Send me a DM here (it doesn't let me respond), OR email me: imagineabetterworld2020@gmail.comToday I'm honored to introduce you all to: Ritual Abuse, MK ULTRA, and organized abuse survivor, overcomer and thriver, content creator and podcast host of her own YouTube channel called “From PTSD to a Graduate Degree', artist and creative, scientific innovator and revolutionary, my new friend, and a woman pushing the boundaries on overcoming fear and trauma: Amy BergerBorn on January 3, 1977, in Whitestone, NY, Amy emerged from a childhood shadowed by profound adversity. Raised in a severely dysfunctional home, Amy endured a mother's untreated PTSD and level 5 hoarding, alongside a father's emotional abuse and crack addiction. From ages 9 to 18, she suffered molestation by her half-brother, leaving deep emotional wounds that fueled fear, self-harm, obsessive-compulsive behaviors, and teenage prostitution as a desperate survival mechanism. “I was not okay,” Amy reflects, her early years saturated with terror and devoid of tools to navigate it.1999, a seismic shift occurred. Amy began recovering suppressed memories of additional sexual abuse by family members and babysitters, followed by revelations of ritual abuse and MK ULTRA This turning point split her life into two: before memories and after. Through years of trauma therapy, she pieced together her psychological architecture, confronting paralyzing terror and periods of disability that left her reliant on social security.Yet Amy's story is one of relentless resilience. A few years ago, seeking distraction from fear, she returned to school - a decision that transformed her life. Now a senior Biology major at Worcester State University, Amy is poised to pursue a double master's in Biotechnology and Artificial Intelligence at WPI. Her ambition is laser-focused: to revolutionize synthetic biology by targeting the FAAH gene to eliminate the fear response at its genetic root. Inspired by the rare genetic mutation of Jo Cameron, who feels no pain or anxiety, Amy aims to rewrite the biochemical terms of terror, stripping away the leverage trauma and cult programming hold over survivors like herself. In her inspiring YouTube video series, From PTSD to a Graduate Degree, Amy shares her journey with raw honesty. “How do I do it?” she asks, detailing the scaffolding that supports her success: two trauma-specialized therapists, open communication with professors, healthy social connections, and a disciplined yet gentle study routine. Even on days when anxiety surges, Amy stays ahead, having only missed three classes in two years. Her scientific passion drives her to explore groundbreaking research, collaborating with AI to design a study on FAAH gene modulation to enhance fear extinction - a project she hopes to develop as a graduate thesis.Amy's vision is bold and personal: to create a world where no one feels the crippling fear she once did. Her journey from a shattered childhood to a pioneering scientist is a testament to the power of resilience, education, and an unwavering commitment to rewriting her story - and the future of human emotional experience. “I've come a tremendously long way,” she says on one of her YouTube videos, her voice a beacon of hope for others. With a groundbreaking study on FAAH gene modulation already taking shape, Amy isn't just healing herself - she's igniting a revolution, paving the way for a fearless future where every soul can find safety, stability, and boundless possibility - proving that even the deepest wounds can fuel extraordinary change.CONNECT WITH AMY: YouTube: @FromPTSDtoaGraduateDegree - Support the show

Summary In this candid live-stream conversation, Andy chats with content creator and project leader Stuart Taylor, the mind behind the Influential PMO platform and the Stuart Taylor Project YouTube channel. They dig into the difference between influencers and thought leaders, how to choose topics that genuinely help practitioners, and what to do when metrics don't match the effort. Stuart shares practical strategies for building professional visibility on LinkedIn and YouTube, including how to craft resonant messages, handle trolls, and focus on service over self-promotion. The discussion also explores Stuart's experiment asking whether AI could manage a project. Spoiler: AI is a strong team member for first drafts and research, but a weak project manager. They wrap with career advice for today's shifting job market, including why to think like an internal consultant and how to future-proof your career by learning in public. If you're looking for insights on personal branding, creator tactics, and AI's real role in project work, this episode is for you! Sound Bites Regarding AI: "It cannot be the project manager. It's spineless. It is a weakling leader." "There is no such thing as a permanent job anymore." “Share what you know and people will be drawn to you for what you are sharing.” “Learn to make a resonating message. Learn how to share value.” “I never did this to become internet famous… What problem do I want to solve? That's it.” “Because you don't understand how the algorithm works. You think your whole network's ignoring you, and in fact, all that's happened is maybe less than 10% of your network has seen the message before the algorithm realized that your message wasn't resonating.” “It will be the penny pinching execs who want to save a few dollars, who will take your job, and they'll replace it with a machine that can do 50% of your job for a fraction of your price, and they'll live with the 50% they can't do.” Chapters 00:00 Start of Live Stream 02:13 Thoughts on Influencers and Thought Leaders 05:28 Deciding on Video Content 07:34 Views and Metrics 14:41 The Creative Process and Challenges 18:28 Sharing Knowledge and Building a Community 18:49 Navigating Social Media: The Good, The Bad, and The Trolls 19:18 Handling Criticism and Building Connections 24:37 The Role of AI in Project Management 29:10 The Future of Work: AI, Automation, and Adaptation 36:24 Staying Curious and Embracing Change Learn More You can learn more about Stuart and his work here: LinkedIn: linkedin.com/in/skt Website: InfluentialPMO.com YouTube: Stuart Taylor Project Thank you for joining me for this episode of The People and Projects Podcast! The whole world right now is watching the Mark of the Beast System coming online in a blistering end times attack led by the global elites and tech titansNTEB has been keeping you updated on the progress of the Mark of the Beast System for many years now, and for most of these past 16 years, progress has been slow but absolutely steady. Then, in 2020, things hit an inflection point, marked by rapid forward acceleration on the end times timeline. Here on Day 1,976 of 15 Days To Flatten The Curve, the whole world knows that something has irrevocably changed, and that we are watching something unique in human history – the Mark of the Beast System is here, just waiting for that man of sin, the son of perdition to arrive.“For God hath put in their hearts to fulfil his will, and to agree, and give their kingdom unto the beast, until the words of God shall be fulfilled.” Revelation 17:17 (KJB)On this episode of the Prophecy News Podcast, we are watching incredible things taking place, with myriad events firing off faster and closer together. In America, President Donald Trump has Federalized Washington DC, putting in place all the elements needed for a police state. At the United Nations headquarters in New York, the General Assembly, led by Emmanuel Macron, prepares to recognize and possibly create a Palestinian state at the General Assembly in September. Palantir founder Peter Thiel is using his billions to build the practical framework from which the coming Antichrist will soon rule the world for 7 short years. And Bill Gates, the last days villain from Central Casting, is taking over the entire food supply chain and replacing it with crickets and chemicals amongst all his other nastiness. What's the catalyst for all this activity? Something the Bible calls “earthly, sensual and devilish”, something we call Artificial Intelligence. It is not our job to make you believe any of this, but as servants of the Lord Jesus Christ, we have been charged with the duty of sounding the alarm and bringing it to your attention. Today we take you into the belly of the coming Beast System, and you just might be shocked at just how close we are. Ready or not, saved or lost, it's going to happen. We are the generation.

How does a particle physicist end up shaping the UK Government's approach to artificial intelligence? In this thought‑provoking episode, Andrew Grill sits down with Dr Laura Gilbert CBE, former Director of Data Science at 10 Downing Street and now the Senior Director of AI at the Tony Blair Institute.Laura's unique career path, from academic research in physics to the heart of policymaking, gives her a rare perspective on how governments can use emerging technologies not just efficiently, but humanely. She shares candid insights into how policy teams think about digital transformation, why the public sector faces very different challenges to private industry, and how to avoid technology that dehumanises decision‑making.Drawing on examples from her work in Whitehall, Laura discusses the realities of forecasting in AI, the danger of “buzzword chasing”, and why the next breakthrough in Artificial General Intelligence might well come from an unexpected player, possibly from within government itself. This is a conversation for anyone curious about the intersection of science, policy, ethics, and technology, and how they can combine to make government more responsive, transparent, and human-centred.What You'll Learn in This EpisodeHow Laura Gilbert moved from particle physics research into government AI leadershipThe strategic role of AI in shaping modern policy and public servicesWhy forecasting in AI is harder than it looks—and how this impacts decision‑makersThe balance between technical capability and human‑centred governanceWhy governments must look beyond the tech giants for innovative solutionsLessons from the Evidence House and AI for Public Good programmesResourcesTony Blair Global Institute WebsiteUK Government AI IncubatorLaura on LinkedInRaindrop.io bookmarking appThanks for listening to Digitally Curious. Turing is one of the world's fastest-growing Artificial Intelligence companies, working with the world's leading AI labs to advance frontier model capabilities and leveraging that work to build real-world AI systems that help businesses solve their toughest problems — delivering real business results, faster, smarter, and at scale. Kelly is a seasoned technology executive and innovator at Turing, where he leads the development of disruptive, business-focused Artificial Intelligence solutions for financial services clients. Over a 30-year career, he has held Managing Director roles at Accenture, Citi, and JPMorgan Chase, as well as working with smaller start-ups. In each role, he has developed solutions that leverage the latest technologies to solve real business problems. As AI becomes increasingly essential to the financial services industry, Kelly offers a grounded perspective on what really makes or breaks enterprise adoption. He explains that the greatest challenges aren't always in the AI models themselves — but in how they connect to legacy systems, regulatory requirements, and fragmented data environments. From document intelligence to client onboarding, Kelly explores the use cases where AI is already delivering measurable value — and how firms can scale that value by starting small and building momentum. Breaking free from the paralysis of perfectionism is one of the greatest challenges entrepreneurs face. Smart, capable people often find themselves stuck in endless planning loops, researching and preparing while their dreams remain unrealized. But what if the secret to success isn't perfect planning, but imperfect action? In this milestone 100th episode, I dive deep into why we get trapped in expensive procrastination and how Artificial Intelligence can be the game-changer that propels you forward. The truth is simple but counterintuitive: successful entrepreneurs aren't those who knew the most from the start—they're the ones who learned the fastest through real-world experimentation.I challenge the fundamental belief we've all been conditioned to accept since childhood: that we need to know everything before we try anything. Remember learning to ride a bike? You didn't master balance through lectures; you learned by getting on the bike, falling off, and trying again. Your business works the same way.The Minimum Viable Product (MVP) becomes your secret weapon here. It's not a subpar version of your ultimate vision—it's the smallest version of your idea that can be shared with potential customers. Using AI, you can create these MVPs in hours rather than months, accelerating your learning process dramatically.Planning gives us the illusion of control, but it's really just fear disguised as preparation. Every day spent perfecting your plan is a day not building your business. Every week researching is a week not serving customers. Every month prepping is a month not generating revenue or making an impact. The cost of overplanning is significantly higher than the cost of starting imperfectly.Listen to discover how to use AI not as another planning tool, but as a catalyst for action. Learn practical prompts that will help you overcome perfectionism, test your ideas quickly, and build your tolerance for imperfection. Your business is waiting for you to build it—not to think about it. Are you ready to stop planning and start doing? Thanks for listening! Connect With Me:

In this episode, we're diving into a topic that's rapidly reshaping our industry: Artificial Intelligence in PCB Design. Far from a futuristic concept, AI is already being integrated into advanced design tools—improving efficiency, reducing design iterations, and helping engineers tackle increasing design complexity with shrinking timelines.Joining me today are two thought leaders who are at the forefront of this transformation:First, we welcome back Stephen Chavez, a senior printed circuit engineer with more than 30 years of experience. Stephen serves as a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Siemens EDA, where he helps drive AI adoption in PCB design workflows. He's also the Chairman of the Printed Circuit Engineering Association (PCEA) and a PCEA and IPC Certified Master Instructor Trainer. Stephen recently authored the article “AI in PCB Design: It's Already Here”, which forms the foundation of today's discussion. Also joining us is Dave Wiens, Product Marketing Manager for the Xpedition Enterprise portfolio at Siemens EDA. With decades of experience in electronic design automation, Dave is a recognized expert in digital transformation and design innovation. He brings deep insight into how AI-driven tools are streamlining everything from system-level design to manufacturability, while empowering engineers to focus on innovation rather than repetition. We'll unpack the practical applications of AI in PCB workflows—covering predictive design, simulation acceleration, and how these advancements are improving both reliability and time-to-market.If you're wondering what AI really means for the future of design—and what it doesn't—you'll want listen to this episode!

Show Notes Page: https://www.thehowofbusiness.com/577-susan-gonzales-ai-literacy/ Artificial intelligence isn't coming - it's already here, and small business owners can't afford to be left behind. In this episode of The How of Business, Henry Lopez speaks with Susan Gonzales, founder and CEO of AI and You, a nonprofit dedicated to making AI literacy accessible for everyday people. Susan explains why fear, skepticism, and lack of awareness are slowing AI adoption (especially among women and minority business owners) and how these barriers can be overcome. She breaks down the difference between predictive and generative AI, offers practical advice on where to start. Susan's five-step framework for crafting effective AI prompts: 1) Help me with… (Be specific) 2) You are a… (Define the role) 3) The output should be… (State the desired format) 4) You should know… (Provide context) 5) Here are some… (Include references or examples) From creating business plans and marketing strategies to streamlining repetitive tasks, Susan shares real-world examples of how AI can save time, reduce costs, and open new opportunities. She also warns about “hallucinations” in AI-generated output and emphasizes the importance of verifying results before relying on them. The conversation covers emerging trends like AI agents (the next generation of chatbots with reasoning capabilities) and how existing business tools, like CRMs, accounting platforms, and Microsoft Copilot, are embedding AI features business owners should explore. Susan's core message is clear: AI literacy is now an essential basic business skill. Owners who start learning and experimenting today will have a significant advantage over those who wait. “The more specific the prompt, the more specific the answer,” Susan advises, encouraging listeners to explore AI tools with curiosity rather than fear. Listen to gain the confidence, knowledge, and practical steps you need to start leveraging AI in your small business today.
