Note: We highly encourage you to listen to Parts I & II before listening to this episode, as we continue to honor our truth and authenticity, which may feel more intense than the previous episodes on this subject. We would like for you to be able to determine if this episode will be something you want to listen to or pass on, so here are some details of what we share in this season 3 finale. The first thing we talk about is being "turned on" and how that isn't always a good feeling and can be triggering. And then we talk about the Big O, but just so you know, we use the actual word and all the actual words in this episode, and also colorful language here and there. We also talk about selves that were created to quote “like” sex, and we discuss flashbacks, body memories and switching. We talk about how we manage our sexual selves, including perceptions of feeling like a perpetrator. We go over the topic of consent, and we also talk about the feelings of guilt that come up for either wanting sex or not wanting sex when in a romantic relationship. Please remember that you may pause and come back if you feel yourself or selves feeling triggered or dissociated. Please take good care of yourself or selves while listening. Please visit acoupleofmultiples.com to see all of our current offerings! Our amazing sponsors for Season 3:The Institute for Creative Mindfulness, one of the largest EMDR Therapy training programs in North America is directed by Dr. Jamie+ Marich, the only EMDR therapy trainer who is “out” as a plural and offers the full EMDR Therapy basic training in a way that honors lived experience and destigmatizes dissociation in clinical work. Drew and Garden System talk about how in the beginning a system feels separated from each other, even feeling like enemies. There often is difficulty in listening to selves, because it is hard to learn and believe what parts hold and about trauma that occurred. They talk about how they developed relationships within their systems, navigating selves with different values, beliefs and behaviors. Drew and Garden System share personal stories about improving relationships by building trust, figuring out what is important to different selves, compromising and coming together as systems. Also covered is the often necessary topic of adult selves looking after and reparenting younger or little selves. The episode concludes that offering gratitude to your selves for all the strengths they bring to your system as a whole helps all of yous feel appreciated and loved. Becoming Your Best Version

Glenda "GG" Goodrich, 72, has been questing in the Lakota tradition for 25 years. Questing, a form of going out on the land for self-discovery, has been used for eons. It involves separating from one's regular life, spending time alone and incorporating what the lessons learned can mean in your life. "Nature becomes a mirror that reflects what is going on inside you," Glenda says. "Over a number of years, I undertook a series of wilderness quests in Oregon, Washington and California in a search to discover what I can learn about life, death, happiness, spirituality and forgiveness through the healing and restorative powers of the natural world," says Glenda. "From a grandmother to my grandkids, from one nature lover to another, I aim to leave readers empowered, at peace with the past, accepting of themselves, and, most importantly, convinced in the indispensability of nature and all the gifts it has to offer." Her book, Solo Passage: 13 Quests, 13 Questions, Glenda chronicles the sacred ceremonies that connected her to the land, wove her into nature's web, and transformed her from a woman who worked to please others into a woman who forged her own path. The book is a brilliant collection of adventures—the touch of coyote fur, a snake's kiss, a ceremonial blood offering—and a profound reflection on the healing and restorative power of nature. Among the questions she explores in the book are: "How can I become my own spiritual authority?" and "How can I reignite the wildness in me?" Glenda's book was released last September and was a BookLife Editor's Pick -- “As Goodrich finds solace in her quests, she successfully depicts a symbiotic relationship between nature, solitude and artistic expression. This contemplative journey provides a powerful metaphor for the multifaceted nature of the human experience, emphasizing the importance of self-discovery and reconnecting with nature in finding our truest selves, no matter what age or stage in life. Readers who are curious about the inner workings of the spirit, lovers of nature, or seekers of self-discovery will be enthralled—and likely inspired to embark on their own quests.” Says Rebecca Jamieson, the author of The Body of All Things: "[Solo Passage: 13 Quests, 13 Questions is a] book for everyone who loves wild places and longs to live an examined life, Solo Passage is a wise, stunningly beautiful page-turner that will leave you moved, inspired and ready to connect more deeply with nature—and yourself."  In this episode, Glenda shares her experience as a "nature nymph" in Death Valley and learning from her life's teachers how to speak her truth without blame or judgment, among other pearls. She guides others to learn how they can be their truest and most honest selves in this life. As an artist, art doula, SoulCollage® facilitator, writer and convener of ceremony, Glenda brings together earth-based rituals, community gatherings and creative workshops in a search for new ways to explore creative potential and love for the Earth. She feels most alive exploring wild places and spending time with her two children, three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. GG lives in a cottage in the Willamette Valley, Oregon. She humbly acknowledges that she lives on the land of the Kalapuya. Drew & Garden System, a couple living with Dissociative Identity Disorder, share personal stories of how they helped all of their selves develop trust and compassion for each other. Building bonds between all selves helps bring about internal cooperation and internal peace. They also dive into more detail about their fictive selves and how those developed within their systems. This includes the formation of roles that the selves took on to ensure safety and functionality, and how those roles evolved over time, such as system leadership. NOTE: They also have carefully and mindfully included specific personal examples of how this might look for someone that has experienced mind control and/or ritual abuse towards the end of the episode. Drew & Garden System talk about listening (ironic we know!) instead of just trying to talk to parts. Remember that it's not just “talking” you're listening for, because not all parts communicate with words or by talking. Sometimes communication is thoughts we notice or pictures we see internally. Being quiet can feel uncomfortable because one often becomes aware of memories and feelings that parts were keeping tucked away. Validating and accepting parts' feelings and letting your selves express emotions is discussed. Also discussed is parts that still may be stuck in trauma time. We give several personal examples of how to get these parts up to speed on daily life and the present. We also touch on navigating parts in a system having different partner preferences, different and opposing sexual orientations, and different gender identities.  Having a system of parts becomes one giant balancing act when you start listening and incorporating everyone's needs, wants and wishes.Visit acoupleofmultiples.com to sign up for our mailing list and to find out all about our private, paid community called Hearts Multiplied for people with dissociative disorders, their supporters, and therapists treating DID!We are honored to have a gold plus sponsor for season 2! Season 1 Episode 32, Release Date: 6-1-2024 Daily Parts Meditation Practice ® with Michelle Glass   Michelle Glass is Level 3 trained IFS practitioner, who has written the wonderful book, "Daily Parts Meditation Practice®." She is a Soul Collage facilitator as well as a Spiritual Emergence Coach. She leads Daily Parts Meditation Practice® (DPMP®) Workshops. She has also spent 7 years as the Editor for the magazine, "Foundation for Self-Leadershp." Find out more about Michelle here: http://thelistenerllc.com   Michelle also collaborates with Sentur App. Find out more about this here: http://www.sentur.app   Michelle also has been teaching the integration of IFS for guides working with psychedelics. Find out more about this work on Michelle's website.   Michelle spoke about her book, and how she believe (and practices) checking in with her part each day. In this way, she has been able to cultivate a deep relationship and connection with each one of her parts.   Michelle quoted A.H. Almaas, who has said, The fundamental thing that happened, and the greatest calamity, is not that there was no love or support. The greater calamity, which is caused by the first calamity, is that you lost the connection to your essence. This is much more important than whether your mother or father loved you or not." Michelle shared that for her, when she experienced trauma, the worst part was how this made her question how there could be a higher power, or God, when such horrendous things could happen to people.   IFS was a way that Michelle was able to reconnect to this higher power. Michelle shared how this was through her unburdening some of her hurt and cautious parts.   Michelle was drawn to IFS because of its non-pathologizing nature.    She is very passionate about helping people integrate there parts, and she has shared some of her strategies that have been extremely helpful for her. These include seix strategies that she explores in her book: (1) parts timelines (2) parts maps (3) parts biolographies (4) parts catalogue cards (5) daily parts meditation practice® (6) parts externalization.   The most essential of these six strategies is number 5: DPMP®. This is a meditation practice not only furthers our relationship with our parts, but also helps them remain unburdened. We are able to become "infused" with the unburdened parts' natural qualities. In this way, we can connected with our life's purpose, and deeper recognition of our inherented gifts.   To Michelle, this can provide each of us with a spiritual connection both internally and externally!   Thanks Michelle for such a meaningful conversation and connection!

CK Sobey (known as Kas to her friends) continues to live a life of curiosity. She considers herself to be a seeker, an explorer. Her many ventures in life attest to this. In her earlier years, she studied singing and theater. Kas is a trained mediator and worked in the San Diego dispute resolution department. She also worked in the corporate world for almost thirty years. As a once active spiritual practitioner, she later became a certified hypnotherapist, bringing a deeper understanding of the inner, subconscious mind to others. She has facilitated groups in a variety of subjects and a practice called SoulCollage® for years. When CK is not writing or in her studio creating something that has caught her attention, we can find her in her kitchen cooking and savoring a dish with a blend of aromas wafting about or somewhere on one of her trails, waving. A Collection of Tiny Stories, Diminutive Tales from the Tip of My Imagination is her third published book. I believe in the indefatigable powers of imagination. I do my best to widen my imaginative lens of what I can create in any genre, recipe, or seeking a solution to a problem. The list goes on and on. It is what gets me out of bed in the morning. What will the day bring? Not every day is an explosive revelation, with my muses rambling around, whispering to me of some plan. I do my best to find peace and calm, even in moments. When I find these moments, they are the sweetness between the flow of found ideas. The quiet space is what I need to receive. I honor this time to allow the ideas to take shape, to grow. I love pictures as well. They have their own story to tell. As prompts I become turned on to a story, musing or something new coming all together. I hope you enjoy my visual stories as well. They were created for these stories.   CONNECT WITH CK (Kas) SOBEY! It's called “Finding God in All I See, Finding God in You and Me". MaryEllen and I had a conversation about the inspiration for this book, and what it was like to write and publish it. For us grownups, MaryEllen asks us this - When you were a child, what did you think about God? Where did you think God lived? What did you think God was like? Where did you think you could find God? Chances are, you experienced God in many ways without realizing it, because the places you were taught to look for God were limited. What if someone in your life had taught you to find God everywhere and in everyone, including yourself? MaryEllen Weber has an MA in Transforming Spirituality from Seattle University School of Theology and Ministry. Our featured guest today is Owner, Mindful Art Facilitator and Trainer at Mindful Creative Muse. She has always had a strong interest in cultivating awareness and creative self-expression through art and movement. In 2010, after being diagnosed and treated for cancer, her exploration deepened with Restorative Yoga, Reiki and SoulCollage® (an intuitive-based expressive arts collage and journaling process developed by Art Therapist, Seena Frost). She has been a professional artist since 2004 and began teaching in 2006. She is a certified Yoga Teacher in a variety of styles (including Restorative Yoga, Somatic Expressive Therapy, Trauma-sensitive Yoga, Expressive Arts and Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, and Yoga Nidra). Her current teachings are infused with creative expressive art explorations, calming guided visualizations, and breathing techniques, poetic language, and mindfulness exercises to help you explore your own experience and felt sense. She offers a trauma-sensitive approach that can help calm the central nervous system, enhance self-awareness and self-regulation, and empower students to reclaim their voice creatively. In Jan 2014, she participated in a one-month artist residency in the Himalayas in India and was deeply moved by the positive impacts this had on women and children in the slums and villages of Northern India. For one year in Mar 2014, she lived and volunteered at Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health(one of the leading yoga retreat centers in the United States), and offered Art and Yoga based workshops to peers and staff on the FLOW schedule, and assisted Restorative Yoga Retreats there annually. She has taught at a variety of art and yoga studios, art galleries, community centers, adult education centers, and retreat centers worldwide (including Colorado, Southwestern United States, and Spain). She believes these simple and compassionate art activities give us permission to express ourselves authentically and without judgment. Welcome to our featured guest, Cynthia Hauk. Maureen mostly works intuitively and is passionate about sharing the process with others so they may know that they have the answers within themselves if they just listen and are willing to go deep. We talked about the healing journey of creativity and how it can help you to open up into your most authentic self.Maureen is an artist, she has been since a young age when she was growing up in and around alcohol abuse. She turned to coloring, making things out of other things, and being outside as much as possible. It provided her with comfort and a feeling of control where as a child she had very little to none.Maureen grew up and became an alcoholic herself, drinking at a young age, finding comfort in a bottle and other substances was easy and seemed natural. She gave up art and anything to do with it feeling she had no support or resources. Her journey has come full circle, she got sober at 20 and I began to inch her way back towards a creative way of life.At first it was too painful for her to show up in that space but she knew it was the way towards healing. Maureen went to school, got a degree in Art Education and began working with children. She got married, started a family and began raising her daughters who are now 20 & 21. Her family kept her busy for a while but she always turned to her art to help nourish her soul and heal her heart. She also found a great deal of inner wisdom she never knew existed by utilizing imagery and symbols in her work. Maureen mostly works intuitively and is passionate about sharing the process with others so they may know that they have the answers within themselves, if they just listen and are willing to go deep. She started her biz The Soulful Creative and just recently launched her new website! She teaches workshops mostly live, but is moving to online platforms as well.Maureen loves Art Journaling, SoulCollage, Abstract painting, and Expressive Portraits! Colleen shares some powerful observations during the current Covid-19 stay at home order. She feels that we're on a threshold of the past and future, what she calls a "liminal space". It's an uncertain and uncomfortable time for some. Somehow, Colleen is able to bring some clarity to the current situation. What I found fascinating about my conversation with her was her ability to help me to see it from the outside looking it. I think you will really enjoy our conversation. Here are some words of wisdom that Colleen shares during her interview: - we have the opportunity to become more aware of our feelings, our patterns and our distractions - we are trying to figure out how we can grieve, but yet move forward - these are unsettling times, which can be exciting times for some - let's practice self-compassion, awareness and listening - we have control of our awareness - let's strive to acknowledge our pain and the pain of others - acknowledging is the greatest gift that we give ourselves and others - liminal space can be an opportunity to create for some - we need connection with each other - some things start slowly, then come more and more into focus - perhaps, this is a time of preparation - let's be as intentional as possible - let's continue our daily practices https://www.colleenhaggerty.com/  Colleen is a Soul Tender who works with creatives (those both in and out of the closet!) who want to deepen their relationship with their Soul and their purpose. She provides creative and soul-filled processes that help awaken people to their authentic selves. As a certified Life Coach, trained SoulCollage® Facilitator, published author, and TEDx speaker, she brings a wealth of experience supporting people to use creative practices to integrate past traumas and move into a well-crafted future. Losing her left leg—and nearly her right leg—when she was 17 years old was a defining and formative experience in her life. Being an amputee for 40 years has taught her about many aspects of being human. tags:  Colleen, Haggerty, Soul, Tender, Life, Coach, SoulCollage, facilator, author, TEDx, speaker, storiesthatempower.com, story, stories, that, empower, empowering, empowerment, inspire, inspiring, inspiration, encourage, encouraging, encouragement, hope, light, podcast, Sean

The fact is that there were a point and time in her life where she was so overwhelmed, overcommitted and exhausted that she didn’t feel connected to anyone, including herself and more than anything, she yearned for a sense of peaceful harmony. Bolstered by the realization that she had lost herself in the rush of life, Rebecca began her journey of cultivating a collection of soul-tending practices. Her deepest passion is to create opportunities for women to discover what makes them feel most nourished, connected and fully alive. In 2016, that friendship became a full-fledged journey when Somsara and Jessica attended a SoulCollage® workshop focusing on Dreamwork. They started getting together once a month to make cards and build their decks.  As they began to do readings with their cards from their own respective decks, they realized they were benefiting profoundly as they worked with this fantastic process that became more nourishing and pleasurable the deeper they delved into it. In 2017, Somsara & Jessica recognized that they were uniquely suited to bring this dynamic and profound practice to their respective communities.  Somsara, a collage artist, illustrator and designer had dedicated her life to art and creativity. Jessica, a meditation guide, content creator and multimedia alchemist, has long been working in the realms of magic. Together, they realized they are the perfect duo to guide people through the intersection of art and magic. In 2018 they completed their facilitator training, adopted the name ARTxMAGIC (ART BY MAGIC) of which SoulCollage® is really just the tip of the iceberg, so stay tuned… OUR MISSION We believe that access to creativity and intuition is your birthright.  We are here to create tools and experiences that help your inner work manifest most beneficially in your outer world. Our mission is to help you combine creativity and magic into a practical/mystical process of personal evolution that's both profound and pleasurable. To that end, we are delighted to present and translate the SoulCollage® process. By showing you how to make and read cards, we can help you quickly discover and utilize all the beautiful and transformative ways creativity and magic feed and flow into one another. ABOUT JESSICA Jessica Snow is a meditative storyteller and multimedia alchemist.   Since 2011, her bright imagination, inclusive nature, and resonant voice have made her a sought-out and beloved meditation guide in her hometown of Los Angeles.   She writes, creates, records and leads inventive mystical experiences that are as profound as they are pleasurable. Beneficial for both the first time and experienced meditator, her narratives are powerful mythic adventures and beautiful, immersive original fairy tales filled with symbolism. By placing the participant at the center of each journey, she opens the door to the possibilities of awakening, rejuvenation, and transcendence. Since starting crystal meditations at L.A.'s Spellbound Sky in 2012, Jessica has guided hundreds of events with thousands of people, written three books, created a mountain of beautiful online content so anyone anywhere can press play and meditate, and witness an extraordinary amount of magic. Her newest endeavors include ARTxMAGIC with her partner Somsara Rielly as well as high-level creative midwifery for artists and innovators. Her main aim is to reconnect you with your own magic. YOUAREMAGICLA.COM   ABOUT SOMSARA Somsara Rielly is a Los Angeles artist, illustrator, graphic designer & all-around seeker.  Her name means “the eternal cycle of birth, suffering, death and rebirth” in Sanskrit - a pretty heavy name to be born with for someone who just wants to make the world a more beautiful place. After more than a decade of creative work in LA and NYC, she started to feel a pull for something more – something larger. Prompted by this longing, Somsara finally satisfied her curiosity about meditation and began a practice. This simple act repeated daily started to help make sense of the world around her.  What she did not expect was how profoundly this practice would affect all of her creative output, and the more she practiced the more she realized how deeply both creativity and spirituality/magic/inner work (whatever you feel comfortable calling it!) are deeply intertwined. A deep desire to get people back in touch with their creative self and investigate the profound world that exists in each of us – whether we consider ourselves “creatives” or not – is now what floats her boat. Somsara's collage and mixed-media work weaves in layers of interpretation - the random connections between things is why she loves collage and why she pursues the idea of magic. The process of SoulCollage® blends these two things perfectly – like finding magic that is right in front of you.  Past exhibitions include Los Angeles City Hall, San Francisco Center for the Book, Burt Green, Wallspace, Good Eye, and Co-Lab Galleries. Michaela and I met in Shinpiden training, facilitated by Frans Stiene. On this episode we discuss how healing her relationship with feminine consciousness changed her life, her focus on supporting families with Reiki throughout the processes of pregnancy and how she uses art to help people awaken and trust their own intuitive nature. In her 13-year journey through the lands of higher education, social justice leadership, arts therapy, energy work, and the liminal spaces of the Fairy realm, Michaela has spun a fertile web of possibility, intersection, and purpose. The Japanese energy art of Reiki, the revolutionary education model of Shakti Rising, and the intuitive arts practice of SoulCollage® form critical threads in this web. It is with heartful joy that Michaela practices and teaches Reiki and SoulCollage® as pathways to uncover our True Self through her business HeartScapes, and that she serves Shakti Rising’s community education program Shakti Feminine University as Weaver of Magical Education. Michaela is inspired by the myriad ways in which feminine consciousness is transforming toxicity into flourishing life, in the world and within her own heart. Drawn to methods that uncover our innate wisdom and creative nature, she designs experiences that help individuals and groups connect more deeply with aspects of their identity and purpose, and that transform the barriers to living into that purpose. She has particular interest in supporting those who are most directly impacted by the racism, patriarchy, heteronormativity and other forms of oppression at play in our lives. She holds an MA in Social Justice Leadership from Saint Mary’s College of California, and studies Reiki as a Shinpiden graduate with the International House of Reiki. Hosting Your Home - Airbnb host stories

Please join Debi Hertert of HostingYourHome.com, as she visits with Airbnb Superhost Kym Cumbo and tours the "Slater House" in Portland, Oregon. Kym and her husband Fred live at the “Slater House” in Ladd’s Addition in Portland, Oregon.  Fred has lived there for 26 years and Kym for 7.  Kym began listing on Airbnb in 2012 and has really done her homework as far as advertising and learning how to be a great host. The style of house is known as an “American Foursquare” and was featured in This Old House magazine when they did a story on Ladd’s Addition.  You can read about this house style and the unique Ladd’s Addition neighborhood by following links at the end of the show notes. Kym loves to teach, and turns this love into small businesses, including teaching people how to host on Airbnb, coaching on the topic of divorce resiliency, Reiki, Laughter Yoga, SoulCollage, and a class called “Bring Your Joy Out to Play”.  These activities add nicely to her passion for hosting, often overlapping with guests’ interests. Marketing is something Kym really works on.  She makes sure prospective guests know about her varied interests and of Fred’s jazz band “Ladd’s Condition”, and says many of their guests cite these reasons for staying at the Slader House.  Kym also markets to many institutions and universities in town to encourage them to use her house when they have travelers coming to Portland.  And, unusual for an Airbnb-only host, Kym has a separate website in order to attract more visitors.  On the site she lists her coaching and other activities, and a very clear “Airbnb” link that takes interested visitors to her listing on the Airbnb site. Kym attributes much of her booking success to the personal website, and watches Google Analytics to confirm it. They also have guests from other countries.  Kym told Debi about the availability of Google Translate directly within the Airbnb platform to facilitate conversations.  And Kym also told Deb about learning a good lesson while she and Fred were traveling: you need to find a substitute host to be at your home.  They had Japanese travelers who could not read the instructions for opening the lock and had other problems, and now their son makes a point of being there when his parents are gone. Speaking to the feeling she gets from hosting, Kym says flat out that she loves it.  She feels they attract amazing guests and have made several good friends.  This is something Debi hears from so many hosts. Kym mentioned going through the City permitting process, which also requires notification of neighbors.  She said that now, four years later, every one of those neighbors has had some family or friends stay at Kym’s Airbnb!  She said that she and Fred feel like they are ambassadors for the City and can speak to the local history and politics.  And, she adds that if hosts are only looking at the money, they are missing half of the value of the experiences.  She uses Airbnb when she travels, and encourages all her friends to do the same.  In an interesting personal extension to the Sharing Economy, Kym is now trying to promote the business interests of the guests who stay with her.  This is just beginning but she would like to help them succeed too. Debi recommends some takeaways from the interview: Personal profile: Give attention to your bio.  Talk about your experience and interests. Have a website:  Not all Airbnb hosts will want to take this step, but it has definitely helped Kym gain business and allows her to market “add-on” services. Substitute host:  If you share your living space and will be out of town, find a person who can be there in your place.  This will help bridge language and cultural barriers, and also keep the peace among guests. Share what you know:  Invite guests to events, classes, and so on. COMMENTS?  QUESTIONS?  RECOMMENDATIONS?  Email debi@hostingyourhome.com ************ A tour of the house followed the formal part of this episode.  There are four bedrooms, two of which are for Airbnb and Kym is considering adding a third bedroom for rental and becoming a formal Bed and Breakfast.  That path has some serious city development fees compared to the minor fees for doing two bedrooms so she says they really have to think it out. ********** Here are some links.  Debi and Rob love live music and couldn't resist including those links :) Ladd’s Addition Neighborhood:  https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ladd%27s_Addition Kym’s Airbnb listing:  https://www.airbnb.com/rooms/714112 Kym’s personal website: http://www.theslaterhousepdx.com/ One of Kym’s favorite bands (besides Fred’s), Ma Fondue:  https://www.facebook.com/mafonduepdx/ One of Kym’s favorite places to listen to music (and salsa classes twice a week), Vie de Boheme:  http://www.viedebohemepdx.com/ Fred’s band:  https://www.facebook.com/laddscondition

Seena B. Frost, M.Div., M.A., has been a Marriage and Family Therapist since 1976. Although still doing a little clinical work, most time now is devoted to SoulCollage®, the process she originated in the 1980s after study with Jean Houston. It is a simple, creative process using work and play with images, imagination and intuition to gather insights about one’s personal and unique Soul and about how to become transformative agents in the world. There is now a vital community of over a thousand Facilitators teaching this process world-wide. Seena’s first book, SoulCollage: An Intuitive Collage Process for Individuals and Groups, was published in 2001 and now a new book, SoulCollage ® Evolving, is out. It has all the basics of the first book and much more. At present Seena leads on-going SoulCollage groups in her area, conducts trainings for Facilitators, and co-leads specialized workshops. She also spends enjoyable time consulting with Facilitators by email and phone, and hearing the ways they are using and adapting this process in many community and work settings. Seena is also a poet and has published a slim book of poems and photos about an old fence she passes each day as she walks in the strawberry fields of Watsonville, California, where she has lived for years and raised her four children. It is titled Journal of a Steadfast Fence and the fence tells about the ups and downs of its aging. Check the SoulCollage® website http://www.soulcollage.com to learn more about the process, to read Seena’s articles, and to see examples of the collaged cards people are creating and ‘speaking from’ to access their inner wisdom.
