Visto da China, o G7 parecia girar em torno de uma questão: será que as economias mais avançadas do Ocidente podem reduzir sua dependência de Pequim? Thomás Zicman de Barros, analista político Foi-se o tempo em que os carros chineses pareciam feitos de papelão. Em Xangai, a regra são os modernos veículos elétricos que cruzam silenciosamente as avenidas da cidade. Ao mesmo tempo, milhões de pagamentos são feitos por QR Code e trens de alta velocidade ligam metrópoles distantes em poucas horas. O presente chinês parece, de fato, coisa do futuro. Foi dessa China que acompanhei as notícias do G7 – o clube das economias mais avançadas do Ocidente – reunido em Évian, na França. Sim, mesmo estando longe de Paris, onde moro, continuo falando da atualidade francesa. Mas agora a observo pelo olhar chinês. Oficialmente, a China não era o tema central do encontro. Mas ela estava presente em quase todas as conversas. A principal iniciativa econômica anunciada pelos líderes do G7 foi o reforço da cooperação para reduzir dependências em áreas consideradas estratégicas, especialmente os minerais críticos e as chamadas terras raras, indispensáveis para baterias, carros elétricos, semicondutores e equipamentos militares. O comunicado do G7 evitou apontar um alvo. Ainda assim, ninguém teve dúvidas sobre quem estava sendo discutido. A China ocupa uma posição dominante em diversas etapas da cadeia de produção desses materiais. Para a Europa, sobretudo, o equilibro não é fácil: diante da administração errática na Washington de Donald Trump, os europeus observam a China, por um lado, como parceiro mais confiável do que os Estados Unidos, mas com o qual se estabelece cada vez mais uma relação de dependência. Nos últimos meses, restrições impostas por Pequim às exportações de alguns deles aumentaram a preocupação de governos e empresas ocidentais. O objetivo do G7 é simples: reduzir vulnerabilidades e diminuir a dependência em relação à China. Neste imbróglio, a reação de Pequim foi clara. Autoridades chinesas acusaram o G7 de politizar questões econômicas e defenderam seus controles de exportação como uma prática legítima para proteger interesses nacionais. O episódio revela uma inversão histórica interessante Durante décadas, a ascensão chinesa foi interpretada como consequência de sua integração a uma ordem econômica internacional dominada pelo Ocidente. A rigor, se formos mais atrás na história, a China parecia ocupar uma posição subalterna no arranjo das nações desde as Guerras do Ópio, em meados do século XIX, que inauguraram o chamado Século das Humilhações. Derrotas militares, tratados desiguais e intervenções estrangeiras reduziram drasticamente a autonomia do país diante das potências ocidentais. Mesmo nas últimas décadas, a China dependia dos mercados externos, dos investimentos estrangeiros e do acesso às cadeias globais de comércio para sustentar seu desenvolvimento. A ironia é observar, em Évian, o que parece ser uma inversão de papéis. As potências que durante muito tempo moldaram as regras da economia internacional discutem hoje como reduzir sua dependência em relação à China. Pequim não substituiu o Ocidente no comando do mundo, mas conquistou uma posição estratégica em setores considerados essenciais para a economia do futuro. Observando os carros elétricos que cruzam as ruas chinesas, fica difícil não pensar que essa é uma das questões centrais do nosso tempo. Além disso, as placas identificam as áreas exclusivas destinadas ao estacionamento rotativo, contribuindo para uma melhor organização do trânsito e da circulação de veículos no centro da cidade. Entre as novidades está a inclusão de um QR Code, que permite ao usuário acessar rapidamente o sistema digital pelo celular. Com a ferramenta, o motorista pode ativar o ticket de estacionamento de maneira prática e ágil, sem a necessidade de procurar pontos físicos de atendimento. As placas também trazem a identificação do paquímetro digital, tecnologia utilizada para o gerenciamento do estacionamento rotativo, oferecendo mais comodidade e eficiência aos usuários do serviço. Ich musste mir eingestehen: Da helfen nicht mal Strategien der potentiellen Überführung. Per Installation zum Bedürfnis Ich habe zwei Installationen getestet, die von Kreativen aus Linz an der Donau entwickelt wurden. Ars Electronica Solutions haben gemeinsam mit der Österreich Werbung zwei unterschiedliche, aber im Ergebnis ähnliche Installationen entwickelt. Sie sollen dem ratlosen Urlauber den Traumurlaub „Made in Austria“ bescheren. Dies geschieht auf unterschiedliche Weise. Einmal durch unbewusste Erfassung meiner Feriensehnsucht durch Gehirnwellenmessung. Die Gehirn-Computerschnittstelle soll also meine geheimen Urlaubssehnsüchte ermitteln. Als Alternative besteht auch die Möglichkeit durch die Beantwortung von Fragen meinen persönlichen Urlaubs Vibe-Check durch Beantwortung von Fragen zu ermitteln, um diesen dann in einem weiteren Prozess in meinen persönlichen Austria Vibe-Check zu verwandeln. Nein: Kreative Nutzung wissenschaftlicher Methoden. Das lässt aufhorchen und weckt den Erfindergeist. Geheime Urlaubssehnsüchte ermitteln. Meine Reaktion: Ha! Das wollen wir doch mal sehen. Das System wird sich blamieren. Ich werde es überlisten, denn das kann ja gar nicht funktionieren. Also vorab genau überlegt, was ich denn mal in Österreich machen will. Auch hier seid Ihr im Podcast  „wie live“ dabei. Ich habe mehr Fragen beantwortet, als man hört. Die Kürzung ist aber nur der Länge des Beitrags geschuldet. Es ist ein zweiteiliger Test. In Teil 1 geht es um die Beantwortung meiner eigenen Bedürfnisse, Träume und Stimmung. Teil 2 überträgt dann meinen “Urlaubstyp” konkret in die Angebotpalette Österreichs. Bei beiden Programmen bleibt am Ende die Visualisierung meines Urlaubs. Erstaunlicherweise kommt bei Test 2 erneut das heraus, was ich bereits beim ersten Programm, der Gehirnwellenmessung angezeigt bekam. Es scheint so, denke ich und Yvonne meint, das müsse wohl so sein. Ich stelle zudem fest, dass ein selbstgemachtes Reisebild aus der Hochsteiermark meinem Vorschlag ziemlich nah kommt. Persönliches Fazit Ich hatte wieder mal geplant und die KI hat mir nicht nur auf der Basis meiner Gehirnreaktionen, sondern auch aufgrund meiner eigenen Aussagen einen ganz anderen Urlaub empfohlen. Die Annäherung fiel dann nicht schwer, wenn man davon absieht, dass an meinem Traumsee das Kaffeehaus fehlt. Immerhin weiß ich jetzt eventuell, was gut für mich ist in den Ferien. Schwankend zwischen Misstrauen und Faszination nehme ich zur Kenntnis, dass mir diese Analyse einen neuen, ganz eigenen Weg gewiesen hat, auf den ich ohne diese Erfahrung vermutlich nicht gestoßen wäre. Das Programm könnte im Tourismusmarketing sicher eine interessante Rolle spielen. Ob es dazu kommt? Wer weiß. Noch gibt es dieses Programm weder online noch im Reisebüro. In this episode, we're joined by three exceptional Trauma Certified Nurse Leaders for an in-depth roundtable discussion. Merideth Gradowski is an experienced nursing leader with over 15 years in the field and a strong focus on trauma care. She holds a BSN from Arizona State University and an MSN in nursing administration from Queens University of Charlotte. Currently serving as a Trauma Program Manager, she leads system development and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes. She is especially passionate about advancing pediatric trauma care within adult trauma centers. Ashley Metcalf began her nursing career in the Emergency Department and has spent more than 20 years dedicated to trauma care. She currently serves as a Trauma Program Performance Improvement Coordinator at a Level I Trauma Center, where she focuses on advancing quality and outcomes. Ashley is also the President of the Trauma Association of South Carolina and co-chairs the Advanced Trauma Care for Nurses Committee through the Society of Trauma Nurses. She brings both deep clinical experience and strong leadership to the trauma nursing community. Jamin Rankin is a dynamic nursing leader with more than a decade of experience spanning emergency, trauma, and air-medical care. He currently serves as Trauma Program Manager and Stroke Program Manager at Ochsner LSU Health, where he leads accreditation, education, and systemwide quality initiatives. His background includes frontline work as a flight nurse and emergency clinician in both rural and Level I trauma settings. Jamin is widely recognized for his leadership and contributions to trauma systems, earning honors such as ENA's 20 Under 40 and BCEN's Distinguished TCRN designation. Trauma nursing lives at the intersection of standards, systems, and bedside decision-making, and in Part One we explore regulatory expectations, performance improvement, trauma program structure, and gaps across the trauma care continuum.
