In this episode of The Leveraged Practice Podcast, host Stephanie Clairmont dives into the journey of creating consistent, daily revenue from online programs, courses, and memberships. If you're a health or wellness professional looking to scale your business beyond one-to-one client sessions, this episode is packed with valuable insights. Episode Highlights: Breaking the Revenue Ceiling: Stephanie explains how online programs allow health and wellness practitioners to move away from the limits of one-to-one sessions. By creating online offerings, practitioners can build a "sales-per-day" system that doesn't rely on trading time for money. From $99 Failure to Daily Sales Success: Stephanie shares her early struggles with launching an online product and the lessons she learned along the way. Starting with a single $99 sale from her email list of 5,000, she didn't give up—instead, she refined her approach to online marketing and developed a system that now generates a sale every day. The Power of Sampling: Stephanie introduces the concept of “sampling” as an essential part of online sales. Much like a food sample at Costco, a carefully designed lead magnet or freebie can help potential clients experience a taste of your program's value, enticing them to invest in the full offering. Visibility and Trust: Building a trusted, visible brand is crucial for consistent sales. Stephanie discusses the importance of guest appearances, collaborations, and sharing valuable content to establish authority in the wellness space. Free Training Opportunity: To dive deeper into the art of effective lead magnets and how to build a system for daily sales, Stephanie is hosting a live class, "From Clicks to Clients". “Let's learn that we don't have to push ourselves so hard. Let's learn that we can still test things, we can still fine-tune offers, we can still go out in the world, but know that we have boundaries. “Okay, so you all have a way that you work with your patients and clients one-on-one, you've just never mapped it all out. So your brilliant file cabinet of a brain pulls out a folder here, opens this drawer, moves this one handout out…that's what you're doing constantly in your brain. Instead of doing that over and over again, what if you could dump out that entire file cabinet and take all those file folders and all those pieces of paper and all those tools in your toolbox and all the pieces that you use and put them into a streamlined step-by-step system? Stephanie sits down with intuitive eating dietitian Jess Serdikoff. Jess helps burnt-out and unhappy dietitians opt out of hustle culture and reclaim their passion, purpose, and humanity! Jess owns her own practice, Empowering Dietitians, where she supports new dietitians in putting together a non-diet approach to nutrition counseling, as well as a powerful vision for their careers. Listen in as Jess gets real about the fear, the struggles, and the risks that come with making a big pivot in your career. To Jess, as long as you're pivoting in order to better serve your community by contributing to the same cause from a different angle, all while reigniting the same passion you've always had, then you're still on the right path! “We exist in a system that wants us to conform,” says Jess. “It teaches us to toe the line. When you diverge from how society tells you that you should want, act, work—or what being a healthcare practitioner should look like—you start to feel like you're the problem. You end up trying to prove yourself in a system that wasn't designed for you.” Jess explains how we learn and grow so much more once we learn to embrace vulnerability and “intentional self-disclosure”—and it doesn't hurt to have the right support group around you all the while! As healthcare professionals and practice owners, we must be willing to tread new ground knowing that we won't get it right the first time, and that we never will be perfect anyway. But the more comfortable we are around being imperfect, the greater our ability to stay resilient and turn our new vision into reality!
