, I engage with a Democrat Strategist and co-guest who agrees Trump should stay on the ballot. Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD) leads the charge and tries to justify states being able to keep Trump off the ballot. WRONG! Steve Baker released a bombshell that implicates several Capitol Police, Congressman Jamie Raskin (D-MD), CNN reporters, and others in perjury, lies, illegal use of official documents, and gross untruthful information about the happenings that day in 2021! Dozens of Americans are in jail -- some with lengthy sentences -- in large part because of the testimony of several of these officers. Jamie Raskin wrote a false letter and "forced" an officer to print the letter penned by Raskin and release it to CNN. There is now a much shorter path for Americans to walk to get the truth of January 6. Make no mistake, NONE of the information from former Speaker Nacy Pelosi, along with the members of her handpicked "January 6 Committee," was truthful! Steven Baker and the Blaze Network are the major sources of factually verifying all details in this story that may be proven to be the largest conspiracy against the American public in U.S. History!
Joy Reid leads this episode of The ReidOut with what many see as the expedited destruction of the Voting Rights Act. Plus, Donald Trump's tirades have already devastated the lives of people like Georgia election worker Ruby Freeman. On Monday, an appeals court heard arguments on the gag order designed to protect others from the words of Trump and some of his supporters. We bring you our analysis. Also in this episode, we discuss how far-right Sen. Mike Lee has revived an old and thoroughly discredited conspiracy theory about January 6th--the same Mike Lee who stated that, "America is not a democracy." Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD) joins us with his perspective. All this and more in this edition of The ReidOut on MSNBC.

Today's show opens with a reminder that I said, back in August of 2022, the FBI raid of Mar-a-Lago was about Operation: Crossfire Hurricane. Even though a memo is circulating today showing President Trump declassified all of the information related to the Russian Hoax investigation, my audience has known this already for nearly 11 months now. I actually plan to go into that a little more on tomorrow's show. My real opening topic is about Tucker on Twitter. His first episode dropped and it was hysterical to watch people like former CNN host Brian Stelter and the WaPo cry-bully, Taylor Lorenz take cheap shots at his “production” value. Apparently, shiny objects are more important than substantive news and analysis. One item Tucker stated was the recent story saying the Ukrainians were the ones who blew up the Nord Stream pipelines and that we had that intel in June of 2022. While that may be partially true, I find it dubious that Ukraine carried out such a sophisticated operation all by themselves. So, I pull the sound bites I used when I talked about the bombing where I concluded the US had to be involved. Both Victoria Nuland (State Department) and President Joe Biden said if Russia invaded Ukraine, the Nord Stream project would be ended. Why would they use that kind of rhetoric? Next I talk about the FBI doing all they can to hide alleged crimes committed by Joe Biden. It was funny to watch how the Legacy/mainstream media took the lies spouted by Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-MD), who said the FD-1023 proves the FBI saw nothing to investigate and even former AG William Barr shut down the investigation. Funny, because immediately after that, Barr said that was not true. Rep. James Comer (R-KY) even said the FBI told them there was an ongoing investigation. The ironic part about the lies being told is we have learned the name of the FBI analyst who downplayed the original FD-1023 which was filed in 2017. That agent was Brian Auten, the same one who was scolded by the Inspector General for his conduct during Operation: Crossfire Hurricane and the same corrupt agent who was brought in to look at the documents seized in the Mar-a-Lago raid. We also know that FBI Director Wray is doing all he can to try to cover this up by trying to link the current investigation to accusations made by Rudy Giuliani. Unfortunately for those of us interested in facts, Rudy wasn't even in the mix back in 2017. Finally, I do take a moment to discuss how the NY Times is trying to downplay the abundance of Nazi decorations being worn by Ukrainian troops. They called it a “thorny” issue of their history. They called it a PR problem from newsrooms who have to be sure to not show photos in the news lest the support of Ukraine is called into question. Need I give you any other reasons why the Legacy/mainstream media is no longer a source of news, at least as it relates to the significant stories of the day? Take a moment to rate and review the show and then share the episode on social media. You can find me on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, GETTR and TRUTH Social by searching for The Alan Sanders Show. First, Rep. Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) sits down with Dana to react to CNN's reporting that federal prosecutors have audio of former President Trump discussing a classified document he kept after leaving office. Rep. Raskin also responds to voters' concerns about President Biden's age and answers when he'll make his decision on running whether he'll run for Senate. Then, Dana speaks with conservative hard-liner Rep. Ken Buck (R-Colo.) about the House Freedom Caucus' influence after a majority of Republicans voted in favor of the debt ceiling deal and asks if they will push to remove McCarthy from the speakership. After, Director of the U.S. Office of Management and Budget and key negotiator of the debt limit agreement Shalanda Young joins Dana to answer if she believes the deal was better for Democrats or Republicans and whether Biden's decision to negotiate over the debt deal could undercut him in future negotiations. The Rich Zeoli Show- Hour 2: On Friday, the Labor Department released its May jobs report indicating that the U.S. economy added 339,000 new jobs. However, as economist Dr. EJ Antoni notes, a significant number of those new jobs were courtesy of government employment—with real hourly and weekly earnings still struggling due to inflation. According to a report from Patrick Thomas of The Wall Street Journal, beef prices in the U.S. are on the rise due to inflation which has “pushed up prices for fuel, feed and equipment”—complicated by “[s]evere drought in many key cattle-producing states, such as Nebraska, Oklahoma and Texas, parched grazing pastures, requiring spending on supplemental feed such as alfalfa and hay—which are up more than 20% on average from the prior year.” You can read the full article here: https://www.wsj.com/articles/beef-prices-high-summer-barbecue-12a08905?mod=hp_lead_pos5 While appearing on MSNBC, White House Economic Advisor Bharat Ramamurti said he believes that middle class families are doing well and, consequently, the economy is doing well under President Joe Biden's leadership. However, as RNC research notes, the average American family has lost roughly $10,000 paying for increased costs from inflation since President Biden took office. According to Andrew C. McCarthy, “FBI director Chris Wray reached a compromise with committee chairman James Comer (R-KY)” regarding a House Oversight Committee subpoenaed document which is alleged to show members of the Biden family were receiving payments from foreign nationals for policy influence while Joe Biden was Vice President. McCarthy writes, that “[t]he FBI will bring the subpoenaed document at the center of the dispute to the House on Monday. The Rich Zeoli Show- Full Episode (06/02/2023): 3:05pm- Shortly after delivering the commencement address to the U.S. Air Force Academy on Thursday, President Joe Biden took a scary fall—thankfully, after being helped up by several secret service agents he appeared to be ok. While some questioned whether this was a symptom of his advanced age, members of the mainstream media were quick to jump in and dismiss those fears. 3:10pm- June 1st kicked off Pride Month. An NBC Nightly News report from Stephanie Gosk bemoaned the fact that several companies have begun to be less vociferous in their support/participation in Pride Month—specifically, elements of the LGBTQ+ community that have been outspoken in their support for “gender affirming” procedures on children. For example, following backlash from parents, the Target retail chain removed children's swimsuits that promised to “bind” and “tuck”—appealing to transgender-identifying kids. 3:15pm- JPMorgan has downgraded Target's stock after backlash stemming from their sale of trans-merchandise for children. Caroline Downey of National Review writes, “[t]he stock was demoted from overweight, which means the broker has a positive outlook on the company's prospects due to its current share price and that the stock is considered a strong buy, to neutral, which means the broker believes the investor should hold the stock as its price may not change.” You can read more here: https://www.nationalreview.com/news/jpmorgan-downgrades-target-stock-amid-backlash-over-lgbt-merchandise/#:~:text=Target%27s%20stock%20was%20downgraded%20on,the%20store%27s%20LGBT%20product%20campaign 3:35pm- During a town hall-style interview with Sean Hannity on Fox News, former President Donald Trump mocked Chris Christie's presumed run for president in 2024—pointing out that the former New Jersey Governor is barely polling at 1%. 3:45pm- State Senator Ed Durr—representing New Jersey's 3rd Legislative District—joins The Rich Zeoli Show to discuss his reelection campaign. In 2022, Durr grabbed national headlines when he pulled a major election day upset win over former NJ Senate Majority Leader Stephen Sweeney. 4:05pm- On Friday, the Labor Department released its May jobs report indicating that the U.S. economy added 339,000 new jobs. The university effectively agreed to serve as a type of lockbox for the Bidens to prevent a review of his senatorial records as he ran for higher office.” Since it has now been determined that Biden improperly stored classified materials at both his Wilmington, DE home and his University of Pennsylvania office, isn't it reasonable to conclude classified material may be improperly housed at the University of Delaware as well?
